Subway in Liverpool

I was appalled at Vcky’s negative and aggressive attitude when allegedly serving me in front of my young daughter. I have spent hundreds of pounds here this year and she has served me on numerous occasions. Unfortunately she nearly always gets the order wrong, even though I tend to get the same wrap. Rather than have the salad part toasted which i find bizarre I simply ask for the chicken to be warmed with the sauce on and then put it on the salad wrap. She had done this countless times as have other staff and other stores do it. On this occasion, maybe as the manager was there she barked at me she couldn’t do it. I asked why and she said she never does it, a total lie. She then proceeded to call me a liar and humiliate me infront of my daughter, I was appalled. As this was a despicable act after keeping my cool I asked the manager Lynn for the area managers number and she said there isn’t one. I asked for their names and she wouldn’t give me them in full. I asked for the owners number and she wouldn’t give it. I would like to speak to the owner as Vicky has slagged him off numerous times, saying he is mean, tight and horrible and I always thought this was very tacky and unprofessional in front of customers. She is a disgrace and I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Te hacen sentir como si los estuvieras molestando cuando les pides algo que entró recientemente y pides el descuento para salir a comer para ayudar y pensarías que simplemente atropellaría a su gato con la mirada que me dio. Pidió cuchillos y tenedores cuando conseguí una caja de ensalada y ella simplemente la cerró de golpe. Conduciré hasta el del bulldog de ahora en adelante. Preferiría comer de la papelera de pizza hut que volver aquí

Es una pena que no pueda darle a esta rama particular del Subway una puntuación de cero. Ordené a través de UberEats y aceptaron el pedido después de unos 5 minutos, lo cual fue inusualmente lento. Sin embargo, la orden seguía diciendo que se retrasó aún más 5, 10 y luego 15 minutos. Luego, después de 30 minutos, decidieron cancelar el pedido sin ninguna explicación.El servicio de atención al cliente de UberEats no me sirvió más que para decir que no me cobraron por la comida. Bueno, ciertamente espero que sí!
