Five Guys in Cheltenham

Burger was lovely as usual but fries were barely even warm

This time around not as many fries as we normally get for a large portion 😫

Absolutely lovely staff & food was top notch. Lush vibes and air con is a plus x

Correct order this time, thoroughly enjoyed the food which was hot and tasty. The Five Guys create your own milkshakes are the best milkshakes around.

Great service and the burgers were fantastic. If anything just less salt on the chips would be good.

Food and rest of staff were lovely, however the manager I believe all in black, smaller lady with a what I think was a polish accent. Was extremely rude, it was even noticed by a few of the staff members who apologised for her, I think her behaviour was disgusting and needs to be dealt with.

This was my second time at Five Guys, and I love going there. What's really special about it: you can have your hamburger "built" to your specifications and still get it for a good price. Anyone who still goes to McDonald's or Burger King doesn't understand anything about hamburgers.

Amazing! Less than one hour in between realising I was hungry and receiving a juicy delicious cheeseburger :) it was that fast and that good!

The delivery driver failed to find my address because your app keeps directing people to go through a private pub on a hill in front of my house. I had to have a phone call with the delivery guy three times to direct him to my house, which is only accessible via an alleyway called chestnut terrace only off Gladstone road.

Excellent all around experience. Loved the fries & there are lots of them (!). Good service although atmosphere is a little sterile.

I found the establishment excellent, despite it being my second visit. The high-quality chips, sourced from Lancashire potatoes, were a highlight, as was the self-service beverage dispenser offering unlimited refills. While the restroom facilities were somewhat limited, the overall service was satisfactory, and unlike some competitors, order accuracy was not an issue. I would recommend this restaurant, although the pricing may be considered somewhat elevated.

Burgers arrived, but so did drinks we didn't order and no fries arrived. called the restaurant but instructed to call Just Eat.

I want to comment on what happened tonight at Five Guys Cheltenham. I deliver food in my spare time because I need extra money. I came to collect the order from there and I wait a few minutes and no one pays attention to me... After a few minutes an English boy comes who also makes food deliveries and the staff immediately asks him what the number of orders is... Then I feel offended and I answer the staff that I was the first there and I need to give me the first order... Of course they didn't give it to me and they gave it to him first. At that moment I felt so offended and angry at the same time... I don't want to sound like I'm rude... But I think I am doing racism there. That's how I felt... Shame on the staff tonight

Wilf sorted us out and helped us understand the menu i appreciate it. Definitely coming back for the hot dog

Ordered in advance and requested 5pm. 5.25pm and still showing as preparing in the kitchen. Food delivered 35 minutes after due time, fries cold

L ordered my order at 4 but it kept changing time of delivery ,so l got it at 7pm late . L aslo heard to call so that they can prepare because it wasn’t showing that it’s being prepared

Heavy traffic delayed delivery so not the fault of the courier.

The driver took over 15 mins, i could walk there from mine in 20 mins. The chips was cold but its not the restaurants fault, its on the driver .

Staff were great and super lovely to my son!

Ordered to arrive asap…food was cold when it arrived…chips were soggy…all had to be microwaved to make it edible.

I ordered at 17.20 the food did not arrive until 19.38 , I did not receive any communication until I called the restaurant. Not good enough! I expect a full refund

Though expensive compared to an international brand, the quality and the freshness of the food is outstanding and a big plus they get the order right and don't miss items off as that big international brand! Well done Five Guys.

Food is always quick hot and Tasty. The staff are friendly and approachable. Music is good too. 🤗

Food isnt anything special. I ordered a milkshake but they didnt make it when i asked so had to wait for them to serve everyone else before they made mine. Meaning that i didnt have it with my meal.

Some mistakes on our part with our order (my wife thought she knew). However the guys went above and beyond to rectify it (and at their cost. A banana milkshake and fresh fries without salt. Order 17). The burger was bang on too. Can't imagine go'in anywhere else for burgers and dogs when in Cheltenham now.

chips were over salted and the bacon was burnt and uneatable. i have ordred before and food was good, maybe they had a trainee chef doing orders this time.

Food was barely warm as delivery took so long to get to me. Chips were limp & soggy - they used to be delivered in a separate bag to allow rewarming in oven but now just throw into the bag which makes bag incredibly greasy to handle. Would not recommend

Popped in here after having a rubbish experience round the corner at Son Of Steak. We were served by a lady called Alice who was very polite and cheerful, an excellent representative of the establishment - give that girl a raise! The food isn't flashy but it isn't meant to be, it is just really great tasting fast food. The burgers were great and the peanut butter milkshake was fantastic. The place was really really clean which is unusual for most fast food places. Would definitely go again, the friendly staff are fantastic, thanks guys!

Nice Fries & milkshake. Burgers nothing special for the price paid. Buns too small for the burgers so all filling falls out, McD & BK offer better & cheaper.

Delivery drivers have a hard time. They often wait in the rain for more than 20 minutes to get their deliveries.

Overpriced but I’ll still pay for it

Arrived on time. Plenty of skin on fries but needed time in oven to warm up. Burger mediocre although a good range of toppings (presumably burger price includes cost of all toppings just in case anyone orders them all!). Unlikely to order again as not good value for money or great quality burger.

Delish food just took a little while

We order two burgers off of Uber eats and unfortunately they made us feel sick, and what’s worse is one of us actually threw up. I don’t know what’s wrong with this place and how they make the food but I’ve never had food make me feel ill like that.

The burgers were okay but certainly not worth the money. The way the food is wrapped and presented is extremely at odds with the cost. Three of us had burgers our fourth just had chips we paid £63 and were completely underwhelmed. What is all the fuss about?

Burger was slightly overcooked but still great five guys taste. Good staff and fast preparation.

Always the best food and delicious

Burgers was dry and didn't taste of anything. Chips were soggy. overall over priced, bad quality and no taste. Burgers looked liked they had been sat on!! Will not be ordering from them again.

Second time at Cheltenham Five Guys and both times were a superb experience. Amazing burgers and top quality service. In particular our server on both occasions was Adida (hope I have spelt the correctly). Perfect example of restaurant customer service. Keep it up and we will keep coming.

Delivered 15 minutes (16:45) after original time requested (16:30). Food a bit cold but that could be due to the weather.

food took a while to get here due to the availability of drivers however food was warm, tasty, and the milkshake nice and secured.
