The only issue is not enough parking spaces, and you very likely to get a ticket if you not carful as camera from travellodge will get you from far just for passing by.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. I had high expectations based on your brand's reputation, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short. Firstly, upon entering the restaurant, I was left waiting for an excessive ten minutes before a server approached me to take my order. This delay was frustrating, especially considering that I was one of the few customers present at the time. When my order was finally taken, I was given my food on an eat-in tray, despite clearly requesting a takeaway. This oversight not only caused confusion but also added to my disappointment. To make matters worse, I discovered that there was paper mixed in with my chips. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and quality control in your kitchen. Additionally, the staff's attitude was less than courteous, which only exacerbated my negative experience. Given these issues, I cannot recommend KFC Cheltenham to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to improve the service for future customers.

WARNING! What me and my colleagues witnessed in this restaurants bathroom mid last year is undescribable with words. The staff here are clearly complacent as it became quickly clear that the premises is not cleaned on a regular basis and is left unsatisfied several nights in a row. I dread to think what is the condition of the food is. This site needs an immediate health inspection and more onsite supervision or should be shut down otherwise they are going to get someone killed. I used to work on the KFC till units at and old IT job and I know how unclean the back of the swivel touch screens can get but this site is on a whole nother level. This KFC needs a shake up. I avoid this store at all costs to the point that I refused dinner from it on multiple occasions when offered by family and friends. I have eaten their food before and it was also rubbish and is never fresh due to the lack of customers.

Missing popcorn chicken courier was late and couldn't find us

Ordered a fillet burger meal from there yesterday with the 2 hot wings, the chips and hot wings were fine. I was half way eating through my burger when I noticed it was raw and pink on the inside. I went up and told a member off staff and they gave me another one. Please just check the chicken and be safe.

Delivery driver rang because he couldn’t find the house which happens occasionally. We explained which house but he didn’t seem to understand clear instructions then hung up on us. We had to call back to guide him to the house despite there being clear directions on the road as to where house numbers are.

The chicken was all stale. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointing

There was about 20 chips that are like jelly. I asked for no leg and they sent one so half the meal i am not eating

After visiting many times in the distant past, I was bitterly disappointed this time round. Over 20 minutes from ordering to the food being ready. I do not know what the hold up was, but half the food was trayed up within minutes and then left to go cold. There was one member of staff who was marking all orders as ready the moment they came on to the screens, which seemed to be causing utter chaos. Funnily enough, I have not had a customer satisfaction survey in my email in box this time

Funny how codes are now given out so when the driver delivers food there to ask for the number given so the correct order is dropped. Ordered food and notification says food delivered but what a surprise drivers doing there usual tricks

very poor no orange juice for the children's meal x 2! plus no sweet corn in one of the children's meals! chicken poorly wrapped all mixed in one box no lid on the box to keep it worm! very poor

Ordered KFC as delivery showing as 10 mins.....once ordered this changed to 30 + mins!! The first KFC I've had in over 20 years & I certainly won't be having another any time soon. Overpriced & poor quality.

Late delivery waited almost a hour and half and everything was cold

asked for delivery around 6 as a treat before bed but didn't turn up till half 7, chips cold but everything else was alright

When the order was placed we were told it would be delivered at 6pm. This quickly changed to 6.10 then 6.40. It arrived at 6.25. The driver had very clearly been smoking in the car with the food as everything stank of cigarette smoke, the bags reeked and the children couldn’t have their drinks because they absolutely stank of cigarette smoke.

tracked driver who took a while to find my address usually I get a call for help however had no contact. waited a good 15 plus minutes for the driver to turn up.

The online menu si too restrictive. You have to have a 'meal' and you can't Go Large. Ended up costing me twice as much as if I'd visited.

Absolutely awful service. Called in at 10:30am for a couple of coffees and had to wait 20 minutes as the coffee machine wasn't ready for use. Asked a member of staff why this was and he said that it had to warm up and go through it's set up process. I asked him how long this took and he said about thirty minutes. When I asked why the process hadn't been started so that the coffee machine was ready for use when they opened (10:00am). He shrugged his shoulders and walked off.....

The driver was irate as he said he had been calling me but I had no missed calls. He was going on about me updating my details but they are correct! The number on the receipt is totally incorrect. Food was cold

They didn’t read the notes I asked for no salad/lettuce as I’m allergic to it and it came with it on I tried to call restaurant and no answer so had to throw it away total waste of my money just eat is now involved

Just yuck!, very poorly prepared. Ordered a zinger box meal, burger was so so. But, what was supposed to be hot wings, was an unrecognisable lump of some sort of meat. Took a bite but ejected, tasted bad. No wonder the place was empty.

Ordered zinger burger box meal, burger was cold, buns were cold, the hot wings weren't hot AND they were cold as well. Only the chips were slightly warm. Drink wasn't warm, so that was good, at least.

Check your drive through order before driving off! I had just driven 70 miles. Stopped to order meals for my son and myself so I didn't have to cook when I arrived home. I had ordered a dip to go with my fillet box meal....sweet chilli. Very disappointed it hadn't been put in the bag. Too tired to drive back to collect it. Mayo t'wasn't the same!

Tried every KFC in the Cotswolds & Oxford area and this is by far the best, the staff should be very proud because they clearly care about the food they serve there, for a motorway stop off it's really impressive, all KFCs should aspire to what the staff do here! A++++

Ordered a krushem. Screen showed it as ready after 2 minutes, but nobody even started making it until I asked for a refund 6 minutes later. The reason I asked for a refund is because I watched someone get their crushems within seconds of ordering, well after I'd ordered mine, and still nobody had yet started making mine. Nobody likes seeing someone who came second get served first. Showing orders that have not been filled as "ready," on the screen, is something fast food restaurants do in order to fudge the numbers and make the store appear to be performing way better than it actually is. I do not appreciate the dishonesty here. Edit, in response to KFC's reply: It's not even strictly the wait time itself. It's the injustice of seeing someone who ordered a good while after you, getting their order filled instantly. I would also see staff standing around doing nothing for moments at a time, knowing my order is there, waiting, and super easy to fill. And they just didn't do ANYTHING to start filling it until I complained. Also, if someone asks for a refund, just GIVE THEM THE REFUND. DON'T try to persuade them to still take the order they no longer want.

Piping hot cooked well, fresh white succulent chicken, not bad value really. Make sure you count everything in the order before leaving, staff overwhelmed by Just Eats collections as per usual.

Can't fault the driver brought with the food still hot, but the quality of the food cooked from KFC was very soggy the chicken was very hard and as usual a waste of money, thanks KFC for the crappest food I've eaten for a while!

Every single time I order from this kfc something isn’t in the order. Are you trying to balance your stock or are you incompetent? All the hot wings are missing off this order

This particular franchise is excellent- modern, clean, chicken is light and crispy, cooked to perfection. Only wish my local KFC was like this…

Terrible service takes 40 mins to make 1 meal let alone if you order more then 1 meal in one order.

Delivery driver was really nice

Food was a disaster. Sent the wrong order, sent two mini burgers instead of a wrap, was unable to eat due to allergies, then added the wrong sauce to my son’s burger. filled the large popcorn chicken only half way, Beans stone cold. How can they get one order so wrong. Over priced when they get your order right! If I could give 0/5 stars I would!!

The salad in the rice box had no dressing at all . L had to put mine.and it wasn’t spicy at zinger should be .L think it was just plain.but it was good

Service was very slow. Forgot to put in some items then argued that it was there. Never going again. Service was very bad. What happened to customer always right. 😕
