The environment was very Dirty. Very unhygienic and had to wait very long time.

Much improved service now... *update as per latest visit* Worst service and huge arrogance by VIJAYA On collecting my order I checked the bag immediately as this branch is notoriously known to miss adding all ordered items. On checking I found Chips and dips missing. On asking she didnt even look at me and said, check your bag correctly, we dont miss on anything. I asked her to check by herself but she said am busy, do it yourself. One good lady amongst your employees came forward and checked it to find the items were missing. Then apologised and gave me the items. Vijaya is going to bring shame to this branch of KFC

tasted to good, the chicken nuggets were crisp and just right, the number of the nuggets was amazing to let me have enough time to spend with my food

I always like to eat from leabridge road kfc branch but today order for delivery and it's a disaster burger and popcorn chicken both are so bad in taste and not even fresh ,chips a tiny portion and cold as cooked both ages ago I SWEAR TO GOD I nearly vomit and never in life eat rhat bad taste of fillet burger ,chips very disappointed. I never expect specially leabridge road branch to have such low standard

I was very satisfied with the support the staff provided me with. The food was fresh and the tables were clean.

I ordered food and they forgot half of my order, tried to call about them and they didn't even pick up the line

Fries had zero signature seasoning on them making them tasteless and the drink always arrives hot from this location. Clearly the canned drinks are not stored cold which is frustrating when you’re paying to have it with your meal.

I otdered so coledlaw after I had placed my initial order but you deliverred without it. 10 minutes later another driver turned up with a repeat order presumably with the coleslaw this time. It was difficult to understand what he as saying to me but I refused the 2nd delivery as I live alone and didn't need a second order. You took the money for the coleslaw but I would like this refunded please. Your website isn't clear and I thought I was adding to my order not requesting it to be delivered again.

my order was not complete when it was delivered. When the delivery man arrived he handed me the bag and it felt light as the meal included a bottle of Pepsi but when I asked the delivery person he indicated that everything was in bag, by the time we opened the bag he had gone and the Pepsi bottle was missing. My colleague and I were disappointed because it was a colleague's birthday I volunteer to provide the food and drink. So I was highly disappointed.

I just had my delivery and as I forewarned the wet paper bag (from the damp bottles of Tropicana) with the food has burst open with the driver in our front garden, fortunately only the garlic mayo fell out and burst (leaving a mess near the gate).

Food good temperature. Fries ok, but a shame one portion had emptied into the bag. Driver friendly.

Staff is not friendly food is just ok we spend good money and we expect good service from them. The toilet were filthy there were no tissues we had very bad experience in KFC LEEBRIDGE ROAD branch I think they should change their whole management. I don't think so I will ever go there again

Cold fried chicken, missing beans, warm Tango and soggy fries because the delivery driver took so long. Multiple stops on a push bike is nit clever.

Firstly the paper bag split open on the bottom after receiving the order at the door (the cold wet bottles of tropicana are responsible), also I did not receive my Garlic Mayo Dip or the Regular Coleslaw paid for.

Everything is tidy and admirable, improving more than ever.

Food quality is amazing, services are perfect, and the atmosphere after the builder's new interior is really amazing. They should focus on keeping it clean. Staff need to be bit more friendly 😁

Delivery driver asked for the delivery fee to be paid to him as my order was apparently undelivered but on account it said delivered. I have reported it to just eat and made a complaint I have never had a driver ask for money b4 I was angry and shocked it took him 5mins to hand over the food but did eventually when he realised he wasn't getting any money!!! I really hope just eat sort this ASAP so someone who is vulnerable does not have the same thing happen to them!!!!

All I can say is the service is here is terrible. KFC is not KFC anymore it's changed and has food served by people that just don't care. My son has been a healthy boy and has not been sick, today I bought him his first KFC and this evening a few hours after he has been violently sick and the reason why I know it's KFC is because of the chicken within his sick. I'm doing this review because I'm angry not because I'm trying to slander KFC but because my son is sick due to KFC. I've just learnt the news also that from the same place I also had problems but I wasn't sick, (I won't go into details but it did involve the toilet.) I'm not the issue here this is my little boy. He's a little over 2 years old. KFC never again

This is the third time in a row. The delivery Drivers/Riders are having serious difficulty reading and connecting the house numbers with the address on the bag of food. I have lost two orders in the last couple of months because of this.

Extremely cold food And driver came very late. Driver seem to be lost and was going around in circles and I had to leave my home in order to get my food. I need a compensation.

There was no sauce in my order. It advertises a supercharger sauce and none made it into my food; not even in my zinger. Good thing I was hungry. If not for the water I ordered, it would have been quite difficult to swallow my meal.
