The best restaurants serving American food in England

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered bagels with bacon and hash brown. Bacon was undercooked and like rubber and hash browns wee soggy and fell apart along with the bagel!! Disgusting!!

Just been sworn at by one of your delivery drivers would not recommend food delivery from your subway as driver is liable to loose his temper and sware at you his vehicle registration is KK04LUL

KFC - you should be ashamed. The experience was beyond awful. The burger was dry and almost inedible. The rice and beans followed after we had finished the burger. The only other customer was complaining and wanting a refund after waiting 15 minutes. The server had limited command of English. The worst meal ever at KFC.

Ordered at Uber eats , it was absaloutley vile just looked at it cold rubbery abs just disgusting!!!! Through it in the bin the coke I ordered a can of coke came in a clear bottle clearly aldi coke just disgusting!!!!! Do not order from these

La vaca tierna solía ser mi favorita, pero después de la experiencia que tuve la última vez no volveré a ir a ellos, la calidad de la comida ha bajado mucho cuesta abajo, así que como los estándares de higiene, tuve una mala barriga durante tres días después de tener su filete con papas fritas...

Experiencia de KFC residual. Fui al mostrador principal, dicho por el personal muy rudamente orden en el quiosco. Dije que quería pagar en efectivo y ordenarlo rudamente en el quiosco. esperando en los quioscos durante un par de minutos como otros ordenando. Hice mi pedido seleccioné efectivo y fuimos al mostrador de recepción para pagar efectivo. Dos miembros del equipo en la parte delantera, ambos siguen mirando y continuaron hablando entre sí. Tres veces un gerente de turno pasó y me miró como si no fuera nada después de unos cinco minutos una chica trabajó y dijo qué, solo le dije que no hermano tirara el boleto en el mostrador y salió. En las últimas 24 horas llamo al restaurante al menos 25 veces sin respuesta. No volveré a ir allí nunca más como no lo harán mis colegas de trabajo

Stopped here on 11th July for my tacho break, wish I’d got further, thought I’d have a Starbucks caramel latte £4.50 for regular should of gone greggs £2.45 regunext door what a rip off never again no wonder staff sitting about bored no customer’s… then I thought I’d use my phone signal a joke WiFi joke, so won’t be in again… keep your coffee….

Was f0cking horrendous words Don’t even describe what I’m feeling right now. I ordered chips and a hotdog from a little tin can on the beach where I was greeted with very rude staff who had brown hair. She was quite small and her name was Sophie. I I had hair in my food. I took it back and she said she wasn’t able to give a refund because there was no manager there and then she just sat on the floor after I spoke to her and proceeded to stare at me and give me dirty looks DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! And definitely do not bring your children there as the language is horrendous I wouldn’t bring my kids round any of that foul language and speaking tone Let alone the food was £12 and absolutely f0cking awful

Was initially disappointed to see a lot of me no u items unavailable - brisket, ribs etc all not on the menu but was excited for BBQ so decided to persevere. A decision we lived to regret. Ordered at 1820. Received delivery at 2045. In between were six calls with the restaurant during which they variously told us food was five minutes away (still an hour and a half to go at this point), was just coming out the kitchen now (one hour after ordering), had never been ordered at all before then informing us they'd run out of one of the item we'd ordered so they'd be replacing with pork belly. Eventually when the food showed up it was not worth the wait. Pork belly was somehow both over smokey (think creosote/sucking on a two stroke engine exhaust) and under cooked so the fat had barely rendered. The pulled pork bun was weirdly sour tasting and didn't have a lot to it. The wedges probably would have been tasty if they were hot and crispy. Unfortunately they were cold and soggy by the time they arrived. Coleslaw and pickles could have come straight out of Tesco's. Customer service was shocking, delivery took so long I could probably have raised my own meat in the time and when the food came it was bang average at best. To top it all of the restaurant acknowledged our complaints and rewarded us with a hefty £3 refund. Not sure what we'll spend it all on but it probably won't be this crap again.

Not happy with my order half the food was missing. My food was 15mins late.. Never order chips and cheese from there I just got a large chips and mayo also a chicken value box with some food missing. Not worth your money NEVER GOING THERE AGIN

This restaurant appears to have shut its doors for ever. and the last review was months ago. we have been in the area for a week and it has remained closed, without any sign to indicate its status.

terrible, apático comida de camarera de servicio incluso peor. Fuimos a celebrar una buena crítica de Evg de los padres. elección de los niños, Yo tenía dudas antes incluso fuimos. Olía muy quemado y grasienta. costillas estaban todas las grasas, underdone y completamente asqueroso. se quejaron de camarera y se reunió con el aspecto de bovvered de cara. cara basura que me dio indigestión. Sólo recomendaría a la gente que no le gusta.!!!!

We ordered via their website. Food arrived late, and items missing. This is not the first time items have been missing but as they were so apologetic the first time we thought we would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. They proceeded to call me a liar !!! Not 5 minutes after they said that the menu had changed so that's why things were not included, but were advertised. They offered to bring the missing items which I refused on principle after being accused of being a liar. I think they are forgetting that we the customers are their bread and butter .
