Popped in here after having a rubbish experience round the corner at Son Of Steak. We were served by a lady called Alice who was very polite and cheerful, an excellent representative of the establishment - give that girl a raise! The food isn't flashy but it isn't meant to be, it is just really great tasting fast food. The burgers were great and the peanut butter milkshake was fantastic. The place was really really clean which is unusual for most fast food places. Would definitely go again, the friendly staff are fantastic, thanks guys!

Delivery drivers have a hard time. They often wait in the rain for more than 20 minutes to get their deliveries.

Overpriced but I’ll still pay for it

We order two burgers off of Uber eats and unfortunately they made us feel sick, and what’s worse is one of us actually threw up. I don’t know what’s wrong with this place and how they make the food but I’ve never had food make me feel ill like that.

The burgers were okay but certainly not worth the money. The way the food is wrapped and presented is extremely at odds with the cost. Three of us had burgers our fourth just had chips we paid £63 and were completely underwhelmed. What is all the fuss about?

Burger was slightly overcooked but still great five guys taste. Good staff and fast preparation.

Second time at Cheltenham Five Guys and both times were a superb experience. Amazing burgers and top quality service. In particular our server on both occasions was Adida (hope I have spelt the correctly). Perfect example of restaurant customer service. Keep it up and we will keep coming.

Very ordinary end expensive burgers without any flavours to remember. Big portion of fries and way better taste rather than other big fast food corporations. A big bonus for free peanuts. To long wait for your food. My chees was cold and not melted - come on guys! I did expect much more from you Five Guys. If you tell Five Guys are best burgers in NY - you havent tried a good burgers yet.

Finally tried Five Guys. Honestly, if you got £2 worth of mince from a butcher you'd struggle not to make an equal or better burger at home. It's really just a hamburger. No interesting relish or salad, no combos included, yet somehow £10 just for a burger. The service didn't seem to justify the premium either. It has to be either cheaper or more interesting than this.

These burgers are so tasty and well worth the cost. Having the choice of toppings is such a good idea as it must save wasting food. Chips are delicious and I absolutely love the milk shakes. I highly recommend Five Guys.

Shout out to the Top Gs at Cheltenham Five Guys tonight for their handling of a very awkward (and unpleasant) customer. A guy bowls in after an issue with an Uber Eats delivery and starts tearing strips off people. All the staff couldn’t have handled it better. Super polite and helpful, far better than he deserved. You’ll always have my love and money (it’s literally the only fast food place my sons and I will ever go to) but from tonight, you also have my respect. Thanks for being awesome. 🔥

Don't buy food from this place ent good not good staff mangers a bellend

We stopped here for lunch today after doing some sightseeing around the city with a few people and I had heard of this place before. I love burgers anyway so I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a cheeseburger, small chips and a chocolate, salted caramel and vanilla milkshake with whipped cream. I went into collect it and the man said they was a few more chips in the bag than usual but when I opened the bag, they were spilling out! They were lovely chips but the burger was delicious with grilled onions, good cheese and amazing Pattie. It didn't take me long to finish it and I was certainly full up afterwards and the milkshake was one of the best I have ever had and it was definitely the best burger I have ever had. It didn't even feel like a fast food burger, it was more like a burger at a lovely restaurant somewhere. It was way bigger and better than McDonald's and you certainly get more chips than you do there, so much so we had to take the rest home as we couldn't even finish them all! It was incredibly lovely and I even said it was amazing too. I can't wait to come back to eat here again when I come back to the city in the future😊😊

Food is great, service is snail pace slow. My burger was sat on the side for a good 5 minutes before I was served. You pay over normal price for the food I don't want to waste half my life waiting for the bloody thing.

I have never visited this place before I did once together with my friend to try different fast food. There are gossips about the high price of food here, so sometimes it keeps away the potential lower-class customers. However, Five Guys changed my honest opinion on fast food and it proved that high quality fast food eventually exists! I had plenty of chips with burrito and shake. It was really tasty and filling. Unlike majority of other fast food establishments, this place is predominantly clean and welcoming. It feels pleasant inside, although, I would recommend to add few extra attributes to the interior in order to maximize atmospheric effect. Also, good advantage of having an opportunity to eat your food outside the building in there area with well treated tables. It was surprising, but very ecstatic when I got offered free peanuts! It totally captured my heart and made me always attracted to wish to visit the place once more and more! Noting unusual about service.

Food is cooked fresh, service was relatively quick especially for a late Friday evening. Prices can be a little expensive. Overall not too bad.

Excellent service. 3 of my kids are coeliac and the staff were so good about making sure everything was ok for them. The manager ( guy wearing black) was really helpful as were the other staff. Bagged the non coeliac food separately from the coeliac food. Will def be back

Too expensive really but a decent burger, the fries are very good too.

Good food as usual at Five Guys the place was empty so no atmosphere as such but the staff where friendly. They seem to have cut down on the size of the fries portion compared with the last time I went. It's still expensive for what you get.

About once a month I like to have a burger when I'm out at the shops. My daughters mentioned had I ever tried Five Guys they are very good. Today I tried them. I got very good service and the restaurant was clean. I really enjoyed my burger and the opportunity to choose the items included in it. I will eat here again.

This is a very mixed review. Takeaway/delivery…. Never again. As you can see it came completely squished. The fries were overdone and for a £60 order I opened the bag and was hugely regretful for ordering it. However the burger was pretty tasty, I would definitely venture in to a five guys to have one again but I will never order a delivery again. I wouldn’t even blame the driver as it looked like it was stacked in the bag that way. The fries were not nice!

Very overpriced and small amounts of food. Will not be going back again. The place was clean and staff friendly but the food and price is terrible. We had 6 people with a burger for 5 and hot dog for one and 2 chips to share. Average was just over £10 each.

I have visited a couple of times with my partner and have always been impressed, so decided to bring my family and they were not disappointed! Great portion sizes and delicious food. We definitely will be back. Service was good.

Extremely rude lady manager. Not just rude to me but very rude to the just eat riders making them stand out in the freezing cold for ages. Not sure of the managers name but she was female wearing a face mask Will not be returning!

Been a few times, Food is always on point.

A nice, clean, bright restaurant. It's reassuring to be able to see all the food being cooked and prepared. The free roasted monkey nuts are a nice touch. I really enjoyed the milkshake and the burger was good. But given the price about right, not outstanding. It's really handy being in the Brewery Quarter if you're parked that way or catching a movie. All in all a good experience.

Their milkshakes are absolutely beautiful. I ordered a reeses and chocolate one and it was great :D. The only issue was the quality of the straw, it became soft really quickly which meant i couldnt get the chocolate chunks :(. The fries and BLT were beautiful too. I'm not used to the bacon but it was interesting.

I didn't like the hamburger that much, the soda machine didn't have gas.

Great burgers and love the way you just choose what toppings you get at no extra charge. One tip I would give, just order small portion of chips, they just throw loads in any way. Place is well priced, clean and the staff are friendly.

The best burgers in town, in my opinion, staff are great, service is quick and unfussy. Little pricey but you are paying for quality and thats exactly what you get.

Grandsons treat - child's cheeseburger,chips and shake - £15. Not the cheapest kids meal but food quality was v good and small chips was more than he could eat (age 7). Bright,clean restaurant and staff v friendly.

Everybody knows Five Guys, the staff were very pleasant, the portions were big, the grub was tasty, the food is a tad expensive and the bathroom was clean, keep up the good work folks. And thanks for letting me sit there for over an hour outta that heat.

Have never used Five Guys before, so thought i would try it through deliveroo. Probably won't bother again. Out of 2 orders, 1 was wrong, also lacked additional toppings, the bread was soggy and awful. Extremely disappointed!

The burger are great with a great many of options to add on to burger the hot dog is quite good also, loved the strawberry milkshake.

Popped in here with my daughter after the cinema , We had two double cheeseburgers and a large fries to share. £22 and worth every penny , Piping hot crispy fries , Juicy tender burgers , Staff were great , helpul and friendly , I’ll be back when I’ve got a craving !

Had a burger 🍔 with gherkins and mustard and I was not impressed at all it taste so bland no seasonings in the meat and I have to say i have to rate it low as it reminds me like McDonald's and the other big chains never really did anything for me I left my food as not worth the money ... and false cheese like those processed slices ...!!!!

Excellent burgers cooked fresh with top grade ingredients. The great thing is you can watch them making your meal. Costs a bit more than other burger joints but this is not your regular burger joint. You won't get some shriveled and soggy mess that seems to be the standard elsewhere. The thick-shakes are a meal in themselves, just a shame they have stopped the coffee flavour ice-cream as that was my favourite.

I've been working for Deliveroo for 4 years delivering food in Cheltenham, I've never been humiliated like I was today by one security guards who threw me out of the Store just because I had a Deliveroo bag, I wish Five Guys had more respect for drivers like this like us Drivers we are also Five Guys customers.

Went on Saturday evening, busy as you would expect. Good service. Tables cleaned up very quickly, including the floor. The quality of the food is poor. Way too much salt on the fries. Mind you the strawberry shake was good, but expensive, like everything else. Also why don't they do a veggie burger?? Especially with all these vegans and veggie out there?? I'd go again....... as a last resort.

Visited with my brother pre to heading to watch my football team away to Cheltenham. It’s my first visit to Five Guys and I was disappointed - very tasty burger and skinned chips. The burger was lovely and tasty all freshly made to order. Will certainly be visiting a Five Guys again.
