Been to Phat Buns a couple of times, I would say it’s good. Decent for the price. The Doritos burger however would benefit from some actual cheese slices. And the meat is a tad dry. But decent for the price

First time eating from Phat Buns and I was not disappointed! We had a selection of food including beef and chicken burgers and loved all of it. Very friendly staff and a clean eye catching venue.

Been here a couple of times when the Mananger was always here. He was a chill nice guy always respect and appreciate the customers review. Now the Mananger left is like they’re paying for the food out of their pockets. Have a look at what burger I’ve ordered and what I got, a meat worth a 1/4 of the size of the burger thick as a nail of your finger. Not fair, complained but they didn’t care

Sometimes it’s nice but there’s more bad experiences than good recently , food is subpar and not worth the prices , the worst part is the fact I saw a staff member picking his nose , and when he realised I was looking he carried on , I gave him 3 opportunities to stop once he realised I was looking but nope he was right up there digging for some golden nuggets 🤷🏽‍♂️🤮, after that will never eat there again 😵‍💫🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Hi All, i ordered phat box from phat buns coventry and normal delivery take around 45min but in this case it took more then 1.30 min to reach whereas the delivery address was only 4 min by drive also I tried to ring the restaurant several times and had to wait on call for more then 30min straight and still no one answered, I am very disappointed by there customer service and how they ignore customers by not even answering calls. The order wasn’t even a big order and it’s 1am so not even a busy time for restaurants then in day time.

Ordered food from here last night for delivery, took two hours for it to arrive and when it did it was cold! When the food was opened the orders were not correct so all in all absolutely dreadful and a waste of money - won't be ordering again

Amazing food and drinks great customer service

Been going here for awhile now and the quality of food is just amazing. Staff are wonderful and the food comes out super fast. Great quality awesome atmosphere the overall aesthetic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a good takeaway or even eat in.

Spent nearly 50 quid on the smallest meals going!! Should have walked the extra few steps and got a weather'spoons two burger meals and a small kids meal came to nearly 50 pounds waited over 20 mins for it and half of it was cold my partner even had to clean the table as he asked if it could be wiped and they didn't bother to come round!! The food was just like any other chicken shop. I feel robbed the drinks were in yoghurt pot sized cups absloutley fuming

I really wanted to like this place and I gave it 2 chances, but the experience was awful. Both times I came in the hygiene was poor, tables and seats all covered in grease, handprints and smudges, service was extremely slow, I waited almost half an hour despite the restaurant being completely empty, by the time my food was served it was cold, I also asked to eat in and ended up having my food tightly packed and squashed to take away, when I opened it, it looked very unappetising and looked like someone threw up, the menu looks lovely but the staff there don’t know how to make food nor do they know how to keep hygiene up to standard, I hope they will improve this.

I came here with my girlfriend the other day and based on my expectations, I was a little disappointed. We ordered 2 of their PHATBoxes. For £18, you get a burger, loaded fries, some mac & cheese, and your choice of 3 wings or strips. Now the burger I have no complaints, it was lovely. For me, the loaded fries had way too much going on for me to enjoy them (the sauce they put on tastes like sweet burger sauce) and the chicken they use didn't taste all that great to me. The mac & cheese bites (due to no stock of actual mac & cheese) were good but a little dry. I got the garlic parmesan strips and expected them to be so much better. Buttery and spicy. In my mind, why is garlic parmesan spicy? Very much could of been a misunderstanding from me, but definitely didn't make any sense to me. Their blue raspberry drink that they have is pretty good though, and the server did give me free sauces when you are supposed to be charged so they're definitely positives. The milkshake was pitifully small for the £5 charged. Overall, for £42 I've had a lot better meals elsewhere.

Ordered phat buns at 4.55 didn’t arrive until 6:10 milkshake was absolutely tiny and I paid £6.40 I’ll show pictures my black current drink was never delivered burger was rank and my food was hard and cold I want a refund now shocking

One of my all time favourite food places. Burgers could be a bit small but portion of chips is big and the taste is always beyond expectations ❤️

Very poor service. Food was decent but I was the only person in the place, took five minutes for people to take my order at the counter as they prioritised chatting to each other and joking than coming to the counter to serve me. Even once my order arrived I had finished it before my milkshake was even ready - I had to go back up to the counter and as nobody has come over had to call to the people in the back who eventually apologised and made up my milkshake. The burger and milkshake weren’t bad but the service was so shockingly bad that I wouldn’t ever go back.

I ordered on Uber eats, missing some stuff of my order, I tried calling for 20 mins straight. I paid £26.05. For things to be missing and no one wants to answer the phone. I’m never ordering from here again. My salad in my burger was bad.

1. Asked for no gherkins and they put them in my burger 2. Asked for no mustard and they put the sauce in the burger 3. There was a massive spider crawling on the table 4. Very dirty atmosphere and unhygienic tables. I was very unhappy with my food and I lost my appetite. And on top of that the toilets were out of order.

We have been regular customers of Phat buns ever since they opened this store. But of late the serving is not even half as good as how it always has been and the prices have increased steeply. Our order is always wings in phat sauce. Of late there's hardly any sauce added to dip and have the wings. Earlier we used to enjoy dipping the wings in phat sauce and having it. In today's visit, we specifically said there was less sauce in our last order. Even after mentioning the same, today's package when opened was like just a bit of Phat sauce brushed on top of chicken, forget dipping and enjoying. If this is something Phat Sauce as a chain has decided to serve, let us know, we will explore other places where we can enjoy the serving. If that's not what Phat sauce wants customer experience to be, train the staff in this outlet on how much sauce needs to be added in each order. We don't want to pay for dip and end up getting chicken wings brushed in sauce.

Nice food Reasonably gd prices Worth a try

Rubbish service. First they charged me to pay for a meal then brought me only one burger. Asked them why did you charge me for a meal then? Reply was, oh we charge separately for chips and drink. On top their prices are way higher than others. Total rip off and rude staff.

The atmosphere of the store is outstanding. The decor on the walls is very interactive with children as well.

Take out, No Cutlery or tissues, the bathroom was disgusting. I ordered 2 sets of chips for 2.50 and only revived 1 set. 5 pounds for a very small portion of mac and cheese. The burger was nice and the server was kind.

Disappointing Experience at Phat Buns I was eager to try Phat Buns after hearing some buzz about their offerings, but my experience left much to be desired. The ambiance was a mix of lively décor and blaring music, which felt more chaotic than inviting. When it came to the food, I ordered the signature bun and anticipated a burst of flavors. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm and rather bland. The patty seemed dry, and the toppings lacked the freshness I had hoped for. It felt like a missed opportunity—everything seemed to be put together hastily rather than with care. The service was another letdown. Our server was friendly enough, but it took ages for our orders to arrive, and when they did, they were incorrect. After half-heartedly mentioning the issue, I felt brushed aside rather than appreciated as a customer. I wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t deliver. Maybe it was an off day, but for what I experienced, Phat Buns didn’t live up to the hype. I might give it another chance in the future, but for now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my bun fix.

Have eaten here multiple times and it's always consistently amazing food. Can't go wrong with this restaurant especially their lunch meal deal which gives way more than the nearby McDonald's for a great price. Always look forward to the food here, and service especially from Kalika who quick to wonderful customer service and considerate to customers. The entire team is always accommodating, everything is clean and the atmosphere is calm. Definitely a lifetime customer, always will return. Thanks a mil guys
