Was as going to use the toilet before I ordered food I have a medical condition, where the asian security guard confronted me. If I could give you a zero I would no worries. Told me you can't use the toilet without buying food?? In a aggressive manner well you can't bring food in to the toilet can you.? Can you can you bring your meal into the toilet 😉 I have a prostate issue and sadly a medical condition. I hope one day he doesn't have m it then he may be more understanding manners costs nothing nether does humanity. Prostate cancer effects many men up and down the country and it doesn't discriminate. I was in urgent use to use the bathroom before ordering my meal as I was picking my partner up whom was at a memorial in the city centre. What a disgrace to treat people in this manner I suggest you go to McDonald's over the road no worries used there bathroom and then got order and they my custom terrible policy I suggest you look at I won't be shopping in this place ever again. If I could give you zero stars I would without issues I suggest you speak to the security guard and management on this issue.

My first time there and I don’t think I can go back there again, I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers and when I collected them and opened they had given me what looks like chicken burgers I was so confused so I went to let them know and the lady asks me if I let them know?!? I was so confused so I told her and showed my receipt I ordered cheese burgers and she then goes and speaks to the kitchen and comes back saying sorry when you order cheese burger it’s a pick between pork and chicken and they had given me pork. I was confused but accepted and threw away my burgers and left how ever I felt weird about it and checked their website to see that the cheese burger was 100% beef and they had lied to me. I feel scammed and will never be returning !!!

Nice food, but the moment we sat down we were asked to give a 5 star review and handed a QR code to scan. Hadn’t even opened my burger wrapper!!! WiFi was poor, so couldn’t leave the review. Very weird customer service.

Mesas sucias, inodoros sucios (sin rollo de inodoro en ninguno de los cubículos) mamparas de pedido de alimentos sucias, Dispensador de bebidas no surtido, sprite pedido, no disponible. Como franquicia este sitio necesita ser visto, Burgerking en serio necesita revisar su restaurante, fail fail fail.

oday me and my family visit Burger King on Highway 92 when I tell you that the workers there was very polite and sweet. My food was hot, my burgers oh my God, I enjoyed it. It was nice and juicy anytime. I’m in town that would be the Burger King that I would visit for now on. Every last one of the workers was awesome. Please give your workers raises cause they deserve it. Thank you.
