Late, food was cold, forgot my sauce

Wrong order was delivered. Tried to explain to driver, not very helpful.

Quick delivery, delivery guy followed my requests in notes

getting way to expensive. why no saver menu on delivery? squeezing every penny out of people for mediocre food.

ordered a fillet burger meal with regular fries not the salt pepper chips and put 2 mini fillet in my burger and 4 strands of lettuce and loda of mayo never again

I had no fries just 2x corn on cob 2x graveyard and 6 pieces I chicken. 2nd mistate and cost nearly £23.

really disappointed, took family here - cold food, the scrimped on the sauces they put in the burgers. chips felt stale - chicken stank. To be fair - will be speaking to the manager - £40 worth of food - severed in 2 mins -

I went on drive thru, ordered for might bucket, took my order kept on another seat turn back to ask for some napkins and ketchup, They closed the drive thru window. Didn’t even ask do I need anything else, though he would have forgotten and knocked the window and asked for napkins and ketchup, another man angrily looking at me asked “what”, I was scared and requested for items, he gave napkins and ketchup. That was really rudest customer service I could get. This second time I’m experience last time as when I came to make order I had pay by cash so put the order on kiosk went to till to pay, staffs were not busy but they we’re standing and speaking something in there language, didn’t give dam about or concerned to say sorry for wait. I thought may be girl might to work something she will learn things, after today’s experience I think all the staffs might some education on how speak with people, as it’s basic requirements. Honestly I’m not to make effort to come back here, it’s such a disappointment as I live near to this place was convenient for to grab food. When it comes to food it was not bad.

False alarm. No delivery was made

Just would of liked pur food separate as chose one side and 2 mains. It was all in the same container so the two mains mixed to together.

Had the loaded fries. Why was the sauce on the bottom and the chicken and fries on top. Shouldn’t be called loaded fries… instead loaded sauce. How stupid do you have to be to do this 😂. Anyway there was also a few dead flys around and food on the floor.

Beware ⚠️}}}}}Last time I was there I was horrified by the sight of a healthy community of rats at the car park. And, believe it or not ,I actually spotted a rat which had climbed up the tree hanging by the drive through window!!!🫢🫣😲🐀🐀🐀🐀

The ice cream machine never works for the Sundays even though they advertise it on the screen above. when asked a manager there they've said they've never had it working and they're never going to bother getting one!

I usually order through Drive through. Overall its fine.

This was the best KFC I had in a while. The fries were beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was also clean and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff!

When ever am coming here the staff is always no sorry we cant do this sorry we cant do this. If there’s one thing I can say about this KFC, it’s that they never miss. Food has always arrived extremely prompt, staff are always very friendly, and overall, the best KFC I have been too. The other night my friend and I ordered a meal. It took a little long and the manager kept a keen eye out, saw that we’d been waiting, and was very understanding. He decided to throw in an extra popcorn chicken for us, and gave us a complimentary drink to moisten the palate whilst we waited. Top staff, delicious chicken, and a 5/5 for me.

My order was not delivered, and it was showing delivered on my tracking. I called several times, you refused to pick my call

More often than not I go there I get given the wrong order!! Tonight ordered and paid for 10 piece variety bucket got home to find only 6 pieces and a long black hair in my food will not be going there again !!

Hairs. Hairs. Hairs. What ever happened to hairnets? Can you spot them all? There are 3 to find in my picture. They are dark black, I'm blonde. There were two on the lid of my ricebox, and one hair I found once I finished my food. Nice.

This place has got to have the worst customer service going. Phones are to be answered not ignored. Orders are supposed to be correct If it's going to take 90 minutes to deliver food, be honest from the start. Very poor service from the staff who work there. If they're trying hard the management need to work harder to make it serviceable because the venue as a whole isn't working hard enough

I pre ordered for a 16.15 delivery slot. I was watching the map at 1630 as food hadnt arrived.Driver going in the wrong direction near university of West of England. not only was he late,there was no apology only explanation. my food was stone cold.He was using a car and took the bag out of the boot and it was very obvious it was not stored in a heat bag. I am discussed thinking if I will use the app again as chips unusable and I had to microwave my dinner. NOT THE POINT OF A TAKEAWAY.

Typical KFC, I'd say the KFC in Cribbs Causeway is better though- better seasoning on chips plus service is usually much faster there.

Due the distance of the delivery. The food was not hot. However still very tasty. 👍

How hard can it be to take an order and produce the food??? Apparently impossible for the incompetents who work here. Communication barrier is a problem! Avoid avoid avoid! I'd sooner starve than waste my money here.

20 minutes late and over £16 of food missing

Order was delivered incorrect, which, sadly, is a common occurrence. Beans were missing and replaced by beans. Of the food that arrived as ordered, it was fresh, well cooked and tasty.

Absolutely disgraceful staff extremely rude no customer service skills whatsoever they do not know how to say please or thank you they all seem very miserable especially the guy who takes the order at the first window. He was very ignorant and made the whole experience. Very disappointing. The food was average but what? Let it down most was the customer service the people working there should not be working if they are unhappy and measurable they all seem very depressed.

I ordered a party bucket and a vegan burger. The missing items are the 6 signature chips and the vegan burger and as the process of speaking to a live human being to resolve this doesn’t exist, my son will not have the vegan burger he was anticipating on having. I don’t want a refund but the missing items sent to my address as soon as possible but that is too difficult. Thanks for in the future I shall avoid delivery order with Just Eat and KFC as none of the 2 of you accepts responsibility.

Consistently the fastest KFC in the world. Will have your food ready before you’ve driven from one window to the next, or you’ve walked from the ordering machine to the counter. Quality is always decent and just thought they deserve a review as I go here fairly often
