We had the sharer Sunday lunch. Unfortunately it was all cold. It says as much gravy as you need but no-one around because they are all rushed off there feet.

Overpriced, nice place and you sould expect to pay for that but still overpriced in my humble opinion. Amazing chips if that helps

The food was absolutely stunning and the TBone steak was cooked to perfection by Charlie. The server Barbara was really helpful and made my experience ever so better and brought out my birthday cake singing which made the whole experience really nice. Would definitely recommend

Food was good, the problem was the staff, rude service throughout, then as we were leaving stood up with our coats on, a member of the team rushed over to tell us we have to leave right now, we only had the table less than 90 minutes and there was plenty of empty tables around us. Just rude all round

First time to this Miller and Carter. The service we received from Kerry was amazing. So polite, friendly, just a Gem. To make the evening the steak I had was a 16oz Ribeye, I am so fussy with steak. It was cooked to perfection. I would definitely return.

Draughty restaurant , service slow, food when it did arrive was cold, fillet steak curiously thin at one end very thick at the other so one half overcooked the other undercooked. The quarter iceberg lettuce is just odd. If only we hadn’t been with friends who took us there I would have complained at the time, as it is I shan’t be going there again. The Malbec was drinkable.

Poor meat quality and satisfactory service.. by no means great. No.wow factor and poor value for money

Food was very tasty and hot. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was very busy so booking a table is a must. Very expensive though.

The worst and I mean worst hour of my life

This wasn’t just a great meal it was a great experience. Barbara was so good and passionate, caring and energetic it made our experience very good. We had to wait a little time but it was worth it int he quality of the food. The chipotle chicken was lovely, the steak, bone marrow sauce, onion loaf, chunky chips etc were sublime, a slight delay in the dessert wasn’t a problem at all as we all had such a great night. Danielle was brilliant as our secondary server and had a very entertaining authentic accent which made our day. Charlie was our Griller and cook, kudos to him. Thanks team. A super time we had. Barbara I hope you get to Scotland soon and enjoy it as much as I enjoyed your hometown of Wroclaw. Take care.

Been coming here for years, Barbara has served me multiple times and has always been fantastic. You know what you’re getting every time when coming here, steaks are perfect and always goes so well with the beef dripping sauce.

Food and service was great, only two minor issues which detracted from the evening: 1) there was rubbish all over the place, used straw and napkin under our table upon arrival but also generally about the place 2) We were seated outside the kitchen door, when it was opened there was often shouting and swearing audible

What a disappointment. 6 of us celebrating a thirteenth birthday. From the very start things went wrong. On being seated it was freezing in there, so much so l went back to the car for my coat and wore it whilst l ate my meal. We then ordered drinks and after a very long wait someone came to take our order. Now the birthday girl had already decided her special meal was to be fillet steak, with a side of lobster tail and sticky toffee pudding. The waitress then informed us they had had a very late delivery and there was no fillet steak, no lobster tails and no sticky toffee pudding. Now if they had said this when we arrived before drinks we would have probably cancelled. However as we had been there 30 mins and had drinks served we decided to stay. They did in fairness then find some steaks , lobster tail and stick toffee pudding for us . After a very long wait our meals arrived. All the steaks were overcooked, the food was cool not hot and we had some mashed potato that tasted "off" it was disgusting and l have never had "off" mash. The puddings most had were ok and they did make a lovely decorated birthday plate for the birthday girl. We have been to Miller and Carter before, not this one and had enjoyed a lovely meal. Nothing like this meal. After complaining they did reduce the bill but really all we had wanted was a well cooked lovely celebration meal. If this had been my first experience of the company l would definitely never gone again. The staff were lovely but all in all a very disappointing special day.

Great food ! Came here for New Year’s Eve , our Grill Chef was Atilla and server Ruth. Everything was brilliant. Meat was perfectly cooked. And Ruth was really friendly and helpful with menu. Highly recommend the place !

Great New Year's Eve meal last night at Miller and Carter Cribbs Causeway. Service from Mollie was excellent. She was very attentive, ensured we always had drinks and most importantly was very friendly and smily. All 3 courses were amazing. Highlight for me was the 12oz ribeye. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. This was our 2nd New Year's Eve visit and we will definitely be back again this year. We went at a later time of 9pm which was perfect as the restaurant was a lot quieter. I highly recommend Miller and Carter at Cribbs Causeway.

First visit here and must say from being greeted on way in to being served drinks at bar then shown to our table and throughout the meal the staff were a great credit to the place very friendly polite and professional+my 8 Ur old daughter particularly liked the waiter who took over from the lady before as he also has a daughter same age they even waived the desert amount due to small waiting time which was fine much appreciated guys highly recommend.5* service .❤️

Nice steak restaurant. Looks quite posh when you first enter inside. Had a nice sirloin steak here, very reasonably priced. Drinks were good. Friendly staff. Would recommend to a friend and definitely visit again.

My husband took me here for my birthday. Our server was very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. After a delicious starter of scallops, we had a sharing steak platter. This was divine. I was unable to eat it all, so my husband helped out. I also had a lovely cocktail The dessert looked delicious, but we had no room. A lovely atmosphere and fantastic service I would highly recommend going here.

Spent £65 on food and the didnt send me my desserts! Absolute joke for a restaurant that is meant to be good!

Worst plant based burger I have ever had. Served 10 minutes after everyone else's food ( all of which looked really nice ) It consisted of 1 dry bun, 1 burger, a very large lettuce leaf, slice of packet cheese and pink onion on side - everything cold. No sauce and no avocado. I wish I had complained but was with company and didn't want to spoil the occasion. Visited 12pm December 18th. Party of 6. Sadly, for the benefit of others my first negative review. Vegans keep away!

Ordered Sea bass after double checking with the waitress that it would be a whole filletered fish, only got one overgrilled /overcooked sea bass fillet. I did question the waitress and she just brushed me off. What annoyed me was that I have always been to other Branches and the food is just superb. I will not be going back to this branch.

Came here for a secret Santa swap and all I can say is this restaurant has ruined all other restaurants for me the service the food and the atmosphere blew us out of the water I don’t think I’ve had a better restaurant experience in recent times Barbara was very attentive and very bubbly and was a delight to have as a waitress

I had lunch with 2 friends on December 10th. Our starters were very good. My friends both had the Turkey Ballantine which looked pretty awful and didn’t taste any better! My steak looked lovely, but when I cut into it it was dry, had obviously been left standing for quite a while. The service was good, if a bit slow, but it was very busy with large parties. We won’t be back!

The steaks are great here, I've never had a bad one. The staff are very nice and treat you well. The lunch time menu is great value. I'll will be going back soon.

Lovely dining experience. Served by Ruth who was super busy during the Christmas period and was excellent.

Steaks were prepared well and the wedge salad with honey mustard was good. There were a few things that could have been better. We sat for a good 40 minutes waiting for our food. The chicken wings were dry and could have been sauced more or served with a side of sauce. The seafood wasn't prepared well. It didn't seem like the scallops were pan seared as there was no sear and a bit lackluster with how small they were. The lobster was served without being cracked or opened making it difficult and messy to open. The onion loaf wasn't cooked consistently some parts were over cooked/burnt.

Great friendly staff but quite slow service. Very cosy atmosphere, overpriced food but decent for Valentine’s Day offers. Steak was tasty with great sides but nothing special.

My wife and i go here for a "date night" a few times a year, lovely staff and beautiful steaks. The sides are awesome aswell. Overall worth every penny. Most recently we were served by Barbara who was lovely! We’ll be back soon!

Lovely place, I had Barbara serving my table and she was lovely and cheerful and catered to my needs perfectly. The atmosphere is great, it has a lounge feeling with the ambient lighting. The food was fantastic, I had the the 10oz fillet steak - cooked to medium, with peppercorn sauce. It was perfect. Definitely recommend if your looking for good quality and your money's worth.
