We ordered through justeat and the order never got delivered. After calling they claimed it has been delivered and asked us to look outside the house. I have been pacing outside for 10 minutes looking for my chicken. The refund system is also terrible as we cannot get into contact with justeat about it. There are also several similar reviews like this on justeat. Do not piss off hungry people.

Dirty restaurant, dirty tables despite not been busy at all, dirty windows and posters hanging off the door, staff all look miserable, got a spicy wrap which was okay but tiny.

Hi everyone just to make you aware my husband and I have just been to KFC in dewsbury parked in KFC car park came out and ticket had been issued there are signs for pay for parking on the other side to KFC but NOT in or near the car park the warden laughed at us and was trying to start a fight we will never be returning its disgusting for the amount you pay anyway for the food

Walked in for a quick order for one. Was met by tables littered with rubbish from previous customers. Went to order at the self service machine, but only offered a ‘take out’ option, when I wanted to sit in, even though it was filthy. So walked to the counter, which I had to shuffle around delivery drivers to do so. Only one girl behind the counter who didn’t turn around even after saying ‘excuse me.’ She was clearly bombarded with orders, meaning the restaurant was dirty. Understaffed, overworked. Management need to take the blame for a lost customer

I went with and ordered 2 meals but the service was very slow , i was sure a pregnant lady next to me would have her baby before the food was ready * luckily she didn't . The food was absolutely vile.Dry, overcooked and tasted very odd , not to usual standards at all. I'll not be going again.

First time I went, I ordered a mini fillet burger. Nothing else. Quite simple, right? A bottom bun, a piece of chicken, some sauce, and a top bun. Except they 'forgot' to add the top bun. Marvellous. I went back today to try again, ordered a boneless banquet box meal and some BQ bites. Didn't put the BBQ bites in my drive through bag. Do you think they do it on purpose? I reckon they do. Won't be going back a third time.

We went to the drive through tonight for a family feast meal. This type of food is cheap and cheerful normally but today it was just awful. The bucket was all wings and legs, and non of theses had any decent pieces of meat on them. They had no coleslaw so I asked for gravy and beans. Which in fairness I did get. But I got 3 small beans and 1 small gravy. And 1 tub of beans was dried up. The only thing that was any good was the pepsi max as it was chilled when I received it. Service was slow as they looked short staffed. Honestly I'd stay away from this one.

Stood waiting to be served for around 10 minutes(the only person waiting) just eat and Uber drivers seemed to be getting the priority, once I ordered I asked them if they would mind bringing it over to the table as I had a newborn car seat to car and my 1 year old in my arms,she said I would have to make 2 trips… I had to get back up because she forgot missing items then had to get up again because there was a short black hair on my chip when I took it up to the counter I got looked at asif I was lying either that or it was mine(we are all blonde haha) no Apollo guy or anything she just took it off me and replaced the chips,total put off won’t be eating a kfc again

Very slow service. Just eat orders and drive through service was being prioritised and walk in customers were waiting around 15 minutes for food order.

Service good but every kfc I visit the coffee machine is not working but no option for a meal without a drink ! Sort it out kfc

Absolutely filthy. Bins overflowing, part eaten meals left on the table. Staff showing absolutely no interest. Tiny pieces of chicken, chips cold. A sordid grief hole. Avoid.

Poor service, lazy and rude staff. Ordered 10piece chicken from drive thru, got 5 pieces, see photo. Had driven too far to turn back.

Order placed at kiosk counter and paid. The person who took my order was also working the drive through counter. Without saying anything to me, she then went to serve people at the drive through window. After waiting a few minutes, and there been no other counter staff, another member of staff who was passing asked if I'd been served. I'd said yes. I waited a few more minutes, to which there were people now waiting behind me to be served. Somebody else who was passing asked if I'd been served. I said yes, but that the server was still doing orders at the drive through window and seemed not to be bothered by the kiosk counter!! This server then part got my order, but then disappeared into the kitchen area to make up sandwiches. When we got the food to eat, the chips were now cold and the burger buns were also cold. The dining area was also filthy. Every table covered in rubbish or food. All the bins were overflowing and there was food scattered all over the floor. There seemed to be quite a number of staff going into the office and kitchen, but didn't seem to be doing anything!!!

Called in here on the way back from work and I shouldn't have bothered. Dreadful service from a rude waitress who clearly had no customer service skills or training. The quality of food was bad and had a Zinger Tower Burger Meal. The chicken wasn't great, the chips were bland and the fizzy drink was flat. Will never go back to a KFC after this experience.

Been numerous times and have to say the majority the food has been good - have to agree that the seating area can be dirty but no worse than other KFCs and MacDonalds - normally use drive thru and eat in car - any mistakes are rectified with no hassle.

Absolutely disgusting establishment! Arrived at opening time, Tables where dirty from the day before, floors needed sweeping No toilet roll in the ladies, which is just one dirty smelly toilet, which I would rather go outside!! The food was cold and either overcooked or under!! Will not be visiting here again!!!

Called in for a fillet burger and I should have known better I have avoided this place for over a year now after getting undercooked chicken The chicken tasted vile and probably off. It is now in the bin a waste of £6.00. I should have known when a customer was complaining about her chicken wings tasting wrong. The staff attitude to her was poor very poor. But I took my chance never again avoid!!

Have ordered twice on Just Eat. The first time was ok other than just like going to the restaurant there were items missing, the second time was absolutely rubbish. Ordered then waited for half an hour after it was due to be delivered, rang them to be told the delivery driver hadn't come back so just contact Just Eat and get our money back.

The staff were rude and slow the chicken was raw and the staff just shrugged it off won’t be going again !!!

Popped in with my son for a quick bite. Absolutely filthy, the floor was covered in food, napkins, straws etc. We couldn't find anywhere to sit, even though it was empty, as all the tables were dirty, so we took our food home. Complained at the counter and was told they were short staffed.Never visiting again !!Gave 1 star as I had to, to submit the review !

Awful food...naff chicken bought in from a cheapo place elsewhere in Dewsbury and sold as KFC? Freshly made a week earlier maybe.

Had to wait to be served as the counter staff were busy sweeping the floor which was filthy despite there only being 5 people in the place, ordered chicken fillet burger meal and the chicken was over cooked/dry and the burger bun was bone dry as well, they completely overdid the mayo in the chicken burger, very poor overall but typical of KFC with smelly toilets as well, there are several southern fried chicken places nearby that are cleaner and serve fresher food, give the place a miss as it’s not good enough!

Asian guy called akeel thought it was funny to give me a wrong order when I came back I complained he was rude and thought it was funny. He made me wait 10 mins before swearing at me as I left when all I needed...

following their supply problems we didn't visit for a while and when we did eventually go found all the accumulated points on my card including a £5 voucher had expired, so I get penalised because they didn't have the food I wanted, if that's their attitude to customers then I won't be going again and they have lost a loyal customer because of their complete incompetence! I feel I have been robbed from!

Just don't bother... But to be fair same can be said for most KFC restaurants. Can't believe they're still hiding behind this "supplier issue" short term maybe but it's been months now.

Dirty place. Chicken fillets served were raw....i love kfc but this was awful! Too busy talking Will not be back.

Called in with my daughter. ..didn't eat inside as it was filthy (with the contents of one customers child's meal including Coke strewn over the floor !) Food not particularly good and surprise surprise. .my daughter was very unwell within hours !lesson learned ..will not be visiting again

Been twice over the past month through the drive through to be told that the card machine isn't working so we left empty handed both time, obviously they aren't in my rush to sort the situation out which is very poor if you ask me!!

Visited tonight after driving from Sheffield hoping to get some chicken. 20-30 minute wait for chicken. Not happy at all!

It's very rear I go to this kfc the first few times I went they was no problem then it started to degrade once they didn't have anything that I wanted! How that is possible I don't no there slow at cleaning up they can't cook the chicken right I have had food poisoning from here on my last visit the staff are rude and I'll mannered and there Krushems are always watery! Much prefer junction 27 kfc!

Travelled down today to get kids a popcorn meal each. On arrival I went through drive thru an asked for 2 x popcorn meals with but one with chips and other with popcorn. Gets home and guess what! They both came with chips.....I really hate this place, normally you ask for gravy and get beans vice versa.If you want a nice Kfc avoid dewsbury and go to Wakefield drive thru and ask for the left overs you end up with a better meal!

Food is not the same here as other if she. They seem to blow it every time I went, but no more, just drive past now and I recommend you do the same

we have always struggled to get our car round the very tight bend in the drive thru. However we recently got a new car which is slightly bigger than our last one, so thanks to the fact it was impossible to get it round the bend we now have a nice dent in the back door. Brilliant

We go here because it's our nearest KFC but they always get something wrong. A real pain as we usually use drive through so dont realise until we get home. Wish they'd do something about it.

Two words. Appalling management! I mean seriously, I only go because it's the only KFC I know near by. Always running out of menu items, there's alway one person on the front of shop, ON A SATURDAY LUNCHTIME, the place has got cleaner recently, but it's still quite filthy. People can blame the staff, but i know from also working in a similar industry, it falls down to the manager and whoever he or she is needs to pull their finger out!

i went to have a family bucket by myself and when i bit into the chicken half my tooth came out. i also heard puppies howling in the back of the chicken so its not even chicken its staffy or rotweiler. there was also blood in the chicken. the staff was so rude one had snot flying from his nostril and it landed on my chicken wing. i found a rats head in the bottom of my krushem. never going again vile,

Never ever go to this kfc. It is an absolute insult to the brand. Only eat there if it's a post apocalyptic world & there's no food left in the world. This place is run by zombies: they walk slow & would drink your blood if you complain.

This place is hit or miss more moss than hit. With it been my local kfc i choose to go to wakefield one not this one. Always slow. Always getting orders wrong. Closes the restaurant and then poor people are walking through the drive through at night. Sometimes food is cold poor customer service. Ive been in loads of times because of there orders been wrong. So i give up going to this one as there not interested there only there to be paid.

The colonel must be turning in his grave. I have never received what I actually ordered and upon complaining met with the some very clever and caring individuals.

The food is pretty good but the service is so very slow and the staff are miserable. The restaurant has recently been modernised a bit and more searing seems to have been made available which is good. Just needs to speed up.

As already said, only one person serving despite queue and plenty of staff behind the serving area, greasy, chips weren't particularly hot, not impressed at all, will stick to the one at Junction 27 and White Rose. Menu's have recently changed and can no longer get my two / three piece variety meal which I always liked , the mega box just isn't the same, seems to be an excuse to give you a box of chips and less chicken for same price ( drink extra ) although does include a chicken gravy ( now pre-packed and watery compared with the gravy of old ) why do u change things KFC ?

This place never gets an order right! Food cold! Staff talking about there day or night out rather than serving! Absolutely the worse KFC I've ever been to! Needs a better Manager in there ! Place was a right mess! I was told as my order was a mess that I could go back and get the same order for free! No thanks that would probably be a mess too!

Had a delicious family lunch there and having eaten kfc numerous time, the food is consistently good. Never had a bad meal yet, it's always fresh and tasty. The chips portions are huge and BBQ beans are a firm favourite. It is pricier than the average chicken shop but you get what you pay for. My only criticism is they did get the order wrong but they gave us the spare chicken as a freebie so can't complain at free food!!!

visited here recently and would never go back. Food was very greasy. The place was dirty and had loads of tables with dirty trays that had clearly been sitting there for quite some time. I asked for a hand wipe and was told they didn't have any... Very very poor service.

I am a lover of KFC but this location is the pits, scruffy, smelly toilets, poorly trained staff, slow order completion, dirty/untidy dining area, this is the worst KFC I have ever been to!
