This place needs shutting down, £32 order for food for it not too be delivered call them up and the kids like yeah just eat have robbed it," it happens a lot on the weekend" ???????????????????????????????. UNREAL

Me and my friend decided to go to this KFC as we were flying out on holiday the next day, we got there and ordered. The service was quick but the food had so much grease coming off it, you could tell it wasn't cooked properly. We cut a chicken wing open and it looked cooked at first. When we had eaten and got back, we were on and off the toilet all night because we basically had food poisoning. We will NEVER visit here again.

Eventually delivered to us after KFC’s website repeatedly rejected our order. We ordered a ‘Chinese’ as we couldn’t wait forever but then without notice KFC emailed to say that the food was on the way! On arrival from the Litherland branch it was noticeable that the portions were smaller than usual and were lukewarm, flavourless and without the ‘crisp’ element. Price up - quality down! All in all, very disappointing.

Paid £46 for food that’s not even in the bag, absolute disgrace, imagine buying food for a family to not feed everyone.

Worst KFC I have ever been to in my life. Staff aren’t sure about anything and the food hygiene is the lowest I have ever seen,litter all over the floor when arrived also I asked about the veggie options and the staff didn’t help at all very rude in response. I hope this place becomes clean and sorts it’s food out because the location is great

I knew it was a risk ordering here but thought that by law of odds i was due a correct order. Tonight they have surpassed themselves. Not a single thing was correct. The place is a joke. The chicken was s*ite. If your job consists of putting chicken in a bag and you cant even fathom that out then that is the precise reason you have a bad job.

Pedí mi comida en KFC Litherland Liverpool hoy a las 17: 04, orden 9034. Como resultado, mi familia tomó un té y yo no. Solo porque el tipo no se molestó en poner mi hamburguesa. No puedo culpar a las prisas, ya que yo solo era un cliente en la tienda en ese momento. Muy molesto y decepcionante. ¡Revise su pedido antes de recogerlo! .

Llamé de camino a casa, pero deseé no haberlo hecho. Pedimos una comida Twister y una comida de caja mixta. La orden tomó años a pesar de que inicialmente solo había dos personas esperando. ¡Una señora que fue servida después de nosotros consiguió su comida primero! Conseguí la comida pero no bebidas. Cuando se le preguntó dónde estaban las bebidas, la respuesta fue: ¿qué? Voy a hacer por separado? ’Sin servicio al cliente u organización. Los dos detrás del mostrador simplemente no trabajan juntos. Entonces continuaron sirviendo a otros clientes mientras esperábamos las bebidas. Eventualmente obtuvimos las bebidas, pero lo que debería haber sucedido es que una persona debería haber tomado bebidas mientras que la otra había tomado alimentos. Por lo tanto, cada comida se habría terminado en secuencia. Me alegro de que no comimos por dentro. El tamaño de la porción de la comida del tornado no era bueno. Parece que usaron mini tortilla ya que el tornado era pequeño. La bolsa de papas tenía aproximadamente 10 papas en cada bolsa. Caro y no es un buen valor. Lo único bueno fue la olla de salsa! No lo recomendaría y no volveré. La gente no desperdicia tu dinero. Apoye un café local en su lugar.

The place was empty and every table was dirty,the floor had food and rubbish everywhere,I asked a member of staff could they clean a table so we could sit down and she told me very rudely that I would have to wait as they’ve been very busy! Discussing service,will not be going back there

Ordered a delivery from here over the weekend, one hour and £35.00 later it turned up, chicken was soggy and undercooked!!! needless to say it went in the bin, wouldn't even give it to the dog! Seriously how can you undercook KFC chicken and then cover it in grease to make it soggy! one word DISGUSTING! cant say it's a one off unfortunately as even when you go into the takeaway itself it's bad, thought over the months of not going it would have improved, unfortunately I was wrong, will never eat or order from here ever again !! would have rated this no stars but unfortunately you aren't given the option to do this on here, hence the one star, as that was the lowest I could give....

Went to KFC tonight to get dinner for 6 of us. Went through the drive through and was told to wait in the car park for my order. Waited 25 minutes then asked a member of staff who came to serve another customer how long my order would be. I was told 5 more minutes. I waited 5 minutes then went inside to ask for my money back as I couldn’t wait any longer. There were customers everywhere waiting for food and staff behind the counter, quite frankly doing very little. I asked for my money back, it took a further 10 minutes for the manager to come round to the till and sort it out. Did I get an apology? No! To be honest I don’t think any of the staff could care less! I won’t be returning.

Fui ayer al camino, pedí 3 comidas y cuando el muchacho me pasó la comida le pregunté si eso era definitivamente todo a lo que respondió "sí". Estúpidamente no lo comprobé, solo creí que había puesto todo la orden en la bolsa (tonto). Conduje a casa y una vez que llegué me di cuenta de que faltaba una hamburguesa de filete. Tuve que conducir todo el camino de regreso, no se molestaron en absoluto, me dieron otra hamburguesa de filete pero no me disculpo nada. Para cuando llegué a casa la comida estaba helada, las bebidas eran planas y de mala calidad de todos modos, incluso si hubiera estado caliente. Una pérdida de 20 libras extrañas, definitivamente no volveré a ir, fue una hora fuera de mi vida. Nunca volveré.

Arrived home to find part of the order missing, returned to kfc to get the missing food I should have just tossed the lot in the bin. No apology or offer to refresh the whole order. Result mostly cold food and flat drinks. Won't waste anymore time or money at KFC.

25 minutes for a boneless banquet and a burger, part of the order missing so had to go back up to the till. The service is shocking, and the people behind the till don’t seem to care, but to be fair they don’t seem to get much help from the manager who left another member of staff to deal with 2 complaints that were being dealt with at the till, to go back in the office.

I love a good KFC but this place is the pits. The place was filthy and full of flys. The food was cold and tasted like something I can’t even describe. The chips tasted of dirt. The place was fairly empty and obviously the food had just been hanging around for ages. I had a twister thing and urghhhh. No ice cream cos the machine had broken down. The wife had a 3 piece chicken meal and left most of it. Didn’t even have ant bbq sauce. Never again will I go here.

Came here tonight for kfc. Whole place covered in flies. The flies were all round bins outside and when we went to order were in the kitchen area flying around. Wished we’d walked out as it kind of put me off the food. Service was quick but it’s hardly surprising since it was lying in the cabinets already cooked, chips were the worst I’d ever tasted. They were shrivelled up and had a chewy texture. Probably because they had been sitting there for ages. Chicken seemed cooked well and tasted nice but I was put off by the flies, The ice cream machine was broken so couldn’t get our crushes so ended up getting Pepsi instead. .wont come here again. I normallly love KFC. I love the new style chips but these.... I’m sorry they are pretty repulsive

After going through the drive through with my grandson, we got home and he refused to eat his fries saying they still had the potato peel on them. After checking, all our meals fries where the same... disgusting. When I rang up to complain I was told that this is the new way they serve their fries, to be fair, the girl I spoke to on the phone was very nice and apologetic when I told her they where disgusting and going straight in the bin, but there was nothing she could do as this was the new recipe. Needless to say, I won't be going back until they make the effort and start peeling their potato's

We visited on the 10/08/2019. The place was filthy, sticky and generally dirty. We waited in excess of 30 mins to be served, despite only 3 people in front of us. I can say with confidence I will not be going here again .

After visiting this KFC restaurant on Saturday night (20/07/19). I am absolute disgusted with the serves I received! I used the self serve option when I went in. I understand I went at a busy time of day at 19:00pm however after waiting half an hour I decided to go and ask a member of staff behind the counter when my order will be ready. After 2 of them turned their back with my receipt questioning my order they then tell me that my order had been cleared of the screen! They said that it would be the next order to be done. 10 minutes later I am still stood there in an empty restraint as everyone had been served and received their food and I am still waiting for my food. I ask the young lad who was behind the counter when my order would be complete and he asked me what my order was AGAIN! He forgotten my order for a second time! Once sorting my order he then tells me they had ran out of gravy! He does not apologise for this nor apologised for the 40 minute wait or for my order even being cleared of the screen! As being a manager in retail myself I understand that it can very pressuring when it is very busy but I also know that the serves that I received was awful!

2nd time ordered 2nd time things missing how hard can it be to get an order right never using again cant contact as they dont answere phone usless

Visité KFC esta noche y fue una vergüenza absoluta. Comida por todas las mesas y en el suelo. Los contenedores estaban desbordados y un contenedor lleno de basura al lado del contenedor. Se necesitaron cuatro intentos para hablar con el gerente, momento en el que me sentí muy frustrado al señalar el CONTROL DE LA INFECCIÓN. Le sugerí que viera el restaurante para expresar mis inquietudes a las que contestó: "¿Cómo es el CONTROL DE INFECCIONES? Declaré que las mesas debían ser antibacteriales antes de que otros clientes pudieran sentarse, ya que las personas se habían sentado antes en las mesas y habían comido, y cómo podríamos predecir qué gérmenes podrían haber quedado atrás también por la comida que se pudre con el calor. A Mark claramente no le importó (El Gerente) indicando que tenía dos títulos. Realmente no podía preocuparme por sus dos grados a 24 grados con el ahora mayor riesgo de que todos nos encontremos con D y V. Le pregunté como gerente para RIESGO EVALUAR la situación, ya sea cerrar la unidad o cerrar el contador habilitando limpieza para ser completado por niveles de personal bajo estirado. O, en su caso, predicar con el ejemplo HIM. A lo que él le gritó a la señal de los clientes, todos ustedes tendrán que esperar ahora porque tengo que limpiar con una cara que casi podría haber golpeado el piso. ¿Y hasta qué punto me dijo que saliera de su tienda y me dijo que lo estaba insultando? es serio? Le dije que claramente nos está insultando: el cliente gasta dinero en el restaurante. Bueno, me han prohibido que me dijera que salga; le dije que no se preocupe, que no volveré. Me sentí absolutamente mortificado cuando apareció en la puerta. La agencia de ESTÁNDARES DE ALIMENTOS calificaba 5 + hilarante. Bueno, les escribiré de todos modos. Le di un consejo a Mark, el frente de la tienda me dice mucho sobre la parte posterior de la tienda y, a juzgar por su presentación, también debe estar sucio. Un gerente claramente que no se preocupa ni tiene pasión por el ingrediente secreto de KFC; no importa el condimento secreto, el secreto que olvidó es que el CLIENTE es lo primero, dijo que la compañía SOUL FOOD Company es la dueña de la franquicia. Alimento para el alma: no hay nada para él: FOUL FOOD - FOUL STORE - FOUL MANAGER. Al salir, el conductor de la entrega vino detrás de mí claramente avergonzado y dijo que no escucha. Cuando dicen sobre el estado del lugar, él no escucha y dice que lo dejen. Wow que líder - dos grados en ciencias. Ha olvidado claramente la ciencia del servicio al cliente, la ciencia de las normas alimentarias, la ciencia de la retención de clientes. Podría seguir y seguir. Compré mini hamburguesas de filete, no mayo esperó 20 minutos vino con mayo. Tuve muchos problemas con ellos antes. Las cosas que quedaron fuera del orden de los frijoles 99 p, por lo que faltaban 2 cucharadas, solían ser bañeras grandes. El servicio es horrible por dentro desordenado. Estaba en mi camino a casa desde el hospital con mi cuidador y fui a buscar comida. Nunca más comeré la comida del hospital la próxima vez.

Avoid this KFC at all costs, they run out of things all the time. I visited with my daughter just after 7 on a Friday evening. They’d run out of gravy and chicken fillets How do you actually do that. The worst KFC in the country. Won’t go again even if my daughter loves KFC....

Look i no its not the best that you have been to or i have been to but i had run into a little trouble and this young man who was the cashier came to help me when i lost my cash and i could not buy what i wanted to eat and i had order already and he just give it to me without even asking i don't want to go into details cause i dont no if he would get into trouble or not but you don't find a lot of people like that any more and that is why i would give it a five.

Pretty quick looks a bit untidy and the queue of mouth breathers is facinating. They move slowly, like bison on holiday. Here all week try the gravy.

He visitado este lugar en un par de ocasiones, y este lugar no parece mejorar en todo el personal es grosero y tienen actitudes que no pueden leer los pedidos correctamente como elementos faltan o incorrecta cuando dado. El lugar no parece tener una estructura que se está ejecutando el contador nunca suficientemente cajas abierta, sólo parece ser dirigido por niños que no tienen idea de cómo tratar el público correctamente cuando hay una queja es una actitud de total indiferencia que te dan. El comedor nunca está limpio y los contenedores siempre rebosante, nunca tengo nada abastecido siempre salir de servilletas y cuando pides algo te sientes como en tu molestando al personal con la reacción que se obtiene. En general, este es el peor lugar y nunca voy aquí me daría una oportunidad, pero nunca mejora. KFC oficina necesita obtener un agarre con esta tienda ya que es una vergüenza total y con algunas personas en que saben lo que están haciendo por la cantidad de clientes en esta tienda solo es sorprendente o solucionarla o cerrarla. No perder dinero ya estoy en este penoso lugar y será en otro lugar en el futuro.

I found black hair stuck to my chips, my burger was rushed and falling apart with mayonaise dripping everywhere and over powering the taste of the burger, no matter how much I scraped off. It was just a terribly put together meal.

I live locally so have used this kfc quote lot over the years, (but not anymore) every time there has been an issue with our order. No hot drinks ever, frequent no chicken on the bone, and today no fries !! Customer service is terrible, staff have a bad attitude and it’s always untidy which clearly isn’t an excuse of being short staffed as there always appears to be many of them. I tried to make a formal complaint by speaking to manager who insists this is all a Transport delivery issue, clearly unresolved for the past 3 yrs.

My husband very sick and just said he could eat some chicken from KFC ,I only live in field lane not far , my daughter said I will take you in the car ,but the service was slow I ran in thinking I would be quick but the queue ,I went back to the car it must have been 40mins at least .

Visité este "restaurante" para un almuerzo con mi marido y nuestro hijo de 1 años. Mi marido fue encontrar una mesa mientras yo pedir. Sólo estaba haciendo mi camino de regreso a donde él estaba sentado, no me apreciar completamente cómo sucio era el lugar. Basura en cada mesa y contenedores estaban llenos. Era repugnante. Si no hubiera ya comprado la comida no me hubiera quedado. Mi marido tenía limpiada nuestra mesa con toallitas para bebé ya que tenía salsa y frijoles todo. Cuando comimos nos doblemente decepcionados. Pollo era duro y las patatas estaban frías. Mi hijo comió su comida, pero se negó de niños yogur todo lo demás. Sus patatas fritas eran frías y un poco cruda, el pollo palomitas simplemente no sabe bien.

Useless 7 pm Friday no boneless chicken management says more than 10 minutes. How much more. 30 min us more than 10. Management I don't know just mire tan 10

Don't waste your money going in here, you will wait at least an hour for your food and then when you finally do get it, it will be stone cold. Awful food, really greasy and wait an eternity to get served.

I'm stunned that a restaurant can run out of food on a Wednesday night as they where busy 3 days earlier.

I don't even know where to start with this review! After queuing at the drive thru for a good 25 minutes, we ordered a bargain bucket and a rice box, asked what side we wanted and told them gravy and corn on the cob. Told...

'preferiría que hubiera llegado el pedido justo en el primer lugar, esto ha sucedido demasiado a menudo, nunca más me visita KFC Litherland.

I love fried chicken and ive been to some great KFC's around the country but this one round the corner from where I live is bloody awefull, family bucket was dripping with oil the fries were cold and the place is always dirty when I drive past, such a shame as I really do love fried chicken. KFC need to come out and sort this place out

Went inside and ordered busy so waited 15 mins for our meal and thought it will be lovely it must be cooked fresh that's why we've waited. Few bites into burger wondering what the smell was realised it was the food so binned it all this was Tuesday evening, Wednesday night the both of us fighting to be sick and use the toilet, pains, headaches (hadnt eaten since kfc kg and only thing we eat the same in 4 days) reported to food standards agency and will make sure everyone i know knows how vile they are.

Only ever been to the drive through and had a lot of mistakes with orders and quality of food being up and down. Went to sit in one day and was filthy. Food everywhere on floors and tables. Not been back since.

The only time I go here is when I have a hangover and luckily that's only twice a year. I don't think they gave the staff the instructions with the mop! Try getting from the door to the counter without either slipping or getting stuck to the floor! I think if they sent archeology students in for a week to scrape about they might find a table.....But the best of all, they have run out of buns for the chicken burgers! "We haven't had any since yesterday" a member of staff said!I couldn't stop laughing! Classic! "I can put it on a wrap" said the girl behind the counter.I have to say I come from a long line of village idiots.... But over the road is a tesco and around the corner is a Spar! Kfc is what it is,you have to be hung over and desperate to eat it.

Like most KFC's, nothing special, nothing terrible. The toilets could be a bit more accessible and they could stop running out of stuff but overall no real problems.

I have visited this kfc a number of times and I can honestly say it is the worst kfc I have ever been to it is dirty the staff don't know what there doing it takes ages to get served and receive your food the orders are wrong all the time so make sure you check it before you leave there is always something that isn't working like hot drinks or krushems or icecream the store is an abysmal place and would never recommend anybody to go there.

Always used KFC, so we got a wicked variety bucket 6 piece, just didn't look or taste nice, halfway through and very wet inside one of the pieces and something red inside, so the bucket went in bin, we contacted head office and got a standard reply, so I can't see us going to KFC again.

Yes that's right, blood in chicken, absolutely disgusting, half way through the wicked variety bucket and seen this, had to throw the rest away as totally put off, I emailed head office with a picture and got a standard reply, I would of expected a phone call to apologise and basically ask if me and my family where ok, but no just a standard email saying it may take upto 28 days to investigate, we've always used KFC, i would think again and never use this particular establishment

We went to order a bucket as a treat for family member. After being ignored for more than 5 mins I asked for 6 breasts and 4 legs. I was swiftly told no. After asking for 5 and 5 then 4 and 6 and being told can't have I eventually asked what I can have and was told only 2 breasts, I decided to give up at that stage, politely declined and left. The staff just looked to the person waiting behibd me abnd said "next"

Been here a few times over the years & always had a bad experience. After a couple of years & too tired to go to the Aintree branch ( which is great by the way ) we thought we'd try our luck. Big mistake. Went through drive thru & the meal was wrong, missing items & charged £4 for 8 wings instead of the £3 offer. No corn on the cob, no sugar for coffee & no carbonated water mixed with the syrup, just a flat, nasty drink.We drove back to restaurant, my son went in to get what he asked & paid for, the woman who he approached to sort it out replied they were.closing soon & to get out. The drive thru was still busy so why couldn't she sort this out. What disgraceful staff you have here. Teach them to treat customers well with respect or move them on because we will never set foot in here again but will travel to the Aintree branch, not only can they get an order right they do it with a smile. So angry with that staff member I'm going to head office with this complaint. PS deserves no rating. Terrible is even too good a description.

went Kfc on saturday 12th march, used the drive thru, got the new 2 bucket deal for £15, well worth it, food really nice and staff served very quickly, i think this kfc has realy improved, we'll definitley return

I love fried chicken, but KFC is so full of liquid fat its disgusting. As I bit into the chicken a jet of hot fat squirted 2-3 foot across the room, the rest of the meal went straight in the bin.

The food isn't that bad, but the restaurant is always scruffy looking, and the young boys that hang around in their car park are really rude and intimidating!! Not a very feeling as you walk in the place

Long queues, no atmosphere litter on tables and food not as nice as other KFC branches I've visited.Very dissapointed with this branch!

Visited as our grandsons asked for KFC never been here before. On entering most of the floor was dangerously slippy and very greasy. Food arrived quick. Chicken appeared over cooked, dry and not appertising. Fries were barely warm. Would not eat food from here ever again. Would not recommend. Eat somewhere else but certainly not here.

Called in at 8.30pm lots of parking spaces. However the parking lot was overun with teenagers. There was about thirty of them, either stood in groups or circling the carpark on bikes. Inside was nice and clean, felt sorry for the young staff as again inside was overun with gangs of teenagers non of whom were eating or ordering anything. I decided to get my order to take away. Overall the food was O.K standard KFC, I will not be visiting again due to the general atmosphere of the place.

I often call into KFC Litherland and enjoyed their lovely chicken however, I tend to buy the same items because with the menu being just on the corner of the drive-through I am unable to see what else is on offer and sometimes staff can be a little impatient. Therefore I'm panicked into just ordering what I know. It would be a good idea to have a few menu's to read whilst waiting turn.

The smell of old fat in the car park should have been enough to put me off going inside but I persevered after not being in a KFC for a long time. The smell inside was no better either. I definitely should have opted to go to the subway adjacent!!! The staff were miserable. The tables were still littered with empty boxes and drink cartons that had not been cleared away after customers had not had the decency to put it in the bins provided. One of the first things I noticed was the amount of empty cardboard boxes strewn on the floor behind the counter. I couldn't believe the lack of pride the employees took in their surroundings or the probable health and safety regulations that were being broken. That then led me to look at the general age of the staff. Most we're under 20. Me and my daughter ate our food and left as soon as we possibly could, exciting the restaurant to the sound of someone belching as loud as he could - classy!!! Food ok but definitely won't be trying KFC for at least another few years and it will not be at this establishment. It is the worst I have ever been in.
