KFC in South Gloucestershire

This was the best KFC I had in a while. The fries were beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was also clean and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff!

I never received my order tried to contact phone just rang absolutely do not recommend this site at all

When ever am coming here the staff is always no sorry we cant do this sorry we cant do this. If they giving me bucket ofcourse i need more ketchups with them but always giving 2 mayo 2 ketchup as i feel embarace to ask again again and again. And what ever am saying to swap any side . Always getting answer we cant do we cant do. Whts wrong? Why u cant help customer if he is paying u. Mini strips are sooo salty tried eating but cant eat and left them

I COULDN'T GET FOOD DUE TO STAFF OF KFC STEALING FROM THE TILL SO THEY STOP THE CAS SALES ,STOP STELAING MONEY FROM THE TILL SO WE CAN BUY FOOD AGAIN .

If there’s one thing I can say about this KFC, it’s that they never miss. Food has always arrived extremely prompt, staff are always very friendly, and overall, the best KFC I have been too. The other night my friend and I ordered a meal. It took a little long and the manager kept a keen eye out, saw that we’d been waiting, and was very understanding. He decided to throw in an extra popcorn chicken for us, and gave us a complimentary drink to moisten the palate whilst we waited. Top staff, delicious chicken, and a 5/5 for me.

My order was not delivered, and it was showing delivered on my tracking. I called several times, you refused to pick my call

More often than not I go there I get given the wrong order!! Tonight ordered and paid for 10 piece variety bucket got home to find only 6 pieces and a long black hair in my food will not be going there again !!

Nice place,service aways good but Order a box meal 9,90£ I think burgers getting smaller all the box literally.chips many times it’s not fresh and piece of chicken same not fresh Mayonnaise for free 👍

Hairs. Hairs. Hairs. What ever happened to hairnets? Can you spot them all? There are 3 to find in my picture. They are dark black, I'm blonde. There were two on the lid of my ricebox, and one hair I found once I finished my food. Nice.

This place has got to have the worst customer service going. Phones are to be answered not ignored. Orders are supposed to be correct If it's going to take 90 minutes to deliver food, be honest from the start. Very poor service from the staff who work there. If they're trying hard the management need to work harder to make it serviceable because the venue as a whole isn't working hard enough

Worse KFC i have ever been to….burger is so old,and not properly made,my meal was prepared in less than 2 minutes…and the service we received is unprofessional,

Best KFC I’ve had in a long time. Hot and fries were on point,with a nice coat of seasoning. Strange no name bottle of water though..

chips were cold because the cold can if drink was placed inside the bag with the hot food. silly, silly error.

I pre ordered for a 16.15 delivery slot. I was watching the map at 1630 as food hadnt arrived.Driver going in the wrong direction near university of West of England. not only was he late,there was no apology only explanation. my food was stone cold.He was using a car and took the bag out of the boot and it was very obvious it was not stored in a heat bag. I am discussed thinking if I will use the app again as chips unusable and I had to microwave my dinner. NOT THE POINT OF A TAKEAWAY.

I wrote a note to the restaurant that I don’t want mayo, ketchup and cheese on my burger. On checking my burger there’s ketchup on it. I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied.

every time I've ordered, they've either left something out of the bag or given me the incorrect order.

The quality of food every time I visit is different, no consistency. Customer service on drive through never smile feels like I have come to snatch the food.

Typical KFC, I'd say the KFC in Cribbs Causeway is better though- better seasoning on chips plus service is usually much faster there.

Due the distance of the delivery. The food was not hot. However still very tasty. 👍

How hard can it be to take an order and produce the food??? Apparently impossible for the incompetents who work here. Communication barrier is a problem! Avoid avoid avoid! I'd sooner starve than waste my money here.

KFC place a cold can of drink inside the same bag containing hot food, no wonder the food was only slightly warm and the drink warm . madness

Order was delivered incorrect, which, sadly, is a common occurrence. Beans were missing and replaced by beans. Of the food that arrived as ordered, it was fresh, well cooked and tasty.

Absolutely disgraceful staff extremely rude no customer service skills whatsoever they do not know how to say please or thank you they all seem very miserable especially the guy who takes the order at the first window. He was very ignorant and made the whole experience. Very disappointing. The food was average but what? Let it down most was the customer service the people working there should not be working if they are unhappy and measurable they all seem very depressed.

I ordered a party bucket and a vegan burger. The missing items are the 6 signature chips and the vegan burger and as the process of speaking to a live human being to resolve this doesn’t exist, my son will not have the vegan burger he was anticipating on having. I don’t want a refund but the missing items sent to my address as soon as possible but that is too difficult. Thanks for in the future I shall avoid delivery order with Just Eat and KFC as none of the 2 of you accepts responsibility.

Consistently the fastest KFC in the world. Will have your food ready before you’ve driven from one window to the next, or you’ve walked from the ordering machine to the counter. Quality is always decent and just thought they deserve a review as I go here fairly often

If your staff understood basic English better, they may not keep getting orders wrong! Again, no fries in my order after I paid for them! Sort out some decent staff!

Second order in a row we had to microwave. Thinking takeaways are just not working anymore if need to keep warning it up as chips were just soggy and chicken looses its crunch.

My husband called in this evening with two Grandchildren to get some ice cream sundaes. The staff didn't understand him and he came out with crushums. Much more expensive. Most importantly he was aware the staff were laughing at him and speaking in their language about him. We live locally I will certainly be passing on their bad manners and won't be visiting again

Sorry to say that the staffs had a very cold and hostile approach...no face contact,no smiley face, no thanking you 😞 Remember today's world is highly competitive and tasty food is not the only factor that attracts customers !!

I don’t review often, but every time I’ve been to this KFC the staff have been very friendly, the foods came quick and of course it’s been finger licking good. 5/5 for me, I would 100% recommend.

Ice cream machine doesn't work each time I've gone in and the staff even say it hasn't worked for like a year and a half and that they don't think it's ever going to be fixed!

I had a wrap from there on Tuesday I puked up got food poisoning been going toilet non stop have had headache the workers don’t understand English wery disappointed and will never go to kfc again

In the notes I asked for my burger to be a normal filet not a zinger and I received a zinger which I could not eat. Everything I ordered including the gravy was inedibly cold. I refuse to order from them again as this has happened in the past
