Great place for a quick snack and drink

Order wrong on 2 separate occasions swerving this place from now on

Ordered 2 breakfast meals through the drive thru expecting it to be fast food, but waited nearly 30 minutes

It was OK not my favourite McDonald's in Liverpool but handy as I was in Baltic triangle

I ordered food and it came quick.

Only went in for coffee service was good staff very friendly

Not bad place shame it has youth club vibes and nowhere to sit due to locals using it as a youth club.

A good place to eat in or collection.

My order wasn't complete I rang delivery driver and McDonald's they don't answer no one taking responsibility for wrong orders.I wouldn't bother it s not first time,that they messing around with orders.Do Your self a favour and go to mcdrive when You really see what You are paying for.

Service was slow. Order was wrong, but didn't find out until we were a distance away. Moral is check before you leave. You shouldn't have to and it is basic stuff, but they don't get it right.

It's a Mcdonald's in Liverpool. Actually, the place was quiet at the time of our visit, and it was very clean. The food arrived with no errors, but I had to find a printout of an order so that I could get the age of the location.

Got my wife's and grandaughters milkshakes order wrong vanilla instead of banana gave me the wrong wrap chilli instead of barbecue not up to mcdonalds standards very poor

It's a bit too small for the centre of town

Decent maccies appart from the fact the mcflurry machine never works 😞. Don't bother if you're looking for one.

Went late night after bongo's bingo. Was very very busy. Staff dealt with the busy period very well but was over 30 orders before me - so long wait time. So if going on weekend late evening expect wait time.

Absolutely disgusted by the state of the toilets

Got my order wrong, when I went to the counter staff were very confused when I requested my order to be corrected, I have coeliac so I can't have the buns but I can get away with a bunless burger. Took 3 staff members to understand my request, still got it partially wrong as I received one corrected item, however the 2nd was just 2 burger patties in a box completely plain, didn't have the remaining effort needed to have this corrected to my order so left with what I got... if you have any requirements or you customise your burgers etc, don't be surprised if its not quite right 😅 aswell as the above, whatever milkshake you order, your getting chocolate 😂

Quick service and a good range of hot and cold food, in addition it serves a good range of hot and cold drinks.

Vicky made my day today. I was tucking into my guilty pleasure of fresh chicken nuggets when the box fell tipping them onto the floor. I'd written it off as a loss but Vicky spotted it and arrived with a replacement just as I was binning the old ones. Outstanding staff. Made what would've been an unpleasant mishap a pleasant bit of the day - outstanding. Will be back when in town!!

Parked in service bay 1 close to door as no parking bays available also have mobility issues that are not visible to arrogant staff store manager was talking to erea manager that I have seen before but electric scooters can park anywhere

Rude and thick staff, dirty premises, dirty staff all look unwashed and like they have been on a 2 day bender, food never very good, rude and my last experience will be the last! Go to five guys! Only ever had good customer service from one girl! I’d sing her praises and you notice good customer service so much in a place where they have none!! Staff always on phones, messing around where food is being prepared, swearing and just vile (apart from the one member of staff who is nice who I’m sure has let that environment, if you have…good for you)

It’s a bit dirty but its a 24hr McDonalds so I doubt you’re gonna be complaining at 2am when all you want is a bigmac and some sleep.

Think you get the right order every 1 in 4 orders, makes sense that the Genting's over the road. Just don't bother ordering from this one. Pointless.

Food was cold and I'm sick of paying 10p everytime for my sauce not to turn up. Sort it out. I have to ring Uber every time and it ruins a meal. You are both partners it isn't the customers responsibility to chase refunds everytime and to have a rubbish meal

Often very busy McDonald’s. Small seating area inside. Small car park - often full of people waiting to pick up people that have been to concerts nearby. Service can be slow if you’re there at the wrong time.

They stole 12.97 I never got my delivery even though I ordered through the Macdonald's, app. Bet they won't reply to this

Friendly staff, and unlike my local one, get the order correct and in full.

I was immensely disappointed, having waited close to ten minutes to get parking space because of the host of Uber eat ...drivers Then entered a bit of chaotic scene in the restaurant, where the self checkout devices were all occupied. Haven't waited for abt 12 minutes to gain access to one devices I ordered my meal. Again it took me nearly a quarter of an hour to get my finished meal. Myself and my invited friend stayed in close to about 38minutes to chat while we enjoyed our food. Notwithstanding all those tremors, i have received a parking penalty of £50 for exceeding the parking epoch In a nutshell, i am saddened for such daylight ROBBERY haven't been told by the manager that it is a small branch and hardly espects customers to stay longer with no prior notification. This is not fair and an absolute ripped off. I will take the matter to the appropriate quaters. Never,Never Never again will i go near the McDonalds branch behind the Baltic centre in Liverpool one.

There are 2 disabled bays at this outlet and both were occupied by staff. Management should be aware of this and stop it.

It's maccies, what is there to say? Dry awful "food" but cheap and convenient - staff here are surprisingly pleasant and chatty though - maybe it's a Liverpool thing 😁

Few hours ago I ordered from here a Bigmac chicken and a tripple cheeseburger..now My stomach hurts me a lot and plus diarrhoea, because I have food poisoning. I'm very dissapointed and upset!

I ordered from here earlier today and observed a manager laughing whilst taking a picture of two employees sitting on the floor who were messing around. Also, the chocolate milkshake and fries that I ordered were half full, and I got an immense dirty look from a female employee. Very unprofessional environment but I will say they were quick at delivering my food.

Good McDonald's in a great place, ideal for the m & s arena, Albert Dock and Baltic triangle, gets quite busy after concerts, staff are very good and it's always clean, has drive thru and plenty of parking

We popped in with our three grandchildren, found a good spot in the car park while my wife and 8 year old granddaughter nipped in. Happy meals and a special off Wrap for me and Big Mac for Grandma. All enjoyed at our home just along the Liverpool Waterfront.

The girl manager were very friendly, the staff as well. The food is okay like any MC around the world. I got an incorrect order manager very friendly changed it.

Order breakfast from here every Friday morning and in last 18 months I’ve never had a single issue.

I just don't get it. Stop offering sauces with the nuggets if you never bother to pack them. On top of the 4 sauces I alwaysss buy sweet chilli, it's the only decent sauce but you NEVER pack any of them. Pisses me off. No one wants a dry nugget, Jesus. Its like going to a Chinese and getting curry without the rice. Sort it out.

I was excited to get a McDonald’s treat. Until I pulled up next to the window to get my order. And I watch the managwr (I assume, white shirt short hair little chubby and short beard). Rub his bare hands across his wet snotty nose. Then wipe is on the surface of food table in the kitchen. And then pour himself a drink from the machine pressing the buttons with his snotty fingers 🤮 But other than that. The chips were nice and hot.

A bit slow on drive through service but it was 12 midnight food was hot. No queue tonight food was hot but person serving never asked if I wanted sugar for my coffee had to go back to get some

Literally given up with McDonalds now. Food was cold, tasteless and now pricey. Your money would be better spent elsewhere like wetherspoons ect for same price if you are looking to take family for a bite to eat.

Maybe it's cause I'm from Spain but they didn't had the normal hamburgers that we eat here. Because their food my boyfriend got sick so... Maybe to go to the McDonald's will be better to go to Spain
