Welcome Break Derby A50 in South Derbyshire

Stopped here on 11th July for my tacho break, wish I’d got further, thought I’d have a Starbucks caramel latte £4.50 for regular should of gone greggs £2.45 regunext door what a rip off never again no wonder staff sitting about bored no customer’s… then I thought I’d use my phone signal a joke WiFi joke, so won’t be in again… keep your coffee….

Do not stop here No wonder this place was empty. Toilets wouldn’t flush another out of order Went for food over priced but expected in services. Cake was stale obviously yesterdays stock Tables filthy. Staff cleaned our table with a damp piece of blue tissue and left others dirty. Terrible experience.

On Monday 22 May 2022 @ 19.20 I stopped to use your toilet facilities and purchase a coffee. Wow as soon as I walked through the door to the toilet area, the smell of urine hit me full on. Both the female and male toilet were both occupied so I used the toilet in the baby changing area. 1. The smell of urine was horrendous 2. No toilet paper available 3. The floor was sticky with urine 4. Toilet seat (underneath the seat) was splattered with excrement The whole experience of this disgraceful filth, especially in these uncertain times is appalling! I certainly was not going to purchase a coffee from this filth hole of a service area and could not wait to get back out in the fresh air.
