Excellent food! Excellent delivery!

Rubbish! Received someone else’s order!

every time I've ordered, they've either left something out of the bag or given me the incorrect order.

Service was quick, the server was friendly, food was 'ok' quality. Drive thru used.

The quality of food every time I visit is different, no consistency. Customer service on drive through never smile feels like I have come to snatch the food.

Typical KFC, I'd say the KFC in Cribbs Causeway is better though- better seasoning on chips plus service is usually much faster there.

Due the distance of the delivery. The food was not hot. However still very tasty. 👍

How hard can it be to take an order and produce the food??? Apparently impossible for the incompetents who work here. Communication barrier is a problem! Avoid avoid avoid! I'd sooner starve than waste my money here.

KFC place a cold can of drink inside the same bag containing hot food, no wonder the food was only slightly warm and the drink warm . madness

Everything else came but my misses drink but overall delivery guy was nice and friendly. Would not recommend that they are reliable for answering the phone as tried calling 2-3 times.

Order was delivered incorrect, which, sadly, is a common occurrence. Beans were missing and replaced by beans. Of the food that arrived as ordered, it was fresh, well cooked and tasty.

Absolutely disgraceful staff extremely rude no customer service skills whatsoever they do not know how to say please or thank you they all seem very miserable especially the guy who takes the order at the first window. He was very ignorant and made the whole experience. Very disappointing. The food was average but what? Let it down most was the customer service the people working there should not be working if they are unhappy and measurable they all seem very depressed.

Need a quick bite to eat. The language barrier is beyond a joke, it’s not fair in the staff or the customer as they couldn’t understand what I meant with my order once I placed it

I ordered a party bucket and a vegan burger. The missing items are the 6 signature chips and the vegan burger and as the process of speaking to a live human being to resolve this doesn’t exist, my son will not have the vegan burger he was anticipating on having. I don’t want a refund but the missing items sent to my address as soon as possible but that is too difficult. Thanks for in the future I shall avoid delivery order with Just Eat and KFC as none of the 2 of you accepts responsibility.

Consistently the fastest KFC in the world. Will have your food ready before you’ve driven from one window to the next, or you’ve walked from the ordering machine to the counter. Quality is always decent and just thought they deserve a review as I go here fairly often

Estimated delivery time kept moving later and later .The food was warm at best wasn’t enjoyable , wouldn’t order again

Estimate said 19:50, arrived 20:17 almost half an hour late and was freezing cold. Had to warm it up in the oven.

If your staff understood basic English better, they may not keep getting orders wrong! Again, no fries in my order after I paid for them! Sort out some decent staff!

Second order in a row we had to microwave. Thinking takeaways are just not working anymore if need to keep warning it up as chips were just soggy and chicken looses its crunch.

My husband called in this evening with two Grandchildren to get some ice cream sundaes. The staff didn't understand him and he came out with crushums. Much more expensive. Most importantly he was aware the staff were laughing at him and speaking in their language about him. We live locally I will certainly be passing on their bad manners and won't be visiting again

Sorry to say that the staffs had a very cold and hostile approach...no face contact,no smiley face, no thanking you 😞 Remember today's world is highly competitive and tasty food is not the only factor that attracts customers !!

I don’t review often, but every time I’ve been to this KFC the staff have been very friendly, the foods came quick and of course it’s been finger licking good. 5/5 for me, I would 100% recommend.

Ice cream machine doesn't work each time I've gone in and the staff even say it hasn't worked for like a year and a half and that they don't think it's ever going to be fixed!

In the notes I asked for my burger to be a normal filet not a zinger and I received a zinger which I could not eat. Everything I ordered including the gravy was inedibly cold. I refuse to order from them again as this has happened in the past

This KFC has never sent us any juicy chicken pieces. it's always horrible dry pieces and no real variety in pieces type. 6 dry legs or dry breast etc, never a single juicy thigh piece. it loses them money as I have to choose takeaways for my groups of 70 tourists and I always avoid this restaurant because of this ongoing problem. It's their manager's choice to lose the business.

Brilliant place. Being Halal adds more to it. Very friendly staff, great dine-in place. Food comes out fresh and it's great.

After waiting for 1 hr and 30 mins I went to the restaurant. The app said the courier was at the restaurant. When I got to the restaurant the courier was not there. My food had been sat for over 45 minutes. I spoke to the manager and he said to contact just eat for a refund. I got home and 3 hours after ordering the courier turned up with the food. I said I did not want it. About 20 minutes later I was leaving the house and I saw the courier left the food on the doorstep. It was raining!

Awful! Ordered via Uber eats. Waste of £37! Feel sick! My daughter ate chips and there was a long nasty curly hair in her chips, on top of this I ordered 2x buffalo bites which were completely dry! Hardly any sauce whatsoever! Not even enough sauce to cover half of a chicken bite! Won’t order again and I’m taking my complaint further considering you ain’t practicing hygiene letting hairs drop into peoples food!

Never received order and placed as delivered. This is my second order in last 2 hours. Both delivered but never received. No helpline to call.

What a horrible experience, came in amd ordered some chicken, I asked for the pieces to be a variety rather than 3 pieces of the same type, just based on previous experience, I was surprised to receive same pieces as if i never asked for it. The person I spoke to who turned out to be a manager, his name was reygonal, or rijonal, what an uncivilised barbaric man! I was asking him politely to change one piece of the chicken and he was already shouting I gave you what you want! I asked him to change his attitude because I am not doing anything wrong but he kept on shouting, and when I asked for his name, he gave it to me while shouting "go make a complaint I don't care!" What a horrible and barbaric awful person to be employed as a manager, i am genuinely shocked.

I would like to Inform that i received an item that i thought was out of date. The stickers were today's date and year 2000 however the item. Please ensure the expiry date stickers are correctly placed on the item. Thank you. I love kfc

Food never arrived, delivery driver was a street away, marked the order as delivered. What’s the point in having a confirmation code if the food can be ‘delivered’ without it. Awful customer services - just an email contact saying they’d look into it… what are you supposed to do with a hungry family whilst you wait for an email response. Rubbish service.

Food was cold, driver went to the wrong block of flats so we had to walk their because he cut our phone call off before I could tell him and wouldn’t pick back up

Food was cold gravy warm but end up all over my food and bag ruining whole meal and as a driver apperantly connected to my order but didn’t show at restaurant till 45-55 minutes later I couldn’t cancel on app and calling the store directly the couldn’t cancel ethier

The delivery person requested a code before handing over the food, unfortunately we were unable to understand her, so this took quite a while so when we finally understood each other the food was handed over but it was not hot so a microwave was used

The food quality is good, chicken is still warm but the amount of salad is very little. Been ordering the same zinger salad box before but to mu surprise the amount of the salad is inconsiderable.

The delivery guy who didn't speak English, took an hour to deliver the food because he had two other courses before me. I was surprised to get cold food!!

What a disappointment. They forgot about my order i placed and paid in self service screen. After seating there for over 10 min and seeing other customers that came in after me, coming out with their orders. After i asked about my order 2 asian girls didn't say anything just acting confused they said something to kitchen stuff and told me that i will get my order in 2 minutes. When i finally got it, the burger was undercooked, disgusting. You wont see my money in this shop ever again. ✌🏻

I never received my order even though it said delivered, I was stood outside for 30 minutes waiting for the delivery but never came. I put in the notes to call me when on way or near but no one did! After the delivery said delivered I went up to the KFC I ordered from to complain and they said that just eat don't deliver to hospitals due to paying parking fee. It would be nice to know that they don't deliver to hospitals before placing the order!! this should be stated somewhere!!...

Wouldn't advise going to this KFC if you don't want your car scratched. Only went in drive thru and the server managed to damage my car and staff were all laughing. Awful service deserved to get shut down. Just looking at all these reviews they need to get shut down!

I went round to window 2 as no one in window 1 and the door was shut. Waited a few minutes watching 7 staff goof about for them to tell me I had to go the other window because the till doesn't work. So I go back around to order at window 1 . I pay over £33 and see 3 bags in a large bag that seems right. Got home and I am missing large popcorn chicken and mash potatoes which is approx £8 ! Called them for a refund...which they cannot do so I have to go back. For my trouble, all I was offered was replacement food and to keep the old food. No extras or refunds. Manager did not want to replace the drinks either...2 cokes and a krushem. I gave him back all the old food order and he replaced the 2 cokes but not the Krushem. I have him back the old drinks. He replaced the Krushem. I now have just what I paid for. As compensation he offered small popcorn chicken saying that's all he can do....no Refunds! I asked for the popcorn chicken and a bottle of Pepsi. NO can't have that! Just the Pepsi!!! For the terrible attitude,help and service this is all they can do. No cares given to anyone but themselves and goofing about like unsupervised school children. Now I know why they weren't busy...most people avoid this place

I have visited the Filton KFC many times and I really enjoy your food and restaurant. However, the staff at this location are not good. They do not know how to handle customers and are very slow. This is not just my issue—my friends and other customers are facing the same problems with your staff. Please take the time to learn from other successful restaurants like McDonald’s, Greggs, and Subway on how to properly interact with customers. In particular, the night shift staff need significant improvement. Their service is especially poor and impacts the overall experience. Please save our Filton KFC by improving the staff’s customer service. Thank you
