Ordered a pineapple stick with the meal however I received corn on cob. Even the receipt indicated that it was pineapple. Am disappointed.

The chicken was cold and drenched in oil, making it inedible. One of the leg pieces also had a black mark inside, which was very concerning and not suitable for consumption.

It was late for our staff meetinwhy was my order of 14 piece bucket for my staff of nurses at whipps cross full of wings and tiny drumsticks? I could not believe it bt staff were hungry and ate it the same way. I was very upset as the ward manager

KFC Leyton- have in 2 occasions forgotten to include the 1.5l drink bottle. Once I gave the delivery driver the code, KFC considered that as having completed the order. You can’t really check the order until you have brought the food into the house and opened up the bag.

Completely wrong order delivered. Looking at other reviews it seems 50/50 whether you receive the actual order you place. Funny thing is, the wrong order I got wasn't even complete according to the included receipt and was still missing items. Total fail.

i got served by drive thru and the woman at the till named Uma was very rude and honestly it put me off as she had no respect and constantly told me to drive off although i was still waiting for an extra of what i asked for.

Rude, obnoxious woman taking the order, wouldn’t let me finish a sentence let alone my order! Once i got the food she got my whole order wrong. Plus it was greasy, looked dirty like it was cooked in old oil and the chicken was horrible. Nothing like how it used to be. Horrible. Drive thru order 21/3/25 around 11pm.

I was really hungry and went there to get some food but burger was over cooked and cold drink was missing.Now its mid night and i am unable to eat this overcooked food without drink.😏

Zero...zero...zero.... the worst KFC I've ever been to, the food is really bad, it's oily.....they can't cook it!!!!! Although I received the food I did not get the food which i ordered before hand on the special instructions note.. They obviously did not read what I had written down. The food did not taste nice, slightly undercooked. Will not be using this store again to order a delivery

I ordered two sets of the 20 Hot Wings and only got one of them.

I just went through the drive thru and there was a missing item when I went there to tell her she told me it’s not on it very rudely I understand if you mis heard however the way she presented herself was very impolite I had to get out the car 3 times and even then she didn’t even apologise or anything she was straight up rude and very disrespectful attitude. Futhermore, the chips are literally uncooked and taste disgusting . Wouldn’t recommend at all .

Placed an order via the drive on through on Saturday night around 11:30 pm at the Leyton branch Leabridge road. I experienced the most unprofessional obnoxious woman who was taking the order. She got my entire order wrong, I am really annoyed as I got home expecting the correct order and it was not. she was extremely unprofessional humming whilst serving ,she did not have the time to check my order , Please don't have her as a front facing / Front line service provider .She is not a good representative for KFC , she is not professional, rude with no manners. I really hope I never encounter her again because I did not like the experience at all. She does not present the company and brand well. Plus she overcharged me for the meal . I am so annoyed .

One of the best KFC this side of East London.

We have ordered home delivery from this branch for a while, but the last few times have been just like our experience from the Leytonstone branch. When ordering the 14 piece bucket, all you get now is wings instead of chicken pieces. This is just outright thieving. They do it all the time now. This is what happens I guess when businesses get franchised out to certain people. KFC is now just another chicken shop but with worse chicken. THIEVES

freezing cold and burnt absolutely ruined my night

Quality has dropped tremendously. Fries didn't taste like anything at all and were soggy. the 2 piece of chicken looked good from the outside but on the inside they weren't cooked properly. We have tired Popeye's and it's unbelievable the difference. Going back for them. KFC won't be ony list anymore I'm afraid.

Courier didn't give me my drink and said its another order so it's second time please look after Couriers and the Courier was girl do refund for my drink
