KFC in Coventry

We went through the drive through in order to kids meal and one trilogy box meal and I asked is that everything and I said yes but they did not give us our drinks on top of that the chicken fillet in the box was raw. Disgusting service and no answer on the phones this is not the first time

Limited choice of menu for a couple of months now. I ordered a zinga boxed meal with corn + Orange juice. The zinga boxed is supposed to be spicy but it was very bland, the spicy hot wings were bland as well. I also ordered the mighy bucket for one which was disgusting, half cooked cold fries, the chicken fillets were fine, the chicken on the bone looked and tasted not properly cooked and the batter was soggy and sticking to my finger, the chicken was slimey and inedible. The one good thing was the order was complete for once. I had already thrown the rest in the bin, the bit that was left soon followed the rest. I will never ever use courthouse green again, i used it at least twice a month for a few years. I paid £14.28, i could have had 2 carveries for what i spent in the kfc. Never again.

We ordered fillet box meal and tower burger meal They got our order wrong (1 box meal) at the window so we told them again what we wanted and they gave us two tower burger boxes Very poor service and staff don’t listen

missing items in order - called the store - and basically called me a liar....... Will not be visiting the site again

Really poor quality service at drive through. Rude staff, donot adhere to lockdown rules. It’s a shame the manager does not take complaints seriously. Awful to run a place with such managers.

Absolutely disgusted ordered food at the drive through got home no popcorn chicken no answer on the phone !!!check your food before you leave the window

Waited 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Got home, no popcorn chicken in either of the 2 box meals ordered, burgers were stone cold and chips are just as bad. Would not recommend.

It’s not often I go kfc, but every time I do go it ends up in disappointment, always items missing from my order, the quality of the food was shocking , the zinger burger consisted of a piece of chicken and a slice of lettuce, and looked like it belonged in the bin. and why is it they alway put someone that can barley speak English taking your order, I always end up angry and frustrated and disappointed when I’ve left, and this problem happens in 99% of KFC’s that I’ve been in. 100% I will not use any kfc again.

The chicken was so crispy and juicy. The food came quickly and the staff were caring I recommend this KFC

Always seem full of attitude when serving customers...only ordered there as was in that area as don’t usually go to Austin Drive as not too keen... Anyway Went and ordered food on Tuesday 27th August 19 around 4pm, I specifically said NO wings in my bucket and what does she do, she goes and puts them in there! They were full of hair and so small that a 2 year old would need more! Yes you, the skinny one with the ombré hair and and the fake eyelashes that are coming off, watch they don’t fall off in someone’s food 😳 giving me dirty looks needs sacking! the chicken was dry too, always is, place filthy, had hair in food before, sick of that place, always get the wrong orders, won’t be going there again, avoid ppl, better service at the forum and Canley!

Usually like KFC food but this time messed up my order - instead of zinga burger meal gave double chicken burger and instead of 4 chicken wings, gave massive chicken leg and strips- extreme disappointment.

Poor service nothing in stock staff not help full and company customer service still waiting for them to come back to me how does the staff no how to look Custer's if ther customer service cant

The boneless box looks delicious but after having 2 as a takeaway and getting it home some 6 mins away. It was first of all like an amazon package ... all packing and no substance it was cold and rubbery . We asked for coldslaw and got corn on the cob. This is not the first time but i promise it is the last No more cheap over priced cold chicken.

I went through the drive thru shortly after the chicken shortage and ordered a zinger tower. thy said they didn't have this so I ordered a fillet burger meal. when I got it home I realised they hadn't put a fillet chicken in the burger but a thin rubbish chicken wing. phoned up and they didn't care. please don't get ripped off like I did

The food was okay but I want to use the toilets and there was a poo on the floor .I was not happy seeing that after eating chicken

Came here for the first and last time. Dirty with uncollected left overs and we had to wipe down our own table. Slow service as well

Este es mi local KFC y visita regularmente.El aparcamiento es pequeño y normalmente hay una cola para conducir el jueves. Personal tienden a ser bastante grosero, rara vez dicen hola o gracias. La comida, especialmente las patatas fritas son normalmente frío y pálido parece tan. Yo aconsejaría visitar otra KFC si es posible.

Arrived 12.30 no where to park as delivery lorry had parked across all the parking spaces. Queue had 10 people in front of me after 10 mins queue had not moved, only one person taking the orders who had to keep stopping to sort orders out also staff arguing amongst themselves, lady insisting on shouting out orders instead on the order number, drive throu seems to take priority hence the 15 mins wait after my food order was taken!! Only good thing about today's visit thankfully the food was hot!!

Harto de dar este lugar posibilidades. Siempre intento skip y viajar fuera de la ciudad a diferentes KFC. Tenía una hamburguesa de pollo con salsa de tomate hoy? No por petición de la mente. Cambio personal grosero arrojando a su comida y a través del viaje. Si puedes evitar este lugar. Hacer el esfuerzo de un viaje a otra KFC.

He estado en este restaurante varias veces, y el personal en el drive thru siempre son groseros. Esto podría ser parcialmente excusaba si sus pies apuraron fuera, pero este restaurante siempre parece estar tranquilo. A diferencia de otros, éste nunca KFCs parece tener lo que quieras, que si el personal incluso hablar en primer lugar!

Picked up a boneless bucket for my daughter & I from here. Food was hot and tasty, but there were a lot of staff in here at lunchtime and there was still quite a queue. Place has always been clean though.

Gravy disgusting don't change anything if you state you have and allergies. On the phone your told yes. When you pick up they refuse

Pedimos al coche por el parque y se les pidió que durante 10 minutos. Después de 20 minutos me fui a preguntar donde mi comida era y me dijeron que estaban esperando el pollo. Como si miramos cada otro coche para conseguir su orden de inmediato este era basura. La gente del interior era conseguir comida enseguida. Volví a casa con las patatas frías y horrorosa grasienta de pollo.

En primer lugar, nunca he estado en un KFC con tan pobre educado personal. Era como un inconveniente que en realidad eran realizar un pedido! Todo el personal necesario educar en servicio al cliente! Cosas simples como sonriente y una cálida bienvenida lo harán una...

Fui esta noche después del trabajo anhelando una comida fuerte filete y le dijeron a mi única opción era una original pieza de pollo y ala caliente. Yo no quería, así que me pregunté qué otra cosa podía tener y el chico del micrófono procedió a ser groseros conmigo repitiendo las opciones anteriores! Yo no y no tolerar ser hablado de esa manera!

What more can you expect from a fast food outlet. What you see is what you get. Chips average, burger was fresh drink not the fizzist but not the worst ive had. Gravy from here always good. Customer service not going to rate personally as its not a resturant or hotel its just serve and eat in all honesty not much interaction.Visit its kfc

Given the generic nature of fast food chains there is not much to report beyond that I was served promptly, the place was clean and well maintained. The car park quite small and badly designed. If you are eating in and you value your wheels I would advise parking at the nearby supermarket.

For the two times I've used this restaurant, I had soggy chicken, never crispy. Order was wrong. Chips were cold. Drink was flat. The second time I only ordered 2 coffees, and the man charged me £11.68. I told him this was wrong but he said it wasn't. So we had a row at the drive through window, he was shouting at me. He couldn't seem to understand that £11.68 was unreasonable for 2 hot drinks. The manager came in the end and resolved the issue. So ultimately, unless you want terrible service, cold soggy chicken and very expensive hot drinks, give it a miss.

A fast food restaurant that is always quick and tasty keep up the good work! Clean and staff always have a smile.........

Not very good service managed to miss things off the order even with a look staff in. Have had a lot better KFC meals from other places

1st time in a KFC and will never return to this one. I did not know the different chicken items and staff huffed and puffed then when I got it wrong they tried to correct me but I could not understand what was being said to me.Food was okay but the burger was cold, even had to wait for the burger!!!!

This KFC always gets my order wrong..... latest event, arrived home and had parts of the meal missing.

Ready quick, standard quality for KFC, they didn't forget any items - no problems - so they did what I expect.

Food is generally fast and usually hot. The downsides are the staff (not overly friendly and rarely a smile to be seen) and the cleanliness (I witnessed a guy wipe down surfaces with the same grotty cloth). But on the whole ok.

Like any other kfc. A little sticky here and there, staff are relaxed and we got served within 5 mins during a weekend lunch rush. Nice to see there have a certificate for halal.

KFC.....not as good as it used to be. Everything is smaller these days. Less value for money. For some reason, they have stopped giving receipts out. Is this a legal practice?They got my order wrong on my last visit. Of course, I had no proof, so they just gave me what I asked for. But then again, that never mattered as the staff didn't seem to care about anything.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this disgusting restaurant. I don't even know how they can call themselves a restaurant. My family and I were horrified when we told the employee that our fries were cold so he snatched them off us growled like a grizzly bear and threw them on the floor. He then threw scalding hot bag of fries through the car window at Kingofthejungle. Kingofthejungle burned her hand and has been crying with her hand in a bucket of ice ever since. Lioness then ordered a Coke and the employee shoved the lid on the Coke, shoved it at us and it spilled all over the floor. He refused to give us another Coke so we told him it was unacceptable. He stuck his twos up at us and slammed the windows shut. (We were at the drive thru) When we arises back home to eat our £31.05 worth of food, we discovered that Queen-bee's bbq pulled pork and chicken burger meal was no more that a hash brown with bbq sauce- no wonder she could taste no meat! Leopard, Lioness, Queen-bee and I, Tiger, all ordered double Zinger burger. The whole burger was drenched in hot sauce, the burger bread was practically dissolved, there was barely any meat in the burger, it was just the coating, when we opened the box, the burger looked as though it had been thrown around KFC in the making as it wasn't in one piece! I advise you do not go to this restaurant, it is VERY disappointing and all the employees are rude and extremely unhelpful!!!

Hair in fries got a dirty look for complaining, no apologies just a replacement No thank you !!! Visited many times before and they always mess up the order.. Won't be visiting again .

Drive through Zinger meal... Burger cold. Overcooked.... No serviette .. Requested sauce .... Not supplied... Operative forgot my drink... Had to go back for it.... Disgusting....... Do No go

As you would expect the quality of the food is good biggest problem is parking it gets packed out having a pizza hut delivery place next door doesn't help.

I review this bearing in mind its a KFC. I wanted a quick lunch of fried chicken - nothing more. In that respect it was very good.Premises were mostly clean - though I regretted touching the underside of my chair - it was sticky.Staff were friendly and shared a little joke and lighthearted banter.Food was fried chicken etc. I wanted a KFC. I got a KFC. It was very hot, cooked, tasted like KFC and filled a hole.No complaints.

I've been here a few times in the last few months. Its a KFC and its the same as any other, the only thing that's different is the Drive thu. Don't use it unless your prepared to stop and check the order before you. Much better to park up and go in.

Have visited here a few ties but have never seen the crispy crunchy chunks of battered chicken that I see on their advert. The only offerings are the soggy greasy pieces of chicken. Im sure that this isnt as The Colonel intended

Absolutely disgusting!! Customer service is awful !!!Toilets are some of the worst I have seen !! Seriously !!! Swearing staff and been ill all night from food !! Not very good for a heavily pregnant woman ! Will never go back ... Have complained to KFC .... Awaiting a reply !!

We travel around the UK organising large public events, hence quite often we will use places such as KFC for time saving and convenience etc. We can very safety say this is the very worst KFC experience we have ever had. Firstly, this restaurant appears clean until you take a closer look. Then you notice the food debris and dirt on places such as the window sill, floor corners etc. The restaurant had just been cleaned as we entered, floors had just been mopped and were wet with no safety signs out.Once we reached the counter, the girl taking our order could not speak English clearly and we had to ask three times for her to repeat herself, she began to get agitated about this, so to avoid problems we placed our orders not knowing exactly which side orders we were getting!The food arrived quite quickly and we sat down to eat. It was not the nicest tasting KFC but the main issue was that it was only luke warm. I returned both box meal burgers to the counter and politely asked if they could be changed for hot ones. The counter girl did not apologise - which was not an issue - what was an issue was the older Asian man behind the counter. I presume he was a manager as he seemed to be supervising. He approached me at the counter and gave me a threatening glare, he said nothing and walked away. The girl returned some minutes later with the replacement food, by this time our chips had gone cold but after the incident at the counter I refrained from returning them. The 'manager' then continued to give us 'dirty looks' and glares from behind the counter until we left. To top it off, I was ill some six hours later with stomach cramps etc. I will be making complaints to KFC and the local EHO. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

No parking,unclear drivethru,deluxe mini fillet box had the most chewiest chicken i ever have eaten from a kfc ( including a motorway services one ), fries where not cooked enough." order " and " what drink " was the total of conversation with serving staff.Go to the pizza place next door !

KFC should get manager from head office to look at the service due to incorrectly items ordered or missing they should have a checklist of items ordered by customer and someone should check the orders first and after otherwise the chips are always COLD need better heating

I or members of my family have been to this KFC numerous times and always wondered why after we've been! The staff cannot speak English very well so you often have to ask them to repeat what they say! Also, they are forever giving us the wrong thing we ask for! I don't think I've ever seen a manager, they run it like clowns at a circus ! Also run out of food! Perhaps a manager would help!

I visited the drive through this morning. There was no chicken available. At KFC. No chicken. I had a macdonalds instead. I now feel ill.
