The best restaurants in Doncaster Yorkshire and The Humber

Fabulous tasty food, service was amazing even though it was very busy, always someone there to check when we wanted more food/drink, all waiters were happy which was nice to see!

All you can eat Asian / Curry tapas with six orders allowed for your first order and then four every ten minutes (between two people). This is a nice time in between eating meals. We ordered a variety of food to try, with the Chicken Jalfrezi and the Salt & Pepper Chicken, Chips and Duck being our fav. The sweet and sour was our least fav. Which we couldn’t eat due to the overpowering vinegar flavour. Very flavoursome meals which were a nice portion size. We would recommend and return if in the Doncaster area.

Delicious food, excellent service, and a lovely, cosy place. We tried the meat platter to share, and it was awesome. Plenty of meat cooked to perfection. The platter comes with the salad pictured. The meat is served with chips and garlic bread. I'm definitely coming back. We did manage a dessert but forgot to take any photos. The pancake with Nutella and caramel were excellent.

No es una gran experiencia. Cobró nuestra mesa £ 570 para el maridaje de vinos y nos sirvió una selección de botellas de Plonk barato! La comida era promedio en el mejor de los casos. No regresará pronto.

Our 2nd visit. Took 2 friends who have more tapas experience than us. They were very impressed with the range and quality available. We think it is excellent.

Desde nuestros entrantes hasta nuestros postres, el delicado equilibrio de especias caribeñas transportó nuestras papilas gustativas desde la fría noche de enero hasta el sol del Caribe. Saludos a Ben el chef y su personal, creando estos fabulosos platos. Situado en el pueblo rural de Fishlake, este encantador restaurante es una joya absoluta, que merece ser descubierta!

Went to pop up event at local pub the food was Devine really enjoyed it. Presentation was great. Really enjoyed the onion bahjis nice and crispy. Definitely be making another trip.

Only popped in for a coffee but will be back for food. Spotless friendly and a quirky little place for lunch or coffee. Coffee was perfect for me

Acabo de tomar el mejor burrito que he tomado en The Local. ¡Fue increíble! Tenía burrito de chile con aguacate y lima, estaba FANTÁSTICO. Laura, Paul y todo su personal son tan acogedores y te hacen sentir como parte de la familia. Oh, también tienen la mejor selección de cerveza de la historia 👍. Siempre estoy deseando ir a ver a todos en The Local. El mejor bar de cerveza artesanal de Doncaster. El local debe estar muy orgulloso de sí mismo 😄

Comida de excelente calidad, personal amable. Nos dieron a elegir con el extenso menú. Tantos grandes artefactos retro. Charlé con el propietario por un rato, un personaje tan encantador y amaba el ethos del lugar. Sin duda volvería.

Just been for coffee with my sister and had the best catch up but relaxing drink in a relaxing atmosphere, lovely place. The staff was lovely and it is full on olden days memorabilia with olden days music playing nicely in background.

Friendly and soooo lovely - there’s such a cute view outside and dogs are welcome too so was perfect for me and my Archie 🥰 the food is always amazing too with loads on offer. Definitely a daily stop for me 😍

Brilliant breakfast! Great mushrooms, perfect eggs and great staff. Definitely will go again. Great for a stop following the trails passing by.
