Their food and service is always amazing whenever I have been, wanted to know if it is still open?

Most disgusting pizza we had, oily, tasteless. The pizza base was like it was brought from ASDA, ICELAND OR MAY BE EVEN TESCO. If you don’t know how to make pizza don’t make it at all… The other food we ordered was nice.

Went for a family outing and the service was good, and the atmosphere was nice, clean and wide range if seating...but the food was poor. We ordered a range of things, different burgers and pizzas. Not pleased at all. Got home and was unwell for the rest of the evening. Would not recommend and would not visit again.

Great little cafe with a personal service.

We had pizza's and whole.chickens with chips and drinks for 7 people, the food was amazing and prices to match. Nice quiet place and so relaxing, thank you guys.

Wish I could do a minus 10. I used to eat here all the time, literally about twice a week however recently the standards have dropped tremendously. Smaller portions at a higher cost and the last time I had it, it gave me food poisoning 👎🏾

Amazing food! Never disappoints me. Recommend the lamb chops and ribs. Not to mention very reasonably priced. To those who gave a low rating, you must've just had a bad day.

The food here is really good especially the braai platter. Delicious and and a very generous portion size you can't really go wrong

I highly recommend visiting this place. Hygiene rating is 5 starts and the burgers are delicious. I’ve tried the chicken burger but I will definitely come back to try their lamb chops. The food tastes very fresh and the menu is massive so there is something for everyone.

They have this friendly neighborhood burger place vibe which was consistent with the rest of my dine in experience. Staff was very lovely and helpful. Tried the lamb and beef burgers. Both very nice. Compared to rest of the burger places in London it's not that special but this doesn't mean that they are sub-par. They have variety of mill shakes, and I enjoyed the one I tried. Overall I recommend it and will definitely eat here again.

To many of my dinners come from zizzus, the foods 10/10. Im really disappointed not to be able to get it delivered today though, you need to deliver Wednesdays aswel, then I'd give zizzus 5star!

Not sure if the users who have given this place 5 stars no what good food is. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy, it is a uninviting, very bland place. The waiter has no clue about the menu you ask him anything he goes back to the kitchen staff to ask. The food is very poor quality and lacks any taste, order the beef sizzler and all it is cubes of under cooked meat with some green vegetables, the meat was very tough and chewy, the wife ordered the Prawn Sizzler and what we got I would not feed my dog. 6 Prawns has we counted them on a very bland bed of onions and green peppers. Please Please don't waste your money by going here.

Waiter was polite but lacked attention to detail. The grilled chicken; and lamb sausage were great. The chicken wings tasted nice however were old and reheated. The mutton chops tasty but not hot enough temperature wise. A hint of what’s to come. We got food poisoning. A big clue is that its a grill restaurant with kitchen not visible to customers; which means corners can be cut in terms of food prep and storage. RIP bowels.

Mr Ali thank you very much for your excellent customerservice today. If all the food industry behaved towards there customers like you do know one would eat at home. You are a exception to the ruse. Food was ok. The wait was very long. The waiter didn't look happy to be there and didn't like that people wanted to pay by card.

Fantastic place to eat. Ordered the Godfather of All Burgers & cheesy chips, both were delivered in no time hot, fresh and delicious. Was even given some extra chicken wings just to try them out. Service was fast, seats & table clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall a top-noth experience, would recommend!

Good freshly cooked food. Nice flavours, good service. I recommend this place. Chicken wrap and chicken burgers were delicious and baby lamb chops were amazing.

I ordered lamb steak , chips and wings . steak was ok. but wings wasn't that good . oil smell from wing wasn't apetitate able. Hope owners will take extra care while cooking . Total bill was £25.15 which includes 2 soft drinks.

I got the chance to order from Zizu's thanks to the Pub next to it which allows you to take takeout from them. We got a platter for 4 and the value for the price was amazing. We got a whole chicken with 4 sides and 4 ribs and 4 lamp ribs. Apart from the value of the price itself the food was freshly grilled and above all else was delicious. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a small indoors party to anyone looking for some quality launch or dinner.

Awful place to eat... hygiene of staff is poor .. do not wear masks when preparing food during a pandemic I will take a photo of this when I next visit as proof. Please see previous reviews confirming this too! Thanks

Excellent food but when I went to collect my order today the staff member was not wearing a mask. I heard her sneeze in the kitchen. Not sure if she covered her nose. Also, if someone is exempt from wearing a mask they normally have a badge on to say if they are exempt. Now I don’t feel comfortable with coming back to this place . Please be more professional with your staff about the face masks and give them badges if they are exempt.

Ordered takeaway and asked for some ice. Order was wrong n the ice had bits of dirt in it. I've tried this place twice and have been disappointed.

Quality food, for years, prices are abit high, portions are medium size BUT food is really good. The chef/owner makes his own marinades, love the chicken steak, also the braii meats are awesome too. The pizzas are made with fresh in house made dough and sauce.

The staff were very friendly table service was poor my food came out and the rest of the family meals followed 10 mins later I had no cutterly had to ask for it more than once glasses were dirty, I also had what looked like Brillo wire in my rice I personally wouldn't eat here again my 1st and last time dining here.

What a shame, the staff in the restuarant lied and wasted my trip to the restuarant, even though they took my details, made a wasteful journey. That's not the way to treat customers, will never go back here!

The Braai platter is really tasty. Juicy and spicy chops and ribs. Steak was really good value for money. The sides were really nice, especially the spicy rice. Would definitely go back.

Lovely restaurant doesnt look grand or fancy but has a rustic charm to it especially with the warm and friendly service. Ordered steaks and chops and ribs platter which were fantastic, meats were juicy, spicy that had bold smoky flavours! Didn't try the pizzas but they looked very good will order next time. Prices are v reasonable and definitely worth it esp during Eat out to help out so a must try!

Went there last night with 6 other boys. Zizu platter and lamb chops were delicious. Just perfect. Your chili sauce was hot but so moreish(wish I can get your recipe) Great meal, highly recommended.

Since new management, you cannot get a delivery ever!!! They do not answer the phone. Whats the point of being on Just Eat if each order no matter where i am is called. If you cannot run a business go work a 9 to 5

Always amazing BRAII PLATTER... how I miss this place after recently moving out the area....yet to find a better restaurant on just eat in west London, but plenty that charge double the price :(

Food was late, rice was uncle bens microwave rice and burger was the PREMIUM burger was the worst frozen burger one can get. They gave the impression that it was fresh with that price. Quality and service was so bad, no apology when I called to explain I do not eat frozen or ready meal products. The only good thing was the mutton chops purely for flavour but was mostly bones and the chicken I got was full of sugar... didn’t taste like a sweet sauce but instead syrup mixed with herbs. This place used to be the spot a few years ago but has gone downhill. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY

Chicken was a bit burnt but chips were great , need to add an option for which cakes they have , cake was dry and the sauce was a spoonful of Nutella ice cream wasn’t that good

I've ordered from here many times before and am pretty much addicted to their lamb chops! I ordered the biggest platter with 10 chops, 10 ribs and 10 wings plus 4 sides and drinks! 2 of us tore it apart and loved it! The rice is really good and I tried the sauteed veg for the first time- lovely onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Hits the spot every time.... thanks again :)

Brai platter with rice is top draw... great value as this costs more anywhere else on just eat. I had the 5 wings as well. Maybe the ribs caught a little on the grill in places but that's to be expected. Very good taste. Chops amazing!

I understand delivery problems. I appreciate the restaurant explaining this when I called. However, my food was stone cold as well as sweaty cold chips. Waiting 2 hours for food and spending £15 I was unable to eat much but a few bites. I’m thoroughly disappointed.
