Belushi's - London Bridge in Southwark

It took over an hour to get our food and might have been that long for drinks had I not gone to the bar and asked if they got our order. You order and pay online and no one comes to check on you so why I gave a tip I’m really not sure. Overall the food was ok- after waiting an hour for our food due to the chef taking a walk about we finally received our food and it was warm - not hot. Chicken wings were breaded with more bread than sauce. Burgers were good but the bottom bun fell apart. No one checks on you after food is delivered so this is truly a self service establishment. If you’re in to that this a perfect place for you. We are here on vacation so we def won’t return. Initially stopped in because of the drink special advertised and we were very hungry lol.

Karlos on the door was incredibly accommodating for our big group. We had just finished our Christmas party and Karlos ensured all of our group got in safely and had an enjoyable evening. Very much appreciated, especially given how late it was and how many there were of us. Thanks Karlos & staff!

Awful supposed "security" staff, appalling behaviour towards women. The door men are not fit for purpose and should be ashamed of themselves. I will be making a formal complaint to the police, the security industry authority and Belushi's.

Great place for a Hash Xmas bash

Why on earth do you have a live music on a Thursday night. It’s entirely unpleasant. Too loud , and not good enough to justify its existence. Won’t come again, despite everything else being fantastic.

This place used to have some character and a decent vibe on a night out. Went there tonight, nothing much going on, didn't want to let us get going on the beer pong, bar staff had nothing about them - this place went from vibe to full of stiffs who could be replaced with an automated beer dispenser!

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their warm welcome and assistance. We utilized this branch for our booster club's gathering to watch the NFL game, and we thoroughly enjoyed the venue. The food was of high quality, and the drinks were even better. Everyone appreciated the space we were provided, and the viewing area for the game was excellent. This venue will undoubtedly be a strong contender for future events, and we look forward to collaborating with you again.

Absolutely perfect venue for drinks and sporting events, the team is so welcoming from the boys like Beau,Dylan,Archie and Wes behind the bar to the security guards at the front always ensuring a good night. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience at Belushi's last night, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nia, the bartender. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about making sure I had a great time. Not only was she friendly and attentive, but she also took the time to recommend drinks based on what I was in the mood for, which was spot on. She was efficient without making me feel rushed, and it felt like she really wanted to make sure I had a top-notch experience. Her energy was infectious, and she created such a welcoming atmosphere that I ended up staying longer than I planned. Her exceptional service made a big impression on me , and it's definitely the reason I'm coming back to Belushi's soon, and I hope she's behind the bar next time!

A bar sponsoring a youth football club is just plain wrong. Also supporting football clubs with unprofessional coaches and untrained people that need to care for youth, bad. They server alcohol to minors and they showed up drunk to a sports event...

One of the best bars I've been to in London!! The food and the drinks are great and really well priced. Saturday the atmosphere is great and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a nice evening out. P.S.: Jay is the best, get your drinks from him!!

Great bar with good atmosphere, we went on a Wednesday night and there are a lot of travellers plus a dj and dance floor. Special shoutout to Beau who delivered a cocktail class which was so much fun and a highlight of the night!

Not a very good experience, I left my branded glasses on the table, they disappeared. No verification with cameras. No recourse. If you go there, keep an eye on your belongings.

The place itself is okay but you get refused to receive any more beer or other alcoholic beverages on a completely random basis. Non of our group was intoxicated, but we were treated like the worst.

La ventana está justo encima de las barras de la zona exterior. No hay atención a los detalles, un inodoro roto y no hay suficiente papel higiénico cada mañana. Parece que echan un balde de lejía por los desagües cada día. Cuando te duchas el agua no se calienta, y me duché en unos cuantos cubículos durante mi estancia allí. La lejía te golpea en la ducha cada vez, muy poco saludable. Personal antipático, lugar sucio desaliñado desagradable. Necesita una actualización y mantenimiento general

Excellent place to watch sports

If your in london and trying to watch live sports even NFL this place is where to be. The turned on the packer game and opened up the lower level for nfl red zone. Special shout out to Hayden!

Music was too loud and the food was a disgrace. Do not order Nachos!!!!

The atmosphere is something we would enjoy with a few drinks. Music performance is the highlight which accentuates the atmosphere to the peak.

Extremely rude staff Me and some friends came for the football happily stood at the bar due to no seating. We then asked if we could order food but the staff told us we needed to have a table assigned to us even though it was full. She was nice enough and made an exception. There was an unattended 4 seater table with just a backpack on it for over an hour on it. We know this because it was unattended 15 mins prior to KO of the game we were seeing and the game had reached half time with no one on the table. An Aussie member of staff then came over very confrontationally telling us that we should’ve stayed standing and threatened to kick us out. I said it was disrespectful to which he then tried to lie and say he’d only been gone 20 mins which was impossible given we’d seen a whole half of football and more with no one there. He also left his apple Mac laptop unattended for over an hour which we thought he’d thank us for looking after in the middle of London but apparently not Also begs the question why would a member of staff leave belongings on a table that’s not reserved and he’s not using whilst on shift (he went behind the bar afterwards) when paying customers are made to stand elsewhere and have difficulties ordering food

A place where at the entrance they ask you to identify yourself, you enter and the music, even if it is live, is so loud that you cannot converse and the burger is average. I will not return

Good atmosphere, variety of beers and cocktails and some pretty delicious garlic and parmesan wings. The best thing would be to take advantage of the happy hour since it is much, much better in price. The day we went there was live music from 10:00 p.m. Quite spacious and pleasant, with many table options and plenty of TVs for sports days. The prices are in line with those of bars in London and the sector.

Went with friends for afterwork Drinks but the Doormen was so Rude to one of my mates that we just left before going in at all.Don't now why this guy working at the door he shouting and telling people of for no reason. Never again!!!!

WORST BOUNCER EVER!!! Never ever in my life and I'm 41 years old doing hospitality for 18years. NEVER EVER I HAT SUCH A BAD EXPIRATION !!! I came by with 6 Friends after a long Sunday Shift and I was the only on that didn't had I'd my lads said becouse I had a picture of it on my phone, "Check if that's enough" So I want in front to the Doormen to show the picture... He straight started yelling at me "he things that for me anyway not today" The way he said that and other things was shoking for my friends. Very Very Rude, Very respect less, Unpolite, Not Welcoming....This Guy is Bad for the Business

The food is very good (the fries in the hamburgers are a little spicy). The waitresses were lovely and the music, although a little loud (I understood it being a sports bar), was very good.

Excellent service and great booths

Despite no one in our mixed part being under 35, we were all refused entry as we didn’t have ID. It’s a sports bar, not Fabric. Hostile and rude door staff. Incidentally which they provide no data protection policy about scanning of ID’s or information about this on their website.

One of the most rude and the creepiest security guard I have ever encountered. Showed him my government id that I been using. Did not approve of it and passed comments. Very unwelcoming and racist. No clue about the place but would wouldn’t go to a place where the security guard is very aggressive and racist for no reason.

The bouncer was aggressive and pushed one of my friends because they were smoking…outside. They kept their body cams turned off because they knew they were in the wrong, really silly behaviour but ultimately we dodged a bullet here. Avoid like the plague.

Noah served me on my friends birthday, the best service I've ever had in a pub/club, happy to serve, wanted to talk, honestly THE BEST! Payrise right away! (We didn't have food but the wings looked good also unlimited on wednesdays... I will be back)

Went to Belushi’s with some friends at the end of the night, met Carlos (one of the doormen) on the way in and he was super friendly and welcoming. Really recommend coming here when the pubs close and you want a few more cheeky pints to round your night off ❤️

Good place to watch a game of football. It was a great atmosphere, BUT was overcharged. I asked for 2 bottles of still water, and I got charged for 2 pints of beer !! The server was rude and didn't repay what he had overcharged me. I won't be returning

Booked a table for 3 for Formula 1, was given a table by the Rugby where only 1 of us realistically could see the F1, so had to get them to move us - which they did. After buying drinks and food, they THEN informed me I had a tab which I also needed to spend, which was the deposit I thought would be refunded. To which the person who told me said - whilst laughing - "well now you just have to drink more" Yes, thanks for that.

Popped in prior to catching a train and ordered a couple of things of the menu. After waiting nearly an hour Nd asking several times where my food was, I was told that it had already been delivered. After arguing for 20 minutes the stag walked off and then just ignored me. Worst place in London bar none. Do not eat in here customer service to them is like Russia being a good neighbour...it doesn't exist

Ok for watching sport (if you're happy without sound or keep your cans on), terrible for enjoying it!! This place has loads of screens and plenty of spaces. It's set up and advertises itself as a sports bar. It attracts a relatively young crowd accordingly. But despite having the right set up, it doesn't actually 'enjoy' the sport. There's no commentary on during the football matches and they'd rather just play dance music (on repeat) despite numerous requests from various tables to focus on the sport and put on the commentary so people could enjoy the sport. I suspect they want to attract a crowd for the major events such as the Euros or the Super Bowl, but don't actually want to have sports fans in at times when they might want to enjoy UK sports at normal times during the year. Unless perhaps they are trying to encourage sports fans to book a private room? They'd be better to remove 'sports bar' from their signage and just be a dance bar.

I met up with some work colleagues at Belushi's London Bridge on Monday 29th January. We visited for food and drinks, and was greeted by Aaron, one of the staff here. He has exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure us as a group were lookedout for. And kept us laughing and the drinks flowing!!! Well done!!!!

A sports bar that doesn't really play sports

Terrible service, waiting for food for over an hour and then we got a burnt hamburger, no one cared about it, as for the food I don't recommend it

Managed to catch NFL games here while visiting London. Staff were helpful. Random mixture of sports bar and dj music which worked well that night.

I’m hilariously impressed. The BBQ nachos compete with those from the deep south in the USA. They also play a good amount of American music over the speaker, including country music. This bar did their research on how a good bar is to run. Nice work!

We finished to work on the 31st, booked a table for 10 in advance we got there and they gave a table of 2. Really disappointed cause the night was good, I think they should check a bit better the bookings, as they ask for to pre pay.

We booked a table for 10 people in New Year’s Eve, with a 50 pounds deposit. We work really close and after finishing work late we just wanted a place nearby to end the year having some drinks. Unfortunately our experience was terrible. The manager let us know on arrival that they were fully booked and didn’t have our table anymore, and then took us to table what was situated next to a wall on the middle of the corridor. It was single table for 2 with out even one chair. We really thought that is a joke but unfortunately wasn’t.

Went there for “down under New Year’s Eve countdown party 2023” at belushi’s London Bridge it was great experience made friends with new people and prices of the drink and food were reasonable great atmosphere and special mention to “Tyler” who made me fantastic extra cheesy buffalo chicken pizza it was best over all had a really great time and will definitely go again🩶

The room is clean. Thanks to the cleaners. But there is no ventilation. In the morning there was water on the window and floor due to humidity. At night it is impossible to open the window due to the draft. If the window is open, the door constantly knocks when neighbors come in. If there was normal ventilation and the door did not knock from the draft, then everything would be fine! And because of these problems, my son couldn’t sleep for two days!

Booked a premium package to watch the NFL with the table booked for 5:45pm. Table wasn’t ready until 6:30pm, and we had neither the premium seating or the private screen which we had paid for. It looked like they overbooked the place and crammed in as many tables as possible and get away with it

They advirtise this as a sport bar, funny fact on a champions league night they only show 1 game! Worst experience that money can buy! Cold pizzas and we ended up being kicked out because we do not support Manu!

Manager was very difficult and unfriendly. She was unnecessarily rude to us and staff appeared to spend more time chatting to each other than serving. Very unpleasant security.

Great place to watch the NFL on a Sunday evening. So many TVs and very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back for red zone!

I have stayed at st Christopher Inns with and attached belushis in Paris and in Amsterdam. I would usually recommend it. However on this occasion I feel what happened was very inappropriate and not handled professionally at all. It was karaoke night, I was stood outside with some friends in the smoking area around 11pm. Someone had come out to tell me my name had been called for me to sing a song. I attempted to run in fearing id miss it. As I ran in one of the security guards manhandled me and touched me inappropriately. He made me feel violated. I tried to ask if he could please not touch me like that. He then proceeded to push me and say if I have a problem leave. I was kicked out. My friends and a couple of bystanders tried to speak to him as I was crying and didn’t want to talk. He lied completely. People even went to the managers and bar staff to try and complain. They basically all said no sorry. They can’t help. My night was ruined. Be careful.

Don't pay for table service as you still have to order at the bar!

I'd like to raise a complaint around a member of your staff. I came to your venue on Wednesday 1st November at 6pm. As I walked in with my friend, the bouncer pushed me back because he wanted to check my ID. Completely understand the need to check IDs but to push me back is unacceptable. He should verbally let guests know this. This was then followed by the most pathetic and child like attempt to assert his dominance. He spent ages putting on his jacket, and then proceeded to move the keyboard on the screen from side to side for 5 minutes. Clearly he was trying to waste our time. How pathetic can you be to get offended because I tried to walk through a door. He eventually stopped spinning the keyboard around the screen and entered in our details from the IDs. We went in and he proceeded to let everyone else in behind us without checking their IDs. Is this pathetic behaviour accepted at your venue? It's passive aggressive at the least. We were completely sober and are both in our 30s. I do not expect to be treated this way. I'd like to say your bar staff were great and provided a lovely experience. Your bouncer is a child however and needs retraining. Please can you confirm what steps will be taken to ensure this bouncer doesn't assault guests again and to ensure he isn't so passive aggressive? I look forward to your reply and confirmation on what actions will be taken to address this member of staff.
