I ordered Two burgers and Two fries, Turned out we was missing one of the burgers , it is very Disappointed not going to Order from here again

I recently visited Brgr Lab and had a great experience. The ambiance was really nice. I tried their Korean Chickster Burger, and honestly, I loved it! It was packed with flavour and cooked just right. Also super glad to know it's a halal place – that’s always a big plus. Definitely planning to go back and try more from their menu.

Gave me food poisoning. Spent 12 hours violently vomiting and a day in A&E. When contacted them, got told i was Faking it. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid at all costs.

Ordered through just eat. Ordered at 7.30 it's 21.17 and still not received order. Time kept changing again and again. The number provided on just eat is not in service. I can only hope it arrives ok as apparently now with delivery person.

Quality food and detailed interior with a varied menu

One of the best spots in Coventry...actually no west Midlands... actually you know what in the UK! Burgers are out if this world 🌎 suprised there isn't a queue leading all the way back to town! Beef burgers are 10/10 but even the Spicy chicken dipped burger hits differently!

Amazing place to eat at. I recommend getting the Grilled Chicken Wrap and Chicken Bonanza, especially when you're really hungry.

Amazing food came to stay in Coventry and needed to order some food however they made me go back as they forgot one of my orders which I’m disappointed about as they should make sure the full order is in the bag

They have gone down hill massively Orderd a chicken strip burger asked for it to be cooked longer as im pregnant! It came a slimy mess and all gritty I don't even know how you manage that and clearly didn't read my instructions feel propper sick now aswell 🙃 update I have food poisoning 🤮

My husband and I found ourselves in the nightmare of having a young adult involved in a serious road accident. Having not eaten all day at around 22:30 we decided to have something brought by Uber. We have never used Brgro before. We ordered for ourselves and my daughter’s fiancé. We were very impressed by the food, amazing gourmet burgers that arrived quickly and warm. Not the best date night we have had, but thank you for getting us out of a hungry spot. We will definitely use you again.

We usually order from brgr lab most of the time however the most of the time the food comes very late as we order from uber eats and it takes more than one hour this time when we ordered the chicken wings there was a lot of blood inside of the chicken wings which is worrying

I ordered on Uber eats for the first time on Monday and it will be my last. The food was inedible we wasted the majority. And gave us food poisoning. Spent all day Tuesday on the toilet, never had food poisoning like it. Tried to get a full refund on Uber and they said no, even though I sent photos of all the leftover food we had the next day. Will avoid going forwards.

It was lovely I got 4 burgers and believ me it was worth it and the service was great I will definitely recommend for beef burgers amazing nice clean food

Delicious food and such a variety to choose from for all the family Service is outstanding. The staff are very well mannered and always prepare my order just the way I like (removing or adding anything I require to be removed or added). other people got the chicken and were not a fan. this was my first smash burger ever and it was not flavoured neat but the rest of the toppings of the burger was delicious and the fries were perfect. those buffalo wings were beautifully sauced and everything was perfect!

Considering they call themselves burger lab - the burgers were disappointing. Ingredients were cheap - burger buns looked like those cheap Asda price ones and the fries were the cheap frozen ones. Lack of complex flavours - they just drown the burgers in sauce

A group of us visited Burger Lab yesterday… I was (ashamed to say) a ‘Burger Lab’ virgin even though my cousin has been highly recommending their burgers for a while now. I’m not a Coventry local and so we decided to make a special visit to the Burger Lab to celebrate a birthday. I was surprised at the vast variety of burger's that were on offer. Definitely something for everyone. We all pretty much brought a different burger (there were 7 of us!). We dined in too. I went for the lab spicy dipped chicken burger (mainly because I was too “chicken” to try out one from their crazy creation menu- slight regret, however it was still pretty spectacular in taste! And I still enjoyed every single mouthful! When I say it was the best burger I’ve had in a while, I am NOT exaggerating. It was delicious 🤤 My sister had a taste and she loved it too! (Had to practically fight her off). In retaliation, I managed to get to taste the, ‘Biscoff Bad-boy’. It was interesting and surprising scrumptious too! My cousin went for the Freakin’ Ferrero (he said it was good, sooo good he was too greedy to share 😊) we all agreed that the burgers here were definitely the best we have had and I’m already looking forward to returning on my next visit to Coventry! The staff were also amazing, the owner, Hassan, even came out and cracked a few jokes 😂 great service, excellent entertainment and delicious food. What more can you ask for? If you are a burger enthusiast I would highly recommend giving Burger Lab a visit and unlike me, go wild and order one of their crazy creation burgers! I’m already planning on my next burger 🍔 meal! Thank you Burger Lab for the great service and smashing burgers! Oh and the milkshakes were on point too!

Just ordered a burger from here for me & a colleague ready for a long dark shift ahead of us. I took my first bite & I can tell you rainbows appeared in the sky, unicorns started running the streets and all is well in the world. 10/10 burger

I have recently moved into the area and this place was the nearest, though I had heard good things from relatives. The food was delicious and prepared surprisingly quickly without sacrificing the quality. The main point I would like to highlight is the service. There was a mixup with my order (some additions were missing) when I returned and explained the situation the staff remade the items with the missing additions at no extra cost or need to return the origin items. All in all that was fantastic and quickly handled. I will be eating there again and strongly recommend others do too.
