McDonald's - Hunts Cross Shopping Park in Liverpool

Food is ok, but expect to be parked up in the carpark when you go through the drive through. Parked order bays are always taken up with people waiting, you end up in the carpark and by the time you get your food it's cold. Use speke retail park instead.

Spent £52 on a meal for 8 kids. As per checked the bag after being parked up and 2 packs of 4 nuggets missing. Tell the guy who goes back in only to be sent out by his manager SHANNON to take the bags back in to check them. Why would I lie about 8 nuggets?

Waited 30 mins for food to be delivered to find stuff missing and what we did get was freezing. Call up and get told to bring it all up to the store. It’s you who have messed my order up why should I have to come all the way to you to fix it! Idiots. Just get my money back and go else where. Go to Burger King next time..

If I'm paying for 9 chicken selects I expect 9 chicken selects. Not 8. You've got enough digits on your hands to count to 9. Sort it out.

Order never arrived after over an hour and a half but then said delivered, it was not?!

Despite having a banner up stating drive thru is 24hr, every item attempted to order via the app kicked back at payment saying "items unavailable" and I was one of three vehicles there having issues at 1.30am

food was cold either food is bagged as soon as order is placed at restaurant and left standing till driver is found which means it's cold when handed over when following driver on tracker they where stopped in one placed for a while before bringing order

Ordered through Uber .kept saying order was being prepared.after 3 different drivers waiting to collect they then told them there was no order.had been waiting 1 hour 45 mins to be told this.order had gone through and money was pending on my account so don't know what happened.tried ringing the store a few times for them to put the phone down each time.

This is one of the most expensive McDonald's franchises in the whole of Liverpool, noticeably higher prices, service is really slow, especially if you're using the drive-thru, they will park you up and you can wait anything up to 40 minutes for your food when it's busy.

Didn’t receive the food and the delivery driver lied and said left it in a safe space when he did not so didn’t get the food and didn’t get a refund avoid this maccies as the delivery drivers r awful !

At around 4pm I Booked a time slot for food to be delivered at 6pm but surprise surprise it was late again! Every time I’ve ordered the food has been late or took a long time with the timeslot given being changed to later! Think I’ll start ordering from Belle vale McDonald’s! Ended up being 17 mins late after having the booking for nearly 2 and a half hours and I live five minutes in car! Should’ve walked up I would have been quicker!

20 min delivery time was pushed to over an hour, food finally arrived in an ICELAND Freezer bag by delivery driver. food was ice cold and uneatable. It has now gone into the bin. waste of £30 I really couldn't afford to lose. thanks

Food orders are constantly wrong and when you go the drive thru the get it ring again you go speak to the manager and they blame the customer I would not recommend hunts cross I would say go to speak retail this one is a joke has all kid staff no adults all kids smoking cannabis in uniform at the Side

I received two double cheeseburgers but I ordered triple cheeseburgers .

spent over the limit to get the free nuggets , didn't get them , why do u add these offers and not give . we also only had 1 dip between 4 meals . I wander if someone is really going to take notice of my feedback and send the fairies out with 6 free nuggets and 3 more dips 😉

missing items courier had given us part of someone elses order and one of our bags missing. i said i would go back shop and take back, then knocked back on door and another bag. still a mchicken sandwich and big mac missing. i paid over £70 for a rubbish service. The courier should be able ti take more than one order. food was cold as well

Absolute joke! Why advertise 15-20 minute delivery time then it takes almost an hour. All the food turns up freezing cold and half missing. The drivers should not be allowed to make multiple drops . I demand a full refund please accept my request or that will be the end of my just eat account

Never arrived. Kept pushing it back every 10 mins until eventually it was too late to order anywhere else. For them ti say it was delivered at 1.40 when it’s currently 1.24 is a joke. I better be refunded

Kept changing the times of delivery! I left a note for McDonalds to put sauces in which they clearly didn’t read and didn’t put the sauces in. So we couldn’t eat the chips!
