KFC in Liverpool

don't why I bother ordering from here. missing one meal and all the drinks. its stupidly expensive now too. 64 quid for 3 meals and hot wings... can eat out for cheeper

The place is in a mess. Floor and table required to be cleaned. I am not coming again in this particular outlet.

Nothing wrong with the delivery, i was missing X2 items from my order and only half of one of the meals was packed into the box

Was missing my popcorn from trioligy meal and also missing 2 fillet strips from each box meal and pineapple stick on kids meal

driver forgot out drink and it was never brought.

No lid on one otem food had fallen loose in bag and it barely hadcany sauce on

food was cold and there was barely any chips

gravy was 5 hours old it was thick and lumpy the food was cold and chips were undercooked

6 chips and the worse pieces of chicken of I’ve ever seen

My meal was Disguisting. The chi ken was Very hard and some batter was missing. The fries were uneatable I threw most in the Bin

Over half of the order is missing and the order that came is terrible. Ordered a wrap that was open in the bag and everything from it was all over the place. Won’t be ordering from here again. It’s a JOKE

Ordered for collection online with code to go to the drive thru only to be told by the staff she couldn't hand me the food out the window I had to come in store for some reason even tho it says collect at druve thru which is absolutely ridiculous she just didn't seem to want do her job. I asked for the manager who asked for order number then just walked away again being rude so strange how they behave here.

Not one for fast food but thought I would pay this place a visit as I was visiting showcase cinema on Saturday evening. How can a KFC not have any chicken at all at 5pm on a Saturday ???? Unbelievable ! Had to settle for a pathetic looking & tasting zinger burger meal with luke warm chips 😡 didn't enjoy any of it.

orded through just eat, and requested NO SAUCE, it arrived covered in sauce (which my husband is allergic too) and they refused compensation or replacement meal, so it was £11.99 plus the tip down the drain.

Update, give it another go, now if pooping was an Olympic sports I'd of won gold, thank you for more trash food. Food was trash, had to ask for my tavle to be cleaned even tho it was empty.

Watery gravy delivered at 6.24pm with a use by time of 6.14pm. Food was stone cold. All but 1 piece of chicken was drumsticks, which no one will eat! Complete waste of £24. No more orders from us!

Gots some guys order called Sam while Sam probably got my order. Bit of a joke as I ordered two meals for me and my partner and only received one random meal and a big bucket of hot wings. Food was cold too. Didn’t want to be disappointed but I’m sat here hungry and disappointed. Brilliant 👍🏼

Ordered my food for it to come in a ripped, wet bag, the food was also wet and cold. When the driver handed me my food, he made the comment “it’s a rainy day” which I find extremely unacceptable to be honest when I have paid this amount of money for it to be brought in that condition. Surely the driver must have something to store the food in while travelling from the restaurant to my house to keep it dry and warm. I’m extremely furious and hope that you can reimburse my money as soon as possible

I got the wrong item I wanted a mini filit but got a peace of chicken

First time I've actually had a proper fast food experience in y e a r s. Normally head to a maccies after a Wednesday gym session for high calorie quick food. However their drive thru speed has been abysmal for the last 3 years. Usually waiting around 10-15 mins or told to park up. So this week I though to hell with it I'll go to kfc and get the protein in. As soon as a I pull up to order window I'm immediately being asked what my order is, amazing, told to drive round and no sooner than arriving at the window I've tapped my card and left within a minute. 1 whole minute is all it took for them to have my order placed, bagged, paid for and handed over. Staff were an absolute credit to the drive thru experience and made it as fast as possible while being friendly. 10/10 will go again.

Food and sevice was excellent. Chips piping hot and well seasoned the chicken was very tender with petfect coating, the gentlemen seving was very polite and efficient and the premises was spot less clean the toilets where clean also, there was plenty of room to park but this may change as evening approaches as this is on the cinema complex, would deffo visit again prob the nicest kfc i have been to in a long time,

Everytime we order a KFC something/s is always missing from our order! This time was 2pc chn and popcorn chicken- not sure how that can happen as it was part a the sharing meal! Shame as we enjoy it.

Food arrived freezing, soggy chips and the chicken was awful. The zinger burger was small and the bread crumbs were so hard I couldn’t eat it. The chicken pieces were also tiny and hard, all went in the bin. Must have got the dregs as they wouldn’t dare serve you that if you sat inside as you would go to the counter and complain. Never again!

I never received my order but I got charged for it.
