Wish I could give it a zero star rating, disgusting conditions, been to trap houses in better conditions. Got my order wrong and when I confronted them, one small leprechaun looking man told me to f**k off. Regardless never returning here again

In London having a family day. My son really wanted to try a finger licking good kfc and was so excited. We should have just walked out as there were plenty of tables all covered in previous guests food rubbish. My son wanted to sit by the counter on the high stools. The table had sweetcorn and empty food boxes from someone else. I asked the staff if I could have a spray to clean the table and was given a wet wipe sachet. Lucille I had a newspaper with me so we ate our food off of this. Covid still exists but the cleanliness was zero. Then we were surrounded by delivery drivers picking up orders that had been made on line. One just sat on our table and blew his nose. The food was warm at best and items were missing. Went back and still we were short changed by some fries. I gave up. If you have the franchise of this ‘restaurant’ please look closely at how badly this place is being run. Disgusting.
