Kfc in New Forest

Really delicious food, fresh and flavoursome. The chips were a little bit bland so we used salt from home to spice it up. Everyone enjoyed it and we will order again.

This place should be shut by local authorities - in a quiet day I was starving hungry so I thought I will have quick lunch from KFC and poped in , I have ordered chicken zinger box meal after waiting half and hour (I was the only person there) the slow boy prepared the food and it wasn't even a chicken zinger burger it was chicken sandwich burger! I was starting so I thought I sat down and have it quickly and get back to work . I tried to sit down but it was disgusting all over the shop . All seats were covered food and drinks , tables were all crumbs . I decide to go to toilet soon as I open the door floor were full of wee , I even saw a drug injection on the floor. ( I wish I have taking the pictures ) I will write to health and safety standards, trading standards. This place shouldn't be operating. How on earth they give them 5 star hygiene rate ! Disgusting place. Don't spend a penny in there. Go get a cheese sandwich it's much better than eating at KFC . Never ever again. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a chicken rice box NO CHICKEN IN THE BOX !!!!! Please answer your emails so we can sort this out !!! Bad service

I ordered hot wings and chicken. Once again they are the smallest hot wings and the smallest chicken pieces you could imagine. I have previously contacted KFC Customer services re this issue, and they agreed the sizes were unacceptable. But nothing seems to have been done. Last order when we had family over the chicken was swimming in grease. I do not know how this business keeps going.

Placed my small order ,2 bits of chicken and chips ,after waiting 45mins asked how much longer and was told sorry we put your order to one side and forgot about it .

Absolutely awful. No hygiene at all. The toilet had urine all over the floor, toilet roll clogging the sink, food all over the tables, floor was sticky. The manager had thick dirt on hands, face and hair (He was also cooking). To top it off the chicken was still pink.

My variety meal turned out to be 4 pieces of chicken and cold fries! The kansas bbq bites were dry and rough and frankly inedible.... The fillet tower meal was at least all correct but looked and tasted like it had been heated and reheated several times Customer service is pretty poor... I get that these teens need to start somewhere but for gods sake don't just leave them out the front with no support.... Long waits, wrong orders disgusting food! That sums it up

I went in with my daughter to get our meal. There was one girl working behind the counter who was not that busy. There weren't many customers yet we were asked to wait for a bit. Around 15 minutes later we were still waiting. The girl working just kept ignoring that we were there and there was also four guys working in the kitchen. I was appalled by the attitude this girl had and lack of service. My daughter and I had to walk out with no food. This has to be the worst fast food establishment around and has really put me off using KFC.

Absolutely horrible! that’s all i can say! this KFC if that’s what you wanna call it is disgraceful! we paid about £35 for our meals, which we ordered large for and they came out smaller then i’d ever seen them before! and not to mention we were waiting there for a good 40 minutes for our food which is ridiculous!!! not happy about this at all, i will not be coming back again unless they sort it out!

Lets put aside, the dry, stale and often inedible chicken to one side. Lets not mention that EVERY order I have ever made at this brnch has been wrong with items missing. Lets not even talk about the miserable and rude teenage staff. Who are unsupport by any visable managent. For the third time in three weeks KFC have taken my order via Uber Eats then after 3 hours cancelled it, due to not being able to get a driver! DONT TAKE ORDERS IF YOU CLEARLY DONT HAVE A DRIVER, I HAVE NOW WASTED NEARLY 10 HOURS OF MY LIFE WAITING FOR FOOD THAT WAS NEVER COMING. DISGRACFULL WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I came in wanting to order a meal after work there was 3 people behind the counter I was the only person in the que and I was standing there for 5-10 minutes waiting they didn’t even acknowledge me, they only had 3 order on the screen and the women working there didn’t even look like she was doing anything just standing there pretending to clean, I left the shop without ordering as I was stood there so long, will definitely never be coming here again

Without a doubt this is the worst KFC I have ever ordered from, they regularly get the order wrong, extremely long wait time even when they have next to no customers.

this is the worst KFC i have ever had, full of grease always forgets stuff on orders just terrible. when i took it home the chicken was not cooked and my child nearly ate this. how are you sending out uncooked chicken. it could kill someone.

Joined the que to order but they were having problems and as there was nearly four waiting and the person that can count was on a break ,after waiting 20 mins gave up went up the chippy got my food came back and took a look and they where still only half way down the que of 4 ,the person that could count bits of chicken was still on his break

went in last night for bucket of fillet strips the lady ignored me for about five min when i asked to be served she informed me that i had to wait until the order on the screen were dealt with i tried to tell her the orders wont go down as people were ordering on the screen as they came in all i got back was you will have to wait and that was from the so call manager the place is a disgrace and not customer friendly will never visit again and would advise other people not to

I like KFC and this is my closest branch. However, its also the worst I've ever been to for both speed of service and quality of food cooked. The quickest is usually about half an hour after you've ordered but has been well over an hour - THAT'S NOT EXACTLY FAST FOOD!!! Chicken usually over-cooked and chips commonly tepid although occasionally hot. Several times driven a further 20 mile round trip to avoid this branch.

After fireworks my daughter went to kfc with her husband n 2 sons order taken asked eat in or takeaway. Said eat in then to be told no seating as management shutting eating area down. Give me strength why ask if no where to eat in ‍♀️!!!!!!!!! Also fast food ‍♀️Slow food would I recommend NO specially if ya hungry. Staff were unhelpful n rude. No customer service skills. Debbie

He comido aquí varias veces y nunca ha fallado en decepcionar. Es de esperar que KFC sea KFC pero no aquí. Me gusta un buen pedazo de pollo crujiente, pero la comida siempre es extremadamente aceitosa, ¿posiblemente porque la temperatura del aceite no es lo suficientemente alta? Every time I use this KFC there is always a problem. I arrived at 9-35pm to put an order in for myself and my work colleagues. They told me they had no chicken fillets left or no gravy sides. I asked if they could cook some fillets and they said “NO” as we close at 10pm. I pointed out that their website said 11pm but they had no interest and absolutely no customer care. The service is atrocious and I have yet to receive a full order with everything there. Will not be returning ever.

Fasg food and service by counter staff. Food arrived quickly. Fresh and piping hot. Clean shop. Busy with customers.

How is this place still in business?.. I went there last Saturday evening the girl “serving “ spent at least 15 minutes ignoring me whilst she slowly meandered between the till and serving hatch. I brought the boneless box and extra drinks this took 25 minutes to cook I’m not convinced the chips had been introduced to the fryer as they were cold and soggy the chicken was over cooked and dry. The restaurant was filthy the serving hatch where cooked food awaits was full of chips, the staff have no idea whatsoever of customer service. Safe to say I’m never going there again it surprises me reading the appalling reviews on here that nobody from kfc has done anything to rectify this.

A mis hijos pequeños les encanta ir a KFC, pero ahora manejamos los 25 minutos en automóvil de Southampton para ir a KFC, ya que la comida aquí es muy mala. No sé cómo se equivocan, pero el pollo no está crujiente y las hamburguesas son igual de pobres.

Having ordered a Mighty box for one and a Boneless box for one, it was very surprising they managed to get the order wrong, only 2 people in the place and still can't get it right, what happens when they are busy!

Well we tried it again, but it was awful, for a start there was no one to take your orders, so i asked "IS ANY ONE SERVING" and the young man behind said quite simply NO, and there were lots of people waiting for their meals and so we quite simply WALKED OUT.

Always freshly cooked, no missed orders and very clean! Plenty of seating if eating in! Parking a bit iffy....but otherwise great food.

Mis visitas anteriores aquí no han sido demasiado para escribir, de hecho, no las he visitado en meses. Usamos este kfc ya que es el más cercano a casa, así que se lo puede quitar, siempre tiene un ambiente malo y tener que esperar tanto tiempo. Había otras 3 personas esperando antes de nosotros y cuando pedimos que escuchamos un grito El hombre detrás de la cocina Freidoras ." no más pollo por 20 minutos "agresivamente. Sólo esperamos unos 7 minutos, pero otra dama que servían antes de nosotros todavía estaba esperando y nos tomamos nuestra comida! No es un lugar agradable para estar y comería allí! Patatas fritas siempre parece tan frío y viejo, pero el pollo es bueno.

Dear KFC management Please teach your staff how to be polite, happy, how to fry chicken and chips and most of all, hygiene. I would go to kebab house a few doors along. Horrible!😡😷

Bueno, tuvimos un par de visitas antes, ambos han sido contaminado, pero no 2 hija nos dio de nuevo así que estuvieron agobiando. El pollo estaba bien, pero las fichas no eran muy agradable, cálido y va como correosos. El personal parecía distraído, buscarle el mismo estándar como otros restaurantes de comida rápida. Seguirá utilizando esta rama sólo en caso de emergencia, a ser honesto personalmente prefiero cocinar en casa.

Mal comida cocinada, a menudo frío, mal organizados y servicio de atención al cliente inexistente. Las instalaciones sucias y mesas no aclaradas. Obviamente mal gestionado. Ir al desagüe y cuanto antes mejor. Le aconsejo que no use este sitio.

Buen personal pero no mantenerse en la cima de limpieza donde la gente viene a comer y la comida está bien, no siempre caliente, y te cobran la tierra.

We have given this place the benefit of the doubt on several occasions but this time I lost the will to live.After finally getting to the head of a queue, moving at a glacial pace, I was told that there would be "at least a 10 minute wait for chicken". This was because one of the fryers was broken. I'm sorry but on a Friday in a "Fast Food" joint this is pretty lame.

Was nice and hot and the staff were very chatty. Nice little local chicken shop. Thanks. Will definitely come again.

Restaurant was an absolute mess with dirty trays left on every table, bins overflowing, they had completed run out if napkins and the staff were rude. When I was finally served, I think it was by the Supervisor as he openly told the other staff to stop offering extras like "do you wanna go large " as they were too busy. When I asked a question about a certain meal he looked at the que behind me and just said no. He was so rude! We're regular customers of kfc but this was the worst experience of their restaurants ever. Thankfully we were only visiting the area so this isn't our usual restaurant. I believe this is a fairly new kfc in the area but the manager needs a shake!

Been to quite a few KFCs and generally love their food. This on the other hand is awful. Nothing even remotely crispy in sight just drowned in oil.

My family love a KFC and travel to Redbridge to get one as this restaurant is terrible the food never tastes right they always seem hugely understaffed and it's so dirty I'm amazed the health inspectors haven't looked into itI would be ashamed to work there and feel the sooner it goes the better as it has nothing to offer the area and is a massive letdown compared to other kfcs

Very poor, the chicken was overcooked, the crispy crust, was burnt. I would not recommend this fast food restaurant, unless you are desperate for something to eat.

The filth in this place is disgusting, had to go to every table just to find one that didn't have drink or sauce all over it, even when we did find a table it had chips scattered over it, I work in catering and I can honestly say if we left our tea room in the same state as this KFC we would be in big trouble, how hard is it to pick up a cloth and wipe a few tables?! Seriously?! The lad behind the counter was just stood there twiddling his thumbs.. It baffled me! Even the bin had what looked like toffee sauce dripping down the side so no I didn't put my rubbish in the bin.. Only because of that reason! Never have I ever been to a dirtier fast food outlet, and to think this would be one of the quieter ones! Joke! Maybe the food hygiene inspectors need to do a random check up.. Maybe that will help?!

Every time I decide to eat this KFC restaurant, the chicken is always burnt. They over produce the food and leave it under the heaters. By the time it is served the food is cremated! The many times I have been here it is always burnt. Disgusting.

Had a treat, or at least wanted one... ordered 4 crispy strips and a caramel latte.. what a joke. latte was actually cold. How can you manage that.. gifted. The chips were cold and looked at least a week old.. the chicken. Well what can I say. As I bit into it I felt a wetness., like water dropping from it. Really... and I paid good money for this. It wasn't a bush tucker trial.. utter rubbish... I didn't really think it could get any worse. I well IT DID

Like most fast food lovers, KFC is undoubtedly a favourite of mine.. However this branch is a bit far fetched to say the least, to my knowledge KFC has strict guidelines in place, as to how long food can be kept after cooking. But somehow this does not apply to the branch in holbury. First up is the chicken.. the most loved and of course the most important part of any KFC experience. We all know this is deep fried chicken!! ( Hence why we all love it so much:) So we expect greasy fingers to a point.. That's why we get lemon scented wipes.. But this is a different level of greasy.. Almost to the point where you think it's Just been cooked and then microwaved! There's no crunch just a sluggish batter. The chips are always stone cold and reheated. And the worst part of all is ..They are always out of gravy!! Which to a true KFC lover is absolutely unforgivable! The staff employed here are like they live in a different time zone.. Complete lack of interest and the customer service is just non existent .. But drive another few miles and you'll get a KFC worth waiting for. Trust me It's worth the wait!

After having 2 previous really bad experiences a friend convinced me to try this joke of a place again. Once again the wait was epic, when my order was finally ready we got home to find the cold thrown together items were not even what we ordered. Not worth complaining in there as the staff clearly don't care.

I adore Kfc. The last couple of times have been really good. Freshly cooked non fatty or greasy chicken. Can't stand the fries need to bring back proper chips like before. Corn on the cob lush. Staff need to check salt, pepper, tissues, hand wipes and sauces as nearly always missing! But other then that lovely!

lovely meal and the meal for one with 2 strips of breast...2 pieces of chicken...chips and 2 hot wings was excellent,and also you get a drink too...really good value and the place was clean and tidy with empty bins

Why I did I ever return? I have never experienced a reasonable level of service in this establishment. I got to the front of the queue and then had to wait over 5 minutes before having my order taken, in the meantime the 2 girls behind the counter had a conversation, then one had a little tidy up then another conversation. They then took my order, no apologies for the wait. Meanwhile a large queue to the door had developed and they were then both moaning about how busy they are. Don't forget its the customer who pays the staff wages. Once the order had been passed over the counter, low and behold the order was wrong.

We decided to have a KFC tonight as a treat, ordered a 10 piece bucket and a trilogy box meal. When I started eating the chips, they were good for a change, very fresh and crispy. However the bucket was a different story, filled with 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs, I ate two thighs, but really don't like dark meat and gave up then after thinking they. May be breast. Outer coating was very dark as thought it had been re heated.. My sons box meal had a zinger burger in that he found too hot to eat! Waste of money! They know what they are putting in the bucket! I feel cheated.

Kentucky failed chickenMy partner and I rarely delve into the world of fast food therefore it was a convenient treat to be stopping at the kfc located in Holbury.We entered the premises to be met by a very select portion of the local community whom seemed more than offended that they actually had to serve someone. I ordered the two chicken fillet meals and was incredulous at how many times the word "like" could be used in one sentence. Also the manner in which the English language had been modified to the point where all vowels had been replaced with grunts and moans was quite novel and actually entertaining.Anyway I digress. The two "fillet burgers" duly arrived. The colonels age old recipe really did take me by surprise. The outer crispy coating was anything but crispy. We agreed that the oil used to fry said burger must have run dry and that the staff must have duly replaced the oil with water. Bless them. Kentucky boiled chicken was closer the truth.Honestly it was food that was unfit to be called food. Drift wood probably tastes better. There are foxes out there whom if faced with a chicken coup full of these so called burgers whom would turn their noses up and run for the nearest road kill. All in all it was quite an ordeal and had I had some kind of urban dictionary I surely would have attempted to return the said food. The tables were in a disgusting state, a young girl hastily elevated a cloth about 1cm above each table surface creating the illusion of toil. If she had put the same ammount of effort into her work as she had putting her face on that morning then the establishment could surely have been in the running for a michelin star.Please, please, if you value your health and have a valued image of today's youth do not visit this place.

It's not often i feel sufficiently aggrieved to review a fast food joint. After all it would be a useful way of boosting my reviews if I listed every burger joint and chicken outlet I have ever dined at. Which is why I only go for special places and this is indeed a special one.the tables were all, all, filthy, discarded food, drinks cartons, trays etc. etc. Bins over flowing. Local pond life just sitting around playing phones. The lad serving us did his best but the chef/ boss completely ballsed up the order and left us with no dips, sauces or condiments or indeed anything to clean ourselves up with. Good job we were taking home as one couldn't have eaten safely in this pigsty. Avoid. Avoid like the plague. they don't care and why should you!
