KFC in Liverpool

It's easily the dirtiest kfc I've ever visited. Empty wrappers and food all over the tables, chairs, and floor. Every surface is piled high with litter and waste food. All the staff hanging around behind the counter chatting. I was the only customer in the store. Even central London stores are cleaner than this.

Don’t know what these people are serving but this is not kentucky fried chicken it’s no better than any local chippy, what’s going on with the batter absolute rubbish

The dining area could be a little tidier, but this KFC is well situated for before or after the match.

Worst food ever what kind of people cant even do a wrap right completely the wrong drinks food not even made properly the food wasnt even cooked properly who ever is in charge need sacking and a whole new staff as it is clear to see that they do not care one bit if i could rate less than one star i would im never eating here again!

My food never turned up beyond a joke

Stepped it up a notch. Have you got new management? Because the food the last 2 times we’ve ordered was ten times better than ever before. I know you’ve got new chips which are amazing btw. But also the quality of the chicken and size and flavour is well better. Up to now it was average but whatever you’ve changed carry on.

Not a great experience this, paid over £7.00 each for Zinger tower burgers x2,opened them up, so disappointed, zinger towers on a mini fillet bun! Come on KFC do better. Not worth the money, this place will be coming off the takeaway roulette.

Ordered £30 worth of food, chips were missing from 2 meals and the 4 piece chicken meal came with only 3 pieces. Not ordering from here again.

every time i enter this KFC there is some smoke inside apparently their hoods don't work Very unfortunate and it's been six months now.When I stay more than 5 minutes inside I feel like I'm going to suffocate

The food was so-so, because I didn't know if it was because the oil had been used too long and didn’t change new or it had been fried too long. The butter on the outside of the chicken has been charred, which is not very good compared to other KFC around Manchester

Staff friendly, Quick service, Hot Food, but the only downfall is the staff don't clean the tables enough we have clean our own tables few times on my visits.

Just had a delivery - absolute disgrace - all chicken over cooked - buns rock hard - they obviously think they can take the pxxs because it’s getting delivered - if I was in the shop I’d throw it at them - I’m going in tomorrow!!!

Absolutely worst place! Staffs are not at all attentive and were busy among them,I had to wait for long to place the order. After getting seat my table was cleaned after 10 minutes . Very poor service and the ambiance was negative.

Long wait....Rude staff...bad service. Staff is playing in kitchen and cash area.. They can't prepare food. So whenever you should have patience for a long wait.. Because they are not responsible for the customer service...they are responsible only for customer money to take out by placing a order. Such pathetic staff and management.

Last time I went only for me saying is my gravey in it she said no and put gravy in it when I got home the chips weren't even in it so went this time and I could hear the girl shouting a order then saying she's not arsed so I ordered mine and I said everything in it they said yes but I went in the restaurant part and no gray so went back for my gravy it's a joke that Walton kfc there not bothered

If I could give it a zero I would. Simple order fully loaded with gravey & a side breast. I got a thigh, the burger had to have been the small I’ve ever seen. I wonder why I stopped going here years ago and now I remember why

Nasty place staff don't care about food quality

I stopped ordering from here 2 years ago after constant poor quality orders and order from great Homer street instead but accidentally ordered from here again and nothing has change they forgot all our chips after we paid 30 quid, the chicken wings where stale tasting and proper sweaty! This KFC should be shut down its a discrace we ate 2 wings as they didn't taste right, gravy was like 10 year old road tar and the chips missing just topped it off! Avoid this place

Really busy there when we called ... lots of uber & delivery drivers there but all the staff were happily getting everything done. Well done to them ... food was delish .... can't ask for more.

rubbish service, poor staff always play in shop

KFC is one of the most variable fast food chains... They are either good .. or really really bad. This is one of the good ones... Not all drinks available though

Extremely poor customer service. Staff is more interested in joking and playing with each other then serving customers… There was only 1 customer who already been served and 2 just eat drivers. First they gave ready food to one of the drivers, - fair enough,then SAM-team member who served me-as the other 2 ladies went at the back, were hanging around-was chatting, joking with the other driver so eventually I’ve asked him to be served… He had no idea what I wanted to order-or maybe not to interested…I had to wait for the pict to show up at the back and showed him twice as at the first time he didn’t even bother look up there to make sure that’s what I want to order.. Then I started ordering sides and asked about the salads-and asked what is in this salad-he didn’t reply-then I’ve asked-is it the one like on the pict?-he’s answer was-I don’t know….hmmm seriously??? Was he on the training???I don’t think so -he was just not bothered.. When I’ve ordered my food I’ve asked not to have filets-I wanted chicken on the bones… Then he came I’d and said-no mash potatoes I can give you another chicken -ok… not the first time this kfc is not properly stocked..once they said-no chicken left-which is shocking as this is place where mainly you sell chickens isn’t it?? Came in home-guess what I got-FILETS… Very very poor customer service…bunch of kids running around with no idea what customer service is about

Poor service, no milk or sugar for the coffee, no communication between staff,tried to charge me £13.98 for £9.98 items. Never again.

Just-Eat order - they are not responsible for the food quality or presentation though. Box meal deal x2 and some extras. Burger (both) looked like the lettuce had protested and left for a better future. Fries, droopy and miserable and cold (although delivery was very rapid) - not fit for human consumption to be fair, straight to the refuse bin. Hot wings, a comical name, definitely not hot...those supplied were particularly formless and only hoping to one day be a hot wing ;) Very dissappointing, management should take a closer look how this place is ran, especially the kitchen and prep' areas. Good luck for 2022.

One star is flattering. Awful service especially if order online through deliveroo etc. Constantly miss items, on the current occasion four items missing. Food barely warm. Utterly disgusting. Sadly all kfc are the same. Lowest quality of any of these places.

Abosoloutley apoorling.i placed order and paid on line was told it was on it's way.1 hour later I had txt to say order was cancelled. I contacted the branch and spoke to manager, his reply was nothing to do with us we didn't cancel.

I'm highly allergic to lettuce so having placed the order I phoned the restaurant and made them aware of my allergy and was assured they will double check everything. Last time I ate lettuce I was hospitalised. It arrived covered in lettuce. I phoned back and spoke to the same woman who asked was I sure. Daaahhh I know what it looks like. She then changed the pathetic excuse to the driver had identical orders and there was nothing she would do I can have the right food on a different day????. She refused to give her name but apparently she is the manager. If you don't want to do the job properly leave it to someone who does

We ordered our meals on just eat to be delivered, I wrote on the order that my wife is highly allergic to lettuce so can we have no lettuce on the zinger, my wife also rang the restaurant, gave the order number and explained exactly the same, when the order arrived ( guess what), the zinger had lettuce on, my wife rang the restaurant to tell them and got through to the same person she spoke to earlier, she would not give her name and blamed the delivery driver, she had a snotty attitude and refused to send a replacement meal out, I would definitely recommend everyone avoid this restaurant as they ignore allergies and there attitude stinks, don't be surprised if you hear someone has become very ill because of there lack of interest, if I could give a zero I would but even that would be too much

I am allergic to lettuce and I phoned the restaurant and left a note for the delivery driver. The woman I spoke to my assured me my they take allergies seriously and I thanked her explaining I had been hospitalised due to this allergy My meal arrived and was covered in lettuce. I phoned the restaurant and spoke to the same woman. She asked if I had an mistaken the fillet for the zinger and I explained both were covered in lettuce. She then changed tack and tried to claim their were two identical orders but had no explanation why they had not checked. She was rude uncaring and stated I can have my food on a different day??? She refused to give her name but is apparently the manager. If you don't want the job or can't do it properly leave it for someone who is interested before someone ends up in hospital. I'm totally disgusted.

Ordered 2 meals yes MEALS which you get a drink you know cos you need a drink after eating greasy salty food and no drinks arrived so well done to the thick formless brain dead staff you never fail to forget things now I know why it’s been shut so long and why I don’t order on just eat rip of warm or cold food and missing things every time

Staff in here need to remember there in that job for a reason. Walking in an 1 one member of staff saying “ I’m not doing it “ walking away laughing an then another girl saying “ well I’m not neither” . Talking about serving someone ?!?!?! Your in customer service that’s your job role that’s what your getting paid for. It was even worse when I said well one of use have got to do it an they all looked me blankly in the face. I suggest finding new staff because yours clearly don’t want to work there :)

As van driver who as had KFC from Inverness to Devon and I can say with out a shadow of a doubt the the KFC on county road liverpool 4 is the very worst that I ever eaten sorry but they should be a shame to serve to was uncooked and looked grey most do better

Easy to access local spot on the main road with quick service.

Slow service, they don't do wraps and poorly organised.

Chicken is nice and tender and crispy, burgers are always perfect and not overlapped with sauce or mayo, just the right amount, recommend

Very disappointed. They we're more interested in getting delivery's out than serving customers. Shop was full of delivery drivers. Once again my order was complete wrong. When I got home which was over a mile away, I found only two pieces of chicken instead of three. This is the second time this has happened to me. As I said, more interested getting orders out than looking after Customers.

I went to Walton KFC on Sunday and had to wait around 20 minutes just to place an order and there were only 2 customers in front of me. Please forecast and align more staff on weekends specially who can take walk-in orders. Chips quantity was not sufficient for a regular meal.Napkins were not served and there was no tomato sauce available, when requested.Please send whole staff to "Great homer street"KFC for better training and hospitality etiquettes.

Just ordered from this kfc. We ordered 2 popcorn chicken meals a zinger box meal and fillet box meal and 4 cookies. When it arrived we was missing 2 lots of chips 3 cookies and a drink

Ensure you check your buckets before leaving. I have paid for 20 hot wings and was surprised to discover there was only 12 when I arrived home.

My order was correct and the food hot, but 3 other customers were having to return to collect missing or swap wrong items which meant I had to wait even longer, Especially as preference is given to the delivery staff who have no respect for social distancing or not gathering in the shop and limiting the number of people in the shop, not good enough, I will stay with the one on the east lancs in future.

They need to get drivers that can actually deliver to the correct places and on time. Most of them cannot speak English and are absolutely useless.

The absolute WORST KFC in existence! Twice we have ordered from this KFC via Uber Eats, and twice they have completely screwed up our order and sent the wrong items, as well as the orders having items missing. When I called the shop, they were completely unhelpful, acknowledged that they had messed up my order but said there was nothing they could do to rectify it, and directed me to Uber Eats. That is abysmal customer service. It is not hard to follow a simple online order, we left no special instructions and they still got it wrong. Avoid at all costs, they are completely incompetent.

Food is excellent. Don't wait too long. I always order the original recipe chicken on the bone but my son prefers the chicken boneless fillets. They changed the fries a while ago but I like the new fries. You can also get rice boxes and salad boxes and different fizzy drinks or bottled water. Also Krushems as a dessert. They also deliver. I'd like to add that kfc are staying open they are allowing 2 customers at a time inside wearing a face covering so you can still get your kfc.

Do not even bother. I live decently close to this KFC, but not within a reasonably walkable distance to were I could collect it. The time it would take to get from this KFC to my home in a car, excluding traffic light waiting time, would only be 2-3 minutes. I waited 3 whole hours for something I ordered at 6:45pm. It arrived at 9:30pm. What's worse is that the if you try to cancel the order via the chat bot, it won't allow you because it "may be getting prepared in the oven." Also, if you try to call the restaurant, not a single soul picks up. If you call the delivery service you chose then when you want to speak to someone, you get put on hold for ages; same goes for the chat bot when it says it will put you through to someone who can help, but you end up in a queue and you're 99th in place. It's sheer inefficiency and unreliability, especially for something so menial.

Had our first KFC in over 5 years as we had a coupon with Uber eats £10 off food when you sign up. Arrived on time and delivery driver very nice lady. Chicken was very small - looked good but hardly any chicken on it - would have been really unhappy had we had paid full price. Much better value and tastier takeaways in Walton. Will give it a miss in the future.

Ordered a 10 piece bucket form here and received a totally different order! Rang them to explain and was told by the rude lady who answered the phone that we would have to take the meal back ourselves to get it changed! Explained we were isolating and was told there's nothing she can do, asked for a refund only to be told there's no cash on the premises and no way for them to send it! Very poor service!

Ordered via Just Eat and when it arrived (almost 30 minutes later than it should have) it was missing both mine and my daughters Fillet Burgers and a side of fries. My partner got her meal (Mega Box) and there was a small box of popcorn chicken and 2 corn on the cobs (1 each for daughter and partner) when I phoned I was basically given the option of going to the restaurant and getting the missing items replaced or getting a partial refund via Just Eat. £20 for that, absolute last time I’ll ever eat from KFC unless some mug is actually paying for it for me in future. If your staff can’t get a simple order right when bagging it up they really shouldn’t be employed.

I've stopped coming here now. The food and the service is awful. I don't know why they had to change the fries to the vile things with the skin left on. Won't be back anytime soon

KFC to me are really good or really bad. If you catch them at a good time, everything's hot and lovely, but otherwise its all lukewarm and soggy. This was a bad time, I'm afraid.

Another great KFC lubbly jubbly

Went into to KFC a few days ago. Got my food and decided to sit down for a change. Quite a few delivery drivers sat waiting then one went into the toilet with his just eat delivery bag. When I complained to the store the manager just shrugged his shoulders even when I stated that he shouldn't be giving food to be put in that bag. Also advised the delivery driver of this saying it was disgusting but I was met with a garbled mouthful that I couldn't understand. Ended up demanding a refund cos god knows what else goes on in there. Reporting to environmental health also
