Driver refused to deliver the food and was never given refund heard good thing but one drivers actions have ruined it

Always love the food of the kenzas and very tasty and delicious. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I tried these guys recently, my son recommended them one day when we were ordering, have to say best burgers in town not your usual bland taste

Supposed to be a dipped burger. No dipped sauce hardly and the a really small fillet for £8.49 Get your quality, flavor and portion sizes correct before charging silly prices.

Place is a disgrace who ever answers the phones got attitude places dont lst like that sent the wrong food with chilli all over it then call up get gobbed off like he thinks hes a king behind the till stay away better shops close by that appreciate ur money and help u out

Prices gone up and food quality gone down. Not sure if new owners or not but won't be back again

I heard about the Kenzas and I came to try it and I can say that The Best Burger I had in Coventry will definitely be coming back and highly recommended

The place was alright, my main issue was that the menu pricing was outdated and there wasn’t a lot of chicken

Missed the drinks chicken in burger was hard and stale batter falling.

Half of my order was missing. When I called to complain the phone was put down on me. I called again and was told they would speak to the delivery driver and would call back - which didn't happen. Close to £10 in their pockets for nothing. On the bright side, the food I had was ok.

For me and my family that's the best pizza in town and they fries are amazing, can't wait to taste more of they menu

Delivery people taking the piss, cancelling order after 1 hour of waiting. Useless.

I have bought chicken kebab and it's very salty. Can't eat at all. I called to report and the person who was on the phone and arguing bo other customers reported. At the end replaced with lamb kebab.

I ordered their munchbox with a dipped chicken burger, it was everything I was expecting. Fresh, good portions, and tasty. It came with a drink, I chose Kinza Cola, which tasted surprisingly good, and was low calorie as well. Boss man was super friendly. I would definitely come back again.

I asked for a peri burger and the kind gentleman behind the counter said “no worries I’ll make it fresh and JUICY for you!” With A smile on his face. And BOY OH BOY, fresh and juicy it was! Very delicious and fries also cooked to order!! Food amazing, service amazing, 100/10

The Double Dip Spicy Chicken Burger Was Delicious Would Highly Recommend

Just ordered a 6 oz Stack burger meal. Arrived on time said 40 mins and was virtually bang on time.food was absolutely piping hot, so tasty I would highly recommend this place to everyone amd as for the Algerian sauce.Wow delicious.also the delivery guy was so nice amd polite I've never had a bad meal ever from this place not once.keep up the fantastic work yous are doing. Was once a good place, slowly going downhill. Portion sizes changes, late delivery, cold food and consistently inconsistent. Pizza's were really good before, now its dry like a cardboard, hardly any tomato sauce. Has happened a couple of times now and I'm afraid this will be the last.

they gave me the wrong order and when I asked for a replacement they chucked the food at me and told me to go make it myself .The guy at the front had a beard with crumbs in it.

I brought the double spicy dipped chicken burger. I personally found the burger soggy cause I have had many dipped burgers which they were dipped and still had texture and crispy so I guess it's a personal opinion. Burger was good size. Healthy portion of fries with the meal and the coke cola was original not this European one like most 9/10 shops use. Unfortunately for the wings by the time I got home 8mins drive from the pickup they were cold I was absolutely annoyed considering I've spent shy over £26 for 2 burger meals and a portion of wings which were cold. But yeah just a honest review. Maybe try them again one day and they preform better. £26 is a little over priced for what it was and how it came out

Food is amazing, the burgers, wings/ strips and loaded fries in particular. Reasonably priced and one of the few places in Coventry where the quality is consistent every time you order. The customer service is also top-notch, the brother who takes the orders is very respectful and courteous. I'm certain you'll love what you'll get. Try it out!

Nice lamb loaded fries, someone bought me some from Kenza’s to try and they were really really nice. I haven’t been inside or anything so I can’t comment on service but the lamb loaded fries are soooo good.

A very good takeaway shop. I recommend coming here. No flies allowed. They have a fly bat.

Brilliant food and friendly staff. It is important to mention how nice the staff is before I get on to the food, the reason being is that there are too many takeaways with people who have lost the will to smile. The food is fantastic with great chicken burgers and donner along with lovely finger linking pizzas. The place itself is standard small fast food take away with some seating nothing special but you don't come to these types of places for their decor and atmosphere you come for nice greasy and tasty fast food and in that respect this place truly hits the spot like JK rolwing did with the Harry Potter series, great story well balanced but not something you would read in university and do a literary thesis on.

Went here for the first time today, the Owner was absolutely delightful, the food was delicious and the place looked clean and Presteigne. Will definitely be coming back here soon to try more of the menu!

I was recommended this place by my friends, who are regular customers here. They love the Donner loaded fries and naga wings. So I came myself to see what the fuss about and wow, boy didn't disappoint. The smash burgers here are the best I have tasted in Coventry. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere is great. Smash burger was one of the best I’ve had around coventry, we also had the chicken dipped burger, the loaded donner fries and the buffalo loaded fries, also really good! Will definitely visit again.

Burger and loaded fries combo hits hard

Warm and charming service as an eatery should be! I can chef amongst the best - so if I order I expect something different and to know what it is in it! Thankfully the staff knew his stuff, was honest and fresh LITERALLY MEANT FRESH . A delight to have fresh oil fried chicken - my air fryer has made me miss it! Wasn't surprised to learn these guys are Pakistani origin, they have a different tradition and respect around food, dining and service. The local council ought to pay Kenzas to train and issue licenses for a lot of other cowboys... before some heavy weight lawyer sues the clown show Earl Leofric wannabes! A safe bet for your health and wallet! Thank you Gents 👏👏👏

MashaAllah very nice, we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken fillet burger was soft and tender but well cooked. The Naga wings were very very nice. First time we've been able to get Naga Wings in Coventry and it tasted better than ones we've had in Birmingham. The special lamb donner with naan was nice and big portion size MashaAllah. We ordered 1 piece of fried chicken which was burnt and dry, but it's ok every takeaway will have bad days. Overall, it was very nice and will definitely order again insha'Allah.

Seen this place on a friends social media account, the food looked amazing I. The pictures so me and my mate travelled 25 minutes to visit this place. What a place it was, nice friendly staff, very welcoming to us and all other customers. The food was very tasty and I polished my food off. Great customer service yes i said it twice. LONG VERSION Made an order in person. For a cheese burger meal and donnar wrap. The gentleman (brother) advised me to change the order. He gave great information in regards to getting a cheese burger meal but upgrading to special donnar loaded fries. And also shared knowledge about a pizza collection deal that was on offer. My brother also eent the extra mile to mention removing jalepenos or any ingredients i didnt like and replacing them with something else so i got donnar instead of jalapeños. The brother also recommended buffalo wings which where absolutely banging. So mu conclusion food from Kenzas is amazing. I will definitely come again. * In fact im here right now for the second time in a week and have just been informed that they are adding new items to the menu!!! Keep it up brothers. 5 stars. Came across this place on insta thought let’s give it a try, the food is amazingly good and the portions are huge like one portion can serve 2 people. Food is absolutely beautiful. Only place in Coventry to do dipped burger and it is really nice. Pizzas are so good. The wings are delightful and smashed burgers are really good too. I would definetly recommend this place. Staff are really nice and helpful.

Waited 30mins for a fillet burger meal and a milkshake, 2 customers that came after me got served and left, ecause the workers knew them, I was still waiting, I get its just opened but I think waiting that long for a burger is ridiculous.
