Absolutely dismal food, got both orders wrong, no sauce on the burgers, no hash brown on the tower burger. the mix for the drinks is that low you can't taste the flavour of the drinks. £10 for the box meal, I actually feel violated.

staff was sassy will not be returning sort your heads out load of sweaty workers and the meal was absolutley freezing very very poor standards

Absolutely atrocious service. Most items unavailable. Food dry and tasteless. Staff inexperienced but apologetic. Won’t be visiting again. Very sad.

Not sure if the staff rhink 'Please" and "Thank you" are swear words or a foreign language, but I never heard them used. Food very dry. Evolution has provides me with thousands of sensory receptors in my mouth, which allow me to distinguish tastes. They also allow me to tell if something is hot or cold. If I say my food is cold (while I am still at the counter), I really don't expect the staff to argue with me.

I ordered the banquet for one at the drive through in Thorne Doncaster ..when I arrived at the window to collect my order I witnessed one of the staff a young dark haired lady unboxing a previous order obviously not collected . She looked across at me nervously as she put it back on the shelves in the food prep area then she came over with my order I arrived home to find in my order all the chicken was completely dried out and not edible due to not wanting the drive back I feed the whole lot to the bin a complete waste of £8.99 and my dinner . I will definitely not be going again .I think the management need to be looking at there cctv and maybe this store as I’m finding wouldn’t have such bad reviews /complaints

Absolutely shocking service every time. My husband and daughter have been waiting over an hour for food.

Ordered a dipping boneless feast with gravy and Pepsi max for delivery. When delivery got here he opened his bag and handed me a cold bottle of 7UP zero and a kfc ripped wet paperbag with a bowl of chicken fillets NO POPCORN CHICKEN all slightly warm. Point 1 - putting a cold bottle of pop next to warm food (I assume it was warm when bagged up). Point 2 - no popcorn chicken. Mr Delivery Man just looked at me and said 'talk to the shop'. Enough said!!!

This was my first visit and will be my last. The card machine was'nt working so was cash only. It was half-term week and it was nearly empty as most customers walked straight out when they found the cash machine was'nt working. Served by 3 members of staff in total and 2 said it was their first day. Paid cash and ordered 2 Fillet Burger Meals but had to go back to the counter as the incompetent staff did not give my husband the complete order as 2 portions of chips were missing.The Fillet Burgers were very disappointing as over-cooked and crozzled. There were at least 4 members of staff behind the counter doing very little but a lot of the tables were dirty and there was rubbish on the floor. I was not impressed by the level of hygiene nor the attitude of the staff and will not be going back here.

30 minutes from ordering and still waiting for the food. No apology no nothing. Shocking. Drive through and delivery drivers always get priority here. They've never heard of the phrase fast food

They must have a rule about not having staff. This is the second time I’ve done here and it’s the same problem. One person ‘cooking’ one serving drive through and one on the counter. Been sat for 25 minutes now waiting for my order and there are 6 customers in line before me. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible, tasteless chicken, over cooked, no coleslaw, cobs or ice creams and this is not the first time we have experienced this, even the staff lacked good customer service. I don’t know if it’s just this branch at THORNE and their incompetence but KFC are loosing their good name due to them.

absolutely disgusting. waited over half an hour didn’t get the right order. staff were rude and very unhelpful. by the time we got the food it was cold and they didn’t even apologise. will not be returning any time soon would rather drive an extra 15miles to a different kfc. this place needs to be shut down immediately

Fast food ,what a joke.when you spend one hour from joining the drive throu queue to being served is not what I would call good service.please avoid,do yourself a favour.never again.maccy ds is just down the road go there instead.

Do not go to this establishment please, they’re are absolutely dreadful. I love kfc but this is absolutely shocking food quality appalling all soggy and undercooked. As well as the gormless staff that can’t tell the difference between regular and large. Awful waiting times. It’s terrible. Do not go here!!!!

It's 14.30 in the afternoon on a cold Dark Day and was told the lights are not allowed on till after 3 in the afternoon because of electricity bill and the restaurant was very cold people sat in coats, we asked about turning things on and was told that if the turned lights ect on that's there food prices will go up I have no words for this

Waited 45 min for food got home, bearing in mind I live 1 mile away the gravey pots were 1/3 full the chips were cold and the chicken was like mush rang up to complain and the young lad that answered for was great then a woman came on the phone and asked me to keep the food until the next time I came. When I asked if she was kidding she said no bring it with you next time you come. Absolutely disgraceful

Getting fed up goin and there's always something missing from our order its happening to often they should train all there staff again its a joke

I have never had good customer service from Sandal Park KFC but today's experience means I won't even consider it in future.They need to train their staff (manageress especially!) in effective conmunication and how to speak to customers. I queued for 45 minutes in the drive thru only to be told that the fryers were down (and had been all day!)so they couldn't serve me the bucket order I wanted. I then waited a further 15 minutes to get out of the queue. I stopped at the serving window and explained how long I had waited and they should have someone letting people know that they couldnt serve buckets. They said they were serving them again now- they had meant that they had just put chicken in that would take 20 minutes to cook. I asked why that hadn't been made clear to me? The manageress came over and said the fryers were down when I wanted to order & they would not have known how long it would take before they were up again- but they were now! I asked if I could order now but was told not from that window (so I would either have to wait in the queue again or order inside). I said I was not happy with the service or communication and woild not order there again after several episodes of poor customer service. The manageress said-'no worries'! This is so inappropriate to say to an unhappy customer! I said she should be worried to which she replied that she wasn't because she had given me the response that management had advised her to give. Her response was insensitive and inappropriate!.When I did get out of the queue, I went to Lidl next door and bought 2 buckets of Southern fried chicken to cook at home! Not quite the same flavour ( still yummy though & not as greasy) but their customer service is ALWAYS very good and the KFC taste is NOT worth the insults I received from their staff!

We had a 6 piece bucket after with difficulty ordering as the young lady couldn't understand what we were asking for. Had to wait to speak but there was no one in front of us.Strange chicken as 2 pieces looked like the meat had been taken off the breast but then battered and sold as chicken ??Corn on cob ok. Coleslaw ok.

I went to the desk to ask a simple question about my meal, the staff turned, looked at me and continued their conversation for a good 5 minutes.Afterwards I asked my question and Ha d a very rude and abrupt NO.That was it. She then turned to continue her conversation.Is there a contact number I can call for head office as this isn’t the first time I’ve been treated this way

When in Doncaster this is usually the KFC I come to as it tends to be the best one, however not as up to scratch as usual this time - I was waiting a long time in the drive thru to say it was a Sunday night with only 2 other cars queuing, also my fillet burger was very salty.

Probably the worst example of ‘fast’ food in the area. Slow slow slow service with pig ignorant staff who have no social skills whatsoever. I suppose I should have been concerned when I walked through the door and no one was eating but about 20 people were waiting at the counter! Should have gone to McDonalds as I’m sure not Lovin’ it here!!Avoid this place if you’ve got any sense.

Went for a second try chance of this kfc place. it was alright. yes it was busy and some of the tables could have been cleared away but the staff were busy trying to get peoples orders ready. it really was not to bad, fast food is what you get.

i have been to sprotbrough road branch twice in last two weeks and left with no food. First time I was ignored at the robot ordering thing you speak into. After 10 minutes and a queue behind me, I drove to the window. 2 female staff stood chatting and ignored me so I drove on. Today I was ignored again at the robot so I reversed and went to the nearby Sainsbury’s. Absolute appalling service

I mean, the chicken's alright I guess, a side from the burnt pubic taste I had from the skin of my chicken drumstick.. Burger came pretty poorly assembled, but again, not too much of a problem as my reconstruction skills were on point! I was also unfortunate enough to receive slightly undercooked and crunchy chips. Now all of this could have been forgiven had it have been for one thing... The delecious colonels gravy. However this was not in fact one of the premium batches of the colonels delicious gravy, what I received more resembled the water from the river trent, as though in a panicked rush through fear of running out of gravy somebody ran down to grab a couple of gallons to thin it out. The flavour I must say also resembled this.In my hungover state I ate it anyway but as for scorings I'd be giving this meal a kind 2/10. The only thing saving it being the free hot wings we received from our voucher points.Wouldn't recommend.

Called in last week while we had the kids, the staff were lovely and the service was very quick and our order was given to us in what was a few moments, the food was what we would have expected from kfc, and was served with a smile. Thankyou kfc

Waited 15 mins to be served and only two people before me. I watched the staff getting orders ready they were very slow it was painful to watch. Everyone behind us complaining about the wait. Food not hot when we finally got it.

Foods find but the the wait is shocking. 20 mins just to get served. Only one person serving and that was a trainee, she did fine, nice and polite. Not good at peak lunchtime hour

Stood in the only queue for 25 minutes with 5 staff visible on the counter. Only one till one with the most inconsistent of ordering techniques! Drive through is no quicker but at least it keeps moving!!! Two small children having to be entertained for 40 minutes from joining queue to getting tray!!! What a joke...please don’t bother coming here!!!

My kids order their tea from KFC on Thorne Road yesterday and the Popcorn Chicken was missing. They called the number 020 3912 4468 which Just Eat told them to call if an item was missing, but the number was dead. So they had to do another order for the Popcorn Chicken which coast £7.79 I an really not happy about this at all

Second bad experience i have had here but is the last , staff more bothered about having a good old chat instead of taking notice of customers

Went today and food was very warm and tasty only gripes would be a smile wouldn’t go amiss from the server and cleanliness could be improved... a wiped down table is everything other then that I had everything i needed :)

Soon as i walked in i saw bog roll everywhere.nothing was cleaned or wiped . There seemed to be no management what so ever. Non off the wodkers were paying attention. Food seemed to be badly prepared.chicken was raw. Terrible.

Ordered through the drive thru, service was very quick, food was served hot and to the standard I would expect - I would have given this a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the miserable woman who served me at the final window, no response to my “hello” or “thank you” when she handed me my food and she didn’t smile back at me.

Our closest KFC. We use it regularly during busy periods. But today was awful. Chips were cold, nothing was fresh. We got 3 gravy all of which were like water with no flavour. Hot wings must have been sat there all day.

The service is slow, but the food quality and taste is excellent compared to other KFCs I have been to.

Stood at counter for over 15ms to be served but was ignored by the staff . people who came after me where served and I was left standing there then about 20ms later I walked out will never go there again

A family that was served just before myself, had found the need to approach the side of the counter with a piece of thier meal that was not upto the usual good standard.

Well as the title suggests had to wait for 25 minutes to get served when we reached the service counter we were meet by what can only be described by the most miserable staff member I have ever met in any establishment that we visited her name was Michelle.Did not greet us with a hello or a smile just what would you like.Very disappointing I don’t know if it was the lack of training or she had just had a bad day.The food on the other hand was excellent.will not go back just because of the service.I know kfc are a massive company and I would like them to get in touch so I can discuss this review in more detail .

Went here only because my son likes the popcorn chicken but the pop machine wasn’t working so they were serving it out of bottles. We ended up with warm flat pop after waiting half an hour in the que.

Ok. Better than it was last year. I went inside to collect my meal instead of being a sheep in the drive thru. Staff were bullying their minions in front of customers without a care in the world.

We came the counter staff took 20 minutes to serve twice this week this as happened.

When I went the coffee machine was not working and had notices that they had run out of several items such as sauces and some side orders.

Took the chicken back to the counter literally a second ago she tried convincing me it was cook as it’s a thigh and thighs should be like that!! She offered to swap it I said yeah the second piece was exactly the same the chicken wasn’t cooked and she was trying to convince me who is a chef that chicken what asblood coulured juices running out it and lute warm is cooked will not be back now. The place is always filthy when quiet periods and the staff are taught to lie to the customers!!

Just called for a quick snack...no gravy, no beans, no Diet Coke, no tango....never again...and the the Pepsi did serve was more soda than Pepsi.

We have noticed before tables never seem to be clean so when we arrived I told the kids to get the large table which needed cleaning with gravy and sauce all over it .I ordered food and asked for the table to be cleaned they said someone would do it I a minute ok good but after waiting for 10 mins for our order the table had not been done so ended up doing it ourselves again it's seems they never have anyone out cleaning tables as customers leave compared to mc donalds just down the road where tables are cleaned pretty quick .

This KFC is always either rammed full with slow service or not too busy inside with slow service. I use this location as it’s closest but it’s the worst in Doncaster. Frustrating experience, it doesn’t take much to put chicken and chips on a paper plate . Drinks always have overspill running down the sides. Slack

Absolutely shocked when we arrived. I at to clear my own table that I wanted to sit on the bin was jam packed. We stood waiting our turn in the cue for 20-25 minutes, got to the till I asked for a cloth to wipe the table, explained to the lass on the till there wasn’t one clean table in the restaurant. She tried using the excuse that it’s really busy. But there was like 5-6 staff in the back given drive thru was busy. So my reply was yeah it maybe busy but you’ve got rubbish falling out the bins and not one clean table for us customers who want to eat out meal in here. Her reply was well there’s only me and him on in front. I said that’s not my problem I work in a restaurant and I wouldn’t dream of telling a customer that it can’t be helped when it can be helped. I’d rather wait to be served to sit a clean environment eating my meal that sat around other tables that were dirty. This isn’t the first time this as happened. What annoyed me is it was made out like it was the customer at fault cause you can’t get enough to clean your restaurant. How ever the food was ok. Chicken bites were lute warm and the gravy was also lute warm. I go regular and will still go. Just don’t appreciate the poor cleanliness of this place on sunday 03-02-2018

Went inside because drive thru was jammed up. Queue was to the door and only one person on the till. As I got half way down could see there were multiple people bagging chips but still only one on the till. No concept of workflow management leading to ridiculous queuing times. Been out of stock of multiple items previous visits too. That's the end of that.

We came in at around 20:15pm. We was served by the supervisor called Zoe. The good was nice and there was only 1 other table in and no one else in the que. the place was dirty empty cups and food on the floor and plenty of staff working. We ordered a 4 pc boneless dip meal when it was put on the tray my partner asked is it not a large meal with the 4 pc meal, the supervisor Zoe replied with no if u want large you need to ask for large! Not sorry no would you prefer a large or any sort of customer friendly service. Also she looked miserable. Once all the food was placed on the tray she never said would you like any dips etc and just walked off not there you go have a nice day nothing! If this is how the supervisor is what are the staff supposed to follow? She didn't even thank us for our custom! Not very good at her job if you ask me

Every time we go they forget something first the drinks then the chips this time the gravy absolutely useless staff, really shouldn't be this hard to get fast food

Visited here on the 6/4/2016 for a quick lunch at about 2.55 my partner and I where told at the drive though counter that there was a 6 minute wait for chicken and asked if that was ok we responded saying yes only to hear the lady over the tannoy say in an abrupt manner the same question when we said we already said it was ok she cockily says she didn't hear (later noted on my receipt her name was Sam M) after being told to park on the pavement near the window (in front of a fire exit) we waited 10 minutes for our food, the lady who brought it (a different lady) was polite and sorry for our wait. Unfortunately I then had to go inside the empty restaurant to get salt, pepper, napkins and wipes where I proceeded to inform the staff of this was normal procedure then the drive thru was pointless as I had to come in anyway. The lady behind the counter just looked vacant at me and the young lad gave no apology just stood there and said ok. Unfortunately I through my receipt away as I was unaware I could review them directly or would have done so. Luckily the kfc in My home town is much better and I most definitely won't be going there again no matter how hungry I am.

I bought 2 krushems thinking like everywhere else it would have it full to the top like you would expect if your gonna get your money's worth but instead they fill it to half way up the cup ridiculous not getting a full cup of it when it's over £2.00 and only sells 2 flavours of krushems wether as everywhere else has more than 4 choices

The wait was ridiculous, service was disgusting, no apologies for the wait, there were about 10 staff working and only 2 serving on the counters with a packed place, customers cleaning tables instead of staff and I ordered a family bucket and didn't receive my side orders and my drink, when I questioned the cashier about this he just rudely said that I didn't get them with my order and that was it, I couldn't be bothered to wait and argue. I always love a good meal from kfc but I would never eat from here again. I am appalled at the service and arrogance of the staff and spending a ridiculous amount only to receive half my order which was cold!

Llamamos por KFC el lunes alrededor de las 6:30 pm. Había dos personas en la cola y me tomó nota personal 6. Muy, muy lento en la hasta pero la comida estaba caliente y sabrosa. Las mesas y el piso era otro asunto. asquerosa. Nos sentamos durante aprox. 30 minutos y aunque alguien vino y conectaban una tela sobre una mesa él simplemente patadas patatas fritas y servilletas bajo las mesas de sucio. Había piscinas de bebidas en todas partes y en la zona de estar alguien había obviamente nos dejó algunos 'color marrón salsa" en el suelo y que había sido menos pisoteado y un pringue todo el suelo. La zona estaba cubierta de patatas fritas, parecía pajas, servilletas y como si no se hubiese limpiado en años. Ahora me apreciar algunos clientes no tienen sentido para la limpieza, pero el personal sin duda tienen el deber de mantener el lugar limpio? La tienda no estaba lleno y el personal eran alrededor charlando con pisos mojada y sucia.

I was starving and had to eat here and I didnt have time to go anywhere else. I wish I had. This is not a fast food outlet. It is a place where you wait a long time in a line to be served greasy chicken and then sit at dirty tables watching other people queue. Not enough colleagues and badly managed . You know they are struggling when you get straw, napkins and application form with every order. This isnt the forst time we have had to wait far too long in line . Why are KFC getting the customer so wrong in so many outlets when otherr are getting better. It used to be a family treat but now it is an ordeal .

This is the most disgusting fast food place I think I have ever ever experienced in my life! 25 minute wait at 22.00pm no apology for wait, chips cold forgot the gravy and disgusting service. To think the amount of money spent on a kfc to receive such garbage in return when they make so much money is astonas!! Never again will I ever visit this kfc, but also the staff need sacking or retrained on customer service levels!

The staff have no knowledge of customer service, the place is dirty and the food late, cold and poorly put together. The gravy, oh the gravy, either watery or so thick you need a spork to carve it out. All in all, it is the sticky tables that drive me away. Plus the fog they produce in there.
