Five Guys Burgers & Fries in Liverpool

Not quick. The place was dead - dozen people max, service (after paying) was unbelievably slow. I know it’s done fresh but they should warn you there’s a restaurant-length wait ahead of you ordering.

The burgers and fries, a treat. We feel the freshness of the products. Disappointed by the lack of selective sorting, only one bin for everything

Haven’t tasted fresh food from a fast food outlet before. This place is excellent. The burger was very fresh (veggies and patty were good quality) and the staff were amazing too. Would totally come back here.

First time at 5 guys. Fantastic burger. Nice to see the guys cooking in the kitchen. Nice and clean. Great service and fast. 👍

The place offers some good hot dogs and burgers. The service was excellent too. The only thing I find a bit amiss is the refillable sodas, which taste a bit watery.

Food and service was excellent, gave 4 stars as it was a little expensive. But it was in the centre of Liverpool so I should have expected that.

Had a delicious vanilla milkshake, I can recommend it 👍🏻

Sent the wrong burger for delivery! The chips were freezing and so full of salt! My partners burger didn’t have half of the toppings she ordered! They didn’t want to know and told me to contact just eat! Was passed around to different staff members on the phone. No apology, awful customer service, awful food, don’t bother going or ordering here. So many more pleasant and budget friendly burger restaurants around!

Expensive burgers, chips were way too salty. Overall not worth the money

As always lovely burgers and chips. Was a little crowded but the staff work really hard. Food delivered quickly and really flavoured burgers and chips. Very good value

Delivery driver drove 30 minutes away from my house. Just eat won’t refund even though the food was freezing. No apology. Terrible service

Incredible service from both Lesli & Manager Ryan. Both extremely professional & friendly, went above & beyond. Our milkshakes were perfect & by l both staff members made sure my daughter had the perfect milkshake ❤️ The place was absolutely immaculate & although it was almost closing time we never once felt rushed & the service was still perfect, thanks guys we will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Having been to Give Guys in Chester, many many times and so far having a great meal every time I'm afraid to say Liverpool store proved that they can fail elically. I bought a large portion of fries and they were like warm and so floppy I couldn't dip them in ketchup. I'll go to Give Guys again but I won't go back to the Liverpool outlet. I'd have given one out of five but they've alyways deserved full marks in the past so I'll go easy on them.

The snack came wrong with the UBER EATS receipt, the delivery man brought the food outside the bag next to him in the passenger seat, in other words, everything was wrong

Ryan, and I didn't get the other lads name. I feel bad about that. Fantastic hosts Fantastic food. Just chilled. And frankly walk away thinking alright alright alright. A good place to eat. Raise (compensation for time and hospitality) in order for the guy's. And ill frequent. Brilliant

Best burger and fries I've ever had. It's devilishly good. If I continue to crave their meal as much as I have over the last few months, I won't have any savings. I'm on the Internet hunting for Five Guys Discount Vouchers. It's that good. It's a lovely place to take the kids too.

Staff are always friendly, service is quick and food is great.

Came in for a milkshake on a hot day. 11/10 service - the friendliest man I've ever met working the till - & fast too! Vanilla milkshake was delicious!! Appreciated the massive dollop of whipped cream. Not busy, plenty of tables, big windows for watching the world walk by. Will return if I'm in the area 👍🏼

Didn't receive the chips i ordered and still got charged for them

I shamelessly enjoyed a solid burger as an American missing something familiar. I loved it.. maybe it was the desperation of not eating normally for 2 weeks, but either way it was great. Balanced and tasty. I have never been a fan of their fries but thats cool. Fast , friendly service. One of the guys working there is from TN... he is awesome. Definitely recommend

One of the worst food experiences I've had. First time trying it very disappointed had the beef hotdog bland and chewy not flavor at all and the chips where undercooked and bland definitely will be not trying five guy's again.

I ate there bacon and cheese burger. Very tasty burger. So much better than Burger King or Mcdonalt’s.

Normally have been a big fan of five guys but the last two times I’ve ordered a cheese burger the cheese has been disgusting and the burger dry to the point it’s like the cinnamon challenge all over again. Will most likely be taking a break from ordering as I have been disappointed or try other locations

Asked for a beefburger and got a BLT with the bacon insinerated.

paid 40 pound for 2 burger meals as a treat and came ice cold and chips had fell out. Need to sort the delivery times out its a shambles

Was ordering a legitimate meal, with friends, making friendly jokes, to be accused of being intoxicated. My first and last experience with Five Guys. Extremely disappointed!

I like the original chips and bottomless drink cup.. All flavours you can drink

Waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Had to go to counter to ask where my order was. She then gave it me straight away. Both the burgers were cola and the fries were cold and managed to be hard at the ends and soggy in the middle. Contacted customer services who basically told me I was a liar, and that my food was hot, apparently I was seen blowing on the burgers they were that hot!

Jenny served me, I think she was a shift manager, totally focused on customer service. She knew exactly where everybody should be and was confident in deploying staff to other stations as required.

Tasty. And most importantly, you can assemble your own burger to suit your taste.

There is little spicy than Canada Montreal.

Just your average tasting burger. Really expensive. Spent £33 on 2 burgers, 2 fries, a coke and a bottle of water. Restaurant looked abit bare, could do with abit of umpft. 3* Other than that the fries are lovely and the staff seemed polite

Got a cheeseburger only the cheese slices on it where still cold and hard and not melted onto it. Hardly any sauce or onions. Chips where nice though. Staff are really lovely. At £10 plus for a burger and the place was really empty I was expecting more.

Burger was sloppy.and tasteless.frys were burnt on the ends.had to pick and which ones to eat.defo not worth the £15 i paid.

3 burgers, chips and drink cost £57.25. Fries and burger so salty. Fries not nice, made with potato skin still on and all just thrown in a paper bag, burger cheese not melted and just nothing special for the price. McDonalds is by far better and less expensive. No wonder it was quite empty for a Saturday afternoon. Won't be using Five Guys again.

Worth the money as these may be expensive but they are really good. If there are two of you, I recommend sharing one portion of fries as there are plenty of them in a single portion. You also get to select your burger toppings to make it just the way you want it when you order. I don't want to over hype them, but I think they are fantastic!

Great Burgers, well made - you can't fault it 👍 They are a 'bit' pricey, but you get what you pay for. Fries portion sizes are big, so a small is fine between 2 people (it's not like Maccy's portions 😉). Drinks are also a bit pricey (about £4 👎) but you can keep refilling, so it's not all bad 👍

Five Guys is considered to a bit costly, having said that once you taste the food you will not be disappointed (it is worth every penny) The banana milkshake is to absolutely die for, we pop I'm every couple of months for our 'fix' we absolutely love it. Recommend Five Guys 100%

Pretty decent as Fiveguys go, this is definitely the one to visit in Liverpool as it's consistent decent in quality and cleanliness.

You gave me the wrong burgers and I want new ones. I ordered a plain hamburger with ketchup and a double bacon cheeseburger and you put cheese on my hamburger and no cheese on the cheeseburger

Ordered delivery, took over an hour when I live in the city centre, the toppings on the burger were missing as were the chips. Cost 30 quid, waste of money.

Up in Liverpool for work again and came here after a couple of hours geocaching and exploring this wonderful city. Arrived at around 08:30 and was amazed to find the place almost empty. This meant I got excellent friendly service and got to eat my delicious “all the way” burger in relative peace and quiet.

Staff very helpful, drinks excellent, not too crowded on a weekday. A winner.

Food was fantastic, we got served by Jack who was wonderful, very friendly and made my experience very comfortable thank you.

Leftover food was spread almost everywhere in the restaurant, there were no clean tables and the quality of the burger wasn't as good as you'd expect from Five Guys

I ordered from here for the first time for a treat (as it is very expensive) hoping it was gonna be great. It arrived cold (despite early delivery so defo not delivery drivers fault), the burger was underwhelming and the chips were insanely salty. The milkshake was the only saving grace but the order was not worth £25. I will not be ordering from here again. Expensive and disappointing, if you want a decent burger order from a kebab shop, it will cost half as much, arrive hot and taste as good as expectations.

I watched the McDonald’s fil on Netflix this morning and realised that five guys stil make burgers the right way - waited all day for five guys and it didn’t disappoint. - really good burgers and I’m very hard to please (ask my bird)

No idea what went wrong here... But not good. Burger not up to scratch at all. Dry. Cheese floppy and cold, much like the tomato. So cold it detracted from an already less than ideal burger. Milkshake - had better. Didn't order fries. Thankfully! Won't come again. Not recommended.
