Mcdonald's Restaurants in Cheltenham

I ordered Fanta and McDonald gave me coke. My chips were blanned and cold. They didn’t pack my sweet & sour dip. Not impressed.

Missing one of the meals, still not resolved 2 hours later

They’ve given me the complete wrong order and won’t pick up the phone

I ordered shake.but I didn't get the straw with shake.

Once again food cold. This is 5 times out of six, I will not be ordering again.

Food spot on.delivery spot on.all good cheers.

Wrong order sent which was also soaking wet from the coffee spilling onto the food.

Order was cold, sauces missing not impressed

After numerous situations where I had been unhappy, I still gave it a chance thinking it may have been a bad day.. after a few good orders again it’s resorted back to wrong orders that are unnecessary as it’s mistakes that shouldn’t be made. A cheeseburger comes with cheese and sauce and onions and gherkin as standard. This time. None of that. How are you getting orders wrong that is standard to any burger. Also. I ordered mayo chicken with no lettuce no mayo and extra cheese. No cheese added.

Fairly happy with the food. A bit tasteless. Good delivery.

the food arrived cold, the drinks were spilled, the ice cream melted because the courier was 30 minutes late

Waited 2.5 hours nothing changed still said preparing order then just changes to delivered I have not received it nor do I still want it I’ve requested a refund ages ago

Order was late, time said 5.55pm it arrived 6.15pm, food was cold an undercooked. We were missing 20 nuggets and a large coke.

The driver had no idea where he was going and we ended up (after watching him on the tracker go around the block ) calling him from the window. Also the tamper seal was completely broken so presumably they had a snack enroute

Every day I eat at mc in cheltenham, I spent money every day, so I used one of the mcdfoodforthoughts code, and it did not work. Saying was used, I showed the proof that code has been generated few minutes before I arrived mc, the young lady ( manager ) did not want to give me or help me get the food, while I was on my break. Really disgusting how she treated me 🤯 and she knows me cuz I eat every day like I said. Will never go there, in a place where customers won’t matter. Ps. Don’t forget ! We pay for your salaries !

Have just paid £12 for 2 burgers, didn't even get any fries with the order. £30 all together and not even worth the amount I paid

A place is only as good as the staff and there is a two or three staff who's people skills r horrendous, although it can't be an easy place to work

The food was prepared and the courier was at the restaurant for a total of about 45 minutes and by the time the food arrived (which only took 5 minutes to get to my house) it was STONE cold. It was made too early at the restaurant clearly. It was inedible.

It was very late delivery and he didn’t give me my sauce

Food arrived slightly crushed and thoroughly shaken - drink has leaked into bag, Philly cheese stack is crushed and has been thrown around so much the cheese sauce has gone everywhere.

Absolutely appalling delivery service. We ordered from the restaurant through JustEat and were waiting for over 3 hours, hungry, and it never arrived. When called the restaurant, nobody answered. Unacceptable customer service.

Delivery map showed a route to me with a time off 12.36pm, The driver went a longer way and arrived over 10 minutes late. The food and latte were both cold

Do not bother ordering from here. I ordered at 11:30, (so not a busy time) & the food didn’t arrive until after 13:30, they mark the food as being prepared meaning you can’t cancel the order, you just have to wait forever & hope it eventually comes. This is the second time this has happened. A couple months ago we ordered food in the evening & it again took hours to arrive, we eventually gave up & went out for the evening & were shocked when the driver phoned to ask for the code 3/4 hours later

It's typically really busy between 12-2 I'd try to avoid it then and it can be rather noisy or boisterous thanks to the amount of youths that tend to frequent it. But the service is good and the food has never disappointed.

Delivered as expected & hot. Driver was very polite. Only thing I could complain about is no straws for the milkshakes but no issue really as the paper straws aren’t that great anyway.

I order a lot and no other drive ever goes the way he did today he choose the longest route to get to my address bye the time my food arrived it was freezing cold my espresso was poured all over the bag my milkshake was leaking ! I couldn’t even eat anything at all

We had a meal there with my family and we asked the guy to get 2more trays because we was 3 of us so 1 its not really enough especcialy all of the tables there are dirty and sticky and after the guy just walked away till the bins and picked 2 from top of the bins and he give us the used dirty trays for me and my little one this place is disgusting.... Always : cold food,dirty tables,rude and not helpful staff
