Just 5 mins back I had been to this outlet of McDonald, if there was an option of giving 0 or - I would not be a bit reluctant to give that rating!!!! Pathetic, unapologetic, rude. Order # 020. Even after 25 mins my token number was not displayed on the screen neither the number was called. We were right in front of the counter, so there was no chance that we could have missed it.But when I went to check over the counter (The token on the screen was 028 running then ) the staff was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. She kept repeating “ so we called your name, so we called your name” She didn’t even pack my order properly!!! There were 2 girls on the counter, one with very heavy make-up and the other one with no makeup. My complaint is against the one with NO MAKEUP!!! Please see to it that she is not rude with any other customers in future!!

Ideally situated on the way out of town. We go on to Otterspool to eat there

I used the drive through to order. I ordered 5 chicken selects yet only received four?! Additionally, I ordered 2 Big Macs with fries and only received one portion of fries.

Previously never had any issues eating in, but on my last collection order, bacon was missing from the burger (ordered a Big Tasty with bacon) and my drink, an OJ was missing entirely.

I have popped into this establishment several times times now. Each time I am so taken back by a very bubbly lady called Clare/Claire. She always energising or motivating the staff in store. Is there nothing she can’t do - last time I came in she was painting and still polite and helpful! Today I was so impressed again by Miss C she was serving behind counter and I was served writhing a couple of seconds of standing at till. While Miss C worked she was getting really involved with the staff ensuring everyone was okay and energised and working quickly/efficiently. Is she the Manager? Lots of happy smiles behind the counter and I loved her way with the staff. All smiling with nice positive energy including the Christmas jumpers - brilliant. Everyone was working with a smile. Loved listening and watching it. 💪 Apologies for posting Olives, unable to eat breakfast due to other reasons. Felt completely relaxed and comfortable and thankful I was allowed to eat them. Thank you ❤️

Great branch of McDonald's. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Staff are lovely too. Service quick. Never really busy.

Worst McDonald's I ever visited.

Manager that taken our order wasn't very pleasant, quite arrogant,(dunno if he was stressed out or on a powertrip), I felt like to be served was an inconvenience cos we refused to use the touchscreen, asked for a plain burger and got all the crap on it, by that time we were back at hotel (note to self check before i leave)!

My wife and I went to the MacDonalds by the Albert dock I ordered a large Big Mac meal with a large banana milk shake my wife ordered a large chicken select meal and a large vanilla milk shake we were told to go to the first window when we got there nobody was there I sat and sounded my horn then about 10 minutes later a young lady came with her phone clutched in her hand what did you order so I repeated our orders paid her £15 and was told to go to the next window again when we got to the window nobody was there either eventually a staff member came and handed me our milkshakes one large one small when I told her I ordered large drinks she said don’t worry you haven’t paid for it also the got my order all wrong I had a small Big Mac meal and the wife had a large chicken select meal when she opened the box there were three pieces and everything was cold at least the seagull had a good feed never again rubbish staff and service

Just got home to find the bun on the mcRib has MOLD!!!!! Tried ringing to let them know so they don’t keep serving as it can cause serious harm but no one picked up. Edit: customer care was really apologetic and ensured me all the proper procedures are followed in the kitchen and issued a voucher.

Perfect if we go and collect it. Getting delivery however there is ALWAYS something missing. Very consistent when you pick it up.

Convenient place to have breakfast

Wasn't too clean. Many tables vacated but food etc left behind. Service quite quick. Tiny amount of cream on Waffle latte.

Absolutely horrible. Male toilets only had one cubicle and it was full of piss.on the toilet seat on the door on the floor outside the cubicle. Also it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. Absolutely disgusting. I can't even poo without spending 5 minutes wiping all the pee. Please do a hygiene test or clean more often. Absolutely horrible

I thought I'd been to some bad McDonald's but this place takes the crown! Cold food that looks like an elephant has sat on it and staff that just don't care

Quick service, food as expected from a McDonalds. Restaurant a little cluttered and untidy.

Went through drive thru, if i could’ve given my experience a zero i would have. I ordered a chicken select meal and even checked the bag when receiving the meal and saw that the chicken select box was there. After i had eaten my chips i went to TUCK INTO MY CHICKEN SELECTS only to discover that i had been given CHEESE AND BACON BITES. In a chicken select box. If it was a simple mix up of cheese and bacon bites IN A CHEESE AND BACON BOX i would’ve understood as it happens all the time but putting the wrong meal in the wrong box is just gross incompetence , that’s not even lack of training that’s just being stupid. We called back and complained and the woman or girl on the other end was very nice and helpful so shoutout to her.

Excellent food! The location is convenient, there is parking!

It is located in a well congested area, all the time the surrounding is busy. The food is the same as other McDonald's. The staff does not really bother about the customer.

If i could give it 0 stars I would have. I ordered 2 meals. Large chicken selects meal and large chicken big mac and 2 doughnuts. The chicken big mac was missing, no straws, no dips. And the chips were freezing. I spent just on £30.00 and im getting £2.46 from uber eats. I tried to call the restaurant and twice they picked the phone up and put it down. I mean how hard is it to put a box, straws and dips in a bag. Rubbish service.

What a horrible place! No way to give zero stars? It's dirty, the ground is filthy, the trash cans are overflowing. The staff is lousy or, at best, frosty. Endless wait to receive your order even though it’s 4 p.m. and there aren’t too many people. We finally receive it in a paper bag, even if we eat there. I imagine it's because they're out of trays, given the amount that's piling up on the trash cans. No way to get a towel, all the dispensers are empty. There are plenty of very nice McDonald's but definitely not this one!

To the lovely lady who asked if my friend needed to any water and checked on her when she went to the restroom I just want to say thank you. You're not an angel

Food is decent (as is any Mcdonalds). Service isn't great. Took time to get food, missed items and all drinks when handing over in parking/waiting spot, and "drive thru" staff were so poor and sounded so depressed.

It's a nice place. Like other shops, an accident happened today. I ordered food and hot tea and they were delivered to the table. Always busy. With McDonald's you always know what you will get. It is consistent wherever you go. Only difference may be the employee's attitude. I was happy with the service here

Food and service were fine but the disabled toilet and baby change facilities were awful. The floor was soaking wet, the music was far too loud and there was nowhere to put bags down.

Recently visited to get some lunch as nothing close to where I was working, got a nasty bout of food poisoning from a burger meal. Still suffering 4 days later. Hope no one else was served this with their meals. Absolutely certain it came from the food here. I think staff need to be briefed on food hygiene sharpish!! Disgraceful won’t be visiting any chains again in a hurry.

we ordered two employee meals, grilled wrap and a chicken big mac, through the drive through, we get home and it’s a crispy wrap and a plain big mac with only chicken and bread as it got put they wrong by the headset employee, i also ordered a few days ago, and i didn’t get napkins, straws or any of the sauces for my 20 box or the two chilli dips i ordered.

Ordered medium double quarter pounder deluxe meal and received a single instead. Watch out lads. No one likes to be ripped off and I'm not the only one by the look of the reviews. 100% sure is not lack of staff as there were 2 at one window and 3 more at the other window on the drive-throug. Looks like more lack of management. Hope you can improve this

Handy Maccies this. Always pop in when driving through Liverpool. It has a drive through the food is good.

I really should remember to check my drive thru order when I get it, yet again double sausage and egg ordered, only to find it’s a single when I get to work😡 time to start using the cafe up the road I think!

Service was slow. Order was wrong, but didn't find out until we were a distance away. Moral is check before you leave. You shouldn't have to and it is basic stuff, but they don't get it right.

Went late night after bongo's bingo. Was very very busy. Staff dealt with the busy period very well but was over 30 orders before me - so long wait time. So if going on weekend late evening expect wait time.
