Ordered online. Great tasting food and good delivery. However ordered spicy garlic bread with jalapeños as extra which weren't on the garlic bread and also some of the topping was stick to the lid.

Pedí una horca en línea como regalo de Navidad. Pedido 2 semanas antes de la fecha que elegí para la entrega directa a mi hermana. Nunca llegó en la fecha solicitada... trató de llamar varias veces, pero no hay respuesta, así que les envió un correo electrónico - eventualmente recibe una respuesta de 'Munchie Mouse' diciéndome que se ha metido en picking? Más bien Mickey Mouse ruddy yo diría. Sí - debería haber sido entregado y usted simplemente recogerlo a la hora del té solo porque he preguntado dónde está. Eventualmente entregado 5 días después. Varios correos electrónicos en - entre esto y ninguna explicación y todavía no contestan el teléfono. Honestly hands down the best fish and chips I've ever had, I travel around for work too and I can easily say this made my day, 11/10 definitely give it a go if you like good food and flavours, Really decent people work there too, let me off a few coins when I said I'd go to my car to grab some change and really cheap deals

Excellent food and service again. Well done 👍 Tried the cheesy chips with paprika. 👍 Highly recommended. Haven’t had a bad meal from Posh Charcoal.

Once, reliable for great food. Sadly, no more. One of the food preparers had his hands down the front of his trousers as we opened the door. The 'manager' (and I use that term very loosely) didnt have the first clue about front of house management and how to greet customers. The shop has ended up with the wrong people. Shame
