Best halaal burger in Liverpool!

Spent 68.20 for a small family and the food took 50 minutes. The people who ordered after me were getting their food ahead of us. When we initially ordered we tried to get the app to get a free milkshake but it wasn't working. The gentleman working there said don't worry, we'll sort it after. I came back down after 45 minutes of waiting and asked the lady who worked there and she was really rude. I don't mind getting the free milkshake but her response was abrupt and rude regarding the 50 minutes to get the food and the milkshake. She didn't look like she wanted to be there and appeared to take it out on me. In the wise words of Joey Swoll, she needs to do better!

Classic place to visit. Food was tasty, piping hot and fresh. Atmosphere was very pink with nice seating upstairs and classic music. The digital ordering made it easier. Slightly pricey but good value. The milkshake was gorgeous, the curly and crinkle fries popular with the kids and the spicy chicken wrap was delicious.

Brilliant customer service and staff, special shout out to Tommy and Meshach, friendly welcoming, patient and helpful. Will be back because of them.

Archie’s is a classic. Thoroughly enjoyed the superstar burger. The truffle fries were also really good & I would definitely come back for more. Also had an oreo milkshake which was great.

I was very impressed with the customer service at Archie's - Liverpool. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and make recommendations. Peri Chicken Wrap and Cheesy Tots: The peri chicken wrap was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the peri peri sauce was flavorful but not too spicy. The cheesy tots were also very good. They were crispy on the outside and soft and cheesy on the inside. Overall: I had a great experience at Archie's - Liverpool. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good burger and a fun night out. Thank you to Rosy for her excellent service!

I recently visited Archies Liverpool center, and I had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I want to especially mention Roja, who provided outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I love archie's the best shake.

Went into Archie’s just to use the toilet upstairs and was treated really poorly by the security staff. I politely asked if I could use the loo, and the guard instantly became aggressive, shouting “no questions” and claiming I’d cause problems—even though I wasn’t being rude or disruptive. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I just left. The way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary. I get that toilets are for customers, but there’s a respectful way to handle things. If the staff had been decent, I might’ve actually come back as a paying customer—but after that experience, definitely not.

Ashok was absolutely amazing in the Liverpool store. Very helpful and patient whilst I decided what to order. Ami’s Dream Matcha is obviously a firm favourite for me (I am biased 😜). I tried the hashbrows with bbq sauce which were to die for! The pancakes were also very delicious! Will definitely be back next time I am in Liverpool!

You haven't had a milk shake until you've had a Archie's Milk Shake! Forget the big Yellow Arches of you know who, try Archies and you won't go back, I can promise you that much, My Wife had a Billionaire Milk Shake which is Banana, and I had the Million Dollar one, which is Strawberry made with real fruit, Ferrero Rocher pieces and Cadbury Flake Pieces, absolutely Beautiful.

1st time there with my daughter, who dragged me into this pink Barbie inspired restaurant, enjoyable meal, wrap was decent size and tasty, service was excellent especially Roja who went out off her way to help us.

I had the pleasure of dining at Archies in Liverpool recently, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious food. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Burger, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the spice level was just right. The fries were also crispy and golden brown. The service was excellent. The manager Rosy was attentive and knowledgeable, and she made sure we had everything we needed. AVOID!!! Disguisting!!! FOOD RATING SHOULD BE A 0. Worst review, I've left and the worst standards of hygiene and food preparation. Toilets are terrible. Wee all over the wall and floor upon entering. Smelled like blocked toilets all through the store. Visited 01/02/2025 at 15:10. Staff is very rude. NO HAIRNETS USED BY LONG HAIRED AND BEARDED STAFF. I used to love Archie's, but now there's no options for tailored milkshakes. Over priced shakes with no personality. Horrible. Was there for over an hour and used the toilet on the way out and still in the same condition.

Chicken has been boiled, you can taste the difference. Waited over half an hour for less than average chicken wrap and chicken tenders. Loads of delivery drivers getting priority over in house customers.
