Burger King in Liverpool

It was great here, the ambience was cool with good customer service, most importantly, the meal is awesome.

The food is nice but the place is usually dirty, the tables are stained and rubbish is everywhere, bins always full, no tissues on the counter. Awful experience.

Cold chips .kids meal not in box asked for box was told its just 2 crayons in it really bad experience won't return

Delicious choice of beef and chicken burgers sides too which include chilli cheese bites onion rings, desert is ice cream vanilla or Ben and Jerries. Their menu is versatile options for everyone staff are very polite and helpful for anything your unsure of on the menu clean environment. Easily place your order on the kiosks provided cash or card option available towards completing your order.

I got served today by a italian lady her name was cat she was lovely

Tried this branch again after the last time I went in. The order points worked this time ordered and paid no problem, got my food ok but did not enjoy it at all ordered the 2.99 chicken meal and it was very bland. To top off the experience the whole of the dining area was untidy not one member of staff out clearing tables

Was as going to use the toilet before I ordered food I have a medical condition, where the asian security guard confronted me. If I could give you a zero I would no worries. Told me you can't use the toilet without buying food?? In a aggressive manner well you can't bring food in to the toilet can you.? Can you can you bring your meal into the toilet 😉 I have a prostate issue and sadly a medical condition. I hope one day he doesn't have m it then he may be more understanding manners costs nothing nether does humanity. Prostate cancer effects many men up and down the country and it doesn't discriminate. I was in urgent use to use the bathroom before ordering my meal as I was picking my partner up whom was at a memorial in the city centre. What a disgrace to treat people in this manner I suggest you go to McDonald's over the road no worries used there bathroom and then got order and they my custom terrible policy I suggest you look at I won't be shopping in this place ever again. If I could give you zero stars I would without issues I suggest you speak to the security guard and management on this issue.

My first time there and I don’t think I can go back there again, I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers and when I collected them and opened they had given me what looks like chicken burgers I was so confused so I went to let them know and the lady asks me if I let them know?!? I was so confused so I told her and showed my receipt I ordered cheese burgers and she then goes and speaks to the kitchen and comes back saying sorry when you order cheese burger it’s a pick between pork and chicken and they had given me pork. I was confused but accepted and threw away my burgers and left how ever I felt weird about it and checked their website to see that the cheese burger was 100% beef and they had lied to me. I feel scammed and will never be returning !!!

Como franquicia este sitio necesita ser visto, Burgerking en serio necesita revisar su restaurante, fail fail fail.
