KFC - you should be ashamed. The experience was beyond awful. The burger was dry and almost inedible. The rice and beans followed after we had finished the burger. The only other customer was complaining and wanting a refund after waiting 15 minutes. The server had limited command of English. The worst meal ever at KFC.

Terrible service, waiting in line to order for 15 min as there was just 1 staff taking orders and preparing them. There was another person who was running around like headless chicken (no pun intended). Waited further 10 min for my take out order and realized it was incomplete. Never visiting again.

I ordered my food but they did not give the right food very disappointed. Serving was poorly I will not recommend people to go and eat or order food it wasn’t the first time they made a mistake I made a mistake before as well on Uber eat when I did order and when I went in it as well,

492 High RoadWe had an awful experience at Colony. Our group waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food, despite all of us fasting. When the food finally arrived, it was bland and disappointing. The worst part was that my brother ordered a lamb burger and became extremely ill after eating it. It was the only thing he had and when we got home, he threw up 7–9 times, clearly suffering from food poisoning. This is completely unacceptable. Given the poor service, long wait time and unsafe food, we are extremely disappointed and will never return. Would not recommend this place to anyone
