Amazing service all the time. We visit regularly for over a year and 100% will for many years to come. Staff are always friendly 😊 and will most definitely work around allergies and food intolerances. 👌🏼

other people got the chicken and were not a fan. this was my first smash burger ever and it was not flavoured neat but the rest of the toppings of the burger was delicious and the fries were perfect. those buffalo wings were beautifully sauced and everything was perfect!

Considering they call themselves burger lab - the burgers were disappointing. Ingredients were cheap - burger buns looked like those cheap Asda price ones and the fries were the cheap frozen ones. Lack of complex flavours - they just drown the burgers in sauce

Nice atmosphere, friendly service portion size are good we bought Thai sweet chicken wings meal.it taste really good the only thing didn't like the wings still had hairs on it. maybe clean the wings and we did had to wait for abit for our order

A group of us visited Burger Lab yesterday… I was (ashamed to say) a ‘Burger Lab’ virgin even though my cousin has been highly recommending their burgers for a while now. I’m not a Coventry local and so we decided to make a special visit to the Burger Lab to celebrate a birthday. I was surprised at the vast variety of burger's that were on offer. Definitely something for everyone. We all pretty much brought a different burger (there were 7 of us!). We dined in too. I went for the lab spicy dipped chicken burger (mainly because I was too “chicken” to try out one from their crazy creation menu- slight regret, however it was still pretty spectacular in taste! And I still enjoyed every single mouthful! When I say it was the best burger I’ve had in a while, I am NOT exaggerating. It was delicious 🤤 My sister had a taste and she loved it too! (Had to practically fight her off). In retaliation, I managed to get to taste the, ‘Biscoff Bad-boy’. It was interesting and surprising scrumptious too! My cousin went for the Freakin’ Ferrero (he said it was good, sooo good he was too greedy to share 😊) we all agreed that the burgers here were definitely the best we have had and I’m already looking forward to returning on my next visit to Coventry! The staff were also amazing, the owner, Hassan, even came out and cracked a few jokes 😂 great service, excellent entertainment and delicious food. What more can you ask for? If you are a burger enthusiast I would highly recommend giving Burger Lab a visit and unlike me, go wild and order one of their crazy creation burgers! I’m already planning on my next burger 🍔 meal! Thank you Burger Lab for the great service and smashing burgers! Oh and the milkshakes were on point too!

Just ordered a burger from here for me & a colleague ready for a long dark shift ahead of us. I took my first bite & I can tell you rainbows appeared in the sky, unicorns started running the streets and all is well in the world. 10/10 burger

My go to burger place. I order here maybe too many times. Good quality burgers, always an offer running. Been in store and ordered take away many times. Great choice to go to. I just wish they did slush in their delivery orders.

I have recently moved into the area and this place was the nearest, though I had heard good things from relatives. The food was delicious and prepared surprisingly quickly without sacrificing the quality. The main point I would like to highlight is the service. There was a mixup with my order (some additions were missing) when I returned and explained the situation the staff remade the items with the missing additions at no extra cost or need to return the origin items. All in all that was fantastic and quickly handled. I will be eating there again and strongly recommend others do too.

@mohammad khan The burgers are banging. Every single one that I’ve tasted. There’s been no hygiene issues whatsoever. Please don’t lie. It’s so childish and petty that you are harassing a worker just because you had to wait? And plus he’s been serving me since he’s worked there, and there’s been no issues. Calm down. Anyways, wings are fire especially the hot chilli wings.

BRGR LAB has been my go to since day 1. The concept is outstanding, hygiene levels are incredible (don’t know what this delivery driver is on about @muhammad khan ) and food is BANG ON. Best burgers I’ve ever tasted. Reading the recent review clearly man’s on crack 🙄

Update on my review not fake only bit I forgot to add was the nerd at the counter also had a bad attitude, as for you reporting me to ubereats makes no difference to me what could make a difference is getting rid of bad staff especially that one . I could also report you to the council for bad hygiene if you want to go down that route.

I love the burgers this place makes. The staff are always so lovely and I love the food. It is well priced and the taste is amazing and there isn't loads of greese dripping out the burger or bits of fat or anything. I've taken a liking to the double and triple smash burgers personally, they are well made and dont fall apart in your hands. It is also Halal! I also enjoy the milkshakes, they are thick and can have bits of chocolate bars of your choice in them. They're big milkshakes too.

I recently visited Brgr Lab with a friend and had an amazing time. The food was delicious and exactly what I hoped to me Recommend 10/10. The standout of our visit was khan, who provided exceptional service. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Khan made sure we had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated his professionalism and genuine care. I highly recommend Brgr Lab, and if you're lucky, you might get the chance to be served by Khan😅😊

First time ordering from these. My order followed by. Buffalo hot wings The supreme smash Messy fries meat magnificent To start off the messy fries were really good definitely a recommendation, but sadly for the burger there was more filling then patty as I had to remove the fillings just to try and taste it. A big m has to have more meat The wings were decent sized with plenty of flavours would I recommend has to be a no sadly. Over all still eat all the food but definitely I learned what to order next time.

Service was great when it came time to break fast they would provide me and my freind a date and water and make the food on time and food was 10/10 each and everytime

Best burger in town, actually best burger I've had anywhere. Smash triple is the go to however i do believe the double comes out just perfect. The balance of meat to bun is spot on. Pricing is cheaper than all its main competitors (meaning burger takeaways). Can't go wrong.

Elite food. One of the best places in Coventry for food. My go to is their loaded fries. Ideas for new menu items are philly burgers or cheese steaks and Mojitos especially with summer coming

The chips weren't fresh at all they didn't give us full description of what type of meat there was going to be and the chicken wasn't marinated very well from what I received I don't recommend you guys to order it from here.

The place is very modern compared to other restaurants nearby. If you live in cov I would say this place has the best quality burgers very big in size aswell.

I have previously had both the chicken and smashed burgers from brgr lab and absolutely loved them! I ordered recently and it most certainly does not taste the same. I don't know whether it's the sauce or the cheese, or everything as a whole. I must say I was a bit disappointed, I hope they can rectify these issues but the difference is quite significant! Being brutally honest, even if the burgers came at a significantly lower cost, I would not order anymore. I am very sure I am not the only one who feels this way, I almost feel slightly gutted as I used to highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger Lab (Halal), and I must say, it's a fantastic joint for burger enthusiasts! The menu boasts an impressive variety of options, and I decided to try out numbers 1, 8, 31, and 26. If you're in the mood for something reminiscent of a halal McDonald's cheeseburger, you'll definitely appreciate number 1 on the menu. However, the true star of the show was number 31 - the spicy dipped chicken burger. It was an explosion of flavors that left me thoroughly satisfied. On the other hand, while number 26, the nacho chicken burger, didn't quite hit the mark for me, I understand that taste preferences can vary. Burger Lab offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for their well-crafted burgers. The customer service was impressive, with staff that are attentive and friendly. One of the highlights was the swift preparation of the food, ensuring you don't have to wait long to enjoy your meal. In summary, Burger Lab is a top-notch spot to satisfy your burger cravings. A lot of improvement needed from BRGR lab in Coventry. Not tried the other branches but the fact its a franchise, the expectations were high. Not enough quality control? The smashburger was desperately dry, not enough sauce or cheese, and was a struggle to get through. The loaded fries slathered in generic burger sauce and the chicken a bit smelly. Also had a bone in mine. The biscoff milkshake poor and tastes like the sludge left in the cereal bowl after you've finished a portion of krave and whole milk. No whipped cream and no sauce or any kind. Expected way more, open to coming back if they start concocting their own sauces, use loads of it and don't be stoosh with cheese. The loaded fries need chicken quality control and the milkshake needs revisited, whipped cream and sauce.

One of the best burger places! We come from Nuneaton just to get these burgers! We're regulars the quality and the consistency of the taste of the burgers has always been the same. Every time we have ordered never disappointed us. The smash burgers and the peri peri chicken taste beautiful especially the wings! It's not over priced either! Great customer service and highly recommend it!

First timers here, ordered via UberEats. Pretty extensive menu allowing all kinds of weird and wonderful combinations. Burgers were fantastic, perhaps lacking a little salad but the patties were well smashed but still juicy, and the special sauce had a real kick to it. The portion of fries is very generous, sadly a little cold by the time we received our order but I guess that’s the perils of ordering via UberEats sometimes. The loaded chicken fries were also very good, and the popcorn chicken was tender and had good flavour. The only sour note was that a couple of items were missing from our order. This was refunded promptly which is always reassuring, but we’re hoping these hiccups are rare as we plan on ordering from Brgr Lab again soon. 👍
