Wingville in Bolton

We ordered via their website. Food arrived late, and items missing. This is not the first time items have been missing but as they were so apologetic the first time we thought we would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. They proceeded to call me a liar !!! Not 5 minutes after they said that the menu had changed so that's why things were not included, but were advertised. They offered to bring the missing items which I refused on principle after being accused of being a liar. I think they are forgetting that we the customers are their bread and butter .

WORST FRIED CHICKEN EVER, instead of ordering due to past experiences with previously being Allens ? Thought i would give it a chance, decision regrettable. Not only was the all the chicken just slightly warm?. It was not very tasty, had to put chicken into the microwave to heat up. "Hot wings"? Had hotter yellow peppers 🙄, Beans where like bullets and gravy was terrible? I would not recommend this place to anyone. You'll be better going farmfoods and cook their frozen southern fried chicken because it tastes better! Wingville get your act together, food and staff need to be a whole lot better if you want to even class yourselves as a fried chicken establishment??
