Urban Fresh Burgers & Fries - Herten Triangle in Doncaster

Burgers of your own design. How many times do you open your burger in a box and remove the trimmings you do not want. NOT HERE. Order your style of burger then choose whether you want lettuce, onions ,tomato etc. Basically Build A Burger. Cooked to perfection and a bag of fries with a choice of paprika or salt. Only a limited choice of cold drinks and no hot ones so I nicked a star off service. All in all URBAN takes the burger experience to the next level.

Ordered burger and fries and the burger was not delivered. There’s no way to contact the store to ask them to rectify this. Rubbish very expensive and now he able to wait for 48 hours to see if I have my money back for something I didn’t receive.

Asked for extra Oreo’s in milkshake but arrived and there’s hardly any. Tastes like a plain vanilla milkshake with an occasional Oreo crumb

Great burgers just don't order through Uber eats. Took over 1hr to arrive and stone cold when it did

3 items missing from order. Basically driver kept one bag and delivered one bag. Rang shop straight away and told request refund. About time drivers took to task

URBAN Burger is by far my favourite place to eat. It is a Burger like no other, made fresh to order right in front of your very eyes. The burgers are not greasy and fill you up for a good while the atmosphere inside the restaurant is good to nice music playing and it is extremely clean all round.

Shocking service from urban them selves numerous items missing out of a £62 order and said they can’t do anything about it I have to contact just eat when it isn’t just eats fault it’s there’s. The number of halloumi in the portions we’re wrong.

Was okay not worth £10 a burger

Great little restaurant! Always great fresh food cooked to order in full view. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Especially Brenda! She is so friendly we look forward to going just to see her!

Top choice of burgers in the area, always a good time when you come here, good amount of options, large area for seating and overall lovely food. Not much to say as I’ve never had a bad experience here. Would highly recommend for a quick meal to go or even dining with friends, it’s has a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and tastes fresh!

receipt was time stamped at 8pm and the food arrived over 40 minutes later, cold.

Food ordered and the time for delivery kept getting pushed back, food was cold when it arrived and also was missing the halloumi fries, reported to just eat denied a refund which is ridiculous to say I paid £7+ for them and I didn’t even receive them

This place never fails to satisfy. Great food every time. Never had a poor experience here.

So we’ve tried this place a couple of times and it is definitely a pick-up place only as delivery is abysmal. They often get salad options incorrect so keep an eye out for this.

Normally this place is awesome. Great portions and reasonable prices. My only complaint is the regular fries we received was not even half the bag. It was FAR less than a regular portion. I can only imagine these were the last of the current cooked batch? Need consistency with this, if not. Me and my wife normally share a portion but this was barely enough for one person. Shocking really. Burger was spot on. Really disappointed this time around.

Came with here with a peanut allergy and was served by Jacob who told me everything I needed to know. Never felt so reassured eating somewhere before. Food was incredible, cooked to order with fresh ingredients, service just as good. Best burger I’ve had in ages

Deliciosas, crujientes, papas fritas bien condimentadas, hamburguesas que se cocinan a la perfección y se desmoronan un poco más rápido de lo que puedes comerlas, que es como debería ser. El mayor problema es estar tentado a ir tan a menudo que se convierte en algo común.

We stumbled upon this place after visiting Doncaster Dome and looking for somewhere to take our 4 year old for his birthday dinner. And, wow, what a fantastic find! The best burger I’ve ever had, freshly cooked to however you like it. Portions of chips are huge. My kids loved the refillable drinks with 100+ choices and the milkshakes were to die for. Not only that the staff were so friendly, a HUGE shout out to Russell who served us, he absolutely spoilt our two kids and was such a lovely man. We had such a great experience, despite living 30 minutes away we’ve all decided we’re not going to any other burger places again. If I could give this place 100 out of 10 I would. Thanks Russell and all the staff for a great time.

Everything went smoothly. No complaints

Can't speak to food. Only had milkshakes - regular Bischoff & regular cherry/banana mix . The cherry banana had a slightly artificial taste. But was thick & creamy. Staff were happy & helpful/pleasant. Location was clean. Tables were cleared immediately. Light & airy inside.

I would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to get a freshly prepared burger meal. My son gave it, not just a thumbs up, but an all 5 up. So it must have been good, whatever that is 🤭. I assumed he was high five-ing the best burger he'd eaten. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I've eaten here twice now and 100% will be coming back. My advice, if there are a couple of you getting chips, get a large and share. The atmosphere is relaxed and spacious. Its really nice...give it a go. Treat it as a meal out.

One burger was missing ,one was cold

The milkshake was spilt every were half of it left the burgers were both cold burnt buns not put together properly at all the chips were cold very unhappy with my ordered would not recommend food from here.

Far better than other fast food burger places. Really fresh burgers, love that you can build with as little or as much as you like. Chips are amazing, but really big portions. A small bag was easily enough for 2 people. Always very clean and staff are very friendly.

Food is always incredible here but think its over priced it cost me and my son nearly £30 for 2 burgers 1 chips and drinks! Staff are always so friendly and restaurant is clean

A great place I enjoyed the food. However a burger bar is just a burger bar,as fancy as you can make a place or it's products sometimes you just feel like it's all dress up. I had no issues with the time I spent here at all, it just seemed to be trying to hard to be something special. The staff were amazing though and were enjoying the interactions with customers which can be a rare treat in places like this. So overall a great place to go but all the bells and whistles did nothing extra for me.

Was ok. Just wanted a bunless burger but they made it into a full salad. A nice touch but I just wanted the cheese and burger. Haha. Chips were a bit soggy this time. Not normally soggy. Cheese sauce good and mozzarella dippers lovely.

Went in on a whim and was throughly pleased with the overall experience. Good price for very tasty freshly made burgers and chips. I had beef, mrs had Chicken and both were excellent. Portion of chips was really good. Will definitely be coming back again

Ordered burgers and fries and chees sauce got NO BUrgers ! Called urban burger and the response was the driver must have had them! Absolutely disgusting response my kids are bouncing and I’m left trying to justify this abborent discard thanks urban burger

El dueño de la cadena iba personalmente de mesa en mesa, registrándose con cada invitado para asegurarse de que todo fuera a su satisfacción. Es raro ver una atención tan personalizada en restaurantes de cadena, y realmente hizo que la experiencia fuera especial. Ya sea que viaje por negocios, como yo, o en busca de un gran lugar para celebrar una ocasión especial con la familia, recomiendo este lugar. La combinación de comida increíble y un servicio atento hace que sea una visita obligada.

"I can't believe we haven't been here until today 😋😶‍🌫️" We popped in today on our way home, we had heard they do a decent veggie burger 🍔😀 so thought "let's give it a go" 😋 we both had a sml burger, picked our toppings, got a large paprika fries 🍟 to share (plenty!) and a refill drink. It came to just under £20 for us both. The burger and paprika fries 🍟🤤 were very good, one of the best veggie burgers I've had in a while, and I only added tomato 🍅, gherkin, Tomato and mustard sauce 🤩 The stores dining area was immaculate in terms of cleanliness! The lad in there was all over it! 💪💪💪🤩 Staff were friendly and the service was quick and easy. Massive range of refill flavours on the drinks machine. I can't wait to visit again 🍔🍟🤤🤩

Chicken burger was really nice, a change to beef but served the same. Chips ordered with paprika but came extra salty and we're really unedible, sadly they were binned. I was happy with my burger and thoroughly enjoyed, was too much hassle to complain about the chips as im deaf. Still, this is the first and only disappointment at Urban. Recommend visiting

Encontré este lugar ya que estaba buscando una buena hamburguesa cerca del hotel en el que nos alojábamos. El menú (y el aspecto del lugar) era muy parecido a Five Guys, pero yo diría que este lugar es mucho mejor! Tengo la hamburguesa de queso regular (doble) con algunos de los ingredientes incluidos (es bueno ver algunas opciones originales como pimienta y ensalada de col!). La carne estaba sabrosa y jugosa y era agradable ver que la cebolla a la parrilla estaba realmente cocida (a diferencia de sus competidores! ) Las patatas fritas eran muy agradables también, y los dos compartimos la porción regular y eso fue mucho. Hubo un problema con la hamburguesa de mi esposa, ya que agregaron cebolla en lugar de hongos, pero se lo mencioné y fueron muy educados y se disculparon y cocinaron una hamburguesa de reemplazo inmediatamente. Ambos tenemos batidos para llevar con nosotros que también eran muy agradables. Eran muy muy espesos y tenían buen sabor. Aunque a diferencia de su competidor utilizan jarabes para aromatizar en lugar de fruta real, etc. Pero todavía muy bueno y me compraría uno la próxima vez que visitemos. En general, tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí con comida de calidad y sin duda volvería. (¡Los precios también son más baratos que sus competidores!)

Found this place as I was searching for a good burger near the hotel we were staying in. The menu (and look of the place) was very much like Five Guys, but I would say that this place is much better! I got the regular (double) cheese burger with some of the included toppings (nice to see some original options like pepper and coleslaw!). The meat was tasty and juicy and it was nice to see that the grilled onion was actually cooked (unlike their competitors!) The fries were very nice too, and the two of us shared the regular portion and that was plenty. There was an issue with my wife's burger as they added onion instead of mushroom, but I mentioned it to them and they were very polite and apologised and cooked a replacement burger immediately. We both got milkshakes to take away with us which were also very nice. They were very very thick and had good flavour. Although unlike their competitor they use syrups for flavourings instead of real fruit etc. But still very good and I would buy one next time we visit. Overall we had a lovely meal here with quality food and would definitely come back. (The prices are also cheaper than their competitors!)

The taste of a fresh burger is unparalleled and Urban knows exactly how to make it. It’s been my favourite since I moved to Doncaster and every time I have family or friends visiting me, it’s the perfect place to take them to.

Ordered a veggie cheeseburger and it came without cheese

was sent to wrong address but driver did come to correct address after a phone call

When we got the food the bread was soggy and the some out chicken wasn’t cooked all the way we had to order for somewhere else as it wasn’t upto scratch I want a refund with this as I paid over 40 for the food in total I’ve booked in to the doctors as my belly is still not right with the quality

Food was cold and late. The salsa dip for the mozzarella sticks had leaked in the bag and to top things off there was a piece of plastic in the cheeseburger

The food arrived literally completely cold. The food was later than expected and clearly they had been waiting to pick up multiple orders at similar times. The burgers we ordered were also wrong (wrong toppings) they were covered in jalapeños which made the meal less enjoyable. We usually love Urban but this one was not good on both counts.

Best burgers in the area, proper staff who really do care. As an oldie my only quibble is sometimes the music is a bit loud

Offer stated “spend over £15 and get free mozzarella dippers” so I spent a few pounds more to make it £15 and I did not receive my free item 😒

Got my order completely wrong, but I soon rectified it. Foo delicious, best burger by far and paprika chips are amazing! Superb selection of drinks too.

The chips were not just cold but freezing and hard and very dry and the chicken in the bunless burger was also freezing very disappointing as I had assured friends it was a good place to eat!

Coca-Cola missing from my order. Restaurant states unlimited mix ins for milkshakes but you can only choose 3. Comments ignored asking for the extras and no option to add cream like in the restaurant itself. No straw provided for milkshake. Mozzarella sticks were cold. Chicken burger was nice but far too expensive for just that by itself and not quite worth the money. Disappointing.

Very tasty burgers & fries. Similar to a particularly Famous Inventive Very Excellent, Gastronomic Unctuous Yummy Seller of burgers & fries. Except these guys don't have hot dogs and you can get cheesy chips. Highly recommended!

Very much like Five Guys and would rate it similarly in terms of food quality and taste. They offer mixed milkshake flavours which I think is really cool and they actually make them nice and thick :) Staff are great, no matter who serves, always jokey and talkative. Prices are also very fair considering how much e.g. maccies is charging now. And of course its next to the lovely lakeside so you can go on a nice walk after you meal :)

I don’t know what has been changed with the chips; but they are awful! They are so dry…insanely bad!

Really appreciated the lovely gent called Andy who worked front of house today for bringing over a complimentary milk shake after overhearing it was our son’s birthday on our way in! We will be returning again. The food was delicious!
