Find was great and manager was very helpful

Over cooked, all pieces of chicken were horrible legs. They always send legs on delivery, so wont be ordering anymore. £27 wasted. Only decent thing is it was delivered quickly.

I forgot to order something while using the drive-thru but when I got to the window to Pay/Collect they wouldn't let me add to the order.

I specifically put in the notes that could I please have 2 chicken drumsticks but you sent me 2 breast.which I won't eat. you've done this before and I haven't complained but I'm fuming. why don't you read the notes they're there for a reason

One whole meal missing, all sides missing and when I put a request in it was completely ignored. Absolutely ridiculous, I’m sure you have to be a certain level of thick to work here.

Visited with my sister awhile ago and I ordered us a meal with a soft drink for both of us, and decided to leave the chicken fillet bucket as it meant having it delivered and we had already eaten.

very suspicious driver, he did not knock at the door when he arived ..he was staring at my parked car on the driveway and then when I' went out he gave me the food without saing anything and didn't ask for the code... after he gave me the food he went to his car and wait in front of my house for 15 min...then left.

The place is in a mess. Floor and table required to be cleaned. I am not coming again in this particular outlet.

Nothing wrong with the delivery, i was missing X2 items from my order and only half of one of the meals was packed into the box

Over half of the order is missing and the order that came is terrible. Ordered a wrap that was open in the bag and everything from it was all over the place. Won’t be ordering from here again. It’s a JOKE

Ordered for collection online with code to go to the drive thru only to be told by the staff she couldn't hand me the food out the window I had to come in store for some reason even tho it says collect at druve thru which is absolutely ridiculous she just didn't seem to want do her job. I asked for the manager who asked for order number then just walked away again being rude so strange how they behave here.

Not one for fast food but thought I would pay this place a visit as I was visiting showcase cinema on Saturday evening. How can a KFC not have any chicken at all at 5pm on a Saturday ???? Unbelievable ! Had to settle for a pathetic looking & tasting zinger burger meal with luke warm chips 😡 didn't enjoy any of it.

orded through just eat, and requested NO SAUCE, it arrived covered in sauce (which my husband is allergic too) and they refused compensation or replacement meal, so it was £11.99 plus the tip down the drain.

Update, give it another go, now if pooping was an Olympic sports I'd of won gold, thank you for more trash food. Food was trash, had to ask for my tavle to be cleaned even tho it was empty.

The food was stale, old and cold and just eat themselves refuse to give me a refund. This is abysmal.
