Discussting food will never use this site again, chicken was wet and soggy. How is this place allowed to trade as a KFC ?

The restaurant was in a disgusting state. Food, napkins, straw wrappers, sachets of opened sauce all over the floors. Trodden-in chips under our table .. and I’m not talking about one or two . Big piece of screwed up blue roll on our table which I had to dispose of and literally no staff around cleaning tables so I ended up helping myself to their pink spray bottle and blue roll. Two order screens weren’t working which was a pain, especially on a Saturday night when the restaurant was really busy. I paid £21 for three meals which were pathetic in size. My chips were minuscule and dry, my chicken greasy, tiny and dry too. WHY ARE MANAGEMENT NOT TAKING NOTICE OF THESE REVIEWS????? I’ve read them all and this place comes across as abysmal…. STEP UP AND MAKE THIS PLACE THE BEST KFC EVER

Drive through order taken by some half asleep idiot. Burger missing from box meal and rice box missing, Replacement burger thrown back in my now cold box meal and refused to give me the rice box I ordered. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. You need to give an option for a zero star review.

Walked in with my wife and 2 sons and nearly walked out again.(wish I had!) Food all over the floor,sauce splattered all over tables and a general feeling of unease at the mess of the place. Food average,no salt available when I asked and a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The seagulls outside would probably rate this place a 5 as they were getting tucked into the food in the outside bins. I won't be back

Why we didn't just turn around and leave when we walked in, I couldn't tell you but it was a huge mistake that I now regret. We struggled to find somewhere to sit because most of the tables were still covered in food and rubbish. My first thought was to blame the previous customers for not disposing of their leftovers until I realised how overflowing the bins were. It wasn't because the staff were too busy, they were stood chatting behind the counter. There were no napkins etc, in fact the whole of that station was empty. I had to reach over the counter to grab some as I couldn't get any attention from staff. As if that wasn't bad enough, my partner is now suffering with gastroenteritis. He has sickness, diarrhoea, headache and fever and had to pay for the pleasure 🤢🤮 NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

KFC is the only fast food that I would go out if my way for; but this branch is the worst I have been to. I decided to go through the Drive Thru, what a bad idea. They are incredibly slow; waited in excess of 25 mins to get through. Hardly “fast food.” They need to get their acts together !!!!!

Decided to eat in, big mistake. Tables dirty and covered in sauce, bin was overflowing. No staff attending seating area. Floor had empty wrappers around

I am a massive KFC fan... but this restaurant is honestly the worst one i have ever been too! Like many other people have said, the constantly mess up your order, you ask for a large gravy and it comes out small.. you ask for a type of box meal, and something is missing.. The service is absolutely shocking, and i have no idea what is going on with their chips, but they are honestly the worst i have ever had...My partner and i have given them the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasional and every time we are disappointed so we have decided to not bother with them anymore.. Also they NEVER give you a receipt (so you can't review your order), hand wipes or salt or napkins which every other KFC seems to be able to provide. Absolutely shocking!! AVOID !!!

I ordered 2 zinger tower box meals they had put bbq sauce in them instead of the spicy salsa. when I took them back the manager started arguing this is Nashville sauce it’s supposed to be in there I explained this is not correct it’s a salsa type sauce he then said oh we ran out so used the Nashville sauce. I do not like bbq sauce so I asked them to change them he told the kitchen to make 2 plain zinger towers with only Mayo again I did not ask for that. I ended up in another argument stating for them to put ketchup in them also I got back to my car and there was no lettuce and a tiny drop of ketchup. This is not the first time I have had issues with this restaurant the manager has no idea what he is doing. The whole place is a mess staff have no idea what they are doing 3 members of staff doing the same order this is how things are missed on the orders. Staff not in proper uniform they are in disgusting dirty T-shirts that look like they have never been washed. AVOID THIS PLACE

The last 3 times I’ve been they’ve messed up my order and forgotten meals, I won’t be coming back. This shouldn’t be happening it’s not that hard to get right.

Avoid this place, save your money or go elsewhere. I’m so annoyed I felt compelled to write this review so that others don’t waste their money. Absolute rubbish and a total waste of £20. The 4 pieces of chicken were laughable. So small there was hardly any meat on them, totally tasteless and cold. The children’s chips and sweet corn were hard and cold too. We won’t return to this KFC. They really shouldn’t be trading if this is the rubbish they serve up.

This restaurant looks gross as you approach. The service is slow and the food is rarely fresh. Dreadful. Stay away.

Poor customer service, Cold chicken, Frozen crush-um with small straw and no toilet paper in the gents. Will not be returning in a hurry.....

My husband and grandson went to the drive through this evening and had to wait in the car park for almost 20 minutes waiting for our food as they had ran out of chicken , the food was awful , the fries were really dry and the chicken was drenched in fat to the extent it was as if there was very little coating as it had soaked up the fat ! Nearly £25 and a complete waste of money !! Will not be returning

Couldnt find a table that wasn't piled with rubbish. The staff were uninterested when I asked if I could have my table wiped. The floor was abominable swilling with all manner of detritus...to top it off my 3 piece meal was tiny and no condiments were given. If this was peak hour then there would be some excuse but the staff that weren't working were huddled in one corner joking.

After KFC and McDonalds have shut in the Mall we took a trip across the road to this KFC.What a huge mistake. Busy lunch time and only 2 at times on the till taking orders, bins over flowing, filthy tables and floors.WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN.

After a lovely day shopping, decided on a KFC drive through. Staff members were rude, unhelpful and uninterested in what they were doing. Toilet was absolutely disgusting and yet there's a sign saying they are checked regularly. If they hadn't been so busy I would have complained. Will not be eating KFC again for a long time!!!

Arrived at the KFC at 6:30pm on Sunday 31st March, with a large group of birthday children.I personally ordered food for 2 adults. 2 x 4 pieces of boneless chicken with chips and tango. Costing £6.19 each.When the food arrived, there was less than half a cardboard carton of chips and small thins slices of boneless chicken.There wasn't enough food on the plate to fill up my 4 year old granddaughter.Very, very poor quality and an absolute rip off for the amount of food you receive.

good deals with the app, food was great, however during late hours, the staff seem more interested in cleaning the kitchen than serving guests, waited a few minutes to be served in a near empty restaurant. However, will return in future because the food is great and with fair prices.

This site has recently let itself go. Probably the worse KFC in the area. Meal came out with ripped roll and all the filling hanging out. If people don’t care how they present food, they should not be working in the catering industry. Poor show.

We have no plans of returning. The amount we spent in there, the food was below standard, tasteless. Absolutely nothing like what it used to be. A very slow service via drive thru. I'm afraid you have lost our custom.

Poor management makes for unhappy, disgruntled staff who have no interest in serving the public. I walked out.

First sight of this restaurant doesn't look too bad, when you enter some of the booths are dirty on the floor where they haven't cleared up. The service we received was average, slightly slow. Haven't had to complain just yet.

I’ve long considered this the KFC that isn’t cared about. I’ve logged countless negative feedbacks with them, each equally ignored with the standard “[insert name here] will look into your concerns” with no feedback after that. Remember the shortages of their supplies across all KFCs? This one still offers plenty of reminders. They’re consistently out of something - tonight’s was spoons, sporks, towelettes and hash browns for any Tower burgers. Got beans? - eat with your hands or a fork. Next week? Spin the tombola of misfortune, because it’s anyone’s guess.

Been a couple of times recently as my boys love kfc. The restaurant is much cleaner than it was a year or so ago, there is often someone out cleaning and emptying the bins. The staff have got much better at providing accurate orders, a few times through Drive Thru I would get Home to find something missing. This is better now! The food is always fresh, hot and tasty when I have been. Given 4 stars as the experience is always very slow. Nice to see things getting better!

Stopped for a quick meal on way back from a long journey, the place was filthy, torn seats, food all over the floor including ice cream which people were slipping on, watched by staff who were stood about chatting amongst themselves!! rubbish small portions. they used to be good what happened??

Oh dear, not good and still has a limited menu plus no hot drinks. The staff are obviously fed up having to tell customers they have not got items, and it shows, no smiles, no chat, slow service. Oh dear oh dear oh dear.

I had food poisoning from here a few years ago. I re tried it a week ago , the chicken was pink, the staff forgot half of my order, I complained to be told oh dear our mistake visit again we promise it wont happen. Absolutely shocking way of handling complaints and awful food. Avoid here at all costs

I love KFC but this is one of the worse I've been too. The food was very dry and the pieces of chicken I was given were tiny.

This KFC is next to a burger king, no service shining light either! However it is possible to objectively compare wait time. This KFC is also abysmally slow. Why? Simple KFC seems hell bent on recruiting people who can't speak English. Seriously KFC? Is that hard to inteview staff? Every KFC I've been in has been the same, if at all possible I don't use them, which is a shame because the product is often good. KFC US sort your UK cousins out they hopeless.

We were on our way home after a long day in hospital we were really hungry so decided to get a takeout, we decided upon KFC, it was 10pm the drive thru was open so we ordered , we were met with no gravy sorry, corn, no sorry , so we settled with coleslaw, we paid and got to the hatch to find one young lad slopping water all over the floor with a mop and a very uninterested man serving us our food , we got our order as there was a car behind us drove on I was the passenger so I checked the order to find no sides and chips that looked like they has been there for days, I was so tired we couldn't be bothered to go back and complain, I usually find it's fine when I go in here but this was my first and last time of going late at night , if it's open till 11 I would expect food to be served as well as I would any other time of the day

The chicken was probably the worst I've ever had from a KFC. The chips were under cooked and the service was terrible. No one was getting what they wanted with their meals which made everything 10x slower.

Compramos un cubo doble para llevar a casa para ver el rugby. Cuando llegué a casa descubrí que parte de la orden que faltaba. Sólo una bolsa de palomitas de pollo pero pedí, pagué por ella, así que se puede esperar, en mi bolsa para llevar. Me he quejado, pero supongo que no será reembolsado por el elemento que faltaba. Compruebe su orden antes de salir de la gente. Lección aprendida! !

Muy bonito el pollo siempre caliente y jugoso. Oferta de comida es muy económico. Siempre tengo un té en vez de una bebida espumante.

Hoy visitamos este kfc y se volvió muy enojado con la experiencia. Fuimos antes de la hora de almuerzo (11:30) y sólo había una persona sirviendo dispit muchos otros personal por el cajas. Después sirviendo a otros delante de mí, que tardó 10 minutos me presente un bono en el Kentucky Fried Chicken app y me dijeron que no era aceptada!!!! Una vez que recibí mi comida mi hijo tenía una envoltura flameantes frío y estaba seco y duro. A final todo el personal era muy servicial. Nunca regresaré.

I have visited this establishment many times and to be honest,it's very rare that the experience is positive. The staff always seem to put ice in my drink despite repeating myself several times not to. The chips are stale and cold. They have occasionally got the order wrong. The toilets need to be checked more frequently. The funniest thing is,on a couple of visits the staff have informed us that there is no chicken left. At least put a sign on the door.

cannot believe that this KFC actually gets any customers! there were 2 people in front of us when we arrived and it took over 10 minutes to get to the counter and then another ten minutes waiting for the food! the Pepsi was flat and poured from an open bottle! an utter disgrace of an establishment and I will never go back! customer service a complete zero! love KFC but this place is really putting people off,management need to look at this place and sort it out

Worst meal ever! Cold chips, stale bread, the lettuce was brown and the chicken was tough. The drinks machine wasn't working so all "fizzy" drinks came from a bottle. One to avoid!!

Visited your KFC today for a quick lunch before hitting the shops with two friends of ours. It looked busy yes but the staff were absolutely useless I have never ever had such bad service in my life!! I love KFC and this experience has completely ruined our day.1 - the lady behind the counter " Mercedes " had no common sense at all, she didn't know if the food had Mayo in it that I was asking for or if it even included cheese. I had to ask her to go and ask a member of staff who knew. She was rude and completely messed up our Oder.2 - after waiting for our food for 8 minutes, by this time our friends had finished their food nearly, they gave our food to the wrong people who promptly walked out with it!! 3 - then thinking things could not get any worse, I found green wire in my chicken, inside the chicken!! I couldn't believe it, so I took it back and the lady "manager" who was so rude and abrupt herself told me she would not refund our meal just the £4.50 or something for the wrap.Unbelievable, I mean really if I was a secret shopper for KFC I would shut that store down and fire all their usless counter workers!!! Should be closed absolutely awful.

Filthy restaurant, dirty toilets, moronic staff, rude supervisor - unable to answer simple questions about order, overflowing bins, I'm sticking to macdonalds

Chicken had obviously been sat on the heat rack for hours, it tasted terrible. Then to top it off the male toilets were in a horrible state with urine all over the floor, very disappointing

Just been to KFC, to start with not very busy, they had 2 tills on right next to each other, I think they should off spaced them out, waited over 10 minutes and during this time the queue off people was getting busy, at least 10 people behind us. Got served, we had 2 boneless meals, chips where nasty, over held and crunchy, chicken was very small in size not as big as usually is. I don't eat in KFC but both my boys do. I have given them a 3 as that's they score.

Lovely food good price. Visited here after a 20th birthday for dinner, good chicken and great price, all of it was piping hot, we will eat here again,
