The best restaurants in Southwark London

Stayed at the Hilton above the bar for a trip at the end of December to January! Deanna and Anca are absolute gems! I talked with them with my mother for awhile down at the bar. They’re very easy to talk to, very funny as well! They’ve got a lot of diverse drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike.

My husband and I have wanted to try Kachori since it opened, and today was the day… and just wow! The interior is beautifully designed, so if you want to dress up for a bougie night out, this is just the spot. It’s amazing spot and the team are very welcoming! Shout out to the GM Sanji who gave us some great menu recommendations. The food is simply just wow. We started with a cocktail and mocktail which are 5 star hotel standard… just delicious. Try the Jasmina! We had starters which were out of this world and main courses which were also incredible... each one had its own unique taste. I had the jodhpuri chicken tikka, which was so flavoursome. All of our dishes had a very generous serving. I would highly recommend a trip to Kachori which is described as a hidden gem, it’s time to shine!

Excelente restaurante tradicional italiano. Dueños muy apasionados. Gran carta de vinos. A solo 10 minutos a pie de Borough Market también.

Habiendo tenido solo pastel y puré un par de veces nos recomendaron este lugar. Nunca fui un gran fan de pastel y puré antes, pero sin duda volveremos. Es impecable y la comida era excepcional. Bien hecho y mantener el buen trabajo en esta institución absoluta.

Myself and my Brother took my Dad to Legare as he has mobility challenges and it wasn't far from London Bridge! We couldn't have been more impressed. The welcome was warm, and the staff couldn't have done more for my Dad, even bringing cavolo nero for him to see before they tempura-ed it as he hadn't seen it in its raw form before. They were attentive throughout (especially Alice), and the food was exceptional, particularly the wonderful combination of buratta and Italian meats we had for starters. We plan to return with other members of our family later in the Spring

Very clean, staff attentive and efficient. Prices a little high for the elderly as they only want small portions but are charged the same, they need to be able to have a children's menu also. I personally have cut down the amount of times I now visit

Absolutely delicious sourdough breakfast with perfect poached eggs, spinach and mushrooms. Amazing ginger beet smoothie and fabulous coffee. Excellent friendly service. A real gem

So I found this through reviews, never had Vietnamese before, been to Thailand and love that so thought we would give it a go. If you walked past this place you wouldn’t give a second glance just looks like a small cafe, but think again, when we walked in after booking I thought oh dear, but the food service and family are amazing, they food was absolutely amazing with such a friendly service, drinks cheap, would love to go back and really great experience as the Americans would say, throughly enjoyed the whole evening with fresh healthy ingredients. A,asking value cant wait to go again.

From outside, you probably wouldn’t even considerate. Do. It’s incredible. The margaritas are amazing, ALL the food was delicious, from the nachos to the tacos, including the vegetarian options. The staff our a delight, service is first class. No frills, no fuss, just bloody great Mexican food, done proper well!

Un lugar especial para los amantes del vino. El personal era muy amable y atento. El ambiente es cálido y romántico. Es un lugar perfecto para pasar el rato con amigos tomar una copa de vino en la noche.

OPS wine bar hosted a wedding after party for family members. The service, food and drinks were all fantastic. Would highly recommend.

No vayas aquí esperando un lujo alrededor o mimos, es, como indica la dirección, casi en un lote de construcción. Pero es un lugar para venerar la comida. Cada uno de los nueve cursos era una maravillosa combinación de artesanía e imaginación. : Los ingredientes magníficamente juntos por lo que cada plato fue una revelación. Me encantó y no puedo esperar a volver. Los bocadillos incluían un tartar de ternera en una caja de pastelería de chocolate (? ) fue una explosión de diferentes gustos. Memorable también fue el pez monje con tomates refrigerados. Si miras el menú en línea solo crees que no le hace justicia... .. es, como una revisión temprana remarcó, poesía. Y el Servicio es encantador.
