Very disappointed with my visit to the Cleveleys store. First of all the new self serve machines. Awkward and somewhat difficult to use, making changes to order was impossible. Didn't show the correct menu so unable to order what was wanted. Second of all the food. As mentioned above not all food was shown on the self serve so wasn't able to order what was wanted. What we did order had BLACK COLOURED HUMAN HAIR on it. After looking through to the back, not a single person was wearing any sort of hair protection be it hair net or beard net. Thirdly staff. Not enough members of staff around. Noone was keeping the seating area clean and tidy. The 2 members of staff behind the till area were too busy chatting away and looked put out when asked a question. Finally reward scheme. I have always been able to use my reward app at this location but since going self serve you no longer accept it. Why have an app you can't use? All in all an extremely disappointing visit to KFC. Get rid of self serve or atleast give the option to order at a till. Implement proper hygiene standards and make sure they are always used. Make sure staff are customer focused and not just chatting away. Sort out your rewards app or just get rid of it. I have previously been a 'mystery shopper' and believe me this would not have come close to passing anything. Im not looking for a voucher or a bog standard apology from a template, I want actual action and things doing. As it stands I'm not thinking of going back to Cleveleys KFC for the foreseeable and will be informing others of my experience aswell.

Don't bother rubbish service cannot trust them to get anything right. the delivery driver stole my food. abysmal service

Uber order, quick delivery however, part of my order missing and the chicken on the zinger burger was as dry as a bone. Won't bother using KFC Cleveleys again.

Play completely got my order wrong, they give me a code told me the cold never runs out. I went in with the cold they told me it has run out. I wouldn’t replace what I had ordered so I’m just giving them money

After ordering I struggled to get to my food because of Uber and Just Eat bags on the floor and drivers monopolising the counter. Members of staff who were not working and who were also at the counter ( in their own clothes) were going in and out the work area. Horrible atmosphere, will not return.

I was very shocked at the bad reviews and can only say drastic measures must of been taken as a friendly team member greeted us and helped us place our order with a smile Food was absolutely delicious I can only think it’s undergone training if so please keep up the good work

This has to be the worst KFC around. Every time I have been in (which isn’t often) I’ve asked for a vegan burger there reply is the oven isn’t fixed. That oven must have been broke since they brought the vegan burger out. It’s rubbish they just don’t and can’t be bothered doing them it’s as simple as that, they should take it off their menu and not advertise that they do it. The girl who served us was young & very rude really wasn’t any need for it. She was plump dark hair and wore black glasses. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go the waiting time just to get served was ridiculous they concentrate on the delivery’s more than the walk ins. It’s dirty not run professionally and definitely not a fast take away. They can’t even get your order right always something missing it really has gone down.

By far the worst kfc on the planet, the place needs closing down, I’ve been banned from ordering on uber because 3 times I’ve had to have a refund because twice the food was stone cold and things missing and the last time I order 10 piece boned bucket which was replaced with 2 boned pieces 6 strips and 2 hot wings Every time I go in to order I always have to check before I leave. as I ordered 10 piece bucket and there was 7 yes 7 drumsticks in it, I’ve ordered 3piece meals and get 2 drumsticks every time. When you do get a piece that’s not a drumstick it’s very hard to even try and work out what part of the chicken it is. they try and rob you off with drumsticks all the time so have to make a point of saying 1 drumstick max the staff who pull a face but oh well. Just can’t go there ever again love kfc but this place is the pits it’s awful. Please close down or get rid of all management and staff. How this place hasn’t been closed down by the relevant departments I’ll never no.

We ordered a delivery from KFC Cleveleys at 5:53pm and the app said 15 to 25 minutes for it to arrive. It also said that they do not take the money from your account until the delivery driver informs them of a successful delivery. WRONG!!! the money went out straight away at 5:53pm. At 6:30pm, we checked and the estimated delivery time was between 6:40pm and 6:50pm. That changed to 7:00pm to 7:10pm and gradually the time kept moving until it said 7:50pm to 8:00pm. When I checked again at 7:30pm, it read "order cancelled" by which time, we had waited 1hr35m. No explanation, just cancelled..... though the money was refunded immediately. The point is though, if you cannot fulfill your contract (yes, you enter into a contract when you take our money), you should not advertise a service you cannot offer. This is appalling customer service that cannot be allowed to carry on. If you want your food delivered, DO NOT ORDER FROM KFC CLEVELEYS. They do not deliver and offer no explanation whatsoever!!! Thank goodness for the Tasty Wok just across the road. Excellent food, promptly delivered, tastier and cheaper!

I had to give it a 1 rating as it wouldn't let me give a zero. This is the worst KFC meal I've had - the coating on the chicken fillets was soggy and the chicken itself was tasteless. Certainly wasn't the chicken we are used o having back home. The chips looked awful and tasted bad.

Great job by the team. Food good as always. Recently put new soap dispensers in the male toilets. Loos good 👍. However I'm going to have a moan , I like my coffee ☕ and it's been out of order for at least two months. Can somebody do something about it please.

This is the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in. There were multiple straw papers and salt sachets on the floor right in front of the order desk, making it a slip hazard. The staff - what few of them were there - were surly. And the few tables available (the larger part of the eating area was closed off) were covered in the detritus of completed meals. On top of this our order was wrong and the food was cold. Just don’t waste your money.

Absolutely amazing food. Piping hot and very tasty 😋. Would definitely recommend 👍. The chicken was delicious 😋.

This KFC is consistently bad, this is now the third bad experience I've had IN A ROW. This is the final time I go to my local KFC I'll be going anywhere but here from now on. I ordered a 3 piece and the pieces of chicken I got were 2 legs and a TINY piece of chicken. I was so disappointed. This place is a waste of your money, you're better off going to any KFC other than this one. Love KFC but hate this shop in particular.

Having ordered from here previously at New Year whilst staying in the area and it being spot on, we decided to do the same again last night. Totally different experience! The chicken skin was burnt and tasted nothing like KFC at all. The chips were burnt and some even still had the skin on them missed on peeling. The gravy was like a globby mess just awful. Last time we were sent salt, servittes and cutlery in little packets like the old days. Nothing at all even though we had asked for salt especially as we were in self catering room. Not sure if its a change of staff or management but its certainly gone downhill looking at recent reviews. Will not be returning!

Thought we'd give Kfc cleveleys another go. Wish we hadn't bothered yet again. 2 adults meals were ordered and a kids popcorn box meal ordered via uber eats. We decided to pay extra for the priority delivery to get it warm. Any how driver made 3 stops on the way so it still arrives cold. Then to too it off when we open the bag there are items missing yet again!!!!!! How hard can it be to get someone to check everything is in the bag. This time we were missing some hot wings and a kids drink. We'll be ordering from the fleetwood branch now.

I come in here most weeks to get food before a night on the booze, only because there isn't another one within walking distance of my place, and it is never a pleasant experience, only ever one till member on even if the queue is out of the door, food never ready on time and staff always miserable, the manager lady has worked there since I was a kid and I've never seen her smile once! Last week we ordered some popcorn snack buckets, they forgot the popcorn, they very rarely have chicken cooked and you end up with a crowd of 10-15 people all waiting on "mini's" or "pieces" it really is a shambles, the actual KFC chain needs to have a good hard look at this place, even a trip from trading standards wouldn't go amiss. Very very poor restaurant

We visited KFC Cleveleys at 3.40pm.... a nice quiet time but we hadn't had lunch and decided to combine it with our evening meal. Despite being the only person at the counter in a virtually empty shop, it took five minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. Having taken my order and payment, I was told that the mini fillets would be 7 minutes which was fine as they would be piping hot. Eleven minutes later a lady who appeared to be in charge remonstrated with someone in the kitchen area saying "the gentleman has been told the mini fillets would be 7 minutes; it's now 11 minutes and you haven't even put them in yet!" A really pleasant young lady came and told me it would be another 7 minutes. Bearing in mind the bags of fries and the popcorn chicken had now been out for more than 20 minutes..... it was 4.02pm..... and there was no sign of anymore being cooked, I requested a refund. The lady member of staff apologised and refunded me the money I had paid and I left and McDonald's down the road benefitted from our custom. Absolute rubbish service from KFC Cleveleys!!

Cleveleys KFC has rarely ever been a great experience with the long queues and closing the shop early when it suits. Have also been avoiding the place with the most recent poor 2 hygiene rating but was hoping that they would have rectified this. But here we go yet again, happy to let you queue FOREVER to announce NO CHICKEN!!! REALLY ? It's the foundation of your business. And the hand sanitiser station is just some useless prop. May aswell remove it if you can't even be bothered to fill it. Our experience the time before this they were barracading the doors letting nobody in, drove to Fleetwood instead and they had closed early. As my child wanted their treat I drove out to Blackpool tonight to make it happen and the staff said yeah Cleveleys always run out. Wont be writing to Head Office for their usual standard and lame reply. Seem just happy to take your money and business and customer service is so non existent from this company!

This is the second time my husband has visited the Cleveleys KFC and it was to get lunch for my grandson and himself. They never seem to get the orders right always something missing. Bought the "bargain" 9 piece bucket but when it was unpacked three were only 8 pieces. One breast piece, three thighs and four drumsticks. Dreadful stuff so I will not be returning to this outlet.

We have lived in Cleveleys for the past 8 years, on occasion over that time we have used this particular KFC ( we must be suckers for punishment) always hoping on the next visit it may have improved = WRONG. This must be one of the worse KFC's in the Country.

I can only agree with what a lot of others say. Orders are wrong 50% of the time, there’s always something missing or wrong, you never get an extra piece by mistake! Badly cooked, chip portions are measly, and staff attitude of some is appalling. The manager needs to teach them how to count. Give this place a miss and visit the Fleetwood branch, it’s way better.

Staff cannot read and bag up simple orders! Very infuriating when you get home to find you have a complete messed up order! ( not right order last week either!) We went here tonight the food was cold messed all the drinks up and messed orders up I use to work here and it's gone down terribly and the service was poor slagging customers off on the front counter I say it's the worst place I've been recently and making customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I went in today knowning it would no doubt be a mistake, my order specifically asking for it fresh, response to me "its all cooked fresh", im now staring behind the counter at around 40 various pieces of chicken that probably were in no way fresh.

Not only did I have to wait ages to be served because the members of staff behind the counter were too busy having a laugh and a joke with the three drunken male idiots in front of me, but I then received half an order of which I had to ask for, then I had to wait for a half filled Krushem, by this point it was a case of I had to just keep my mouth shut for the sake of absolutely losing it with the staff and causing a scene. I went home with my meal and half a Krushem only to find I was missing one of the fillets from my boneless banquet and no sauce dip which I specifically asked for and when I checked was on my receipt, along with a 7up drink that I never ordered and never received but got charged for. Absolutely disgusting service and shocking to say the least. I would also like to add this was the icing on the cake for me, as I went there at half past ten last week to get some food and it was shut. It clearly states that KFC is open to 11pm during the week. Whether all members of staff were having a fag break, on the loo, or just out the back scoffing their faces with free food, the doors were locked and nobody was around. Not going back ever again !!!

Always make a visit to KFC in Cleveleys. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The food as ever, is very tasty and worth the money, if you like KFC.

Fuimos el domingo 11 de junio, bastante concurrida. Pedimos un menú rápido para llevar, para servir pero no rápido para darle su comida. El personal era que nos dijeron para poner en las ranuras correctas artículo, parece que sere y deje que la cantidad de personas en espera de comida para construir causando una fiebre loca. Al llegar a casa a menos de 5 minutos la comida no estaba caliente, falta de alas de pollo a pesar de pedir de ellos. No volveremos a esta tienda.

Staff are uninterested, orders are often wrong, and towards the end of the night they often turn off certain parts of the kitchen, meaning they are unable to offer things on the menu with no apologies

We've been using this KFC for years and it has always been really good. Yesterday was our first visit in a few months and the food was awful. The food was soggy and the gravy (usually the best bit) was like water.

Great service, fast and really hot. Can never complain whatever we order always perfect. Very clean and family friendly.

We've been here several times as it's only around the corner and you would think being a KFC franchise that all KFC'S food should be similar, this is not the case in Cleveleys however.There is hardly ever food ready, when you finally get your order there's more often than not something missing.The portions of chicken in the box meals have got smaller.We now travel to Blackpool rather than use Cleveleys.

Young unprofessional service, under staffed, cold food, totally given the wrong order even though it was handed to them in writing. Drinks were forced on us and stacked on top of the food, we ended up with a soggy cold mess that cost us £17.99. Nothing on their website was provided as it was advertised. Clearly KFC needs to evaluate it's staff recruitment process because this KFC has poor customer service. It's our local KFC and we've been going there for years but they've got our order wrong the past 3 times we've been. There has only been 2 of us on each occasion and we haven't been in at peak times so there's not really an excuse for it. We eat ours at home so we didnt know our order was wrong until it was too late but the most recent time we went I ordered a bacon and cheese fillet meal and it all looked correct until I took a bite and realised it was a zinger and I'm no good with spicy food. I was disappointed and now we'll be heading to the Fleetwood one in the future. There is a nice little burger place across the road from this KFC if you're in the area and I'd definitely recommend going there!

Me and two friends went into this KFC and ordered a triple and two double buckets, which came with three large bottles of pepsi. Once I had paid for the food, I was told that we wouldn't be able to eat it in the restaurant, bearing in mind that there were a few people eating in there already. They told us that we have to take the food out, I had no transportation and had to walk half an hour back home, so when we got home the food was cold, the worst part about this is that i explained this to the lady and said that i would like a refund, I was refused a refund because in quotes 'the order was to big to give a refund' I am absolutely disgusted by this restaurant.

Got family bucket and extras when got it home piece of chicken missing plus given beans as side order instead of gravy. As used public transport and live 2 miles away was not worth the travel back or cost of taxi or bus fare as store was not busy one would think that staff could get a simple order right.

Bought 3 pieces chips and gravy and 6 hot wings and gravy at 4.55pm 14.12.2016 to take out. The chicken was dry, hot wings tiny, gravy tasteless and very small portions of frankly poor quality chips. The following morning both my wife and I had stomach upsets. We travelled regularly to this branch from Poulton rather than using the Fleetwood branch but will never buy KFC again.

I seldom eat takeaways but I called in the KFC Cleveleys tonight for a couple of boneless dips meals and despite the awful trip advisor comments I found the service friendly and the food way beyond expectations . It was less than a tenner for two and was excellent. Well done to the kfc team in Cleveleys - I for one will be back soon.

We called there on Saturday to buy a 12piece boneless bucket. We had to wait for a fair while for it but in fairness they did indicate it would take around 5 minutes, so that was not my problem. The problem was we are a family of 4, 2 strapping rugby playing sons along with Mum and Dad. (us) The chicken fillets were tiny and I mean tiny, how they could call them fillets is beyond me! To add insult to injury - there was absolutely no chips in the box!! Why didn't we go back?........ the queue was to the door, also we lived around 10 mins away from them, so it seemed pointless. We will not be going there again!!!!!

I must say I use this KFC rather than the one closest to me. I find the staff really friendly & the food is always fresh. The gravy is the best!

Unfortunately this is the closest to me. Tiny chicken and always get your order wrong. Manager poor. I've had cold food, missing food, horrible food. The managers way of dealing with it is bring it back for them to check ( at your expense ). Or they will give you the missing item. Poor chicken the next time your in. That's not customer service. Just get it right first time. Unless they have a major staff change nothing will.

visited kfc to be insulted by 2 grown men about me coming from Liverpool and that the staff did nothink but stood there letting the shout insults to me, when arriving back and then ringing up in the safety of my apartment , was then told they could not do anythink and that there wasn't a manager available , also arrived back with cold food, we were the one getting virbally abused and we are the ones that had to leave, as the two men sat down to eat there food hot and still shouting over to us, discusting if we were men this would not happen ...................

Every time the floor always needs sweeping, loads of dirty tables, bins always overflowing, groups of teenagers throwing food staff do nothing about it an opinion front of house is dirty, unorganised, unmanaged if that's front of house who knows what back of house is like

Sometimes you get what u ordered sometimes you dont! Food has sometimes been cold, late and totally not what i ordered! Prone to forgetting things! Also why do they insist of trowing food away in front of customers! Never any wipes and the staff give you a look like your cheeky beggar for asking for more than 2 sauces when spending over £10 Avoid

Decided to have KFC as the daughter wanted this for a change. The food was disappointing and the portion sizes of the chips were small too say the least. It appeared the bags had folded over when they were being filled thus serving a smaller portion than what should have been. Keep saying it but won't be going back soon

Had a few meals from here staff very friendly,even when very busy(which it usually is)When I was last in it was heaving so had to wait awhile,when it came my turn was offered free drink as we had been waiting for some time very apologetic.

could be a bit cleaner a lot of rubbish on tables. Staff didn't seem to want to be there. Food was ok.

This is our local KFC but lately I feel it's not up to standard. Never looks clean,often give you the wrong order and worst of all,get home( only 1min in my car) to find your meal is cold. Shame because I love KFC .

Poor service, one person serving at teatime rush, got home to find some of the order missing. Place was filthy, avoid , its a disgrace!

Had the misfortune to fancy a bit of chicken after working for 14 hours. Went in 15 mins before advertised closing on Sunday. It was as though they were already closed. Coffee, ice cream and shakes had already been switched off. I don't know how long the chicken I ordered had already been standing for but it was barely lukewarm, soggy and greasy and as for the sticks of cardboard they served instead of chips, this place needs to seriously look at themselves and bow their head in shame. I don't know about " Billion pound chicken shop " more like Billion pound p*** take. Never again.

Very untidy food all over floor slipping hazard. Staff laughing and joking no one cleaning dirty tables. Food cold and order wrong, despite it not being busy.Will never return

The store itself is usually clean and quiet. On my experiences visiting this branch the food tends to be cold, you can tell the chicken has been cooked for some time. The chips are average, usually cold - not expected.I advise you to travel a little bit further to Fleetwood Mcdonalds, atleast the food is warm there.
