Kfc in Liverpool

Chinese staff - most of them with basic English (it is not a problem for me!). Ordered chicken drumsticks. We got them stone cold. Took them back. The woman probably hasn’t done anything, so gave them back cold again. I asked the second time to change… she was very arrogant, she said it wasn’t her fault that the meat was stone cold. So, yes… cold food for £20… Great location in the heart of the St John’s market. Lots of other shops. Close to shopping streets, Central Station, Lime Street Station and and of course to Matthew Street and the Docks / Riverside. So this business doesn’t care much about the quality when we can count with the thousands of benefits of this location! Big dining area with plenty of seatings. Tables are not clean, sticky, greasy etc.. Great place (that’s why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere) for people watching… I personally don’t recommend this chain, plenty of better ones around.

Very slow service, I wouldn't bother.

Warm food and that is eating in, music was so loud it took a few calls for me to hear my order, and the fries have changed, they now come covered in pepper or something and are not nice, keep them plain or salted

Ordered 2 gravy bucket meals met with a miserable checkout girl throu the chips n chicken in a box, swimming in grease gravy was lumpy chicken was burned chips soggy wont be eating at anymore kfc food disgusting 👎👎👎👎

I used to love KFC but immediately changed my mind when I tried it from Liverpool one branch. I ordered the zinger box and it was horrible. The bun was falling apart, chicken was cold and fries were tasteless. The service and food quality was inadequate.

Just been in contact and a manager named toni spoke down to me as if I was a toddler because I had a complaint she didn't want or give me a chance to explain my side of the complaint just asked what it was about then literally give me both barrels without taking a breath KFC need to train the staff better

This is an odd one. Had hair in the hot wings from yesterday. Since it was a freebie for a survey we threw it out. Hope no one will lose their job over this. Just be much more sanitary and careful next time.

Came here a few days ago and no joke had the best KFC i have ever had. Still thinking about it...

Extremely slow and poor service staff forgot items from order and had no gravy.

I visited this franchise of KFC prior to the second national COVID-19 lockdown in the UK. This was my first time visiting a KFC and to be fair it did exceed my expectations. The chicken was decent, as were the chips and gravy which accompanied the offering. It's obviously not gourmet dining however it serves a purpose. This place is situated in the St John's Market food court, which is a bit unfortunate as this is not the most upmarket shopping outlet. It has undergone renovation, however it's not got the best reputation. The tables were fairly clean, which was surprising seeing as my experience of food courts is that they're generally not very hygienic. Then again, I did visit in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, meaning that the outlet was likely undergoing enhanced cleaning regimes. The staff were also friendly, which is always good to observe. The only downside is that the staff prefer you to order on the touchscreen. Not only is this an impersonal experience (I prefer to order from a real person), the screens are very confusing and difficult to navigate. I am fairly technologically-literate, however I had a lot of problems trying to input a simple order, which made me look stupid in front of a load of people. McDonald's uses a similar screen to order food and their system is far simpler, so clearly this is an issue confined to KFC. Please bear this in mind when visiting. Overall, not a bad place to eat. I prefer cafés and coffee shops, compared to fast food outlets, however this place could have been worse. If you like breaded chicken especially, this is definitely a place which would suit.

Kfc county road is alright. I go about once every two weeks. The fries have changed but they are lovely. The chicken on the bone is lovely and the boneless fillets. They are also staying open during lockdown but only 2 customers at a time are allowed inside wearing a face covering.

Not gonna lie i love kfc. But i ordered ketchup with my boneless banquet and they didnt give me it. Then ordered ice tea it was pepsi. Kfc back home is way better. Didn't get me corn either.

First of all, they took 20 minutes. Now it was lunch so that’s my fault. Irritating but minor. Before I purchased my meal I asked if there was a breast. I was told yes. I was handed my bag at the same time as someone else, who immediately walked away, I had to walk over to her and switch bags. I sit down to open my mega box and there’s half a chicken breast in there, I picked it up to inspect it and it hadn’t been tampered with so I took it back and asked for another. I was told there was no more and that’s how they look, do I look like I was born yesterday? It was only slightly bigger than a mini fillet. I was told i could switch my chicken but not for another boneless piece even though 1. Id asked if they had a breast before the purchase specifically because I don’t like chicken on the bone and 2. KFC’s all over Liverpool accommodate their guests if they’ve purchased something and not been given what they wanted. And then the staff are rude too, the boy who served me (Alex or Ben ) was lovely but the larger lady was rude af. When the manager asks who the refund is for (which I demanded, because I’m not being ripped off) the larger lady wants to say her without looking at me. Like really? You’re gonna have an attitude when you’re not providing the same service as other stores?. The funny thing is, I walked outside to the kfc across from the pub and got given a breast more than twice the size instead of one the size of a child’s fist

Took over 25 mins for my food to be ready Staff never look like they're doing anything, just hovering around.

Chicken has dropped in standard. Same chicken as your local kebab house

The KFC on Challoner street by kings dock does Halal. All this week have chicken with barbecue sauce on. 5 stars rated by city council for cleanliness. Tasty.

Foods okay. Pretty small not a lot of seating.

Liverpool full of screaming children and Mums swearing at them.Had a wrap.Not really hot enough but couldn't be bothered to queue up AGAIN.Never been here before will NOT be back.awful atmosphere

I absolutely love KFC. I get the Chiken zinger rice box. I bit of a healthier option. (Or am I kidding myself). Staff at this KFC are very helpful and polite. Well done and thank you.

Dreadful. The young guy at the till was disinterested and unhelpful . I bought a big daddy box meal, I was told there was no bacon so l ordered it with out bacon. When I got it the bread bun was not fresh the chicken fillet was hard and dry and the chicken peice was a tiny little wing with no meat on and I paid £7 for that. St Johns get your act together.

Nice size of chicken portions, hot and fresh, variety of types of cuts in order so not all wings or drumsticks, great value.

First off, the staff I was encountered by where very rude and inexperienced, their customer service towards myself and my partner was abysmal and I felt rather wrongly treated. Secondly when I sat down to enjoy my meal I found that the staff had not listened to my order requests and put every filling on my fillet twister when I specifically asked for it to be plain, on top of this as I took a sip of my drink to try and disguise the taste of the full wrap I came to realise that my Pepsi was not indeed Pepsi and Was just a rather watered down Pepsi. Lastly my partner went to change the order and was treated with complete disrespect and it took at least 10 minutes to finally eat my meal, then even after complaining about my food I found strands of hair in my wrap and was put off eating my meal. The fast food outlet is rather poor and I will never buy again at this specific shop

Around 12 hours after eating a meal here I became very ill and had to go to A&E where they diagnosed me with Campylobacter (food poisoning often associated with undercooked chicken). Safe to say... I won’t be returning to KFC!

Depending on how busy they are it's OK. Sometimes have bits of your order missing though. Frustrating when you've placed order for family only to get home an somethings missing. Not bad all round though. Staff need to smile more can be soo miserable at times

For a start off the new KFC chips are rank. Went to this KFC today and ordered a large mini fillet meal with pepsi and a medium gravy. Got to my table and had a drink of the pepsi first which tasted absolutely awful and then opened my gravy to find it was so thick that a straw stood up straight in it, I decided to still try it and oh my god it was vile so went back to the counter and asked for another gravy to be told that the whole batch will be the same as someone different had made it that day, im sorry but it doesnt matter who makes it, if it looks like that then you start again and make a fresh batch. Was offered another side but I just asked for my money back which I dont think they were too happy about. All KFC staff need training as the last few I have had from different restaurants have been awful.

Ordered 2 zinger meals with 2 sides, got the meals but not the sides!! Always check your order before you leave!!

Absolutely disgusting. We bought chicken wings which where evidently uncooked and the staff where rude when we went to ask for our money back as I wasn’t eating raw chicken and wanted to go else where. They argued that it was marinade but it was clearly blood. As it was pink right to the bone.

Unfortunately I missed the spot where you have to order the food and I had to park and my wife went inside to order the food, the staff were deep in conversation and ignored my wife for quite a while, when she was asked for her order they assumed we were eating in, when my wife told her it was a takeaway the staff member chucked it into a bucket, at home I found some of the chicken had been mixed in with some which had been cooked earlier and was a bit stale, so not an enjoyable meal at all...

Four chicken strips £4 must be mad smaller than 2 chicken breast and they are less than £3 GET YEAH PRICES SORTED

After watching Mam I'm Ere on The Royal Court Theatre my family; who had come from Bolton to watch the show; decided that they wanted food before they set off back to Bolton. 2 of our party had not visited St. John's Precinct before and were quite surprised by the variation of food on offer. They were impressed by the efficiency of the staff and enjoyed the food they ordered at KFC

Hadn't had a KFC for a long time the 2 girls serving were really nice and helpful had the bargain bucket with a bottle of coke as they said it was cheaper to have the bottle which was lovely of them to say tables were all nice and clean some of the chicken was a little greasy chips good! Would go there again

Needed somewhere to eat whilst out shopping and cane across kfc, we all enjoy a good old kfc which did as always, down side is took quite a while to get order and really more seats need to be provided in the area as you have a few choices of places in here to get food but most are taken up with people eating from McDonald’s etc when the seats that are marks off for kfc customers we had to wait ages to get one.

Visited Liverpool for a shopping weekend with my parents and met some friends, visited the precinct and wanted lunch. During the delivery and supply problems of KFC, I cannot place a bad review for that, as it's not the store fault they couldn't get delivery. HOWEVER, as they were closed, a member of staff was taping off sections of the communal seating area, stopping people from sitting there. Why? Why stop people sitting at the communal tables and chairs, used by a small selection of restaurants in that food court, it was such a weird and petty decision. People who use this frequently will know that seating is always hard to find, it's very busy, so to lose 20 to 30 seats and accompanying tables made no sense at all. Very bad decision and served no purpose.

Sorry place, rude staff and stale fries! Never going again.

My worst experience ever at a KFC. Not only did I have to wait a long time to be served, then no place to sit but then the pieces of chicken were greasy, I mean "fat" pouring out a side of the tray and the fries (chips) seemed like re-fried!

I very rarely moan or post bad reviews and it takes alot to give less than 3 star. In fact if it wasn't for the staff on front smiling it wouldn't earn that star. I am a big fan of KFC generally but sometimes fast food being too fast is a bad thing... unless you like cold chips and slightly warm chicken... Couldn't tell if the chicken had been fried or had been sitting at the bottom of the frier. It was that greasy. In fact at one point I started feeling sorry for the chicken being defiled in such away. If I was going to be cooked and eaten I'd at least like to be enjoyed. Place wasn't that clean but they have a high turnover of people so it's understandable. My advice is don't leave your food standing so long then you can call yourself a KFC! Plenty of nicer chicken places around and KFC's that do nicer chicken.

We went in here for something to eat and we were lucky to get anything. It was 4.30pm and they had no chips as they had run out. Really what fast food shop runs out of chips??? They said they would replace with hash browns if we ordered a meal which we did and when we sat down we had 1 hash brown each. I went to get tomato sauce to put on it and they had ran out of that also. The zinger burger was the most awful soggy chicken we have ever seen. ONE WORD FOR THIS PLACE DISMAL.

I'm never ever going back there again never. The staff's attitude towards me was appalling and disgusting and on top of it all I expect them to be nice and more polite to me because they are not then that's it they can all just leave me alone. I do not like their behaviour at all its disgusting and I don't feel welcome and I'm not being served properly because of their attitude and behaviour towards me and it's disgusting and I think that I would like them to leave me alone. We went there on Tuesday 8th August 2017 and the time we've got served was at 4:57pm. We are only just visitors from Birmingham and we just only come here to get the experience and what the atmosphere looks like. So to this time because the experience from the staff was very bad, I cannot come back there again not ever. So in future I will never ever be going back there again because of all the staff there are no good to me and I do not like their attitude I don't feel welcome and it is not my cup of tea 🍵 there anymore. To all the staff, leave me alone and forget about me.

Constant flat coke ,complained three or four times,no improvement .chicken texture rubbery,like the chicken wasn't fresh or its been standing,after 3 times I made complaints to head office and never went back to that particular kfc but the next closest kfc nice Charlotte Street I think,only 5 minutes walk away by Lewis's.

Thought the food was alright! I mean, it's not quality food but it's KFC! You know what you get! Drink were warm though which is a downer and it took a while because it was busy!

NOW I KNOW WHY MACDONALDS REQUIRE GCSE's 4 times asking for a plain burger and they had the cheek to practically empty the kitchen and have all staff members confront me at the tills all screaming and shouting 'it was plain I done it I made it' well if it takes four to six of use to make a burger with nothing on it I a. Appalled after walking away and asking a gentleman cleaning tables to get the manager he kindly did the manager took it upon herself to throw,her 2 pence in came directly to my table were I had 2 young children decided to scream and shout at me it's my fault I gave the rong order (my orders are always plain no matter were I go) I politly told her if 5/6 of her staff members can not comprehend simple English instructions of a plain burger no salad or sauce then society is doomed I GUESS I MADE MY POINT AS SHE STORMED AWAY AFTER GIVING ME A MOUTH FULL OF ABUSE (f-ing and blinding )SHE SENT THE KIND HARMLESS CLEANER OVER TO GIVE ME A REFUND I then proceeded to McDonald's next door were a kind woman took my order and 3 minutes later I had a plain McDonald's burger stick to what you know

He estado ya en varias ocasiones en otros KCF y conozco bien la empresa y el producto. Así que como punto positivo he de decir que la ubicación es buena ya que no esta en las zonas más turisticas y no tuvimos que hacer cola para pedir. Por otra parte el local es bastante pequeño.

Absolutely rubbish. Staff hadn't cleaned any tables and still hadn't after leaving 45 mins later. Food was presented without care and they messed up my order. Would avoid if possible and go elsewhere.

Very busy, the seating area is very small and the casual seating area is shared with mcdonalds and other places so it's hard to find places to sit at times

Pasó por la ciudad mientras deambulando... no ha sido en un KFC por un tiempo ya que es vegetariana. MCLP ¡Qué shock, lo sucedido a todas las hierbas y especias? Además, estaba llena de gente de la religión más fácilmente ofendido en el planeta, así que obviamente su pollo es Halal. Nunca más.

We visited kfc and found the staff to be helpful friendly and polite. The food was excellent and hot good value for money the food court was clean and tidy. We found access easy for pushchairs and good seating arrangements for the area

Llegué a la barra para pedir un cubo de rienda suelta a su pollo ... se acabaron dijeron ... se acabaron!! Estás jugando conmigo? Puede también haber cerrado las puertas ... esto es KFC ... están destinadas a servir pollo ... así que wheres del pollo preguntar?! Se les acabaron ... !!! Me parece que es divertidísimo ..., opté por una hamburguesa de torre de filete, porque eso es lo único que les quedaba ... piedra fría! Incluso el trozo de queso derretido en absoluto! No mayo ... el pollo estaba frío ... el filete hashbrown era como el hielo ... !! Yo también optaron por sólo 3 rondan los filetes izquierda que se suponía que iban a venir con 2 salsas ... y contemplar no había salsas ... !! Lo mejor está por venir ... el servidor había olvidado para darle a la mitad de su próxima cistomer orden, pero dodnt incluso nos molestamos en ir tras ella ... !!! ¿en serio? Este no es un Kentucky Fried Chicken tienda! Es una broma!

Visitamos con mi hijo y sobrina, conseguimos un cubo de variedad. La comida estaba caliente, la comida fue servida rápidamente con una sonrisa ... ¿Qué más se puede pedir! El único problema era más allá del control de los lugares ya que es un patio...

Como nao amar o KFC? Mesmo com sua comida gordurosa, é dificil resistir aquele cheirinho de frango que é o melhor do mundo, com certeza. Vale os kilos extras!
