KFC in Liverpool

The staff are the most incompetent people I’ve ever known. Every single order I have had delivered has had missing items. Always missing the sides and sometimes completely wrong meals. The food is average at best if you’re lucky enough to get what you wanted. The only saving grace is if you dine in but even then the tables are dirty and need cleaning before siting down. Overall, just incompetent lazy workers and NOT WORTH it at this location.

Food as expected, hot and tasty. Used the drive through so no need to go inside. Speedy service, food was ready for collection as soon as we paid for it. Couldn't fault them.

Order was delivered incorrect and it was second time

The chips are half full - this is a large popcorn chicken - or great at all - no napkins - no real interaction - busy chatting

Despite what it says online, they actually close at 9pm (Tuesday 9th January). At 8.55pm they said "Hello, welcome to KFC, can I take your order please?" We asked for a box meal and they said "sorry, we're closed!" So give them a miss!

Food was great and the staff were excellent especially Shub and Shruti. Will definitely be visiting again.

Staff are absolutely amazing, especially Maia who always goes above and beyond whenever we come in to order. 🫶

Every time we order here we get cold greasy food and missing items staff aren’t helpful and rude over the phone. Not sure why it’s so hard to follow simple orders and put them in a bag, makes me question the human race…

Family feast was appalling, took it back for refund, 2 members of staff couldn't comprehend why I was not happy with only chicken legs in my family feast order.I wasn't told at the time of purchase they were giving me just chicken legs which looked as if they had been tossed all over to tray. I didn't get the choice to cancel my order at the time. dealt with my complaint in a very unprofessional manner. Very rude..towards me. Would never buy from there again. I asked for compensation / got refused by the cleaner and supposedly team member were shouting over me. Telling me I had a attitude 😒. Dealt very badly. Why do we put up with this awful service. Unbelievable 😡😡

This place is DIRTY. It wasn’t crowded, and for this place to be a mess is unbelievable. Had to clean the table I seat on with the napkins. Worst part of it no toilet roll… 1/10.

Quick and friendly service and food was also FINGER LICKING, Well up to the Colonels Standards...

I arrived 15 minutes after I placed an order they kept us waiting another 45 minutes and food came with half of it missing, please do not give this place your money

Stonedale kfc are the worse can’t even get an ordered right

Just got two 3 piece meals, but, again, no chips in the bag. This is the 2nd time. At least I got my gravy this time!

Good food but service was terrible. The server didn't ask what sides we wanted. We also ordered a kids bucket and they forgot to give us a drink, chips and pineapple stick with it, all that was in it was the chicken and beans. I also ordered a fillet tower burger but I received just a fillet burger and didn't enjoy it.

Worst chicken 🐔 I've had in kfc so far , horrible, ordered sit in a was given a take away, staff rude , no ice in the drink half full, table not emptied , order bucket for one and was put in in one bag, soggy chicken chips cold ,considering I paid 9 pounds , will never go back..

Went here for dinner. Really busy and ordered thinking we'd be ages. Food came quickly. Food lovely, hot and delicious. Will be returning.

What a miserable experience. Rude staff who literally throw the food at you. Dirty work surfaces, tables & floor. Where was the zing in the Zinger burger. One to avoid

Spent £30 cash in here today food discusting the whole family are stuck running to bathroom when it's not running out of us it's sick spewing out of us I wouldn't wish this on enyone this place needs closing and the staff need sacking it's breaching health and safety and food hygiene it's discusting we payed £30 for belly ache spewing from front to back beware please health inspection call here stonedale Liverpool close it down your going to kill inocent people through you negligence bad staff bad manager.

My wife ordered flaming mini wrap but recieved it with barbecue sauce which she doesn’t like. Think they need to start listening properly to their customers

Just ordered a 3pc meal from here through uner eats. I got 3 of the TINIEST pieces of chicken and a very small portion of fries..and it cost £13. Its obvious they do this on purpose because your not in the shop to complain

Asked for a 10 piece bucket gave me 8 drumsticks.

Was a bit disappointed to receive 2 drumsticks with the 2 pieces of chicken meal ,didn't you get a thigh at one time ?

Terrible. I was handed 2 extremely hot teas, nearly scolded myself. I had to ask for a tea tray! Health and safety issue! The food wasn't great.. boneless chicken meal.. and zinger meal... yea, never again. . There's lots of food choices here, I wish I had remembered that before getting KFC..

No matter what you order through just eat, they never give you the full order and still charge you for it. Lazy staff service and food is always cold. If you call they ignore your call and hang up on you. Would definitely not recommend and not worth the money. They ruined a family birthday meal

Awful KFC. Service wasnt the best, never had any pepsi etc and place wasnt cleaned with bins over flowing.

Ordered via the app and they still managed to miss a drink and piece of chicken off the order, absolute joke. The restaurant was like an ice box with the air con making it the most inhospitable place to eat in. Especially in mid November.

If I could give this place a rating of 0 I would. Absolutely disgusting food every time. The chicken tastes/looks/feels like its about 10 days old and been thrown in the frier 3 times. Ordered a Zinger salad with a relative and the (VERY FEW) lettuce leaves were swimming submerged in salad sauce. Staff are all half-arsed teenagers that clearly need some serious training in health & hygiene in addition to customer service.

Bad service, staff look at you and don't move, as long as they can make you wait, they will.

This KFC is truly awful. I bought a ten piece family feast this week. The chicken was dark brown it was that burnt, the bucket contained 8 legs and 2 small breasts The worst was the gravy, it was just a congealed mass without any taste. If we had eaten in I would have complained but sadly I went via drive through. Please avoid at all costs go to the KFC on Scotland Road, much better.

Avoid this store As I am executive chef so They can't cheat me. Chicken was deep fried minimum yesterday or this morning and was heated more times Overcooked Fries same so many times fried like coil !!!! Or better to say the rock Even no busy at time what I was there etc. The worst store what I ever used Not anymore

7 chips in a boneless banquet meal. Why serve it in a massive box? 7 though! Absolute joke. Never again

One whole meal missed off the order. Then had to go back with cold chips. Then had to go back again with wrong burger. Ordered and paid for 3 pots of gravy to be told you’ve got 2 large gravy’s instead of 3 Toilets left a lot to be desired. Took my 2 grandchildren will not be visiting KFC again One star given because couldn’t give none

Placed an order from this establishment at around 18:00 this evening. The food arrived in good time but, there were some pieces of chicken missing, the chips were cold, the drink was not what I had ordered and the beans I received were past their sell by date by an hour and half. So all in all, not terribly impressed with the meal.

Awful place, chicken was greasey & overcooked. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and chips. I ended up with 3 chicken thighs. Hardly a variety. And to top it off the place was full of pre-teens sitting around vaping. Never again

Lynne I have just ordered from kfc stonedale, I havent had anything from kfc in a long time, I received our order, I was shocked and very disappointed at the size of the contents, its an absolute joke, I ordered boneless banquets boxes, at £8.49 each there was 3 tiny chicken fillets, a handful of chips, a small pot of popcorn chicken and a tub of gravy and a can drink. Don't get me wrong food is lovely. But you don't get what you pay for. I think we're paying more for the box its self , box is too big I won't be ordering from there again . The stars are because the food was nice.

What a joke .. ordered a 10 piece family bucket £15.99 and gravy £2.. 5 of the smallest drumsticks you have ever seen half of one was missing literally skin and bone , 2 chicken wings the size of a small egg and 2 small breast pieces 4 small overcooked chi's . Absolutely disgusting .. if they are economising then they should tell people before they order for their family ..all I got was a box full of sparrow parts .. will not be going again..

Never have anything in stock, either that or they just can’t be bothered to make it. Happened three times now. You can order online from Uber eats (same restaurant location) and it gets delivered but they won’t serve you it at the drive thru. Poor staff that are lazy.!

Normally I really enjoy a KFC but this is quite possibly the saddest KFC I've ever eaten for a number of reasons. The first reason would be that having payed cash expecting £4 odd in change I was handed all 10ps overflowing all over the place. Secondly would be sad state of the chicken burgers, we opened our boxes and to our suprise the chicken burgers seemed incomplete dry burgers with no cheese or mayo at first glance and no lettuce after checking under the burger there was a small smear of mayo underneath but no were near what you'd expect. After speaking to the staff they informed us that we should have been told that they had no lettuce in ( which we 100% were not because if so burgers wouldn't have been the choice as what's a chicken burger without some crisp lettuce). Unfortunately after finally sitting down to enjoy the meal the chicken itself was rather dry and the fillets didn't have that signature KFC crunch that we all know and love. Overall feeling quite disappointed and won't be heading back there anytime soon.

Great service and food was on point too. Did start to think KFC in general had good down hill but this was a good surprise.

Food was fine however it was very slow service, and its not even like it was busy. Car park is on a retail park so not too bad for parking.

Good staff, really friendly. Quick assistant service. Good meat :) We eat indoor, the woman cleaning all tables so it's really nice.

Terrible place to order from. When order is mixed up once, fair enough, it happens, twice, it is questionable, but still might happen, three times, well clearly some incompetent staff are in there. 1/3 of order missing, chips were cold, not luke warm, not alright, they were "leave outside for 15 mins and deliver" cold. Burger was used as a punching bag and chicken wings looked like a massive rock of breadcrumbs with a bit of chicken and cracked bones inside. Avoid this place.

Waited two hours for delivery, food cold and disgusting. Haven't been able to get reply since on phone. Seriously want refund. Used to REALLY enjoy kfc, not anymore

I want in for lunch, and the Gravy was just like hot water with no flavour. Chips were just warm. Very low standard and I enjoy KFC too

Enjoyed sitting in for a change, the cashier was happy and cheery and very helpful, it made a difference. He was a tallish stocky lad so hope his boss reads this👍

On time delivery and food hot polite driver

Good quick service e although no Gravy, Krushems or Cookies....basically anything KFC is unique at. Chicken still delicious and made my own gravy at home tasting similar with Chicken Bisto and a lump of butter!

Disgusting service. They open fully packed with people from just eat, deliveroo etc. But not serving walk in customers. Always missing stuff in orders and that's in last 3 years it's happening. Even phone them once about missing items in order and what they said I will get vouchers to cover my loss that I never get. Absolutely joke they are. Never seen wors KFC in UK.

Staff as expected alot better then most tho so that gains a star catching it at the right time is key wrap was amazing chips were cold gravey was cold but dog loved it so didn't waste money like I said just catching it at the right time to get good food lost the star coz it were cold

This is the worse KFC in Liverpool should be shut down and the staff are awful..drive straight out and go the maccys next to it which is great and well ran

Possibley the worse KFC I've been too, large mighty bucket for 1 missing hot wings and the large drink served in a coffee cup with and upside down lid which went everywhere. New ordering machine in the drive through is handy, just bring binoculars to read the menu board which is 5 meters away. Do yourself a favour and stay away, serious needs a manager and staff shake up

Waited 30 minutes for our food. Got the order wrong and only told when getting the drinks there was no Pepsi Max. The staff have no urgency about them and it seems the Just Eat orders take priority.

Excellent service from young lady behind counter, told us slight wait for chicken, didn't mind waiting ,she gave my daughter a free drink for inconvenience and offered us free hot wings aswell, food arrived within 5 minutes, excellent service and a smile.

Well just got my meal delivered.. beans instead of 2X gravy...Small chicken popcorn instead of large! Pepsi instead of Tango..Missing Chips . THIS PLACE IS SHODDY NEEDS TO GET BETTER STAFF...

Drive in not working. Had to go inside, member of staff coughing into her hands with gusto behind the screen and then serving food. Not impressed.

Very hit and miss this place. Depending on what staff are working. Either the service is very fast and efficient or its very slow. Recently the drive thru had a huge queue, so I decided to go inside as there was nobody queueing inside. I got told that I had to use the touch screen to order my food, even though 3 of the members of staff were stood talking and not working. The touch screens was both not in service and I got an attitude from a staff member when I said that they weren't working. By this point they willingly served people at the tills which made me have to wait even longer. The food is always usually on point so at least that is a positive.

Slow waiting for burger Didn't mind waiting but fact the other food was gathered and left on side not under heat so asked for it so kids could eat while I waited Little one didn't like his drink so need to grab him a fresh orange was made to go to the machine to order as paying by card The other server had previously taken my order and let me pay by card 🙄

How was KFC Liverpool ! I wouldn't know as i was across the street in McDonalds lol.🥰 The Drive Through didn't look too busy like, haven't been in KFC for a while, well, I'm not allowed to eat there since my Mrs had food poisoning off a dodgy Zinger Tower meal 3 months ago.....🤮

Chicken almost cold when we got home only 5 minutes drive from KFC disappointing.

Avoid this place, signs on window saying dine in available but it's not, staff not very friendly or cooperative, after checking my order 3 times with 2 different staff I still drove away with items missing from my order, not happy to pay for items i did not receive and the food I did receive was poor!!

Visited this place last week, I was driving a hgv. Walked into the restaurant area, door open, all light's on only to be told by the assistant the area was closed and it was drive through only!! Goodbye.

Got food then they decided not forks or spoons. Rice box with hands is not good. They weren't botherd.

Nice food, can be tight for indoor dining

The drive thru here frequently backs up so far you're queueing around the roundabout to get in. Our order was hardly large, but we had to park over anyway and spent 25 minutes waiting for the food. It's then quite tricky to get out because you have to cross the stream of incoming traffic (which in my case was a very static queue of cars full of bored, hungry, hot people disinclined to let me out of the parking space). The food itself is of the quality you'd expect from KFC, and the staff perfectly courteous and apologetic for the wait; there just don't seem to be enough of them to cope with the peak demand here.

First time D Hot Chicken Wings was hot not chilly hot, N 2 me its spot on N I 'll go there again (ACE).

Signs all over windows to say dine in is available but sign on door says you can't sit inside. Stood at counter 10 minutes before someone bothered to tell me I had to order on the machine. Terrible customer service.

Always a great service and food is hot everytime nothing missing from the order.

Had no chicken available.not what you would expect at a KFC

Avoid if you plan to eat, just eat have taken over, 5 staff behind counter none serving customers 45 minute wait from ordering to leaving, some were there longer, just eat in and out in minutes, come on KFC walk in customers are your bread and butter!!

Failed once again to get a simple order right... it was just a zinger tower meal... how hard can it be!!!! Used the drive thru so by the time I opened it I was miles away.
