Little Deli Cafe in Liverpool

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered bagels with bacon and hash brown. Bacon was undercooked and like rubber and hash browns wee soggy and fell apart along with the bagel!! Disgusting!!

Seriously stay away from this place, waited nearly 2 hours for a breakfast on uber eats with no update and no answer when I called, just ignored my order!!

I ordered a sandwich, which was tasty, until I ended up biting into it to find a cut finger nail inside my sandwich. Normally the foods great; and I would have taken this as an error, a one off but when I contacted the cafe, the woman on the phone didn’t even apologise; her attitude was horrific and very “defensive” for someone who’s always went this cafe, I thought there would have been some respect. But I am absolutely disgusted, by the fact the lady who runs the cafe can even be in a job. She was horrific and I will never ever go there again, and I’m going to make sure nobody I know does either. Lost a lot of custom now. Absolutely horrid service and lack of responsibility. So if you want human finger nails in your food, and an hour and a half wait for a sandwich go here but 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

Waited 2 hours for 2 breakfasts when they arrived the toast was black and I mean cremated, no hash browns, burned eggs, missing sausages and the beans and tomato all over the bag!!! Called to complain and the lady apologised and said the owner would cook the food again now and could I give the delivery driver the old food when it was delivered - not a problem. The delivery driver knocked within 10 mins to collect the old food. An hour later the SAME food just reheated and more beans and tomatoes was returned!!! Again with no hash browns and missing sausages. I called again but this time they had either gone home or seen my number so avoided it. AVOID!!!

In the past this place has been go to for Brekkie, have not been through much of lockdown, on my return the place has gone downhill in a big way. Biggest gripe were the sausages which were filled with gristle and what look like a balloon, shame i loved the sausages previously. Understand lockdown has been tough on sales, but clearly cut back on quality.
