Best milkshake I’ve ever had in UK!! The crinkle fries were amazing too! Always a go-to place at any hour, special mention to Yousuf and Pulkit!

**Review Title: Awful Experience with Phatbuns - Never Ordering Again!** I had an absolutely terrible experience ordering from Phatbuns, and I won't be making that mistake again. My order took an outrageous TWO HOURS, and the food NEVER even came! For a restaurant that's supposed to specialize in fast food, this is completely unacceptable. When I tried to get help, the customer service from Uber Eats was no better—completely useless. They told me that the restaurant, Phatbuns, needed to cancel the order, but neither the restaurant nor Uber Eats seemed willing to take any responsibility. The whole ordeal was a complete disaster, with no communication, no updates, and no effort to make things right. I wasted two hours waiting for food that never showed up and got zero assistance from anyone involved. Phatbuns, get your act together—this level of service is beyond unacceptable. I will never order from here again, and I suggest you avoid it too unless you want to waste your time and money!

Was served by Kaysah, she was incredibly polite, helped us with everything perfectly, much better than McDonald's nextdoor, 10/10

I love the potato tots and the veggie burger here. As a vegetarian, this is my go to option. The staff is very warm. The guy who served me was super sweet, his name was sanbir.

This was the first time I visited Phatbuns and as I entered and went at the till to take the oder there was a Girl named Kaisha who treated me so well gave me a warm welcome to the ace and suggested me good dishes to have… I had the burger Meal and it was delicious.

Having a 6 pound burger meal is always good but what makes me more attractive to the place is the service and Naga did a great job to serve.

Place was empty but clean, toilets out of order, food took 20mins to cook even though there were only 2 other people in the store, food was overpriced and mediocre at best, chicken wings on par with a cheap kebab shop, brisket burger had no smokey flavour and corn ribs were dry and pointless, drinks are cheap off brand and tiny in size, plus the stupid glue on lids cause them to swell up and explode when you manage to get the paper straw through the lid, would not go back here. Don't believe the fake reviews left by everyone who seem to know all the employees names.

The ambiance was great, but what really stood out was Jasmine’s exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Fantastic service from Jasmine and Naga. Food was delicious and very reasonable for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed their kids meals and the main burgers were fresh and tasty. Complimentary rhubarb ice-cream was superb.
