Went through drive through to be quick, but was told to wait in carpark for a extra 10 mins . When got food home two people discovered long hairs in there chicken . Very disappointed

Just yuck!, very poorly prepared. Ordered a zinger box meal, burger was so so. But, what was supposed to be hot wings, was an unrecognisable lump of some sort of meat. Took a bite but ejected, tasted bad. No wonder the place was empty.

It's KFC what else can I say ...however this one was very clean !

Ordered zinger burger box meal, burger was cold, buns were cold, the hot wings weren't hot AND they were cold as well. Only the chips were slightly warm. Drink wasn't warm, so that was good, at least.

Check your drive through order before driving off! I had just driven 70 miles. Stopped to order meals for my son and myself so I didn't have to cook when I arrived home. I had ordered a dip to go with my fillet box meal....sweet chilli. Very disappointed it hadn't been put in the bag. Too tired to drive back to collect it. Mayo t'wasn't the same!

Tried every KFC in the Cotswolds & Oxford area and this is by far the best, the staff should be very proud because they clearly care about the food they serve there, for a motorway stop off it's really impressive, all KFCs should aspire to what the staff do here! A++++

Ordered a krushem. Screen showed it as ready after 2 minutes, but nobody even started making it until I asked for a refund 6 minutes later. The reason I asked for a refund is because I watched someone get their crushems within seconds of ordering, well after I'd ordered mine, and still nobody had yet started making mine. Nobody likes seeing someone who came second get served first. Showing orders that have not been filled as "ready," on the screen, is something fast food restaurants do in order to fudge the numbers and make the store appear to be performing way better than it actually is. I do not appreciate the dishonesty here. Edit, in response to KFC's reply: It's not even strictly the wait time itself. It's the injustice of seeing someone who ordered a good while after you, getting their order filled instantly. I would also see staff standing around doing nothing for moments at a time, knowing my order is there, waiting, and super easy to fill. And they just didn't do ANYTHING to start filling it until I complained. Also, if someone asks for a refund, just GIVE THEM THE REFUND. DON'T try to persuade them to still take the order they no longer want.

Piping hot cooked well, fresh white succulent chicken, not bad value really. Make sure you count everything in the order before leaving, staff overwhelmed by Just Eats collections as per usual.

This particular franchise is excellent- modern, clean, chicken is light and crispy, cooked to perfection. Only wish my local KFC was like this…

Coming down M5 starving so called in . What a lifeless souless place . Staff was slightly helpful guided me to a chicken only menu didn't fancy the look of the chips waiting to be sold . If your hungry in a hurry it's probably gonna be the best you'll get 5 mins of Junc 11

Quick and simple meal. Was in the area so decided to stop for a snack. Place was clean and tidy and was served quickly. Food was if good temperature.

This is my favorite KFC location. Their chicken is fresher than their competitors and they always greet you with a smile. Plus, they provide fast drive thru experience. 🤗

Can't say for sure that my wife got ill from the food, but she felt awful and vomited about 7 hours after eating here. I was pretty disappointed by the zinger burger I got; it was a lop-sided mess with yellow lettuce.

We have a choice of KFC in Cheltenham thankfully as this is by far the worst , waited 20 minutes having ordered my food from the counter, then returned and asked for my money back as no sign of food, a hastily put together order was presented in a screwed up bag, I will not be returning.

We fancied a late night snack so headed here for the first time. There wasn't a queue and we were served very quickly. The drive thru is a bit tight on the exit, there are scratches on the pole from.cars that have got too close. Be careful.

Honestly, this is just not a good fast food place. Slow service, not a smile in sight, not enough parking, and over priced fried chicken... Not great.

It’s a KFC. Have had food from here several times. It’s usually okay: not exceptional, not terrible. Service is usually pretty bad, but today took the biscuit. Theoretically they open at 9am - that’s what the signs say, and that’s what the door being open suggested. As I walked in at 9.12 they lady behind the counter disappeared. By 9.20 she hadn’t reappeared (or anyone else for that matter). So, I used the facilities and left to catch my coach, still with an empty stomach.

I have been using this KFC for a number of years now and am a regular orderer on deliveroo. Constantly the food is not hot and lacking crisp. And they often get things wrong as well. New fries just taste like the old ones, soggy. I have had positive experiences from the Tewkesbury Road one recently where the chicken is bigger, hotter and crispier. And the fries actually were crispy and hot. Just wish that was the one near me and not this one. So disappointing. Also doesn't have machines to order from.

This place used to be thriving but we were literally the only customers, the place was completely empty. It’s not difficult to understand why given the huge price increases. A Party Bucket is now £35 and the average basic meal £10. I foresee a closure very shortly.

Guy on the desk was great really helpful food piping hot would use again.

Ordered mine and my son's meals, served quickly, but they were stone cold and looked like they'd been sitting there for ages. They replaced the food when I complained, but just a sense of apathy in this branch. No apology given, food just swapped. Would not go to this branch again.

Great guys. Gave me a good laugh today! Nicest KFC burger I’ve had in a while. Generous portions, particularly the coleslaw.

If you’re a fan of vomiting and liquid diarrhoea, then eat here. If you prefer to have control over your faculties, then go elsewhere.

Went through the drive through, mic was broken so had to place order 4 times before being told to drive round, got my food and it was cold and not very good at all

Turn the music down! Absolute rubbish that the volume can’t be turned down so we only bought coffee and got out as soon as we could!

New teriyaki chicken bites were gross, drowning in an overpowering sauce but the chicken was still dry. Just go for the classic chicken, rest of it was great.

Let's be honest, I've had KFC many times before and didn't have particularly high expectations. However, this was the single worst chain fast food I've ever had. The chips were cold and sogg,y, chicken overly greasy, and they gave me the wrong drink. Just bad. Go to McDonald's instead.

Rubbish. I got the three pieces and fries with a Tango. It must’ve been kept warm for a long time because the chicken was really dry and hard to swallow. Being hard of hearing it is difficult to complain, so I just left about half of it and left. Compared to the KFC on Preston docks it was rubbish.

So fed up of paying for food we don't end up receiving, , you order at the drive through have food missing and why would you put a few packets of fries upside down chucked in a bag, do they forget people are paying for this food ....

Food was tasty and hot, the establishment was dirty and unclean, muliple tables needed cleaning and the floor was dirty with food. Staff need to do better.

Very slow at serving the ordinary person coming in to order, more concerned about the 'Collection people' - 3 looking after them ignoring the order queue. Chicken greasier than what we expect, will not be going there again.

I ordered a zinguer burguer. Unedible under my standards, chilli sauce was the only thing i could taste. No flavour just wanting to spit it out. This is my opinion only of course

Food is usually good at this branch (You cant always get it 100% but the majority of the times its good here) and the drive-thru staff are really pleasant, great customer service! Going inside can usually take a bit longer than other branches as they don't have any ordering terminals but drive-thru is generally quick everytime i have been!

Tremendous service and delicious food. The employee who stood out the most was Jack Wearmouth who was outstanding. Definitely recommended, and without a doubt, I am coming back.

i don't do fast food much anymore but had no choice as staying at the TL, my god KFC is awful now and so expensive a little tiny pot of gravy costs £1.40 for goodness sake. the zinger burger had no taste at all, the chips were cold and the drink was mainly ice! The toilet was just filthy and there was no soap in the dispensers,

Place is nice and clean, the majority of the staff are very nice and friendly however there is one who is consistently rude. I was served pink chicken, complained about it and I didn’t even get an apology.

It was megga busy... it looked like they were short staffed as there was a massive queue at the drive in and the till too so there was quite a wait to be seen.. but once the order was placed we were dealt with quite quickly

The night staff are amazing really funny to be around 10/10 service encluding the none english workers would recommend better than derby hold tight jack the dish washer! P.s. they love vegans.

Never again Cheltenham Golden Valley. 14 pieces of chicken were all drumsticks, the dipped bites were so sad we had a remembrance service for them, and the only spice they have heard of appears to be Baby! The only saving grace, was the gravy, which we used to wipe our tears.

Second time in 2 years awful service totally un interested staff. At least this time they weren't rude!!! Only one window on the drive through causing confusion and along que, they couldn't even get the order correct. My choice of side was not offered just the one I didn't want given. Every other KFC makes this one look like the third world. Couldn't even get my proper recipt to claim my reward points.

Been coming here for a year now and there is a constant wait. Never more than 3 people working. Waited 20 minutes for a regular popcorn chicken!

Not the best experience while using the drive-thru. I had a voucher on the app and mentioned this while ordering. I get to the service window and present my phone with the QR code for the voucher. I am told that the total is over £16. I knew that it should have been £14.98 and asked the server why there was a difference as I had used a voucher, only to be told by another server 'You should have said you had a voucher when you ordered!' I did say I had a voucher when ordering and the server (who was the same guy who took the order) also scanned my voucher code? Good job that I had already worked out how much the meals would cost as I would have been overcharged by £2. Also, when I got home I realised that they had given me a sweet corn rather than the mash which I asked for. Bunch of idiots and bad customer service!

Experience is hit and miss often slow and order is wrong more than right when I visit. Seem to have some new staff and things may be getting better. Tend to go to KFC at the end of the bypass now

Do staff get no training in keeping vegan and non vegan food separate? If you order two vegan meals with sides to be given gravy instead of beans? Your staff are aware that your gravy has animal products in and is therefore not vegan and not the beans I asked for? When I took it back to ask to swap for my beans clearly annoyed there was no apology given. Everytime I visit a KFC venue there is something wrong with the order. Train your staff properly please.

All the tables are dirty. The floor is covered in drinks. The staff are totally useless. Seems they're still half asleep. Try and avoid unless desperate

The chicken is always nice, unfortunately my side dish has been forgotten several times. The fries are more than edible but they do let the meal down as a whole, somewhat limp and a really small portion. Counted them the past couple of times had 9 and 13 chips, not qualifying as a portion in my eye's. Zinger is my fav though their other dishes are good.

Service was a bit slow but otherwise it was your standard KFC menu and the food was as expected so good in that respect. staff seemed polite enough and helpful.
