KFC in Cheltenham

Nothing wrong with the service at all but the food was disgusting! It tasted of the innersoles from leaky boots that had been trudging through a swamp. The last time I had KFC was 3 decades ago and I remember it was almost nice then !

Absolutely awful. Set stars would be more applicable. Went through the Drive-thru. Ordered a Zinger stack with no salad, it came with salad !! A chicken wrap with Mayo came as a chilli wrap, - the person has an intolerance to chilli - dangerous. Pepsi Max came as 7up !! Rang the restaurant who referred me to complaints. The complaint from has a fault and keeps kicking me off the site !! All in all INCOMPETENCE RULES OK

This KFC has to be one of the worst in the UK ! We visited during a quiet period and despite the fact only 4 tables were occupied we were unable to find a clean table. There were 3 staff on duty who were more interested in chatting amongst themselves, than cleaning tables or heaven forbid, serving customers with a smile. We ate very little of our disgusting meal, I use the term lightly and then found every bin in the store was full to overflowing. I pointed this out to the staff who were totally disinterested and obviously resented the fact I had disturbed their conversation. I really feel environmental health should visit this disgusting establishment. I would give zero rating if at all possible.

Service is quite slow and none of the staff seem particularly impressed about having to work, I do t know if it’s the set up or just the staff but they do seem to be walking around and crossing over a lot which isn’t effective. Waiting 15 minutes for one meal on your lunch hour is not ideal, and more frustrating when everyone who ordered after you got their food long before you did. I also recall KFC having a member of staff on the floor keeping the place well kept and clean, not here. The staff attitude is a shame because the food in general isn’t too bad. KFC really need to look into their stores over the UK and figure out what is going wrong.

Asked for no legs & received a box madenup mostly of small wings. I paid for the extra 4 pieces of chicken & when I got home they were not included.

Dirty tables everywhere,not busy,glacial service ... Avoid this unless you are desperate. Portions seem to have shrunk too.

Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes and it’s not even busy! If you want fast food so go to this so called fast food restaurant!!

I know we have COVID Rules to navigate, however, this Is not an excuse for extremely poor service. Not the first time I have been served by inept staff. Food badly cooked, just soggy rubbish. No hot drinks being served, and part of the meal missed. After enquiring about the missing fries. I completed my meal but alas no fries. Considering only about 3 customers in the whole place, it is some what annoying I needed to ask again. Avoid like the Plague.

Limp soggy chips, forgot the mayo after being told we only got one dip included and had to pay extra for another! Queue took half an hour so couldn’t go back to get the dips. Sort yourselves out kfc

This place has rude and abrupt staff that can barely speak English and can’t take orders properly then look at you like scum when taking your money and passing you the food! It’s horrendous, luckily the food was ok hence a score of 2

i ordered a meal from them asked them for no mayo and paid for extra piece of chicken when i sat down at work to eat i was very angry as they swamped it in mayo and no extra chicken, was very unhappy. i rang head office to day the person i spoke to there couldn't give a care, cant believe a big firm like KFC teats their customers this way.
