I had a great experience at this Burger King location. I want to give a special shout-out to Tanuj for their excellent service.

as a trusted google reviewer i write this actually heart broken as i very much enjoy burger king, so we attended 7pm on a saturday evening the place has clearly been renovated which was lovely it was dead, the service was as expected straight forward etc but sadly we left stating we would never return and would advise head office to get involved as this place is disastrous, where do i start? very untidy and dirty, no cleaner in site food wrapper chips dirty throughout, the toilets which i had to be codded in to get to was brand new but absolutely disgusting, blood and urine on and around the toilet, i thought maybe just a one off bad toilet? nope the soap dispenser was empty so i walked into another to wash my hands to which that toilet was worse!. i was very disheartened to clearly see the staff litrally dont care , the attitude and happiness of the staff was clearly a very unpleasant place to work, the only thing burger kind managed todo was serve us the food we asked for. the bins were full and overflowing upon leaving, i just felt something is clearly wrong in this branch as it was dead yet mcdonalds was rammed on a saturday and a new burger joint just round the corner also rammed, id highly recommend hiring a full time cleaner as this one thing lets you down. as previously stated i would never attend here again as if the restaurant is this dirty i dread to think what the condition of the kitchen the food is prepared on.

Came into the store and couldn’t use the kiosk, Conchita helped me put my order through on the kiosk and helped me modify my burger so it was perfectly to my liking helped me use the freestyle drinks machine too since I didn’t know how to do that his customer service was above and beyond he even brought my food to my table as I had my hands full amazing member of staff and the store is blessed to have him

Popped in for lunch while shopping in Liverpool last week. Had a minor problem with my debit card and Darren sorted it with a smile and made us feel really welcome. Flame grilled burger excellent as always at Bk Will deffo pop in again 🙂🙂💯

I absolutely love this Burger King place. I mean the 5 stars on the overall and all 3 individual sections says it all. Great prices, great food, and great service, particularly with how they greet me when I come to get my order. And I like how they show they like their jobs there and are not there just for the pay.

Tanuj very genourous, no one don’t give me help this place wasn’t busy ; but this guy leave his work and help me. Kitchen wasn’t busy in this moment.

It was a great experience, and Tanuj and staff made us feel home, and they catered us well, and we were almost time when they did.

The 5 stars are for Alex. Who served us at the till. Alex gave 110% customer service. His service to others, his energy and his effort did not go unnoticed by me. A hard crowd I imagine, here at this fast food establishment in the centre of Liverpool, with a high turn over of customers each day, but Alex stood out by a mile. Smiles, service, politeness, eye contact and great character. THANKS Alex you're a star !!!!

Never have I watch a member of staff pick meat up with his bear hands and act like its nothing. The disregard of health standards for this store is disgusting and the service was just bad

Came here yesterday. After 10 mins of waiting order was wrong so the lady changed it. Then the burger was stone cold. Went back up to the counter and was told that the bacon for burgers is pre-cooked and only served at room temprature. I said even the burger is cold and she said that it was ok, i even offered for her to feel it to see how cold it was, alfhough maybe 90 seconds before i had watched her re maoe it. I told her there was no way that food was upto temprature and she didnt even provide and excuse for it. Seen as the price of the meal was £12 you expect more. Fast food place or not there is no way that food is being cooked correctly.

It was great here, the ambience was cool with good customer service, most importantly, the meal is awesome.

The food is nice but the place is usually dirty, the tables are stained and rubbish is everywhere, bins always full, no tissues on the counter. Awful experience.

Delicious choice of beef and chicken burgers sides too which include chilli cheese bites onion rings, desert is ice cream vanilla or Ben and Jerries. Their menu is versatile options for everyone staff are very polite and helpful for anything your unsure of on the menu clean environment. Easily place your order on the kiosks provided cash or card option available towards completing your order.

The food and service provided here is one of the reasons people prefer to revisit. The staff were friendly with me, with especially the managers always there to handle things well.

Tried this branch again after the last time I went in. The order points worked this time ordered and paid no problem, got my food ok but did not enjoy it at all ordered the 2.99 chicken meal and it was very bland. To top off the experience the whole of the dining area was untidy not one member of staff out clearing tables
