Visited the location as part of a family trip, and visited the venue on a Monday evening around 1900hrs. The tables were clean and there was no fighting for a group of 5 of us to sit at. However there were limited large tables at the venue. Whilst the partner ordered the food, the children used the toilets which sadly required cleaning & were not the cleanest at the time of the visit. After a 10 minute wait all the food was ready to collect, as hot as lava. All looking amazingly fresh however the hot wings looked a little on the dry side. Sadly at the venue the car park is restricted to 60 minutes parking, so felt a little rushed when as a family of 5 eating could easily do with an extra 30 minutes just to save the rush.

Got a party bucket £34, the bucket was mostly legs (2peices of normal chicken) and it was all under cooked the skin was so soggy, I expect better, I had to pull up an wait for this crap, but I would have happily waited longer for cooked crispy chicken and something other than legs

Very nice service as always, I love coming here with my partner we always enjoy the food much better than the others

I have ordered from on Uber Eats from this store three times and I will not use it again. Every time my order has had the wrong items or had items missing.

I never sit inside here, I feel sorry for the staff as I know they have trouble with troublemaking youngsters. But for drive-through we're usually served pretty quickly. It's not the best KFC to be honest, food is really inconsistent, for example sometimes the gravy is stodgy like a gel and the next day it's water. Staff quite often seem overwhelmed with issues, I don't know due to supply issues or management or both. Ordering through an app is another story. 4 out of 5 times things are missing, or replaced without notification.

We visited this KFC last night with 2 adults and 5 teenagers after going go karting This has put me off going to a KFC again The toilets were disgusting and stank of urine there was only the disabled toilet open the others were out of order Very disinterested and rude staff not a smile between them all standing around chatting didn’t get the right food one order took ages and then they realised they hadn’t done it Food was Luke warm It was a total waste of £50 a truly horrible experience and for that i will never spend my money in a KFC again, especially not this one!!!

Not been for ages, won't go again either! tables were dirty, floor full of rubbish. Then an employee came out with a mop & bucket! on my life! the water and mop were filthy black, they made the floor dirtier if anything. Stick to Maccies at least it's clean

I've never had a bad experience in LATCHFORD KFC WARRINGTON. on this occasion, we were served quickly and prompt. Served with a smile by a very welcoming girl - I think called Meera. She was polite and efficient and clean. -( it may sound awful to say but some fast food places have dirty looking server's with dirty hands/nails/bitten or dirty nails.) Meera was very well presented and dealt with my order with speed and accuracy. Tables were tidy and atmosphere pleasant. Food was hot and tasty and well presented. Burger was in shape and looked like I expected. Will be back :)

NEVER AGAIN! cups are overfilled with the drink and not closed properly, sh*thole on the table and the floor, wrong orders and not marked up which is which. shocking! never again!

Came here for a birthday treat with family its the only kfc I'd go to as it's the best one I've been to as the food here ie tastier then other kfcs

When will i learn! Due to the close proximity of the kfc to my house when you fancy some fried chicken i seem to forget how bad it is , well this will be my final visit now to this shambles. Arrived to drive through menu wasnt even lit up, I told the staff at the speaker to which young girl replied not our fault we dont control it! Who the hell does ? Bloody god? Anyway ordered 2 mighty buckets for one , was told they had no drinks whatsoever ( how can a kfc run out of chicken and drinks ) Got the meals home literally everything slung in the box with about 6 chips , chicken strips all broken. Dear god please sort your food premises out its beyond a joke now , not that ill be back

Got to this KFC at 9pm to be told they stop doing krushems at 8:30 despite being open till 10pm and they only had 3 sides available. We ordered a boneless banquet and a mega box which were simply thrown into the box and not in the normal packaging I had received elsewhere. We were also told there was no hot wings for the mega box and we would get two zinger burgers instead. We opened the mega box and it had two zinger pieces of chicken a boneless piece and a leg. No burger insight. Wont go back and id advise avoiding.

Simply no chicken in a Kentucky Fried Chicken place. You would assume that this would be the last thing they run out of

Qued 15 minutes to order to then wait over 30 mins for food! Food then wrong so had to wait a further 15 mins for them to correct the order. We won't be going again we will just go mcdonalds in future!

I don’t do this cause I find it sad! But I’m fuming twice I’ve been and spoken to like muck! I waited 10 mins at the menu for someone to take my order, no reply so I drove to the first window, there was a sticker on the window to say drive round to second window, when I got there the girl taken the Order had to point out I should have waited so I explain we had for 10 minutes with no answer so she proceeded to take my order making it very difficult for us to place, can I have a 3 price chicken meal please, nothing! Can you make it large, couldn’t be arsed asking me what drink so I had to tell her that, same for second order etc it was like pulling teeth my meal came and I said could we have some straws and wipes, attitude because she had to get them, do you have some salt please. No we don’t and shut the window, so I parked up looked in the bag no chips!!!! Ffs so I went in to store we’re they were all sniggering, could I have my Chips please, yes of course another girl said also do you have salt of corse she said sniggering, at that point I said I think you need to have a word with the girl on the till as she won’t provide us with salt, napkins wipe etc! Disgusting service!

This place is a shambles. We waited 25 minutes for 3 box meals. Once we got home we discovered all of the side orders were wrong. They ran out of hot wings while we were there, and substituted a piece of chicken for the hot wings without telling us. I find it hard to understand how this restaurant can consistently find a way to mess orders up, but they do, every time!

I should have learned from the first 2 attempts at uber delivery, but I needed KFC and wasn't thinking straight. 3 deliveries so far always cold always no napkins or salt or forks Never with a fully completed order. Always in the same really poor at keeping anything hot cardboard packaging. On this ocasion 4 x wings all so cold they tasted stale and had shrunk to quail size A piece of chicken, warm ish A zinger tower burger so cold the hash brown was the same temperature as the sauce on it Fries that are so cold they could be a form of mulched carboard. No cutlery for the coleslaw No napkins No Salt Fair play to the driver he got here in under 3 minutes. so this is really a holding temperature issue at the Store. If it isnt that, its a packaging issue at the store. Frustratingly when I complain they offer a refund on food, not the entire expense you go to for the service. But lets face it the service is generally as poor if you go to the Drive thru window too! But thats a whole different story. And seems to encompass service in every KFC in Warrington.

Usual unfriendly order placed in drive through, got the order fairly quickly but once I'd drove off and stopped to eat we noticed they missed the essentials. No salt, wipes/tissues, straws or fork for the beans. Should have known and gone elsewhere. Food was edible.

I’ve just returned from a visit here bc after working a 12 hour shift - went to drive through and no one was on the window where you normally order. I waited over five minutes then proceeded to the main window where a man in headset asked me what I wanted. I gave him my order only to be told “you’ll have to go around the drive through as I’m not allowed to take orders from here. I explained I’d already done that and no one was on the drive in desk - he said there’s nothing he could do I’d either have to go inside to order or go around again. By now there were plenty of cars queuing so I said I’ll go inside. I parked up and went inside - a young girl was behind the counter and ignoring customers- I asked if I could order some food and she said she was “sick of rude customers and if I wanted to see a manager she’d call one quoting “I’m 17 and your another rude customer who I gave to deal with” I was speechless she shouted “what do you want” I gave my order and another older lady came over to take my order - I found the younger girls attitude extremely aggressive and said don’t bother I’ll go some where else. I ended up driving home and going to Dominoes at Birchwood where I received a warm welcome and excellent service. If you want a KFC in Warrington don’t bother with this one the customer service level is non existent- go to the one near the hospital where the staff attitude is great and your not treated like you’ve committed a crime.I work in a job where high levels of customer service are needed and understand the pressures of dealing with the public - but at the end of the day there is no excuse for aggression and rudeness bordering on verbal abuse. This place used to be good but not any more. I am shocked. I won’t be spending my hard earned money here anymore.

Love KFC but almost everytime we have visited the drive through here there has been something wrong or something missing on the order. I usually drive around to a parking bay to check the order but then to go in to rectify the order takes forever to be served meaning that the rest of the food is going cold

No chips. 6th time this has happened.Checked the receipt, told the lady at the window - nothing.Not a word was spoken to me. They really don't care and have no training in customer service.Very poor. Just been your kfc in latchford stoned cold food needs shutdown won’t be. Using the place again I definitely won’t be using the place again

I went to this KFC tonight, foolishly, after several uninspiring visits. Having stood in the queue, watching two teenagers stand staring into space and seeing nobody being served chicken (except the people at the drive thru), I asked if anyone was serving. I was told they were short staffed by a young lady who was coming out to re-stock the napkins which hadnt even run out!! I walked out in disgust at the unbelievably poor service and will never go back. I would add that even when we did manage to get some chicken from this KFC it was incredibly hit and miss - often very dry and small pieces with hardly any coating, and the mini fillets changed in size so much it was a joke. I have seen the staff on more than one occasion buying chicken thighs from the neighbouring LIDL. They also serve parts of the chicken which KFC do not have on the menu - they use the rib cage of the chicken which looks huge at first, with the coating on, but when you try to eat it there is no chicken!! AVOID THIS KFC it is truly appalling!!!!!!

food is always fine but always have to check the order before I leave because it's nearly always wrong. The people working there are very young and it's not their fault that there is no leadership. Kids hang around in gangs in there, which is quite intimidating.

Googled opening times of kfc it said open till 11pm on sundays when we got there at 10.05pm we could see 2 people cleaning the floors so we went through the drive through waited at the window no one came out or told us they was shut wasnt impressed has I had drove from the other side of warrington. Definitely need to alter the times on their site has I had a wasted journey

This location was my first KFC.

Called on an off chance on the way home. Very clean inside. Food was served hot and fast. Was no shortage of items which I have had at other sites. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Arrived after long trip overseas. Waited about 10 minutes as there was no one behind the counter. Finally got served. No apology even when mentioning the long wait. Long wait for food. No knives and forks for rice box and rude staff reply when asked foe as not provided on tray. They had run out. Requested to speak to manager. Long wait to see manager while staff member serving loudly complained to manager about rude customer! Refund given on rice box. Awful service for mediocre fast food. Never again.

So went through the drive through spent nearly £30 to get home and find my daughters food was missing. Called to complain. Their offer was to go back for it. Great , it’s 15minutes away so spent another 30 mins in the car to get what I should have been given in the first place. I will always check now before driving home

Last few times the Krushem machine has not been working. How about investing in some sort of sign so that customers know the machine is not working BEFORE waiting in a slow moving queue !!! Or even better, get a machine that works!

After my visit to KFC in Latchford today I can safely say I won’t be returning. Firstly it shouldn’t be called fast food - I was 2nd in a queue of 2 but still stood waiting 10 minutes to be served as only one person was behind the counter while other staff were stood around in the food prep area doing nothing and one guy walked around the restaurant sweeping up. When I finally got asked for my order which was for two rice boxes I was told they had no rice. This is not the first time this restaurant has run out of food. The staff in this restaurant all look as if they would rather be somewhere else and couldn’t care less. How hard is it to keep your stock topped up especially the main products of the business. I would not recommend this “slow food” outlet to anyone

The drive through here is exceptionally quick ! Ordered a bucket with extras and drinks and it was ready virtually by the time we drove round the corner. I’m not a big fan of KFC but my partner said the chicken was very good ,tender and hot. After a football match it was more filling than other takeaway options.

Visited KFC Latchford a few days ago for our lunch. Upon entering restaurant, there was a horrible unhygienic smell that was very strong and the restaurant was relatively quiet as we had turned up just before lunch hour. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes before we got served, despite finally getting the cashier's attention we waited for a while. Once we ordered, we had to wait a further 5 minutes (despite our food was ready to be served). We saw people walking out due to the wait. We then had to eat outside in the cold because of the horrific smell. We saw a large amount of litter everywhere near the bins, benches, entrance, etc. Have emailed our concerns to KFC through their website and I'm rather unsatisfied they are taking my concerns seriously enough. We have asked for compensation on thee occasions (through their website, with entering the same details each time you send a message as you cannot reply to their original email).Overall, although the food is tasty and I enjoyed the meal somewhat, the staff we were dealt with have really let themselves down alongside with the complaints department. Its a good job I have photographic evidence of the state of the restaurant.Be warned.

I've had bad experiences with this dump before, but kept giving it chance after chance due to working late and being so close to home. Saves me cooking! But tonight they couldn't even be bothered to put a bit of chicken in a wrap! Miserable staff who obviously haven't been trained in customer service! Also with the staff in uniform smoking in public view, not good kfc! Sort your team out!

My son loves this place, the staff well one girl in particular is really friendly. The milkshake machine, and ice cream machine rarely seems to work.

Always had fairly good meals from this place, always much more better quality then winwick place. We stopped here on the way home from working in the area. When we went in there was food all over the floor and it generally looked messy. We ordered our food and took it to the car to eat. The chips looked disgusting and were completely cold. I handed my husband his burger which felt cold to me and I asked him to try it. All the food was cold. We took it back straight away and I asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation and said I would just like a refund. I was asked if I had a receipt which I hadn't, but was unsure where else I could have bought a KFC meal from ???? The refund was processed efficiently but it was only when I started to look at the receipt so I could review on here that I also realised that my order was wrong as well. They obviously dont listen to any feedback given or just dont care.

Used this KFC a couple of times. Never busy when I visit, but it is around 8pm.Tastes like any other KFC, not the best KFC I've ever had, but certainly not the worst KFC experience either.Never had bad food or service.

My second visit to this particular KFC. On my first visit there was no chicken breast pieces available in the chicken meal. A couple of months later and they are consistent if nothing else. Still no breast pieces available. I don't think I'll risk a third visit

Didn't listen properly to my order so I had to rectify the mistake .I asked for cutlery as I had ordered the rice box and was told at the next window I then had to ask them for it then ask for a straw and was hand a spoon/fork by the member of staff with him holding the eating end! Having wiped it clean I settled down to eat my lunch only to find a hair in my chips! Every time I come here I am put off coming again for several months

visited this store on a few occasions and its just appauling cold food wrong orders and dont get me started on tr drive through with its lack of straws and napkins that they aleays claim "are in the bag" then there are the time they have no chicken yes thats right no chicken in a chicken take away id sooner deive across town to the winwick branch and get decent food

Bought a 10 piece bargain bucket from this outlet - when I got it home I realised that there was NO chicken breast pieces in the bucket. When I rang to complain the girl advised me that this was normal as they only get 2 breasts for every 18 pieces of chicken they receive!!! I got no apology at all - I think that we should be told if we are not getting what is advertised. AND the last time I saw a chicken it had 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 legs!!! What a rip off.

staff are fine and hard working.The food is what you would expect.I could smell the fryers before I got anywhere near the KFC.To be fair to anyone reading this it is exactly what you would expect of this type of place so I can grumble, but batter was soggy and food only warm. Sorry KFC but can tell lies on this site, people rely on it.

Been here on several occasions and each time always missed stuff out got a bucket never got any fries second time food was cold last time we went didnt put the gravy or popcorn chicken in we paid for would definitely advise going in and not using the drive thru wasnt worth us driving back spend more in petrol and the food would of gone cold anyway would use the winick road one more than this if you could get there
