McDonald's - Hunts Cross Shopping Park in Liverpool

I fell asleep and missed my order

We was missing a burger from the restaurant! We ordered 2 burger meals with fries and 3 chicken selects for free yet when it arrived we did not have a burger so I demand a refund on the burger as I am not paying for something I did not receive!

It was late and it had no sauce

Says delivered I’m stood at the front of my work place it’s not been delivered

Ordered 9.30pm delivered 12.45am not great service food wasn’t even mine didn’t get eaten cheeseburger and chicken nugget were fully missing and didn’t order chicken mayo meal

Food was like ice when it arrived! Kids would even eat it!

no sugar with the lattes driver was very pleasant 👌

Not received food and not able to get in touch

It took one hour for the order my fries are cold and they forgot my sauce

Driver delivered my order on time however the large drink was spilled in the bag i knew this as soon as he took it out his bag it was on its back now i dont have a drink to go with the meal which is essential what can we do?

It is a very small one but the orders came out really quick. The chips were hot and crispy and the burgers were actually made properly. One of the best McDonald’s I have been.

Worker was lovely just wrong order and food, very annoyed at McDonald’s for this as I spent 25 pound and got a 10 pound meal

Waited 2 hours, food was blaitently sat out for most of that time as was cold and solid as a rock!

Must of hired the special Ed’s feeling sorry they couldn’t work no where else cos every time get food takes half a hour comes cold and wrong frisbeed last scran wouldn’t even pass to me dog

Arrived hot, food was nice but for the quarter pounder, looked like some one had a bite of the burger and put it in the bun, so that got binned. No straw for the milkshake.

Order split all in bag no McFlurry either

Ordered a large milkshake, it was half full. Ordered a large McFlurry and was also small.

all good apart from we wanted a plain hamburger for one of our children, but got a full cheese burger (which I had to eat 😁). gave our child some extra nuggets to compensate 🤪

waited 1 hour for food to arrive 50 minutes it was getting prepared when it arrived it was warm not hot had to warm food up was unacceptable

Not only did my order come cold but half of both my milkshakes were missing I ordered a strawberry and choclate milkshake however it only came half full. I think this is a waste of my money

I pulled into the mcdonalds and I was the only customer there at the time I'd made my order - paid and then was waiting for what fet like 10 minutes for my food, considering I was the only order at the time I would have imagined that the order was pretty fast but sadly not, during my wait 2 other cars ended up waiting behind me. Now I like to feel like I can trust people with my order to get it right first time especially when they aren't busy and have to rush round after multiple customers but going forward im going to have to check every order because I only received half my order and only noticed this when I got home. I'm just a bit disappointed really, I paid alot of money because I wasn't just getting food for myself I just would of expected a bit better duty of care in getting things right. I even wouldn't have minded the wait if everything was in my order but sadly not. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at a McDonald's drive through before but going forward I think staff should go over the check the orders properly before handing them to the customers or go over the order with the customer while handing the customer their order.

Delivery was quick but efficient, but this mcdonalds has a habit of getting orders wrong, with missing items and incorrectly made items

Never received 3 lots of chips to go with meal

Chips were cold and hard. Big Mac was cold. Ordered the Minecraft meal and that didn’t come. No straw for the drinks.

This is the second order in a row that I have asked for a plain Big mac, the first one didn't come and the second time it has everything on it. It shouldn't be this hard to make sure the order is right

Done an order through the McDonald’s app so they clearly see the order there end and pack the bag, fed up of missing items , when you mention it to them they say it’s down to Uber , no it’s not they only pick up the order McDonalds staff pack it and seal it When try to phone them they may aswell not have a phone as they never answer Shocking service and they need to double check or get someone to check the bags before they get sealed , buy food with my own money and don’t even receive it Absolute joke

got given the wrong wrap, not a massive issue still one I like but not what I payed for

wrong big mac delivered, ordered with no cheese and no big mac sauce as im allergic, i received big mac with extra sauce and extra cheese. only meal I'm having today and I can't eat any of it because of allergies.
