My last two experiences here have been really disappointing. One time the meat quality wasn't good, and today the smashed burgers were paper thin and burnt to a crisp. Such a shame as the food used be outstanding.

Terrible burgers... the patty was tasteless ...I'd rather have a Mac Donald. The chips were not good at all... How can a company get a burger so wrong? Not worth the money at all. And that system of ordering online to have your food delivered to your table is ridiculous! There is no signal in the building so u can be on your phone trying to access their page for a while. Then the page itself is not user-friendly with way too many pointless options as add-ons. 1 positive is that the staff was friendly, polite and helpful but overall not good sorry

Expensive for what it is. The burgers all seem pretty similar and there's nothing really outstanding for the flavour. Just a normal small burger 🫤

TL;DR: Friendly service, expensive, kind of small portions. On the plus side the service is always friendly in the restaurant and delivery through Deliveroo is always quite quick. Also the poutine is amazing. But I'm pretty disappointed with this evening's delivery order. I usually get dirty fries (baldelli fries) but the portion I just had had a sprinkling of parmesan and barely any garlic butter mayo/truffle oil. Admittedly I didn't call the restaurant to make this right because it was 21:30 and they close soon, so didn't see the point. But this coupled with the quite small burger and portion size, and how expensive the meal deal now is for delivery (£19.95), has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

Enjoyed the two burgers today. Probably the best in Coventry for a smash beef burger, such crisp caramelisation around the edges. Mac n cheese pretty average but overall best burger joint in Coventry. Nice seating and music to match occasion.

This was my second time here, and I must say the food was amazing. Friendly customer service and decent price point. I tried buffalo burger (chicken) with Kung-fu and Raj masala fries. The entire order was top notch. Will definitely come back again.

Nice and easy ambience, had the winner winner chicken burger and the kung-fu fries which were both tasty and unpretentious. Will definitely recommend, friendly customer service and good price point as well.

Building is beautiful, staff were really friendly but the food was just phenomenal and it came out incredibly quick. Will absolutely be returning!!!

Ate here with my family this afternoon. The Menu is insanely complex to understand but luckily their waitress was fantastic and guided us through. Food was top notch and great to have meat and non meat options but the service again was high end and would 100% return as a result. The awesome waitress offered our son crayons to keep him entertained too :) Very good food, brilliant staff and service. Would highly recommend.

Always my go to spot, whether i'm with family, friends or by myself. The staff are always very lovely and there's amazing music playing in the restaurant. Even in the event where something has gone wrong, the staff are very accommodating and helpful. The food is superb and always warm. Upon my visit today, I was greeted by a team member called Sylvia, who is an exceptionally sweet and friendly person, and went above and beyond for me. I especially appreciate this, so thank you!!

No front of house staff present when we entered the place. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come over and give us a table. Finally had to go over to the kitchen and ask the chef to call someone. Waited another 5 minutes and still no one came over. We had to leave and go somewhere else.

Waited ages at the front to be seated and no staff was present at the time, waited a while longer and had seen one of the chefs look at us but carried on doing what he was doing until another few mins went by and I had asked the same chef if anyone was here to serve. He looked at me with a black facial expression and pressed the bell. Still no one came so we had walked out.

Delicious food... App order so can you really give more for service(?); easy enough though. Atmos was ok on a early Sat evening. I'd definetley go back as he food was good.

Ordered one big chicken burger with Kim Jong wang wings with gochujang, sesame seeds, spring onions dreadlock rasta (Buffalo chicken), overall enjoyed both the chicken burgers, it was quite satisfying but wasn't really a fan of the wings not that its bad  it's more of an acquired taste . The ambience was nice and staff were quite friendly.

Unreal food. Absolute 10/10. Big shout out to Sylvia, our server, who was a dream. The friendliest gal going!

Ordered the donnie j trump burger and the patty melt through deliveroo and it was unreal one of the best burgers/patty melt I've had in a long time and it turned up hot and in tact

The beef burgers are nice, they are very reliant on quirky toppings and lots of sauces etc, some can detract from the burgers themselves. Its a bit of trial and error to what's good. The hallumi is ok but not great. It's a good there are meat, and veggie/vegan options so it's good for groups. The portion of fries is good and they are nice. They recently changed from normal bacon to '"beef bacon" which is very tough and chewy, so avoid that.

Great food, friendly helpful staff, been twice now abd both times early evening, like to return when its busier and probably more of an atmosphere.

We visited as a group of 20 for a birthday meal, and preorders were taken for the entire group. We all arrived on time, yet unfortunately, our food was still served quite staggered. With the childrens meals being served last. There was about a 30-minute gap between the first meal and the last meal being served to our group. We had expected to eat together. It was a nice place to visit, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty, but it would have been made so much better had the food been served together and had the children not had to wait such a long time. I may return if I'm in the area, but as a one-off treat, as the menu is a bit pricey. However, I'd not choose to book again as a large group as I don't feel that the restaurant was able to manage the size of the group order in one go.

7bone was really worth, we had a great experience. I personally loved "All right all right & Chilli cheese fries". The service was so welcoming and also i really appreciate Ameen for being so Friendly and Supportive. Hopefully see you again.

We had a fantástico time at 7 Bone in Coventry! The “Triple B” burger was delicioso, and the Biscoff shake was increíble. Gracias to Ameen for his amable service. The cozy ambiente made us feel at home. Can’t wait to go back

Came here for some lunch on a work break Take out Is a very quirky place. Love the decor Staff are friendly and offered a seat while I waited Food was well packed and they don’t waste packaging here. The fries where in the same box as the burger Thought the fries would be soggy but nope I was wrong. Crispy and lots of seasoning. Nice The burger was bit small but it was the lunch special so decent for the price Just the right amount of everything on the burger and very tasty. Enjoyed every bite Keep up the great work guys

We ordered a Rasta burger with king Jon wang , a big chicken burger with dirty fries and a brownie milkshake. Let me just start by saying the wings were the best wings I’ve ever had from a takeout!! They literally fell off the bone and the meat was so juicy and flavourful🤤🤤 the burgers were really good, again the chicken was delicious and tender! Chips were a good portion and also tasty. Chef, whatever you are doing don’t stop because our food tonight was great.

Food was good, slightly overpriced. Feels like a fast food place, which it essentially is, rather than a restaurant. Staff are very pleasant and professional.

Another really tasty meal at this awesome restaurant. We met up with friends in the city who had never been before and they loved it. It is very much a go to for us now in Coventry as they are very dependable. Although I'm not convinced on the self serving menu. Management should consider both options of staff taking orders and allowing customers to pick their own. Particularly as the staff checked on us a few times as we had not ordered. Venue is lovely, staff were great. We'll be back.

We had gochujang chicken wings. There was no salt in the wings and lacked flavour. The chicken burgers were not bad but it didn't quite hit the spot. The staff was accomodating.

Nice burger place with lots of seating. Very friendly staff. Tried their beef and chicken burgers (One Big Chicken & Peter Green). The chicken burger was good but beef burger was not so good.

A lovely little spot & the sandwhich was nice. I need them to chill out with the salt though, very very salty ... Staff were lovely though! :)

We came into the City Centre on the Saturday a week before Christmas to finish off a bit of Christmas shopping and came here to see if there were any tables free. Surprisingly it was quite empty, usually it is too full to try and get in. Waitress was lovely and the menu, although not very big, has to be read fully as there are quirky names for the food but you need to see what’s in each item. We ordered a couple of burgers and the dirty fries, which were all incredible and very filling. We were very impressed with the whole place and will definitely cover here again.

5 stars all round a fantastic establishment, burger was amazing (I think the best I’ve had) and Sylwia and Dean were some of the friendliest members of staff I’ve ever encountered 10 out of 10 would come again xoxo

The Best Burger Place in Coventry! Fantastic food, I had the Rasta Burger and chicken strips and they were out of this world. Highly recommend the chef and the team were super friendly and a special mention the manager Benoy!

Just had Big chicken, Kimjong Wangs, and Knugfu Fries. The flavors were off the charts, and the atmospheres were spot on cozy, vibrant, and just right. Shoutout to the amazing service that made the whole experience a delight.

I don't know if we were there on a bad night (Friday 17th November) but the burgers were just mush and fries were not close to crispy, all made with cheap ingredients which jarred with us given the price. The restaurant area downstairs felt like a takeaway not a restaurant. Expensive for what it is and won't be going back!

Impossible to decipher menus. Not only distracting design, no sight of plain English explanations of what's what. Sadly, the staff confirmed it's a very common challenge. Fries were lovely, burger was fresh but just ok. Surprisingly clean toilets though which was nice. Service was quick and smooth.

Wow! Wanted something really dirty for dinner and this did not disappoint. It's not the cheapest, even more so when factoring in Deliveroo extras, but it was one of the best burgers I've eaten in years. Dirty fries and tots were to die for. My cholesterol may not thank me for discovering this place but my soul is happy 🤣

Food was great, but fobbed off to the app isn't what we wanted. Having a tip added by default is not OK. Especially not when paying up front.

Came here for dinner in a Sunday, wasn’t very busy and were seated straight away. After mentioning we had no allergies etc, we were diverted to ordering on the app. Usually I wouldn’t mind ordering on an app, but this was made a little difficult due to poor internet access, so the app was a bit slow. Food arrived very quickly - burger was delicious, piping hot. Chilli fries were ok, but I expected some kind of tomato base in the chilli (or maybe that’s just how I make it?). Gochujang chicken tenders were good but one of them didn’t have much sauce on it, not the end of the world though. Decent menu with lots of options, including being able to add to the party (E.g. smash with bacon or onion amongst other choices). Total for 2 of us including tip came to just under £60 (burger, dirty fries, chicken tenders and can soft drink each) - I’d argue that the option of the tip should be an add on, rather than this automatically being added on (with the option of removing this). Almost made me feel like I HAD to give a tip. Will come again to try some different options (and maybe even a dessert)

Lovely juicy burgers, incredible buffalo wings, nice fries, hilarious wacky menu choices. Didn't try the cocktails but they looked good. Small place with cafe style decor and friendly quick service.

Positives: Friendly/helpful staff, portion sizes, tasty burgers & chippy fries. Negatives: Caramel wings were extremely oily with an unpleasant flavour, food bit pricey, chicken skins had to be sent back as overly salted (hairs quite unpleasant too)

Love this place so much I've done the whole menu in the year. I order takeaway and eat in. Both experiences are always spot on. Customer service is always good. The layout to eat in is ace.

Edit August ‘23. Something has changed here, the food seems almost tasteless after trying twice with two separate people. Not sure if they’re reducing salt/fat content but it’s a shame either way. Tots are still 10/10. Long review incoming! Outstanding, nothing less. I have been to more burger restaurants than I can count, in many cities in Britain. I had a long-standing favourite in BHAM, but this just nips them on quality, choice and price. The menu is busy, but accommodates so much. Three of us visited, and all had different burgers and fries. They manage to expertly cook very different things well - this consistency is hard to find. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and attentive. There is a clear management culture that filters through to the front end team, where they all clearly care that you're well-looked after. The food is extremely good - they have options of pink, well-done or smashed for your beef burger, which really helps to get what you want. The loaded fries portions are generous, and we had three different versions (curry sauce, chilli cheese and poutine) and they were all roughly the best we'd had. They sponsor (or brew) their own IPA which is a lovely drop with your meal - it is a bit expensive, but worth a go if you like your beer. Other points - personally I'd avoid their chicken strips, they're quite expensive for not a lot of satisfaction. The wings were VERY good. Around 12 quid for a sizeable burger and loaded fries is much better value than five guys, for sure - and you get a restaurant experience, not a fast food place. I can't express how much we enjoyed our visit, and I would (and have!) recommended this to anyone who's been missing a decent burger joint in Coventry. They even have a loyalty scheme, which I'm going to rinse and probably gain far too much weight. 10/10, can't wait to visit again. Edit: I meant to say this cos I read other reviews before posting, people complaining about no takeaways, they've been very transparent about this - they want to ensure their kitchen is up to speed working a full restaurant sitting before opening up to takeaway. This isn't unusual, stop being so entitled.

Service is always great the food is mostly great there has been the odd time it’s been soggy greasy or coldish, but not bad enough for us to not return! There is alas not a single healthy thing on le menu which is sad as all the veggie/vegan options are super processed but sometimes we need a bit of that in our life! There is a decent variety of meaty Vs veggie stuff so everybody should feel included It’s super filling so never had room for desert so can’t rate that for you I had the BEST FRICKLES of my LIFE there tonight (I don’t say that lightly) but I legit could have bathed in them!! So that’s why I wrote this review . P.s they didn’t take kindly to me hiding food from another eatery under the table as I didn’t fancy it but everyone else did and that was awkward but understandable I guess

Faffy app. Not much support minimal curry sauce. Chips cold. Over priced for soft drinks too. Much better value elsewhere
