McDonald's - Hunts Cross Shopping Park in Liverpool

Food orders are constantly wrong and when you go the drive thru the get it ring again you go speak to the manager and they blame the customer I would not recommend hunts cross I would say go to speak retail this one is a joke has all kid staff no adults all kids smoking cannabis in uniform at the Side

Ordered via uber - all food was delivered cold and all the fries were missing.

Disgusting I’ve had plastic in my food and let’s not mention they can never get the order right always items missing or a completely different meal to what you ordered. £35 worth of food cold or missing will not be ordering from here again need to sort out your standards of service and actually get a order right for once .

Over 30 minutes waiting parked up when ordered through drive thru. Absolutely nothing fast, all cold. Absolutely shocking service and food. Absolute disgrace.

Don't bother getting a delivery from here it takes forever and turns up cold

not a double quarter pounder, and this quarter quarter pounder is cold,chicken nuggets and fries are cold over £22.00 for wrong order and cold food! Not acceptable!

my food advices over an hour late as I was greeted at the door my drink was all over the paper bag the delivery driver was rude and my food was inedible due to it being freezing cold and some of it missing I live very very close to huntscross

Items missing. I think I’m a sucker for punishment as they never seem to get it right, chance after chance and every order I’ve placed lately either doesn’t turn up, gets cancelled or when it does come there’s items missing

Never arrived. Time changed several times. “Preparing food” and “driver at the restaurant” for almost two hours. No update. If I could give zero stars I would but that’s not an option.

Food was absolutely freezing kids ice creams melted the hot chocolate stone cold the lot went in the bin. After waiting hours the kids were all crying. The restaurant really should check orders and get them out straight away!

Place is a dump, food is cold and staff are miserable. Worst maccies going.

Order took over an hour and half to be delivered and when it came was absolutely freezing to the point that it was uneatable! Just Eat refunded £2.82 when the order was over £16 and none of it could be eaten

Waited 2 hours for an order ( not this order) orders from here and waited two hours. Cancelled the order reorder due to the grandkids still wanting it. So far been another hour! What’s going on with this restaurant!

Driver was just going in laps around my road for about 20-30 mins without coming to drop it off dnt no what he was doin.

Never turned up, had to drive and get it myself after an a hour and half then it was cold so had to order again!!!

Ordered via mcdonalds app and they cancelled the order after me waiting for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous, never going to order from here again!!!! Further to this, ordered from here in the past as well and 99% of the time, there are items missing from orders... including WHOLE MEALS MISSING!!!! I strongly advise people to avoid going to this branch as they clearly don't know or care about what they're doing!!!! Can never get in touch with them either which leads me to believe that they avoid answering the phone in store. Over 1 hour wasted waiting for food that probably didn't get prepared, complete and utter waste of time!!!! Would give 0 stars if it were possible honestly!!!!

we sent the food to the wrong a address by accident and the gentleman courier kindly called and brought our food to the correct address, very kind I would like the option to send hom a tip if I can as the tip the courier wasn't an option and again thankyoyu to rhe kind courier xx

Do NOT order from Hunts Cross. Either they don’t even deliver your order at all or they get it wrong. Read the reviews here! This branch needs to be investigated by head office - abysmal!!!

Always takes ages to get your food, think its all the just eat/deliveroo being prioritised now. Will not go again. Spare yourself some hassle and go the chippy.

Ordered a double quarter pounder but only one pate on the burger. fries were very cold.

delivery driver arrived and immediately phoned. I could see him through the window, as I had received an alert of him being close. I informed him to walk up the path infront of him(Which he was facing at the time and go to the small block of flats first on the left. he said ok then drove away for a few minutes down the road out of my street and could not give any intelligible answer as to why he had done so allowing my food to go stone cold. And I do mean stone cold.

How hard is to to read an order from a screen? Ordered my child a nugget happy meal and received a hamburger instead, illiterate staff with no regard for allergies.

Had a problem with my dine in order on todays visit. When Katie asked if everything was OK on her lobby checks, she hen resolved it with a smile and worked constantly to check people were OK, and the lobby was spotless . So I'd like to thank Katie for "saving" my visit today :)

the food was absolutely freezing by the time it arrived due to the fact of just eating drivers deliver multiple orders at a time and don't care about customers food they only care about making as much money as they can even if it means customers get there food cold .

Food came quite quickly and was hot! I order quite a lot from here wnd have had good and bad luck Xperia cre but mostly good! Think the delivery charge from hunts cross to mackets lane is a bit extortionate tho! Could be cheaper! I’d tip the drivers again if it wasn’t so expensive! 🤔😳😳

I recently visited your location around 1:06 am, as I saw that your hours were listed as 24 hours on the map. However, when I arrived, I was informed by the staff that the location was closed. I wasted my time .

Can't get an order right 9 times out of 10. literally everytime we order items are missing. Then have to re order and pay delivery a second time. don't know how hard it can be to read a list and put items in a bag. it's not rocket science.
