the sheer incompetence of this McDonald’s is a joke it has to be because their uncanny ability to put food you ordered into a bag and not someone else’s has to be a joke or McDonald’s HQ seriously need to evaluate the competency of the staff. Stickers clearly detailing the contents that’s meant to go in the bag and the contents being 6 cheeseburgers and a packet of fries…. Then you go to their app to report the problem and get ignored… treat this as a warning because this maccies often gets it wrong and it always a complete and utter monumental mess when they do

We went through drive and my 70+ year old dad car broke. Down we pushed it to park it up and asked if they could go in if they got cold they said yes and at 11.pm my 70+ year old mum went in for a coffee and they said they will not give her coffee that she can not wait there I think it is really bad and will never go there again I hope it never happens to anyone they know

Horrible little manager, drove to this place after missing item, blamed just eat as usual even though they sealed the bags. Said all just eats problem, manager was already harassing her staff when I walked in. As I was complaining to her she started talking to another customer, so rude and unprofessional, wouldn't give me her name or no as I'm raising it with franchise owner. This is the 3rd order in a row that has been wrong or not turned up. Franchise owner needs to sort this out, awful

Never do an online order. As they ALWAYS get it wrong!!!. Then they NEVER answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! The whole order was completely wrong. Now have to pay extra on a taxi to take the order back to get it fixed!!!!. All in total including taxi fare we paid out over £60. Never using this place ever again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store at all!!!!. Was told to ammend it through JustEat as they can't do anything. Now we have to reorder and now wait longer to see if it will resend the food or do refund and try and order again 🤔. Fumming is an understatement!!!!!!!!. They need to prioritise their customer service. I'll be calling manager and putting in a complaint. That's if they answer!!!!!!!!!! Will be taking my business elsewhere. This was absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Your McDonald’s is a DISGRACE. I ordered a Philly stack with ONLY cheese because I can’t eat onions or pickles, I despise the smell and taste of them. Yet my burger came with everything on it? Big up your orders mate. get with it. Start looking at orders properly. Second of all. The food was stone friggen cold. I’m not sure how long you’re leaving orders on the side of the table but I’ve seen it before, you’s leave it there for ages then tell the delivery men to take it like 20-30 minutes later and it’s just not on. My entire order was cold. I asked for 2bbq and 2ketchup sauces. Did I get any? No. Not one. Absolutely dreadful meal. Disgusting. Disgraceful. Hate it. Best Gad start changing your ways in their staff are miserable as well and speak to people like crap with nasty looks on their faces. Either get a new job or be good at your job.

I am food delivery driver.When I went to the store,my order was not on the screen.I asked one lady whit blond hair(she did not want to tell me her name,no batch)-very rough she told me-'Cancel the order'.I tried to explain to her ,that I am just eat delivery and If I have to cancel the order ,I must explain why I cancel the order,but she ignored me and go away.I asked who is the manager and she start to shout to me- 'I am busy,I don't have time to you I have customer',I asked her -'Ok what I am,I am doing order for customer,too'.She say-'You are just food delivery'.So what ,when I am food delivery,the order which I am waiting is not important?I phone to the customer,she asked me to speak whit them.I back to the restaurant and they say- 'We are too busy to speak whit her'.And on that moment I see my order was done.So the order was on the system,but the lady which I asked firts ,she doesn't want to check what is going on,for her was more easy to say -'cancel the other'.I can not understand why they not take delivery orders for important too, because someone is waiting for his food too. 20/10/2023 7:10 pm

Fuming 😤 recieved my order. No ketchup. which I paid for. Don't yous have any common sense that if a person order chips they will want some ketchup?!? They don't deserve any stars twice in 2 days have had issues with Hunts cross resturant I am house bound and ordered through the app on the 6th sept2023 the order was stone cold I ordered two big mac meals 4 apple pies 1 large Bannana milkshake and 1 large strawberry milkshake my order arrived less 1 apple pie so I phoned the restaurant not only to be buttoned once but 8 times ignorance is not the word. On the 8th Sept my order was left on the doorstep didn't bother to knock meal stone cold again and no burgers just fries apple pies and a vanilla and chocolate milkshake instead of a strawberry and banana one and when phoned again i was buttoned again 4 times

Visited after work in the drive thru so ordered 6 sweet chilli grilled wrap meals all with fresh orange, I payed but was then greeted at the second window by a young male manager in he was being really rude about us ordering late at night, I understand it needs to be cooked fresh however the customers request should always be followed after working in customer service industry for quite some time. I asked if there is was a problem and was responded with “Why are you ordering them this time of the night, you must doing it to get on our nerves…” I was stunned by this! How very dare he speak to me like this, I’ve only had good experiences here in the past and I will be taking this up with head office, He has messed with the wrong person today! I then pulled into the car park to a very dirty and disgusting mess all over the place, this attracted wild foxes. I was terrified to exit the car incase I got attacked, I will not be visiting this branch any long, very appalling!

My recent experience with this McDonald's delivery service has left me beyond frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order and patiently waited, but it never arrived. Filthy Worst McDonald's I've ever been into Staff were pleasant enough. Tables and chairs dirty. The toilets were a disgrace ❗. I'd driven up France 🇫🇷 and used two motorway services and their facilities were better than here. The service areas I stopped at did not have fuel just rest areas and so much cleaner. Unfortunately this McDonald's was so neglected it was an embarrassment for my guests.

Everyone being asked to park up which made a horrendous car jam. Stop taking orders if you've already asked 10 people to park up, an accident nearly happened. The place was swarming with flies yesterday. All over the sides were the food is prepared. They was even sitting on the arms and shoulders of the workers. Given mc flurries and told to wait outside for rest of order. After 20 minutes the order arrived but the ice creams had started to melt and server refused to change them. Arrived home with melted ices and cold food , which must have been sitting on the side for at least 15 minutes before they brought it out. Whole lot ended up in the bin! Will be giving this branch a miss for a while. It wasn't even particularly busy.

This Mcdonalds is way too busy for the amount of space it has. It has 2 separate drive through lanes and a standard kitchen the same as the others. The customer area is packed with delivery drivers cancelling orders because they take too long to make. This is often followed by mistakes made with no sauces or items missing from the bag. If you add an extra way to order you need to be able to meet the demand. If a business as big as Mcdonalds cannot function properly despite making billions. It should not be open at all.

I was going to pick up a delivery from here on 12 February in the evening and it was a horrible experience. This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. There was rubbish everywhere under every table. Nobody was cleaning. Staff were happily chatting away at the back. There was another delivery driver asking for his order and a young female staff member just told him 'I can't see you, I can't see you' and walked off even though there were some bags of food there. And then customers wonder why the food is cold when it arrives. After waiting for ten min, others had been waiting longer, we went to ask what was going on, because not one order had been given out since I arrived. We asked if anyone was making orders, or should we cancel them? The same young female staff member just shouted at us like a fury: 'Go, sit down or I'll cancel every order myself!' Unbelievable. There are no managers at this place? How can somebody like that be employed in a customer service job? I just turned around and left.

I only had a mcflurry but while sat in I watched the delivery guys purposely squash 2 orders, place in unclosed bag and then stand chatting for 13 minutes before he left. If u get cold squished food enjoy 👍

Ordered 2 large cokes 2 burgers and 2 chips got told that the woman never put the cokes on the order then the same woman added 2 more medium cokes aswell as the 2 large. asked for a refund for the two medium cokes an got a refund for the large instead made me park up for my chips ans burgers for them to come out cold

Ordered a Friday night Tea for me and my sons waited 45 mins and my order status changed to delivered, no did not receive no order !! Bear in Mind it was £30 order !!! So I drove to huntscross McDonalds to be told they will not give me my order even tho I had proof I had to go through just eat for a refund which takes up to 5 working days . Id rate it 0 of i had the option, literally everytime i order the food tastes like its been sat out for a while, or they forget something off the order 70% of the time. When are mcdonalds going to have a meeting with there staff it majorly lets the company down when they constantly mess up orders. It must cost McDonalds s fortune replaving meals and refunding customers if you make sure your staff start working correctly then you would save SO much money. I have just ordered a mc muffin a hash brown and a drink, my mc muffin was freezing, the hash brown was slightly under cooked. Seriously sort it out its shocking

I have just landed in Liverpool, on my way home, and decided to grab some burgers. First, I couldn't scan the code at the self checkout, so I went to the human operated counter. So there was this "future of this country " struggling with the simplest menu to click on( it looks like squares with names "buger" on in.) Then some Mensa level of worker came to rescue and totally f.up my order. Therefore, I requested a full refund. Never again with this restaurant. Guys dumber than machines.

Wow least 30 Eastern European delivery drivers harassing the staff over orders, made my order fairly quickly but by the time I got home the chips were ice cold, the burgers luke warm the lot had to be reheated. But there was at least one cleaner going around tidying up an some one even asked me if I was ok using the touch screens an if I needed any help

Delivery with Uber A lot to say about this store. Both good & bad.. Re eally bad Re: Support with orders prepared by themselves. Yet you have to go through Uber to attempt to have any issues resolved. So. A lot of info' to add. First order was Perfect tho'! Absolutely! Just couldn't fault it. That said... Well. 'S Lot more to be said. For example. Why does the responsibility fall fully on the courier regarding incorrectly prepared orders? This for one is potentially Dangerous for people with allergies! And. Although given the option to 'Rate the delivery service ( which was 5 ★ by the way. ) When there are issues ( That are clearly down to the restaurant) Can potentially affect the couriers. Who work damn hard from personal experience anyway? There is need for a better, more accessible and 'Fair' support as system here.. clearly! It's not fair for the delivery drvers to ?
