Rebecca was a little star as we messed up our order and she was so patient even though she was just training would definitely come back thank you so much Rebecca.

Tried to order food at the weekend and they wouldn’t let me pay with cash which is still legal tender last time I checked .. the girl on the till thought it was funny as she kept laughing at me as I asked why she wouldn’t except cash so I left and went elsewhere, I won’t be returning here again no chance

Ordered online and was delivered quickly and warm, driver was friendly enough. The main complaint was the quality of the pizza. Compared to previous dominos orders from this store, it appears the volume of topping and base sauce had reduced. It was pretty much a case of eating a £24.99 (prior to discount code) slab of stale bread with a small dip. The kids didn’t like it and I tried my best with it given how much we had spent. But it was extremely disappointing, tasteless and dry. I will try another store next time if this is the new standard from this store.

I mean... not the best pizza of all times, but as a fast food it's quite good. Take away only.

Ordered online, and was greeted by Kheel, he was welcoming and friendly. We received a fresh hot tasty pizza.

We use domino's weekly after football training as its convenient for us, and since the value of pizza is now a more realistic value with a large pizza being £10. The service i receive every time i go in, is faultless, pleasant and they are always happy to serve us. Hilton is definitely our go to domino's.

If you want luke warm food delivered by a rude incompetent driver order here. Didn't follow instructions given for delivery. Food tastes stodgy and cold and pizza was squashed up. Only good part to delivery was the customer service on the phone. Domino's standards have dropped massively

The rudest person on the phone just, put the phone down on me twice as I was asking why my order was nearly £40 for to medium pizzas! Never ever will I use the place again!

Good quick service. Only ordered some cookies while I used tesco and they was ready and waiting nice n hot when left the tesco next door.

Very disappointing, ordered pizza for collection, get home and realise it’s the complete wrong topping, would not deliver correct order despite being 3.6 miles away, always been my go to as I work very locally, shame.

AVOID - total disregard to food hygiene (the manager Haseeb was scratching he’s private’s and smelling he’s fingers without washing he hands disgusting) doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Really Annoyed as it was my kids 3rd birthday and the pizza guy knock wouldn’t give me the pizza because of my race he said that it wasn’t me that made the order then he called my phone 20 mins later he knock back on while being stoned and the manager was really angry on the phone we I mention this to him.

Excellent pizza delivered in quick time by a lovely delivery driver. I highly recommend Hilton Domino's Pizza and I very rarely use takeaway pizza services. You want pizza then this one is one of the best.

Ordered ahead, was ready on arrival, pizzas were as ordered. Job done.

AVOID - total disregard to food hygiene (staff washing feet in the sink). Store manager Haseeb repeatedly tells staff to F off and threatens employees - not a business you want in the local community. Inhumane place to work with no opportunity to voice your concerns (HR do not want to know). Should realistically be a fairly enjoyable job as a delivery driver but expect to do all the dirty work the store manager does not want to do until 1am on occasions.

Ordered a lunchtime pizza as a treat. I collected within 15 minutes of placing my order. It was overcooked and the pepperoni dry. They only make one thing! I gave feedback via a link they sent me but heard nothing. Disappointing. I’ll try the Mickleover branch next time.

Poor food hygiene (drivers washing their feet in the sinks at the back) Pizzas were under topped. Not worth spending your money on...

OK, I understand that you are running a limited menu due to the Covid situation, but to remove the Gluten Free pizza base option is not good. Pizza hut are still able to offer the gluten free pizza base, why not Domino's ?? For people who are diagnosed with Coeliac disease, gluten free is a necessity, not a lifestyle choice - to be told that the vegan option is still available is insulting and discrimination.

Ordered 2 large pizza’s with cookies, no cookies arrived but only one pizza was correct the other was bbq based with sweetcorn on which I didn’t order

Our delivery was One large pizza short. Empty box sent. What a rip off. No one answering the phone at your Hilton Derby store. I suppose someone just goes hungry??

I have been here twice and ordered 3 pizzas both times and it's been 20 minutes between each pizza being handed to me while waiting!

Dont order the thin and crispy . Its Tortilla bread .!!!!! In fact l would not recommended anyone order anything at all from here . Not a pizza l have ever eaten before thats for sure . Our food ended up in the bin . No offer of refund . Offered us alternative which is what we should have received to start with . I would give this place a miss .

My pizza was simply not delivered. When calling I simply got hung up on.

Rang up to cancel an order I placed online as I didn’t have the money but they were rude and hung up and didn’t cancel the order.

Had a terrible experience order £70 worth of food New Year’s Day waited 40 minutes for the food when it arrived it was missing garlic bread chicken wings patoe wedges then to be told buy the person who deliverd that we needed to pay the full amount when I explained it wasent all there he said give me £60 no apology then the bloke from the dominos called me to say next time I order I need to pay before they deliver no apology again then I explained it was there fault they got the food wrong will not be eating from there again very Rude guys

I've ordered off you quite a few times and it's always been good but tonight the pizza and dough balls were cold! I appreciate it's the Xmas season but unfortunately not the best, I had to reheat in the microwave. I hope santa deliveres a better service on the 25th 😀

Ordered 2 pizza’s which were put into the opposite boxes, they were very similar but one of us is a vegetarian which shows that if you can’t even put the right pizza into the right boxes, how much consideration goes into the food? 2 toppings were missing off one of the pizzas, some of the potato wedges and peppers were raw and our cinni dippers weren’t cut or given the side with it. I called to make a complaint and was told “impossible” to what I was saying and was told I could get a free pizza next time I called...not ever ordering from here again. I’m not wasting money if this is the sh**e i’m being served with.

Ordered my girlsfriend pizza specifically without jalapeño and you put them on the pizza? Also the sides are wrong!!

Disgusting service ordered Friday messed our order up so compensated with a free pizza tonight place our order at 9.16pm was told 40mins have rung repeatedly to check status on our order no answer phone just rings off and shockingly no delivery!! First night wrong order tonight our order not delivered at all!!!! Absolute joke of a store can't wait for the excuse tomorrow on a more formal complaint you defiantly lost a customer here.

Good pizza's, but quite expensive.

Food was cold and uncooked .....and that was from collection .... it's not the first time the food has been raw... I will be in tomorrow when your open (typical) to complain.. and I'm not leaving this... that's probably been around £1000 that we have wasted and ya food ain't what it says on the tin ..... the hilton shop is a disaster........

Very good pizza delivery with fast service

Incorrect pizza delivered asked for no cheese and sweet corn instead, when replacement was sent out to house the delivery driver insisted they take the old one back which was already half eaten and of no use to the store.

Was there yesterday and the food and service was amazing! Honestly recommend going. Amazing food for a good price and awesome deals! I'm so pleased.

Why dont u open later your next to a pub only one in hilton you need to open later like the rest of the domino's franchises shutting atc11 is no good for anyone you might aswell shut at 6
