very polite and friendly every time

Was never delivered! Over 2 hours late when it says it was delivered anyway, not good enough still havent had a refund processed yet.

Once again three chickens were missing... I have no words even for them!

I ordered chicken in a bun with water and sweetcorn instead I got some dearer option was some kind of barbecue sauce with hash browns. Times to .this is not what I ordered

Visited yesterday around 5pm ordered a 3 pieces of chicken and standard fries and a white coffee which was £7.49 Wait time was quite quick and I sat down to eat my meal. Chips is quite a small portion for standard size. 3 different size pieces of fried chicken which was a bit dry but I did eventually eat. The coffee was over milky which was a surprise as usually they give you milk portion to put in yourself. They were quite busy and were playing music quite loud for a food establishment of this chain. Parking is free and I think you have 90 mins . The prices here are cheaper than cribbs causeway store by at least £1 .

Good KFC (not all are). Had good food that wasserved hot and quickly and not too greasy.

Once again got gravy instead of the corn on the cob. Poor show.

Food was fine and it was all there which makes a change. Driver was the most awful human being I had come across. Said he was in a car park near and I had to come and find him as “this was not a come to the door service”. After coming out of my home at after midnight and instructing him how to find my address in the freezing cold I got to consume my cold meal.

Spent over £33 to be given a mouldy burger and be told I’m not eligible for a full refund and got cut off, absolutely disgusting place needs a visit from health & safety

Every time there's a problem, there's a shortage of chicken, today they didn't give me Pepsi, I called the restaurant and you told me I could come pick it up, why should I pay the driver? Because I don't want to go in person. I have the impression that they are sleep deprived!!

There was only rice and lettuce in my rice box, no sweetcorn, salsa or tomato

Very rude staff as all other bad feedback states waited at the window to place an order in drive thru no staff was at window waited for 5 minutes then I went to the next window and staff at that window were very rude and said to go back to the first window maybe if staff was there I wouldn't off went to the next one total useless staff here kfc need to investigate and train them !!!!

We ordered x2 zinger salad with drinks (2 pepsi max) but we received incomplete order. Only one pepsi max has been received along with the fries and 2 zinger salad

What shocking value this meal is! Burger was small, badly put together and the chicken pieces miniscule and overcooked, pricy poor food

Ordered a KFC Zinger Tower meal for £8.50, the burger was thinner than the hash brown and looked liked it was allergic to the batter. Must have been one depressed looking chicken. What a wast of money and depressing lunch. Staff were going to make me another, asked if it would look the same!?! “Yes” 😂🤦‍♂️.

Had my first KFC for several years, a request from my terminally ill friend. We were really looking forward to it. I remember it as a treat with succulent, tasty chicken pieces. I ordered a bargain bucket with 6 pieces of chicken (£13.99). Holey moley what a complete let down, it was horrendous. Very crisp, dry chicken that was unrecognisable as a piece of chicken. Never again!!!! Don't know how this place continues trading if that is the sort of food they serve up. If I had been able my 1 rating would have been a zero rating.

I have received the order on time but not received drink (Pepsi max bottle), I also informed delivery guy, but he said that it was not given to him. this is not just right as payment was deducted. And I didn't received 40% of discount offer as it was shown on Finger-Kickin Double Bucket.

Wrong order was giving , asked for a 10 wing bucket and got 1 wing and a qauter of chicken ??

my order was delivered to the wrong address!!!! my neighbours had to go round knocking on doors to see whose it was...they didn't include the bottle of drink either!@!

One it took the lady who was doing the food ages to put through our order. two she didn’t put through the chocolate chip cookie despite me having asked for it 3 times. Then when got home i realised i had been given the boneless banquet instead of the trilogy meal even tho on receipt it says trilogy and the popcorn chicken tastes like it had been there for a while and did not taste fresh at all.

Half of my order turned up after ordering it in advance so my family would not go hungry unfortunately had to go to the local supermarket to make sure everyone was fed. Very disappointed.

Awful people working here got cold food dumped on a try and missing several items from the order when pointed out they just told us to wait before giving us one item when questioned about the other item they just shrugged it off still didn’t get them best £29 I’ve ever spent no but seriously avoid for the high price and high incompetence the area has much better to offer

Every time we order there is always something missing this time it was my sons fillet burger I am less then happy I think before you seal the bag the orders should be checked again to ensure we have everything before it leaves

My 3 piece meal wasn't as the chips were missing. Not the first time I've experienced this. Enough is enough. I'll never use any KFC again.

Not for the first time, I get home only to find that my 3 piece meal isn't a 3 piece meal. NO CHIPS. This isn't the first time I have experienced problems with this venue but it is DEFINITELY the last. I can't be the only one who has had problems with the Filton drive through but I'm never going to use this or any other KFC again.

I had an update on the app telling me the driver had collected the order and was on his way. When it then said he was 6 minutes away the app lost connection with him so I went outside to meet him to ensure I didn’t miss him. I then waited over 60 minutes for him as he couldn’t find the holiday inn even though whilst I was stood outside. He had come to the hotel and rode off. The whole experience was appalling

All shrunk pieces with malnutrition. Dry and small chicken.

Asked for thighs which other branches are happy to provide. This store gave me dry breasts instead.

Bone less chicken box meal for a 10£. For 3 bites of chicken a side and a drink. Please don't waste your money on this meal. This is by no way a reflection on the staff who are very friendly/helpful - as always. I accept there was a better value for money deal as the staff member was trying to steer me towards this, but buying for someone else.

Best KFC we have ever been to. Always consistently good and hot food, lovely staff, and minimal drive-through queue.

just wanted to share my recent experience at KFC. Unfortunately, I had a not-so-great encounter with their customer service. The staff seemed uninterested, rude and didn't provide the level of service I expected. It's always a bummer when that happens. The management should give them proper lessons about how to serve the customer.

Really disappointed with this order. It was late, cold and the wrong food was delivered.

I'm not quite sure how they can have the food ready so fast.. Cannot fault on that front but I'm not sure if there is a youth detainment centre nearby that had an open house.. The place was littered with these little cads. I even saw one lad with metal knuckled fingerless gloves.. He weighed about 7 stone wet so alarm bells were not raised but... All sorts!

I brought my disabled mother and rest of family to have family get together and for my mother before her tea done this on 2 occasions The first one was just myself and my mother you can except maybe issues with staffing etc gave them the benefit of doubt and tried it again for family get together Well i should of learnt from the first time Chicken was dry and hard to bite into let alone eat it was over cooked like rubber the coating appeared like it had been rubbed off and the taste not that of chicken. weird taste. as for the chips they had some horrible coating on them that tasted like stuffing ie paxo sage and onion Floppy but rubbery texture like they been in microwave to heat them up Discussing. Coleslaw was warm and watery And the hot wings you could not enjoy as they was so hot made my mother gasp for air Again looked like they been reheated over cooked And the gravy must of been heating for so long it had a dried up gravy ring on the seface Corn on cob was gray ish in colour didn't even try that It was terrible All in all this really was the worst family get together and was ruined by kfc filton After spending over £60 on food the only thing was paletteable was the bottles of cola and 7up Being honest we all 9 of us will never go there again

Only ordered some chicken strips. Quite pricey really, like £5.49 for three strips and a dip. I was extremely impressed by how quickly it was provided though, no sooner was I done with the kiosk when I heard my order number called. Obviously not a difficult thing to do when there are no other orders and it's a tiny order but I was still impressed by how instant it was. 2: I ordered online to take advantage of the free strips deal. The big zinger burger with the hash brown was quite good. Could do with more sauce. Fries portion is pretty tiny. Some of the chicken strips broke apart in an unpleasant way. Overall it was fine but I wouldn't use the KFC app for delivery without a good deal on offer. 3: The mini wraps they sell for 1.99 is actually a good deal and they are a decent size and taste good. But I think the other day when I bought two for a deal it gave me aggressive diarrhea so not happy with that. Another review mentions bad food hygiene procedures so maybe that's why I got aggressive diarrhea. But the first time I tried it it was good. 60p more to add a hashbrown. I might be more cautious next time due to the aggressive diarrhea I got the last time though.

I took my food away but when we were at the drive thru they were arguing what bag was witch and they gave us a bag with half of our food which cost us £50 I am not happy

They aren’t always great, but this time it was spot on. Although they gave a gravy instead of corn. It was lovely.

This kfc has really gone down hill since the new owners. Constantly getting cold hard chicken and no customer service skills at all. They don’t follow the proper procedures for storing and throwing chicken after expiry the chicken is disgusting. They don’t offer anything after coming home (15 min drive) and all they say is “we don’t do this” I’m the one who’s telling you the chicken is cold even after telling them not to give old expired chicken. You’re better off going to tesco and getting a meal deal. £50 quid worth of chicken and they put the phone down on us. Go there if you’re looking for hard old dry chicken it’s finger lickin disgusting

I often order from here, but tonight I ordered at 22:41 and the estimated arrival time was 23:00. The webpage showed as "driver at the restaurant" for a long time and the food was delivered at 23:35, 35 mins late. The food itself, other than the drink, has gone cold. I will be making a complaint.

Yet again things missing from the order.

Ordered boneless bundle and a 1.5L bottle of tango. Live approximately 5 minutes drive from restaurant and food turned up cold and missing the 1.5L tango. When on to complain about missing items and can’t click on missing tango as it’s not listed.

First time here, chicken was superb ! Definitely fresh and not too oily, and the spicy wings were delicious, haven't had KFC in a while but I noticed they added some kind of peri peri salt to the chips and it really made it taste so much better! Would dine here again for sure!

was extremely impressed to have my order delivered on time only to be hideously let down on discovering upon my first bite that it was stone cold.

Not happy food was cold and food was definitely not worth waiting for I am not happy I think a refund should be offered
