Just discovered Urban burger and I am definitely late to the party! Amazing freshly made burgers and the option to add the extras of your choice Without doubt the UB hand cut fries are the best I've tasted Give it ago if you haven't tried yet

Foods alright one staff member in particular had an awful attitude was endlessly rude she was shouted from the back to serve us instead of coming to see what’s going on and serve us she just screamed what! Across the shop when she actually came to serve us I was sorting my son a baby out at the till while my friend ordered for us she was constantly rude to us while regularly throwing her arms around she then went on to have a go at a few of the staff members in there something that was awful to see

Han pasado muchos años desde que visitaron un local de hamburguesas como este, aparte de los puntos de comida rápida habituales. Ambos pedimos una hamburguesa de ternera similar, y la elección de chapuzones y extras en oferta era infinita. Las patatas estaban buenas aunque la próxima vez pediríamos la versión llana y menos picante y salada. Definitivamente se derriten en las hamburguesas que se ofrecen, y el batido de chocolate con leche completó una comida abundante. Todo por la suma razonable de alrededor de £ 30. Vale la pena mencionar a dos miembros del personal serviciales y expertos, Callum y Raph, por guiarnos a través del proceso de pedido.

Absolutely delicious the chips was very good sized, gorgeous milkshakes unmatched around here, and lovely brioche bun burgers and to top all this off the staff are so kind and helpful especially Natalie who served us

Had from you guys before at another site, so I ordered using just eat, food arrived on time, burger was good, now the bad bit, fries were overcooked and almost black, had to throw them away, onion rings were cold and only six in bag not eight, slightly disappointed seeing as this is a 'high end' alternative to 5 guys, it was almost near to closing time and I'm guessing I got the last remnants of the fries before they shut.

Very busy and can be confusing when ordering, if you dont visit often...food is good! Service is slow as it is a very busy place. Waste bins were full and looked untidy as everyone was placing their rubbish anywhere. But the food is tasty.

Order was missing a burger and we had to go and collect as just eat driver has absolutely fed himself, the young lady at the till who spoke over the phone and the final packer lady who was absolutely swept with orders prioritised our order for us to go and pick up. Me and my partner had the day from absolute hell and food going wrong wasn’t what was needed. Can’t say thankyou enough to them and the team !

food was cold chips over caked in paprika cheese sauce cold extra bacon was not therr either or the extra cheese not good

chips have easily been cooked 3 times manky cheese sauce isn't even the correct colour I'm very disappointed xxx

Food fantastic delivery driver shocking! Screaming down his phone on FaceTime to someone late at night on quiet street while kids in bed.

Collection was 17:50 arrived at 17:45 and was told 5 mins….waited until 18:05 to ask how long the order would be to find out it’s been sat on the side for 10/15 mins and no one had called our order out.

Burger was cold and no milkshake , rang up the shop they can’t replace the milkshake because it’s through just eat- ridiculous just pay for you own delivery drivers

Much better than McDonald's but more expensive as a result. It's like FiveGuys where burgers are made to order with your specific requirements. Many toppings to choose from. Large fries will feed 4 unless you are gready.

The restaurant let me make a collection order and took money when it was in fact closed!! I know it was a snowy weather, but despite that I got there no problem. You should block the order option when you’re unable to serve food. Very disappointed by that experience. Additionally, I still didn’t receive a refund!

¡Caro! Por una simple hamburguesa con papas fritas sin una bebida llegó a más de £ 10. Así que quería probar este lugar como nunca antes lo había hecho. Comida pedida, esperando comida, tienen una cocina abierta para que cualquier conversación se haga pública. No pude evitar sentirme involucrada cuando comenzaron a discutir sobre los pepinillos que se dejaban en su jugo (cuento largo corto) los pepinillos se han convertido en papilla. El culpable simplemente se desentendió y ni siquiera dijo perdón. Además de eso, continuaron usando los pepinillos húmedos. Así que me dieron mi comida, patatas fritas eran agradables aparte de ser demasiado salado! (Como wayyyy se está usando demasiada sal!) Comí unos cuantos, pero no pude terminarlos como comestibles. Burger era una empanada seca delgada, decepcionante por decir lo menos, los pepinillos mushosos lo empeoraron mucho. Primera y última vez que visite este lugar, no volverá! Decepcionante.

delivery driver was nice, the food was still warm but one of the sauces that came somehow got opened and spilled onto the food. it didn't ruin it though and was still very nice.

So bad, so greasy, had one bite, had to throw away, don’t feel great as a result. Really surprised, eaten in a few times, nearly Five Guys level… not tonight!

1st time ordering, and will definitely be back! As someone who is GF, it's a refreshing change to have the option of a naked burger in a bowl. It was well presented and absolutely delicious

Burgers of your own design. How many times do you open your burger in a box and remove the trimmings you do not want. NOT HERE. Order your style of burger then choose whether you want lettuce, onions ,tomato etc. Basically Build A Burger. Cooked to perfection and a bag of fries with a choice of paprika or salt. Only a limited choice of cold drinks and no hot ones so I nicked a star off service. All in all URBAN takes the burger experience to the next level.

Driver had said delivered but it hasn’t turned up

I just can't explain it...when you go into the restaurant it is one of the absolute best places in the area, but you order a delivery and it all goes to pot. I don't know if they have different staff taking care of online orders, or if they just don't care, but every time I've ordered for delivery there is something wrong with the order, and the order literally had 3 items so it shouldn't be difficult. Lesson learned, Urban is an order in store restaurant only.

Ordered burger and fries and the burger was not delivered. There’s no way to contact the store to ask them to rectify this. Rubbish very expensive and now he able to wait for 48 hours to see if I have my money back for something I didn’t receive.

Asked for extra Oreo’s in milkshake but arrived and there’s hardly any. Tastes like a plain vanilla milkshake with an occasional Oreo crumb

Great burgers just don't order through Uber eats. Took over 1hr to arrive and stone cold when it did

3 items missing from order. Basically driver kept one bag and delivered one bag. Rang shop straight away and told request refund. About time drivers took to task

URBAN Burger is by far my favourite place to eat. It is a Burger like no other, made fresh to order right in front of your very eyes. The burgers are not greasy and fill you up for a good while the atmosphere inside the restaurant is good to nice music playing and it is extremely clean all round.

Shocking service from urban them selves numerous items missing out of a £62 order and said they can’t do anything about it I have to contact just eat when it isn’t just eats fault it’s there’s. The number of halloumi in the portions we’re wrong.

Was okay not worth £10 a burger

Great little restaurant! Always great fresh food cooked to order in full view. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Especially Brenda! She is so friendly we look forward to going just to see her!

receipt was time stamped at 8pm and the food arrived over 40 minutes later, cold.

Top choice of burgers in the area, always a good time when you come here, good amount of options, large area for seating and overall lovely food. Not much to say as I’ve never had a bad experience here. Would highly recommend for a quick meal to go or even dining with friends, it’s has a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and tastes fresh!

This place never fails to satisfy. Great food every time. Never had a poor experience here.

So we’ve tried this place a couple of times and it is definitely a pick-up place only as delivery is abysmal. They often get salad options incorrect so keep an eye out for this.

Normally this place is awesome. Great portions and reasonable prices. My only complaint is the regular fries we received was not even half the bag. It was FAR less than a regular portion. I can only imagine these were the last of the current cooked batch? Need consistency with this, if not. Me and my wife normally share a portion but this was barely enough for one person. Shocking really. Burger was spot on. Really disappointed this time around.

Came with here with a peanut allergy and was served by Jacob who told me everything I needed to know. Never felt so reassured eating somewhere before. Food was incredible, cooked to order with fresh ingredients, service just as good. Best burger I’ve had in ages

Deliciosas, crujientes, papas fritas bien condimentadas, hamburguesas que se cocinan a la perfección y se desmoronan un poco más rápido de lo que puedes comerlas, que es como debería ser. El mayor problema es estar tentado a ir tan a menudo que se convierte en algo común.

Quality burger if a little on the expensive side, but nice to offer smaller sizes of burgers.

We stumbled upon this place after visiting Doncaster Dome and looking for somewhere to take our 4 year old for his birthday dinner. And, wow, what a fantastic find! The best burger I’ve ever had, freshly cooked to however you like it. Portions of chips are huge. My kids loved the refillable drinks with 100+ choices and the milkshakes were to die for. Not only that the staff were so friendly, a HUGE shout out to Russell who served us, he absolutely spoilt our two kids and was such a lovely man. We had such a great experience, despite living 30 minutes away we’ve all decided we’re not going to any other burger places again. If I could give this place 100 out of 10 I would. Thanks Russell and all the staff for a great time.

Can't speak to food. Only had milkshakes - regular Bischoff & regular cherry/banana mix . The cherry banana had a slightly artificial taste. But was thick & creamy. Staff were happy & helpful/pleasant. Location was clean. Tables were cleared immediately. Light & airy inside.

I would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to get a freshly prepared burger meal. My son gave it, not just a thumbs up, but an all 5 up. So it must have been good, whatever that is 🤭. I assumed he was high five-ing the best burger he'd eaten. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I've eaten here twice now and 100% will be coming back. My advice, if there are a couple of you getting chips, get a large and share. The atmosphere is relaxed and spacious. Its really nice...give it a go. Treat it as a meal out.

One burger was missing ,one was cold

The milkshake was spilt every were half of it left the burgers were both cold burnt buns not put together properly at all the chips were cold very unhappy with my ordered would not recommend food from here.

Far better than other fast food burger places. Really fresh burgers, love that you can build with as little or as much as you like. Chips are amazing, but really big portions. A small bag was easily enough for 2 people. Always very clean and staff are very friendly.

Food is always incredible here but think its over priced it cost me and my son nearly £30 for 2 burgers 1 chips and drinks! Staff are always so friendly and restaurant is clean

A great place I enjoyed the food. However a burger bar is just a burger bar,as fancy as you can make a place or it's products sometimes you just feel like it's all dress up. I had no issues with the time I spent here at all, it just seemed to be trying to hard to be something special. The staff were amazing though and were enjoying the interactions with customers which can be a rare treat in places like this. So overall a great place to go but all the bells and whistles did nothing extra for me.

Was ok. Just wanted a bunless burger but they made it into a full salad. A nice touch but I just wanted the cheese and burger. Haha. Chips were a bit soggy this time. Not normally soggy. Cheese sauce good and mozzarella dippers lovely.

Went in on a whim and was throughly pleased with the overall experience. Good price for very tasty freshly made burgers and chips. I had beef, mrs had Chicken and both were excellent. Portion of chips was really good. Will definitely be coming back again

El dueño de la cadena iba personalmente de mesa en mesa, registrándose con cada invitado para asegurarse de que todo fuera a su satisfacción. Es raro ver una atención tan personalizada en restaurantes de cadena, y realmente hizo que la experiencia fuera especial. Ya sea que viaje por negocios, como yo, o en busca de un gran lugar para celebrar una ocasión especial con la familia, recomiendo este lugar. La combinación de comida increíble y un servicio atento hace que sea una visita obligada.

"I can't believe we haven't been here until today 😋😶‍🌫️" We popped in today on our way home, we had heard they do a decent veggie burger 🍔😀 so thought "let's give it a go" 😋 we both had a sml burger, picked our toppings, got a large paprika fries 🍟 to share (plenty!) and a refill drink. It came to just under £20 for us both. The burger and paprika fries 🍟🤤 were very good, one of the best veggie burgers I've had in a while, and I only added tomato 🍅, gherkin, Tomato and mustard sauce 🤩 The stores dining area was immaculate in terms of cleanliness! The lad in there was all over it! 💪💪💪🤩 Staff were friendly and the service was quick and easy. Massive range of refill flavours on the drinks machine. I can't wait to visit again 🍔🍟🤤🤩

Chicken burger was really nice, a change to beef but served the same. Chips ordered with paprika but came extra salty and we're really unedible, sadly they were binned. I was happy with my burger and thoroughly enjoyed, was too much hassle to complain about the chips as im deaf. Still, this is the first and only disappointment at Urban. Recommend visiting
