Now terrible for vegans, which is a real shame. Subway used to offer plant based meatballs, plantbased chicken and plantbased steak. Now all they offer is the vegan patty, a variant of what they've been offering for the last 20 years.

The store is really terrible. You would actually think that Subway is the same everywhere. It's not. For the first time in my life, I didn't like the food at Subway. And neither do my children. I don't know what the guys are doing wrong, but the result is just terrible and inedible.

Staff member could not understand the order and was rude.

Had to explain several times to multiple staff what I wanted . I had tried to be respectful but I got impatient then asked for nothing but ham and lettuce and sweetcorn. They ended up putting everything from the salad selection on .

No welcome All staff have a no idea how to make a sub all of sauces out side including vegetable patty.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a cooked fly in the Oreo Muffin and since the manager was not present they could not give a refund. The staff did not give us a receipt and was very disrespectful and unclean in handling the food. The Waffle Fries were barely cooked and staff did not know how to fully cook the churros or Waffle Fries.

Ordered a footlong cookie which tasted like pepperoni as it was probably frozen mixed with the meat. It was disgusting. Customer service is appalling with the worker named Fatima kissing her teeth at me for asking to order a churro along with the cookie. Only good thing is that its a quick service.

I went in 15 minutes before closing, and was ignored. I prompted several times over a 5 minute period, and was told "I'm busy". They were cleaning up and were obviously more interested in closing than serving. I wasn't rude, loud, or drunk so don't understand the attitude.

Honestly, first time going and I won't be going again unfortunately. Staff unable to understand orders and when trying to reconfirm they just go and put the wrong thing on anyways. Also, coughing over other customers orders and leaving one staff to do all the orders wasn't nice to see. I also believe I was overcharged when I asked for a meal deal.

I ordered on here at 10:50 pm on Monday 8th of April and they forgot my drinks and was super rude on the phone spoke to the manger who put the phone down on me and I rung back and he was extremely rude and I am not happy 😡😡

Honestly this is the worst subway experience i have ever had. the staff is uterly disrespectful, they make fun of their customers and show no signs of hospitality. I went there 2 days ago and the guy serving there was shwoing half of his underwear which was super disgusting. the food is stale and really not that great. the staff also does not listen to the customers. the hygeine is really bad and i just felt really guilty of being there in the first place.

The branch looks clean but the food looks and tastes poor. Bread is stale and the toppings look dry and are old. Customer service leave something to be desired for.. Everyone looks miserable without a single smile. Very stingy with the toppings whether it's a sandwich or a side - you'd think their life depends on it. Must be something that's enforced by management to save on costs but not a good strategy if you want to retain customers. Like many others in the comments - would not recommend.

Exactly as others also said. Worst sub I’ve ever had. Bread was extremely dry and tasted stale like it was a few days old. I paid extra for cheddar cheese and couldn’t taste any cheese, there were barely traces of it. Sauce was almost non-existent too. Overall extremely dry and tasteless. Waste of money, just hope I don’t fall sick from it.

The worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread is over toasted and too dry. The tuna tastes extremely sour. Lucky I didn’t get food poisoned. Worst taste ever. Also charged me extra somehow.

One of the worst customer service you can get in London. The lady staff who served me has an attitude like she owns the Subway. This Subway needs to be shut down. Disgraceful service. The staff can't even make a sandwich. They can't even read - careless and disrespectful to their customers. Who makes a sandwich with NO CHEESE even though the customer orders double cheese and pays for it? This branch needs to be shut down. PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH.

Camille, is an ignorant racist, refuses point blank to give me, a white person salad. Race aside to the next customer he was of different heritage with respect. Camille was rude and blatantly power hungry. As a person of a restaurant knowlege and the entire process, I found this rude to be quite Frank, and without adding expletives, the fact he's in charge, of the guy who was pleasant next to him (who was told not to add salad by camille) I find this utterly disgusting. As an establishment you will be receiving this in a professional capacity via email.

Love subway, This particular shop has put me off subway, had the Moroccan wrap The Pattie was cold it was not seven wrapped properly the staff needs to be re trained on customer service.

Ordered a meatball sandwich through Uber eats and partner got extremely bad case of food poisoning. She didn’t eat anything else all day so it could only have been caused by the sandwich. Clearly they don’t handle food properly. We will completely avoid going forward.

Food is always good. You can't beat a subway. Service was extremely slow. It seemed like the people on were being trained, which wasn't ideal for a Saturday night. To top it off, I was handed my food in a single wrap and the juices leaked all over my suede WHITE shirt, which I had to get specially cleaned. When did subway stop packaging things properly?

I bought a Big Bombay, crisp, 7up and meanwhile when i was having it I realised that the crisp i am having has been expired and i almost finished it, packet says Best before 29/07/2023 and today the date is 08/08/2023. Sorry but i want compensation for that, it is gonna give me health issues.

Great foods, as someone from the US I was surprised about the fact the corn exists in subway. Very great people at the counter and very respectful as well.

Ordered 2 beatball footlong, got told I wasn't allowed any lettuce or sides or sauce or any extra? Very confused I thought the idea was you can have all the toppings after it is in the oven. The server refused even lettuce. This was at 00.15 20/07. Maybe what you can add changed?

must try the yummy veg salsa sauces they offer in this branch. there is no seating arrangements . there is a small table for quick eating by the entrance. 5mins walk from london bridge underground tube station

My sub broke into pieces and felt on the floor and I can't pay with 10 pounds. Service was very bad.

I asked for a meal deal like 5 times and she couldn't get it in her head. I finally just settled for the sandwich and a cookie because I couldn't be bothered to ask again. No seating at all.

I bought a sandwich and asked the staff for a cup of water also and they wouldn’t give me one. I’m pretty sure this is illegal? I confirmed that they would not give me one with a couple of staff.

Poor service. Employees do not know how to communicate, if we ask the price of something they seem to have been instructed to speak even lower causing embarrassment when paying and without any sympathy. I definitely get hungry but I don't eat in this place again.

I ask the employee for a vegan sandwich and he tells me they don't have a vegan sandwich. I then look above him at the menu and it says that you can have a vegan sandwich, that's when his colleague tells him that yes they do vegan sandwiches. The employee will hide behind to prepare my sandwich when normally he has to do it in front of the customer. did he spit in my sandwich?

Åt ett sent mål där för alla andra restauranger hade precis stängt köket, men det var gott och väldigt barnvänligt. Barnen kunde välja exakt allt de tycker om att ha i en matigare macka och man kunde välja en halv portion. Det fanns även goda muffins och små chipspåsar till efterrätt.

Nowhere to sit and quite cramped, the staff couldnt understand me too well but I did eventually get my sub which was delicious but got cold as I looked for somewhere to eat. They do seem to take cash too which is helpful

Poor hygiene and no regard for vegan options. The guy didn't change his gloves between meat and vegan orders. Staff were rude and the hash browns were cold / raw. Overall pretty terrible.

According to Mani working on 19/09/2021 at 2:45am they are not accepting points since football final due to tax audit. Absolutely a lie since week before I paid with points. Also automatically they are forcing upon you a purchase of a plastic bag - Eco friendly much?

Despite being listed on the government website and having a sign in the window for the eat out to help out scheme they are not offering it. Had to argue with the guy who eventually begrudgingly gave me a bit of discount that wasn't 50% off. False advertising. Been to this subway several times before, there is always some issue, they are so slow, even worse since you now get pushed to the back of the queue behind delivery, always missing things. The cannon street store is much better, that's how you deal with a busy branch!

Part of Eat Out scheme with only 1 seat! They were happy to throw sandwiches in the bin then offer the deal due to no seats. Customer before me he's sandwich went in the bin as well as the customer before him too the 1 seat. Atleast have a clear message on the entrance. Probably 100s of sandwiches in the bin over the 3 days.

Decent Subway with good service but nowhere to sit and can get quite dirty in the night time as it's open quite late.

New Subway Tosted Bites.. 😋 Yes they are quite small but they taste delicious... I love the bread they use and you can add 2 toppings and sauce. I usely get two.. yummy

Staff are great! Friendly, professional and very polite! Service is fast as well. I popped in to get one of the vegan meatball subs that is being broadcast so widely and was impressed with the service. The sandwich itself was not great. Edible but not amazing. There are plenty of alternative vegan options around and the Subway one won't be my first (or second, or third, or fourth, or fifth) choice. Thumbs up for the well-trained team though.

I went at 4:15 after finish my job today. There was an employee that he didn't even say anything when I said good afternoon. When I thought he was going to take my order, he went to the fridge and started to "organise" the drinks. However I wait few minutes thinking maybe it was something that he had to do but I realized that he just didn't want to receive my order. I left the store and I bought something at wasabi. Quite disappointed because this is the first time that I have an experience like this at subway.

It's always busy but friendly staff and quick service. Will be back soon.
