I had the pleasure of dining at Archies in Liverpool recently, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious food. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Burger, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the spice level was just right. The fries were also crispy and golden brown. The service was excellent. The manager Rosy was attentive and knowledgeable, and she made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Archies to anyone looking for a delicious burger and a fun dining experience. Thank you to Rosy for her excellent service!

I was very impressed with the customer service at Archie's - Liverpool. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and make recommendations. Peri Chicken Wrap and Cheesy Tots: The peri chicken wrap was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the peri peri sauce was flavorful but not too spicy. The cheesy tots were also very good. They were crispy on the outside and soft and cheesy on the inside. Overall: I had a great experience at Archie's - Liverpool. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good burger and a fun night out. Thank you to Rosy for her excellent service!

AVOID!!! Disguisting!!! FOOD RATING SHOULD BE A 0. Worst review, I've left and the worst standards of hygiene and food preparation. Toilets are terrible. Wee all over the wall and floor upon entering. Smelled like blocked toilets all through the store. Visited 01/02/2025 at 15:10. Staff is very rude. NO HAIRNETS USED BY LONG HAIRED AND BEARDED STAFF. I used to love Archie's, but now there's no options for tailored milkshakes. Over priced shakes with no personality. Horrible. Was there for over an hour and used the toilet on the way out and still in the same condition.

Chicken has been boiled, you can taste the difference. Waited over half an hour for less than average chicken wrap and chicken tenders. Loads of delivery drivers getting priority over in house customers.

The restaurant is beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious. However, I had a negative experience with one of the staff members. Their behavior was unprofessional and unpleasant. When I placed my order, their response was dismissive and rude, saying, “Tell me properly, please.” I believe this is not an acceptable way to treat customers. While the ambiance and food are outstanding, I hope the management addresses staff training to ensure a better customer experience. Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

Filthy, food cold and tasteless. Pubic hair in loaded fries. Chips rock hard. Toilets stunk, covered in sick and didnt flush.

Traveled 4 hours to eat here. Showed open on Google and when we arrived we were told they are closed.

Came in this morning was greeted by manager or supervisor but was well mannered said hello how are youse today. Food was really good and service was excellent will be coming again soon.

Really nice burger and wings for me and my son, £20 for 2 meals and drinks. Ashok was great at explaining all the different flavours and was very pleasant when serving. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in the city! Thanks The Archers

We absolutely loved the food here! Being from Nashville, Tennessee, we had to try the Nashville hot chicken. I did not disappoint us! It has some heat to it! It gets our approval. We also got the smash burgers, fries, curly fries, and the Archie shake. We plan on stopping again on our way to the airport when we leave. If you have never had Archie’s, do yourself a favor and stop in, you will not be disappointed!

This place takes the concept of "dining experience" and flings it into the abyss of culinary nightmares. Delivery: Forget about timely service; Archies holds the dubious honor of having the worst delivery in Manchester and, frankly, in any city in the UK where they dare to operate. Their drivers are consistently over two hours late. Food Quality: When your food finally arrives, if you can even call it that, it's a travesty. Soggy, dry, and cold - each dish seems to have been left languishing on a counter for hours before embarking on its journey through the cold and rain with bike delivery drivers. The lack of care in packaging is evident; the food arrives as if it's been through a food apocalypse. Customer Service: The staff at Archies seem to have been trained in the school of "How to Alienate Customers 101." They are not just unhelpful; they're downright disrespectful. Ask for a refund after receiving such a travesty of a meal, and you'll be met with smugness that would make you think you were the one at fault. Additional Insults: Don't expect basic amenities like ketchup or mayo - they're stingier than a miser on Christmas Eve. And forget about tissues; you’ll be wiping your hands on your shirt after this ordeal. Archies isn't just bad; it's an affront to the very concept of food service. Customers pay for fresh, enjoyable food, not for smug behavior served with a side of cold, soggy remnants of what might have once been a meal. Avoid this place like you would a plague unless you're in the mood for a culinary catastrophe. Total fail. Ps. Their melted cheese on top of the chips tastes like diesel gasoline.

Needed the loo before ordering food. It was 'shut' so I didn't order and went somewhere else cheaper.

Really Archies!? My daughter has just paid £18 for two orders of pancakes and let me tell you I've had better pancakes from McDonald's! I could have made them myself by throwing two scotch pancakes on top of each other and poured melted Nutella over them to make a chocolate river in the box. As for the maple syrup pancakes where actually was the maple syrup?? My 11 year old has better presentation skills than this! Save your money unless you want to pay over the top prices for what I can only say looked like a couple of pancakes from pound land!!

Bag caught on fire while sat there and workers tried to play it off!!!my daughter was with me and she could have been in danger,the card machine wasn’t working at all at the counter,one of the tables was spinning because it was loose.It also took over 20 minutes for food to come! I came in here having high hopes and got them broken as this experience was honestly shocking i came in here expecting good customer service but it was appauling😡😡!!!

Staff had no awareness of food hygiene. Handling food, touching tills, surfaces, faces and hands. We arrested a dessert. Kinder waffle. We stood there and watched the woman behind the counter touch her face and then handle our food. She then passed the toppings to another member of staff who just came from outside to take over. There was no hand washing. No gloves. When we questioned the process we were told “we don’t need to wear gloves” when asked about all the stuff they had been touching we got a lot of attitude from the lady serving us. Total defiance. Very bad attitude and a complete lack of hygiene around food. We requested a refund before our food was ready. I’m sure the food would have been very nice but the lack of basic food hygiene and the attitude of the woman behind the counter, we won’t be returning.

Update: After a serious issue with my order, where I found a foreign object in my food, I was extremely disappointed and initially vowed never to return to Archie's. However, the team promptly reached out, handled my complaint professionally, and went above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate their efforts, including a complimentary meal and a sincere apology. While my initial experience was unacceptable, Archie's has shown they take customer feedback seriously and are committed to improving their service. I will consider giving them another chance in the future.
