Lovely meal today to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The food was great and our server Barbara was fantastic.

Excellent evening. Thanks for being a wonderful waitress, Alison! My fillet steak was amazing, compliments to the chef 👨‍🍳 who I believe was called Martin!

Our waitress, Barbara, was amazing! She brought out a happy birthday plate for my sister and sung for her without us even having to ask, it really made the whole experience so much nicer <3 she was so happy and kind, thank you so much. The food was lovely!

Had a great experience Alison made us feel welcome and very comfortable ! The food was outstanding!

Food was nice not exceptional but it was nice. Service was not great, we arrived 5m prior to our booking time so we were asked to wait in the bar which we had no problem with. However half an hour later we were still in the bar and 4-5 people with the same number of people have walked in after us. A staff member then noticed us and apologised and showed us to our table which was in a very busy and snug spot. However looking back I do believe we should have been offered a bill reduction or a free drink/ desert.

We waited about an hour for our food. We could here just in our area one table complain about how long they were waiting, and another table complaining, and refusing to pay. There were at least 3 tables complaining in our area. The pork tomahawk was sent back as it was too salty, the garlic mushrooms were also too salty. We ordered two creme brules, but the fruit and waffers were missing from both of them The mushroom sauce was missing from the chicken main course, so the meal was going cold while waiting for the sauce. Obviously the kitchen couldnt cope. Either not enough kitchen staff, or too many orders to cope with, so food was being rushed out before it was ready. Why the chef is cooking, or adding so much salt to the food? Service was slow as not enough waiting staff. Difficult to order a drink as the waiter was busy. Seats were not clean to sit on, had food crumbs on them and stains. Atmosphere was miserable, as we could here other customers complaining nearby. Last time it was a good experience with good food and service, but this time it was very disappointing, especially as I had recommended to friends.

Our server Junior was incredible and a real credit to the industry. My steak was slightly overcooked but he dealt with it quickly and professionally. It's been a long time since I've had a server so enthusiastic and likeable throughout our whole visit to every table

Fantastic meal again. Junior was an amazing server and the lamp rump cooked by Ethan was perfect. Try the new lettuce wedge with sweet chilli and crispy onions - it’s incredible! Highly recommend Miller & Carter at Cribbs Causeway.

We had our first ever butchers block tonight, we were served by the lovely Ruth and from the moment we arrived we had such a happy welcome. Ruth is such a smiley lovely waitress and really made our experience here great. Big shout out to Sam G our chef as the food was too notch!

Just had dinner at Miller and Carter, Cribbs Causeway. Great food from Sam and lovely service from Ruth, nothing was too much trouble.

The Cote du Bouef Steak was excellent and can thoroughly recommend. Dessert was not so good but only for my personal taste.

Great food, the waitress Alison was excellent and was working very hard! It seemed you were under staffed ? It was very busy and very noisy, most of the noise coming from a very loud member of staff who kept hanging around the front desk! The starter and main course was very good. The desert was very disappointing! I had a poached pear, clearly this was out of a tin, it looked more like peach, it was hard and lacked flavour! My wife had a Tiramisu, all she said was she’s had a lot better! Over all ok, if your spending over £100 for two people this excluded drinks I would have expected to give 10/10, sadly not this time.

Popped in on the off chance for a table, greeter made one available straight away which was lovely. Often as a table for one other restaurants say 'there's nothing til 9 30pm' to stop you blocking a 2 person bill! I work in the service industry and quite honestly the seamless service from Junior and his impeccable balance of humour, timing and upselling is textbook perfect! The man is a legend at what he does. He was right. Yes I could Polish off 10oz. 😂 Sam cooked my steak to perfection and as I was on my own I heard nothing but praise from diners around me. This is 3 hours away from me but I'll be back!!!

Service was absolutely brilliant, waiter was called either Julien or junior!? Absolutely made the experience for us with his great energy that just lit up the room and space around him. If it was just down to food then probably wouldn't rush to go back but the superior service definitely warrants return custom!

Went quite early eve but atmosphere was a bit odd. Loads of staff but seemed to just be out waitress doing all the work. Food was lovely Toilets need upgrading really run down and decor very tired Did have a lovely meal though

Junior was amazing! Food was amazing! Great night out (even with a baby who was fully entertained and catered for)

The food was lovely but the wait for it was loooooooong! Starters weren't too bad but waited over an hour for the main and when I questioned it, no apology, the server said I've just been to check and it will be about 10 mins. I told her we had already been waiting an hour and she said ' I know, that's why I checked' still no apology. When it came, it was fine but went cold very quickly as it was quite draughty. There was also a disagreement between one of the staff and a deliveroo employee which was very distracting, it seemed to be resolved but then happened again 10 minutes later. It also made me question that if I was sitting at home ordering, would I get my food quicker!!

We had a lovely Anniversary meal tonight. Simona was our waitress and she was so lovely. She was working really hard all night and still managed to attend to us quickly and with a lovely smile. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Dined at M&C Cribbs Causeway last night and apart from the whole meal being excellent the evening was made even more perfect by our waitress Simona who delivered an experience that was fantastic. We will certainly be going back especially if Simona is our waitress
