Very poor service. Food was decent but I was the only person in the place, took five minutes for people to take my order at the counter as they prioritised chatting to each other and joking than coming to the counter to serve me. Even once my order arrived I had finished it before my milkshake was even ready - I had to go back up to the counter and as nobody has come over had to call to the people in the back who eventually apologised and made up my milkshake. The burger and milkshake weren’t bad but the service was so shockingly bad that I wouldn’t ever go back.

I ordered on Uber eats, missing some stuff of my order, I tried calling for 20 mins straight. I paid £26.05. For things to be missing and no one wants to answer the phone. I’m never ordering from here again. My salad in my burger was bad.

1. Asked for no gherkins and they put them in my burger 2. Asked for no mustard and they put the sauce in the burger 3. There was a massive spider crawling on the table 4. Very dirty atmosphere and unhygienic tables. I was very unhappy with my food and I lost my appetite. And on top of that the toilets were out of order.

We have been regular customers of Phat buns ever since they opened this store. But of late the serving is not even half as good as how it always has been and the prices have increased steeply. Our order is always wings in phat sauce. Of late there's hardly any sauce added to dip and have the wings. Earlier we used to enjoy dipping the wings in phat sauce and having it. In today's visit, we specifically said there was less sauce in our last order. Even after mentioning the same, today's package when opened was like just a bit of Phat sauce brushed on top of chicken, forget dipping and enjoying. If this is something Phat Sauce as a chain has decided to serve, let us know, we will explore other places where we can enjoy the serving. If that's not what Phat sauce wants customer experience to be, train the staff in this outlet on how much sauce needs to be added in each order. We don't want to pay for dip and end up getting chicken wings brushed in sauce.

Nice food Reasonably gd prices Worth a try

Rubbish service. First they charged me to pay for a meal then brought me only one burger. Asked them why did you charge me for a meal then? Reply was, oh we charge separately for chips and drink. On top their prices are way higher than others. Total rip off and rude staff.

Little guy at front speaks to much bollywood. Even over heard him swear, food was ok. But rushed and not like other franchise .disappointed as I pre ordered n waited a long while too.

The atmosphere of the store is outstanding. The decor on the walls is very interactive with children as well.

Whoever giving these people 5 star definitely their own people to do fake reviews. Staff is so rude and overpriced food. Definitely not a place to enjoy food their.

Take out, No Cutlery or tissues, the bathroom was disgusting. I ordered 2 sets of chips for 2.50 and only revived 1 set. 5 pounds for a very small portion of mac and cheese. The burger was nice and the server was kind.

Love this place. Always try come here when I’m in cov! And to see that they’re open late too!! Wonderful!

Worst experience ever firstly they dont accept £50 note little shocked then i payed by bank they told me that it hasnt even doe the recipe shows i have then the guy asked me to show my banking history so he can check im really annoyed and embarrassed how long it took and made me feel like i had no money

I ordered some food its good and also I ordered frozen coke they charged around £5 for that which is too expensive and horrible please don’t waste your on frozen coke or fanta you get bigger and better taste in burger king

Lovely customer service from Yasmina, although the coffee machine was down, she still made me a coffee by hand! Atmosphere was a 10, service was a 10 and food was 11. THANK YOU YASMINA

Hot Cheetos chicken burger really hit the spot

revolting, clearly they don’t wash the lettuce and clean it thoroughly or even at all , glanced at it and lost my appetite immediately , i’d like to see whoever made it to take a bite out of the burger

I ordered phat buns recently and got serviced by the nicest lady! Her name was Eman, best service I’ve received at a fast food place! The food was great I got the loaded fries and it was so yummy!

Disappointing Experience at Phat Buns I was eager to try Phat Buns after hearing some buzz about their offerings, but my experience left much to be desired. The ambiance was a mix of lively décor and blaring music, which felt more chaotic than inviting. When it came to the food, I ordered the signature bun and anticipated a burst of flavors. Unfortunately, it was lukewarm and rather bland. The patty seemed dry, and the toppings lacked the freshness I had hoped for. It felt like a missed opportunity—everything seemed to be put together hastily rather than with care. The service was another letdown. Our server was friendly enough, but it took ages for our orders to arrive, and when they did, they were incorrect. After half-heartedly mentioning the issue, I felt brushed aside rather than appreciated as a customer. I wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t deliver. Maybe it was an off day, but for what I experienced, Phat Buns didn’t live up to the hype. I might give it another chance in the future, but for now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my bun fix.

Have eaten here multiple times and it's always consistently amazing food. Can't go wrong with this restaurant especially their lunch meal deal which gives way more than the nearby McDonald's for a great price. Always look forward to the food here, and service especially from Kalika who quick to wonderful customer service and considerate to customers. The entire team is always accommodating, everything is clean and the atmosphere is calm. Definitely a lifetime customer, always will return. Thanks a mil guys

Had a great time at Phat Buns! The food was spot on, but what really stood out was the service. The girl who served me was small in height but big on hospitality! We had tender, wings and a chicken burger and quite disappointed to be honest. Its was not flavoursome and expensive compared to its competitors. Even expensive than KFC!!! Quantity: 3/5 Flavour: 0.5/5 Price: 1/5 Not recommended.

They also operate Doorstep Desserts under same roof for delivery only which the quality of food is good but lying and bad customer service is downside . Ordered french macaroon from them via Uber eats about 20min later got a call that out of stock. Told them what else you can offer the customer service person tried to help but had no idea of allergens offered salted caramel for specific dairy allergy, and then when they didn't had anything to replace original order told me that they will call back and cancelled the order on Uber eats saying customer request this Uber charging me full amount . Had to fight with Uber to get refund . Scamming and dishonesty lost you a customer.
