Archie's Burgers Shakes Waffles in Liverpool

The breakfast muffin was very tasty. Great atmosphere and service from the staff. Would recommend people to come for breakfast here and its value for money

Amazing service, unique menu, 10/10

I came in last week on Thursday when visiting Liverpool. After watching the Sheffield v Liverpool match, I decided to give Archie’s a go. I must admit, it was incredibly busy. However, the female member of staff who was front of house was so accommodating. Whilst we waited a while for our food, she was reassuring and incredibly helpful. We asked when our order would be ready and she brought it straight out to us! The food was also brilliant, and the environment was really nice! The all pink restaurant is a novelty and the staff were so friendly!! Would definitely recommend

Food was delicious and the moonwalker milkshake was too good with the fab ambience . Last week I visited Archie’s and I feel good with the person Ashok that he took my food tray after I completed food and popped in the bin for me and cleaned the table in front of me with due respect that. Love Archie’s 🩷 hope I’ll visiti again this week 😄

Despicable service and manners from manager Steven, would give zero stars if possible . refused to give food because his till crashed despite being shown proof of payment on online banking.demand I payed a second time, which I refused. Company later on confirmed sight of funds being credited to company. Steven personally insulted me and said I didn’t receive basic training in my banking job because I said the debit was successfully reflected on my bank account. Vile service. Humiliated and degraded by unacceptable manager in a busy restaurant and he walked away from me and left issue unresolved. Avoid at all costs

Best burgers ever! Definitely recommend the Route 66 burger, it was delicious. Excellent service from the young member of staff I think his name was Cameron who was so kind to my family. Will definitely come again! :)

Ordered on UberEats. Food took almost 2 hours to arrive. They were “wrapping up” for over 1 hour. Food arrived cold, had to reheat it myself. Keep in mind this was a relatively small order of 2 superstar burgers and fries, so much for fast food. Would not recommend ordering online from here if you are considering this restaurant. Waste of money if i’m being honest!

The tables were filthy, the wings were nasty and cold. The burger was alright but nothing special. Then a random crackhead walked in and harassed our table and the manger didn’t do anything and just watched from a distance till the crackhead came back and started getting violent. They should have thrown her out the moment she walked in causing a scene.

Took just under an hour to receive 2 burgers. Shouldn’t be taking this long. They were serving all the delivery drivers first even though we arrived and ordered before them. The food was stone cold and had clearly been sitting out for a while. The buns were so oily. Really disappoint, our worst experience at Archies. We were regular customers. This will prevent us from returning.

Archie’s has gone downhill. This Liverpool store needs serious renovation. The food is overpriced and underwhelming!

Staff clearly hate their job, waited half a hour for 2 burgers fries and wings, came out stone cold, informed staff was not interested, got new that was bland and thrown out, not good for over £40

Fui a cenar con mi novio, nos cogimos dos hamburguesas ( sweet Alabama and the good burger) y unas patatas truffle. De sabor buenas, típica hamburguesa de comida rápida, pero el servicio excelente, tardaron un poco y por el retraso nos regalaron un gofre y un helado, muy buenas ambas cosas. Lo recomendaría 100% solo por la atención. No salió muy caro, unos 15 euros por persona, sin contar el postre

We ordered on the 20th January The crinkle fries was all at the bottom of bag so the peri ones got mixed up with the normal.and was cold . The royale cheese was greasy.the good burger had a hair in it. Was our first time ordering and feel like we wasted £42 . We complained to uber eats and to archies . but was told it got sorted when it never did.will definitely not be ordering again

Placed an order through Uber eats for Archie’s had two burgers and two fries when the order came the fries where missing tried to file a complaint and was told to contact the restaurant but there was no working number anywhere to contact Archie’s. 0 way to contact the restaurant

Haven't been to Archie's in a long time and wanted to try it as a treat. Was apprehensive due to recent reviews but I had a perfectly good time there. Staff were lovely, food came in under 10 minutes and was nice and hot, and the place was clean. The food is pretty costly but that's what you expect from a gourmet burger place. The LA burger is delicious and the waffles are nice, not too sweet. Only concern was some kitchen staff had very long hair not properly tied up, but there were no issues with my own meal.

Got my food in 45 minutes at a quiet time. Staff were slow and helpful. Back was full of bags of food and mine was taken off that shelf and passed over 20minutes after being out there. Food was cold. And my ask for no sauce was not taken. Atmosphere was bad with staff being rude to both customers and delivery staff. Security man inside insisted on holding the door open making the inside freezing. Honestly just go to McDonald’s across the road if your hungry.

Kind of overpriced for what it is, service wasn't great, place is a bit out dated and disorderly. The burger (I got the "Superstar") wasn't bad but it wasn't filling at all and cost £13.50 for a burger, fries, and a soft drink. Would have been better off going to a McDonald's.

Amazing waffles and milkshakes. Reasonably priced and liked the pink seating area! Didn’t try a burger do can’t comment but a good range on the menu. Service was excellent. Big shout out to the girl serving called Evie. Brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Happy to pay premium prices when food is good but chips were cold, my burger had a tiny bone in, the place didn’t feel clean (sticky door handles and no soap) and we waited 25 minutes despite being the only table in there.

It was a really good experience they do a range of burgers and milkshakes the service was really good and if you are in the area and like your burgers it's worth a try.

I get Archie’s quite a bit, bit of a sucker for spicy food.. just imagine it ash a posh kfc with soggy breading and you won’t go far wrong … However, When I’m eating it. It’s fine.. but when I mean this place makes me Violently Ill shortly after eating at it is an understatement. Must enjoy pain I guess.

We ordered 2 wraps, curly fries, shake and pink lemonade. The wraps we ordered said a hint of spice, which I assumed would justbe a little spicy, we were very wrong, the wraps were very spicy and took over half an hour, even though the milkshake came over within 5 minutes, the rest we had towait over half an hour for, I wouldnt mind this if the place was busy but we were only the 2nd customers in there. We were also told that upstairs was closed but literally 5 minutes later people came in and went straight upstairs to sit in comfortable seats

Food was absolutely insane, best milkshake I’ve ever had, however it was rundown and unclean. We stayed about an hour or so and nobody came to clean the sticky tables or clear rubbish that was left by other guests. Would come again but maybe just for take away

We went for their premium milkshake. It wasn't mixed properly which is a shame given that shakes is one of their main specialities. You would think they could get the basics right.

VILE 1st time i ever ordered here and most certainly last the burgers are vile soggy disgusting taste horrid missing items cold food milkshake pia mia disgusting 1 big frozen strawberry in milkshake how yous are getting away serving that and also just vomited this morning so obvs what i ate last night shame on you archies disgusting food and made me sick next morning im contacting liverpool city council to make them aware

Ordered food chips came cold sent them back 20 mins later went down to find they were just sat on the side and gone cold again. Would not recommend place is a joke.

Toilets absolutely disgusting, food just edible! We orders online and Waited 30 minutes more than collection time as food was just not ready when we arrived. The chicken tenders were dry, burnt and tasteless, the wings were just about passable. The fries were cold and tasteless, chicken burger was ok. Mac and cheese bites are something u can buy from Tesco frozen sole for about 50p. The only thing decent was the smashed patty burger. Cost nearly £60! Will absolutely NOT be back!

The food is absolutely amazing… when they get the order right. Ordered on Uber Eats many times but they would always get one thing wrong. Tonight, they got the whole order wrong, bar the milkshakes. My burger didn’t even arrive, and my partners burger wasn’t correct as she ordered it with the tomatoes off, but it came with tomatoes. It’s a very good job she’s not deathly allergic to them…

Can't believe how dirty and his place is Sitting upstairs after walking up the stickiest dirtiest stairs I've ever seen in a food place. Upstairs no better the floor is dirty the windows are scummy. Dread to think what the kitchen is like. And the price of food here isn't cheap. Clean you filthy restaurant. Never again!

Excruciating wait for a burger and tenders. Not an organised food chain. There were no fries because the “machine was broken”. Ordered it to stay but they packed it to go. Ended getting a refund. Just ridiculous!!! Disappointing experience.

I think the Ringo Star burger I ordered today may have been the worst tasting thing I've ever eaten in my entire life up to this point. A new low. An absolute disgrace if I'm being honest... I usually love archies but this was just absolutely rank.

Everytime you go to Archie’s they end up closing atleast 1hr early compare to the closing times they show on the website. Either shut the whole thing at the time it says on your websites or just update your closing times. Ridiculous.

The food takes forever to made and they lie about waiting times.
