Some of the things we ordered did not come .NOT HAPPY

Absolutely appalling delivery service. We ordered from the restaurant through JustEat and were waiting for over 3 hours, hungry, and it never arrived. When called the restaurant, nobody answered. Unacceptable customer service.

I’ve been given the complete wrong order and what makes it worse is that I have proof but I still haven’t been given a refund. It’s ridiculous

Do not bother ordering from here. I ordered at 11:30, (so not a busy time) & the food didn’t arrive until after 13:30, they mark the food as being prepared meaning you can’t cancel the order, you just have to wait forever & hope it eventually comes. This is the second time this has happened. A couple months ago we ordered food in the evening & it again took hours to arrive, we eventually gave up & went out for the evening & were shocked when the driver phoned to ask for the code 3/4 hours later

It's typically really busy between 12-2 I'd try to avoid it then and it can be rather noisy or boisterous thanks to the amount of youths that tend to frequent it. But the service is good and the food has never disappointed.

Delivered as expected & hot. Driver was very polite. Only thing I could complain about is no straws for the milkshakes but no issue really as the paper straws aren’t that great anyway.

the delivery guy was going the wrong way, 10 minutes away from where I live, so food was cold

I order a lot and no other drive ever goes the way he did today he choose the longest route to get to my address bye the time my food arrived it was freezing cold my espresso was poured all over the bag my milkshake was leaking ! I couldn’t even eat anything at all

Order by McDelivery always has something missing, which is frustrating and expensive. Good luck trying to get through to anybody that can help.

Food was stone cold before it even got here chips hard and just had to throw it away outrageous service why have people on push bikes when food arrives freezing cold like it’s been outside for hours

1st time using just eat…food could do with being hotter.

food was cold, tasted rubbish but obviously that's going to be the case after being cooked at 9:47 and being delivered at gone 10:30 when the delivery time was supposed to be 10:05

One of your older workers came up to me whilst I was sitting at a table eating, and just literally started sweeping underneath my feet for like a minute? Think she needs to learn some social etiquette? Can’t even wait till a customers finished eating their food. Just rude

Food luke warm as usual but nothing was missing for once

The way Mcdonalds constructed the burger was wrong, each patty should of had a slice of cheese not two on the top. It hinders the taste

Ordered food off Uber came stone cold, stale and prepared wrong. Tried to call the restaurant and no answer won’t be ordering again.

chips half filled and cold, the lid wasn't placed properly on drink and so fell over and lost half the drink in the bag.

Don't order your mcdonalds via the app for home delivery.! We constantly get food missing from the order at this restaurant. It's impossible to report it..!

Meal was thrown away as the intelligence of MacD’s Employees put a sprite carton in bag instead of can and didn’t put lid on it!! Ruined meal, ruined clothes! Fuming!!!!! I ought to charge them but it would probably cost more than the wages for the month

Delivery arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and the food was not very hot and was only eaten due to us being hungry.

once again the food was completely cold, the ice cream was melted. This is one of many times this has happened and I have to wait for my food whilst the oven heats up and I can warm it to an acceptable temperature. Very bad service, once again. I expect a refund this time.

Always gets the order wrong. I ordered cheese in my burger and for the 4th or 5th time they didnt add any. Ironically there is even a sticker on the box sayinv ADD Cheese

Got banned for putting food in my delivery bag and being harassment to conform the order i said there is only one of me not 2 of me so be patient with me as i have a hidden disability that i do not need to say what is it the lady in there is 1. rude 2. Abusive to staff / customers 3. No Communication at all to delivery drivers and staff heads the reason why uber eats , deliveroo , just eat, customers food is cold
