Overwhelmed with the service given by Burger king staffs ( Bhoomika and Chris). The food was yummy especially the chilli bites and chicken nuggets. The atmosphere was pleasant I would love to come back here to explore some more food.

This place was filthy members of staff standing around doing nothing while tables and floors was full of rubbish. Food was cold I would 💯% NOT recommend this place

After a 'heavy' evening drinking session in Liverpool ( and going to FLARES..which i will never do again 🫣🤣 ), this eatery was open...so we decided to dine in. The loaded fries were ok and edible but the bacon stuff on top were a bit rank..the burger was nice and fresh..to be fair... i was 3 sheets to the wind and was proper 'Hank Marvin' Lots of police rolled in during our visit, which made me feel safe during our dining experience. Would dine here again. 😉

My experience here was disgusting, when ordering my meals for me and 2 friends, the lady got my order completely wrong when I have asked to speak to the manager Tom his attitude was disgusting and totally abrupt he slammed my refund down on the counter and proceeded to treat me like a petulant child totally unacceptable

A restaurant employee saw that I was Spanish and thought I wouldn't understand; he told me that if I didn't give the place 5 stars he would charge me more. So he did. I couldn't even complain because I was on a study trip and we had arranged to meet with the teachers giving us very little margin time. In short the worst service of my life 😔

We order 3 meals with Caterina and she is very professional and kindly. I recommend to take order with her.

Would it kill you to put ANYWHERE on your featured "peppercorn fries" that they're loaded with bacon? How about when an order is otherwise meat free rather than the kiosk vaguely alluding to maaaaybe an upgrade being advertised will no longer be vegan, put "BACON" anywhere in the title or description? You charge premium prices, it would be nice if I didn't have to bin part of my order. How about your staff ask if the otherwise meat free order doesn't want bacon, so I can "have it my way"? This is on me to a large extent, I should have supported local instead of seeing what a chain had to offer. Unless you're there expressly for the bacon on everything? Go somewhere else.

Disgusting. Food came quick and tasted ok, but the toilets! For a start, they're locked, the code is on the receipt, they look like they've never been cleaned, the floor is full of water, atmosphere is just disgusting, and the toilets gender signs aren't clear at all. Tables were also dirty and the floors.

A shame, at 10:00 p.m. they already have everything picked up and they don't let you sit at any table, they throw you out onto the street so that no one comes in and they can close the place earlier and go home.

Worse run Burger King I’ve been to. Dirty, unhygienic, understaffed and bad service.

I went to Burger King today and I had some problems at the cash register which CATERINA solved for me, super kind and really good and fast

It was a really bad experience. As we all know the actual food has nothing to do with the pictures from the menu but here is where this is more than true. They were quick with preparing the food but the tables, the floor, everything was dirty, but it is due to the people going there not the people that work. It was very cold inside.

Dropped into this Burger King as we were headed to Mathew's Street for a quick bite to eat before hitting the pubs and I must say our visit was really good. A modern Burger King outlet, smartened itself up ,lots of seating options and staff who are extremely pleasant. We ordered a burger,fries and soft drink option,service was quick ,we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals which were delicious and filling and great value for money, it was just what we needed to set us up for the evening ahead. We really enjoyed our visit here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a positive experience,its easy to locate along Lord Street and well worth checking out if you're in the mood for a sneaky burger meal.

The most dry and inedible burgers you'll ever have. Every time. The manager needs to be fired. Worst Burger King I've ever been to.

After spending just under £40 on 4 burger meals (ordered on a screen) annoyed to have to pay more for a portion of mayonnaise. This required putting it through the till but I had to wait for someone who could do this (some issue with the till) while I stood waiting with my food getting cold, after 5 minutes I gave up. The bathroom I used was also in a bad state. Maybe it was under staffed on the day.

Had the most pleasant time in this branch as I was helped at the counter by the friendly and efficient Caterina. She has customized my food according to my requests, which is not a given nowadays, particularly when it comes to busy restaurants. For this reason I'm a regular customer now, as she made me and my wife feel very welcomed. PS: Food is delicious.

Nice staff but the food is terrible. 15quid for yesterdays burgers which were cold. Got the food exchanged only to receive a microwaved version of the same burger. Food was hard at the edges and microwave hot in the middle… binned the food and walked out. Avoid am in this place unless you like stale food.

Burger King going to a Burger King restaurant And thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food The staff are very friendly Ordered a burger and fries...choice of toppings...so your burger is exactly as you like it...and freshly prepared!!! And ordered skinny fries with it Same with the burger only order the small.... So consider taking your own is my advice The restaurant was clean and nicely laid out with extra seating inside used locally produced potatoes Yes try and enjoy and one more thing the manager is nice thanks again

Food okay. Place not very clean. A man walks around and around the restaurant carrying a rag and a spray bottle but never wipes anything down. Just wanders around. I got the last napkin out of the 4 dispensers at counter. Part way through my meal the put more napkins in one of the 4 dispensers LOL. I really don't think their heart is in it...

When we visited the place was dirty and cluttered with leftover food and rubbish on the floor. One staff member on floor trying to clean and keep up with need but not enough. Staff behind counter looked rushed and disorderly which led to them being rude and unhelpful. The price we paid for food aswell wasn't worth how thrown together it was.

One person on the till taking all orders, queue was all the way to the front door, took a long time, not their fault all the order screens were out of order, but manager could of dealt with the issue better. Food was fine.

It may look like your average neighborhood burger joint, but burger king is anything but! The music was so enigmatic especially the staff Rangarajan was so considerate and lovely.

The automatic ordering machines at the entrance are not explanatory for those who do not know the subject. We wasted time. We waited a long time. The restaurant is definitely not clean. Going to the toilet is like a puzzle. I wouldn't go again. Prices are expensive compared to the products.

You can intuitively choose the food you want through the kiosk, and it's nice to get a quick meal. Beverage machines are unique these days.

Absolutely shocking. Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks. Had to ask about my order for them to have no clue what I was talking about. To then be told they have sold out. So waited 25 minutes for absolutely nothing.

Honestly it is the most disgusting store I have ever been into. The staff and the shop floor was disgusting. The toilets were covered in literal human *** and filled with drug paraphernalia. Was told we couldn’t use the toilet upstairs and they refused to clean the one downstairs- all whilst being extremely rude. The food was just awful mostly due to the regular cig breaks the staff was taking. We knew they was doing this as they would scream it across the shop to let everyone know.

Burger King is better than Macdonalds as always. Most fast food places are the same all around the country. The service was good in this one I remember going some fast food in the past and thinking is this actually fast food as it took so long!
