Very friendly staff and a perfect place to hangout with friends the atmosphere is great they always play very nice music I love going there. I highly recommend this store, the staff and manager is always very welcoming especially with kids, the food served is tasty and hygenic. Must try strawberry meltdown shake and pistachio Kunafa.

Fabulous quaint dessert spot with an extensive menu of stick waffles, sundaes, milkshakes, cookie dough, kunafah and cheesecakes. Great selection of flavours in each category. We ordered the Pistachio kunafah and the Fresh strawberry sundae. The kumafah was a great culinary experience and absolutely moreish. The strawberry sundae was amazing with generous layers of strawberries interspersed with popping bobas. Great service and ambience. Highly recommended, will be going back again.

My go-to establishment when i want something to fix my cravings for Desserts. They provide cheesecakes, waffles, sundaes, milkshakes (classic & premium), cookie doughs, brownies, churros, kunafeh and even nachos ! All items on the menu are delicious and the combinations are out of this world. I cannot forget to mention their refreshing Mojito’s which leave a tint on your mind during the days you need something to cool you down. Excellent warm atmosphere provided by the excellent service from the staff working there. I was served by Sneha earlier and she did an amazing job. 5/5 from me.

Kunaafa in the option for dessert is really very nice. I tried the Pistachio Kunaafa it was very yummy 😋. Even the masala tea was very nice and the taste remembered on my tongue. I give them 5 stars for the best Kunaafa.

some one was vaping inside while we were eating and the staff never really bothered. That's not sane .

£6.25 for something so small not worth it got a small cup of strawberries as well for £2 could of got a pack from sainsburys and had more

Ordered a New York cheesecake & white chocolate cookie dough online at 10:30pm on 24/09/24, given a 15min collection time, I turned up after 22 mins and asked for my order to which the Asian guy with glasses was confused and couldn’t find my order, he then seen it was still attached on the ticket machine and he didn’t notice it, maybe because he was too busy standing on his phone rather than checking the ticket machines. Really disappointed in this service and lack of awareness and complete laziness of this male employee.

Bad experience, bcs of their customers taking footpath and no space to walk, if we said excuses they r not willing to move from area, disrespectful, everyday it happends..

The food was so bad that the kunafa that we ordered was burnt and doesn't taste good. When we told this the staff were so rude . It was a lady staff named simi which i remember.

I totally loved the cookie dough and brownies here, they were too delicious The quantity was sufficient to satisfy my cravings. They have a wide range of interesting flavours, which made it a challenge to just pick one! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quick dessert.

I had the waffle stick with ice cream which was really nice but I wouldn't recommend their karak chai as it's too strong and dark

I had high hopes for this supposedly "good" restaurant, but my experience left much to be desired. The delivery time was a staggering 1 hour and 20 minutes, and by the time the food finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this establishment.

I have faced racism at this sweet spot. It was my friend’s birthday and we were excited and happy but two girls in black scarf making the order were playing mind games with the customers. I would say no one should visit to this spot because such women are disgrace to the humanity.

I used to visit Sweet Spot (Far Gosford St) almost daily, when I was in Coventry. The quality of service and all items are extremely perfect here. But I will not emphasise this, rather I will not forget their kind gesture, care & polite attitude which they bestowed upon us. I would request to visit their shop and have atleast a cup of captivating “Karak-Chay”.

Food is great if it gets to you before it melts into a warm milkshake would highly recommend if you are going to pick it up yourself.

I always order my deserts from this shop always arrive hot and fresh drivers are always polite and when visiting the shop they always make me feel welcome very friend ly staff inside everyone never a disappointment

I don't usually write reviews but this place and experience made me write one. I went there with my wife and daughter for the first time and the staff was so welcoming. The Kunafeh and waffles were so delicious and they also gave my daughter a contemporary icecream with sprinkles on. They also serve karak chai. I definitely recommend this place to everyone 10/10.

Lotus churros, weren’t fresh, arrived cold and tasted like they were cooked in old oil! Never again! The taste was horrendous! Over powered the taste of the sauce and lotus bits!

Ordered for collection and they told me it would take 15 minutes, I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes extra. I specifically told them to make it fresh just to eat it and be luke warm and not fresh.

My sisters came to eat here, we love the staff, so polite, and the desserts was amazing. Definitely recommend. Coming back very soon.

Never disappointed with the desserts from here my favourite thing is the oreo shake but i recommend you try different parts of there menu its good to mix and match etc

Popped in for a quick sweet treat and I was not disappointed! I had a Ferrero Roche waffle with hazelnut sprinkles and a soft scoop ice cream. No pictures as I ate it way too fast! 😆 Recommended 10/10 staff were attentive and friendly, even patient with me as I was a little tired from work and had to ask to repeat his questions. Thank you!

A really sweet spot for a late night dessert.

Nice place to fulfil late night cravings for gelato as the place is open till midnight everyday. The gelatos are nice with wide variety of flavours.

Awful Ordered around 9:40, it is currently 11:50 and I am yet to receive my food, I attempted to call the store and it went straight to voice mail Would give 0 stars if I could Update: Never got the food, had to wait until 10 to 1 (10 mins before the store closing) for uber eats to tell me it was delivered when it clearly wasn't. Ordered from another place in the end and actually got my food, hallelujah!!!

Unreal, this place is absolutely unreal. Have ordered over 20 deliveries and I would fault only one (custard is not their strength, apart from that order anything that they will master your order). We order from them at least once a weak, their waflles are absolutely fantastic!!!

I usually dont write reviews, but with the experience I received from SweeetSpot today I HAD to leave one. The customer service that I received, was exceptional. We ordered deserts from here a couple of times before too but just ordered again after a VERY long time. So for one of the things I had ordered, they had forgotten my gelato, so I called them and told them that im missing my gelato, I wasnt annoyed or upset because I understood that it was a mistake. The lady who dealt with this was very very polite and professional, she along with her manager were both very kind, understanding and apologetic, and they immediately sent someone with my gelato. Much to my surprise, not only had they sent me a generous scoop of the gelato, but they also sent a few other little goodies! I was not expecting that- but I was indeed quite surprised and very very appreciative- a massive thank you Sweet Spot for going above and beyond, I truly really appreciate and value the level of customer service and generosity that I recieved from you today. May your business thrive and continue to be full of staff who are amazing, understanding and honest. Visited sweet spot last night with my family and this dessert place deserves a good review as the service was very professional and the staff gave us a very warm welcome. We was a family of 20 and very loud and hungry but the staff handled us with much professionalism thank you 🙏🏼 Desserts were of high quality standards and one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. I recommended the churros , was really fresh and tasty and the Mango madness was so good we ordered two! Will definitely be visiting again , Thank you sweet spot 🙏🏼

Literally the best dessert In the country, I’m such a foodie but I usually love my savoury food more HOWEVER; sweet spot is the one dessert place I absolutely love, it’s just way too good to resist and I have very high expectations. It’s fresh, tasty, and so cheap for its 10/10 quality. I’m between London and Coventry and I really hope they bring it to London soon! By far the most impressive dessert place going and it’s halal on top! I recently had fresh churros in mexico and literally the churros compare to my freshly made churros in mexico!

I was sceptical about going here because of some bad reviews but had a great experience the desserts were yummy and the two ladies that served us were lovely. Will definitely go again.

Brownie and cheesecake were delivered extremely quick even on an easter Sunday. Brownies were delicious and warm when received. the presentation was wonderful on the peanutty banana cheesecake.
