i’m so fed up if this mcds every time i go the drive through i’m told can you park up for a minute and then get forgotten about and have to go inside chasing my order. today i refused as i’d ordered 2 burgers and it was quiet the manager was so rude and aggressive and advised if i didn’t park up she would have to refund my order which she did ! last time I go there x

Every single time we use the drive through there are items of the order missing. No time to go in and rectify order as was on way to work but rang several times and no answer. Hunts cross McDonalds simply do not care about service or ensuring orders are correct

We went through drive and my 70+ year old dad car broke. Down we pushed it to park it up and asked if they could go in if they got cold they said yes and at 11.pm my 70+ year old mum went in for a coffee and they said they will not give her coffee that she can not wait there I think it is really bad and will never go there again I hope it never happens to anyone they know

I don't come to this McDonald's much but whenever I am her the service I receive is amazing so I would most defiantly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to visit it.

Horrible little manager, drove to this place after missing item, blamed just eat as usual even though they sealed the bags. Said all just eats problem, manager was already harassing her staff when I walked in. As I was complaining to her she started talking to another customer, so rude and unprofessional, wouldn't give me her name or no as I'm raising it with franchise owner. This is the 3rd order in a row that has been wrong or not turned up. Franchise owner needs to sort this out, awful

Never do an online order. As they ALWAYS get it wrong!!!. Then they NEVER answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! The whole order was completely wrong. Now have to pay extra on a taxi to take the order back to get it fixed!!!!. All in total including taxi fare we paid out over £60. Never using this place ever again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store at all!!!!. Was told to ammend it through JustEat as they can't do anything. Now we have to reorder and now wait longer to see if it will resend the food or do refund and try and order again 🤔. Fumming is an understatement!!!!!!!!. First of all, why is there no option to give no stars? Second of all do the staff her have no idea how to read or check orders? I ordered from them again and all I can say is at least 2 out of five of us could eat. lets add they could eat freezing cold food. is it me or is this restaurant a complete failure. they have incompetent staff who clearly need to go back to school.

I go get breakfast for the guys at work every friday. always get it right and on the rare occasions they havent they always put it right. We put some big orders in so we expect something to get missed but it is rare that there are mistakes. Good job guys

Ordered from here a few times by mistake trying to order from the Speke McDonalds on Uber Eats and every time I receive the wrong order or missing items. It's a good thing Uber Eats offers refunds. Avoid this one, the Speke McDonalds is better by a long shot.

Waited 10 minutes at drive through order point due to a technical glitch with alert system. Staff very sorry however and once I got the food it was standard

This was absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Your McDonald’s is a DISGRACE. I ordered a Philly stack with ONLY cheese because I can’t eat onions or pickles, I despise the smell and taste of them. Yet my burger came with everything on it? Big up your orders mate. get with it. Start looking at orders properly. Second of all. The food was stone friggen cold. I’m not sure how long you’re leaving orders on the side of the table but I’ve seen it before, you’s leave it there for ages then tell the delivery men to take it like 20-30 minutes later and it’s just not on. My entire order was cold. I asked for 2bbq and 2ketchup sauces. Did I get any? No. Not one. Absolutely dreadful meal. Disgusting. Disgraceful. Hate it. Best Gad start changing your ways in their staff are miserable as well and speak to people like crap with nasty looks on their faces. Either get a new job or be good at your job.

I am food delivery driver.When I went to the store,my order was not on the screen.I asked one lady whit blond hair(she did not want to tell me her name,no batch)-very rough she told me-'Cancel the order'.I tried to explain to her ,that I am just eat delivery and If I have to cancel the order ,I must explain why I cancel the order,but she ignored me and go away.I asked who is the manager and she start to shout to me- 'I am busy,I don't have time to you I have customer',I asked her -'Ok what I am,I am doing order for customer,too'.She say-'You are just food delivery'.So what ,when I am food delivery,the order which I am waiting is not important?I phone to the customer,she asked me to speak whit them.I back to the restaurant and they say- 'We are too busy to speak whit her'.And on that moment I see my order was done.So the order was on the system,but the lady which I asked firts ,she doesn't want to check what is going on,for her was more easy to say -'cancel the other'.I can not understand why they not take delivery orders for important too, because someone is waiting for his food too. 20/10/2023 7:10 pm

Went to the drive through in hunts cross on the 30th of September got home with food only to discover half of it was missing and what was thrown I to the bag was freezing tried calling a few times no answer staff are rude aswell it surely can't be that hard to get an order wrong with the amount of staff there this is not the first time this has happened won't be going back again place needs a good scrubbing too toilets are filthy

Fuming 😤 recieved my order. No ketchup. which I paid for. Don't yous have any common sense that if a person order chips they will want some ketchup?!? Especially if they put it on the order and paid for it. Second- ordered Mozzarella dippers which are 3pieces for £2.79! Got two pieces full size and one half missing! Like are yous for real? Disgusting. Don't go there them scruffs eating your flood and then chuck their scraps in your order.

Ordered at 7:05pm this evening and didn’t get food till 7:35 waiting, went to staff and they wasn’t bothered. Cheeseburger with no burger patty! Everything was cold - complete out of order!

They don't deserve any stars twice in 2 days have had issues with Hunts cross resturant I am house bound and ordered through the app on the 6th sept2023 the order was stone cold I ordered two big mac meals 4 apple pies 1 large Bannana milkshake and 1 large strawberry milkshake my order arrived less 1 apple pie so I phoned the restaurant not only to be buttoned once but 8 times ignorance is not the word. On the 8th Sept my order was left on the doorstep didn't bother to knock meal stone cold again and no burgers just fries apple pies and a vanilla and chocolate milkshake instead of a strawberry and banana one and when phoned again i was buttoned again 4 times

Doesn’t deserve a 1 start but got no choice! Normally get it from retail park but was 2£ delivery…. Should have paid the extra! Food was freezing, literally thrown in the bag and missing items! Ordered through Uber ears, not his fault! Tried calling venue but didn’t answer!! Shouldn’t be allowed to continue operating… shocking all round! Will be going to trading standards for this! Honestly worst place on uber eats in South Liverpool by a mile, half the time your order doesn't arrive. And of course they mark it as delivered, just thieves. When you're lucky enough to have it delivered it's either completely wrong, late and cold or simply not fit for the dog. Seriously whoever manages this place should be fired.

This is the drive through on an average weekday. Since the app drive through delivery's for simple orders (big mac) take you to the car park to wait for nearly 10mins for mac & fries... No drink as milk shake machine broken again..... Poor service site...

Awful, tried delivery in the evening, didn't ever show up, had to cancel it and wait a week for a refund through justeat. Tried delivery through the maccies app the next day, took over an hour!! It was only 3 minutes drive from the hotel!

Visited after work in the drive thru so ordered 6 sweet chilli grilled wrap meals all with fresh orange, I payed but was then greeted at the second window by a young male manager in he was being really rude about us ordering late at night, I understand it needs to be cooked fresh however the customers request should always be followed after working in customer service industry for quite some time. I asked if there is was a problem and was responded with “Why are you ordering them this time of the night, you must doing it to get on our nerves…” I was stunned by this! How very dare he speak to me like this, I’ve only had good experiences here in the past and I will be taking this up with head office, He has messed with the wrong person today! I then pulled into the car park to a very dirty and disgusting mess all over the place, this attracted wild foxes. I was terrified to exit the car incase I got attacked, I will not be visiting this branch any long, very appalling!

Missing item from an order I can appreciate you are probably busy but it is not rocket science is it read the order bag the order avoid complaints everyone is happy

My recent experience with this McDonald's delivery service has left me beyond frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order and patiently waited, but it never arrived. Filthy Worst McDonald's I've ever been into Staff were pleasant enough. Tables and chairs dirty. The toilets were a disgrace ❗. I'd driven up France 🇫🇷 and used two motorway services and their facilities were better than here. The service areas I stopped at did not have fuel just rest areas and so much cleaner. Unfortunately this McDonald's was so neglected it was an embarrassment for my guests.

Do NOT order a delivery from Hunts Cross McDonald’s. Unfortunately the staff are completely thick, you will NOT get what you ordered. There will be items missing and you’ll just get credit on your just eat account, not an actual refund

Blonde female with an attitude at the drive though window asking us to park up, didn't hand us drinks to save forgetting to bring them out when food was ready. Everyone being asked to park up which made a horrendous car jam. Stop taking orders if you've already asked 10 people to park up, an accident nearly happened. So we eventually get our order sent out by some poor fella without drinks for the meals and no ice cream... also witnessing at the same time people with the wrong orders. Carnage.

Just ordered a meal for all my family on the 7th of May and ordered 2 chickens nugget meals big mack meal with a garlic mayo rap and the rap the meat was rock solid and was missing a chicken nugget Happy meal I wouldn't mind but everytime this something wrong this place needs new management or new staff full stop its got to be the worse MD iv been to absolutely shocking I'm not even leaving a 1 to 5 rating becasue that would be a insult 😡😡😡😡

The place was swarming with flies yesterday. All over the sides were the food is prepared. They was even sitting on the arms and shoulders of the workers. Floors are dirty in the kitchen and it doesn’t look like it gets cleaned often. It used to be a very clean well ran branch but it’s gone completely down hill.

We ordered on the McDonald's app and it was delivered but left on the steps outside! It was freezing cold and missing items . We returned the food to hunts cross store which they made me pay again because apparently it's an Uber delivery issue?? I tried to get a refund but Uber took no responsibility at all for the cold food and we have been left £36.14 out of pocket . Shocking customer service!!! DO NOT GET A MCDELIVERY !!!

Honestly wish i could 0 star this place. Never get orders right. I order via Uber eats and out of 10+ deliveries from this location there has never been an order that was correct. One time i received a mcchicken sandwich without the chicken. Then last night confirmed the last time i will ever order from here. Mcspicy burger without sauce or lettuce & so on. Even the 4 large chips i ordered didn't arrive. Honestly avoid this location, one on mersey retail park is much better.

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars for service and atmosphere. There were no clean tables in the store. Rubbish on the tables and floor. Bins were full. The girl who served our food just left the tray on the table without any words.

Given mc flurries and told to wait outside for rest of order. After 20 minutes the order arrived but the ice creams had started to melt and server refused to change them. Arrived home with melted ices and cold food , which must have been sitting on the side for at least 15 minutes before they brought it out. Whole lot ended up in the bin! Will be giving this branch a miss for a while. It wasn't even particularly busy.

9/10 times I've been here, either the food is cold, overcooked or been put together with baseball bats. Best one yet my burger has been sat that long the bun has gone hard.

Shocking. The staff cannot be bothered. The orders are wrong. I ordered 3 happy meals, 2 with cheese burgers and 1 with chicken nuggets. I get 3 happy meals with chicken nuggets. I ordered 4 apple pies and they didn’t put any apple pies at all in my order. No apology, just give a “cannot be bothered to deal with you” kind of attitude.

Appauling delivery driver, went the wrong way when it’s supposed to be a straight run from the McDonalds to my location, the order was wrong I rang up to try an fix this fault but the call was declined awful service do not recommend to anyone.

Got two whole meals wrong? Asked for 2 double quarter pounders one with no pickle and the other with no pickle or onions yet I get sent a completely plain double quarter with cheese and a chicken sandwich? I used to work here and I can honestly tell you now it’s not hard to read a screen especially this late when it’s not busy. Staff need training properly

This Mcdonalds is way too busy for the amount of space it has. It has 2 separate drive through lanes and a standard kitchen the same as the others. The customer area is packed with delivery drivers cancelling orders because they take too long to make. This is often followed by mistakes made with no sauces or items missing from the bag. If you add an extra way to order you need to be able to meet the demand. If a business as big as Mcdonalds cannot function properly despite making billions. It should not be open at all.

I use this place every week and having gone tonight totally disappointed with the order, and the response of the team is to ignore the store phone as they have failed to provide 2 of my items and they are not answering. What they are doing is picking up the phone and putting it down. Total lack of respect to customers and the fact I have paid for items I have not received.is disgusting .

I was going to pick up a delivery from here on 12 February in the evening and it was a horrible experience. This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. There was rubbish everywhere under every table. Nobody was cleaning. Staff were happily chatting away at the back. There was another delivery driver asking for his order and a young female staff member just told him 'I can't see you, I can't see you' and walked off even though there were some bags of food there. And then customers wonder why the food is cold when it arrives. After waiting for ten min, others had been waiting longer, we went to ask what was going on, because not one order had been given out since I arrived. We asked if anyone was making orders, or should we cancel them? The same young female staff member just shouted at us like a fury: 'Go, sit down or I'll cancel every order myself!' Unbelievable. There are no managers at this place? How can somebody like that be employed in a customer service job? I just turned around and left.

Ordered 2 large cokes 2 burgers and 2 chips got told that the woman never put the cokes on the order then the same woman added 2 more medium cokes aswell as the 2 large. asked for a refund for the two medium cokes an got a refund for the large instead made me park up for my chips ans burgers for them to come out cold

Ordered a Friday night Tea for me and my sons waited 45 mins and my order status changed to delivered, no did not receive no order !! Bear in Mind it was £30 order !!! Normally ok but today the chips were hard, tasted and looked well over done. Waited quite a while at drive through too and had to ask for milk and sugar for my cup of tea before driving off.

I have just landed in Liverpool, on my way home, and decided to grab some burgers. First, I couldn't scan the code at the self checkout, so I went to the human operated counter. So there was this "future of this country " struggling with the simplest menu to click on( it looks like squares with names "buger" on in.) Then some Mensa level of worker came to rescue and totally f.up my order. Therefore, I requested a full refund. Never again with this restaurant. Guys dumber than machines.

Order delivery and we received incorrect from 4:30 in the afternoon, it was 7:30 when we ordered

Wow least 30 Eastern European delivery drivers harassing the staff over orders, made my order fairly quickly but by the time I got home the chips were ice cold, the burgers luke warm the lot had to be reheated. But there was at least one cleaner going around tidying up an some one even asked me if I was ok using the touch screens an if I needed any help

Piles and piles of food stood as deliveries go cold and 30 or 40 people stand around waiting. Drive thru queueing into the car park. The burger was the saddest burger ever, broken, one pickle, no mustard, half a large fries, drink tasted of soda....

Delivery with Uber A lot to say about this store. Both good & bad.. Re eally bad Re: Support with orders prepared by themselves. Yet you have to go through Uber to attempt to have any issues resolved. So. A lot of info' to add. First order was Perfect tho'! Absolutely! Just couldn't fault it. That said... Well. 'S Lot more to be said. For example. Why does the responsibility fall fully on the courier regarding incorrectly prepared orders? This for one is potentially Dangerous for people with allergies! And. Although given the option to 'Rate the delivery service ( which was 5 ★ by the way. ) When there are issues ( That are clearly down to the restaurant) Can potentially affect the couriers. Who work damn hard from personal experience anyway? There is need for a better, more accessible and 'Fair' support as system here.. clearly! It's not fair for the delivery drvers to ?
