Wonderful food enjoyed all of it

I got chicken wrap and Ice blast which was great but unfortunately worked out at over £15 with delivery so far too expensive for me.

food never arrived, tried calling 20 + times to get no answer, pathetic wouldn't bother ordering from here

Arrived cold. Was late the last time we ordered from there too. Will not be ordering from there again. They tell you it has been delivered on the app when it blatantly hasn’t.

Ordered a pancake when it turned up it was like the small pancakes you can buy at the shop

great service very quick and very nice milkshakes in my belly 😁 highly recommend

The order arrived just before estimated time however upon delivery food was stone cold and had to be reheated in the microwave this is totally unacceptable the distance from the restaurant to the address does not warrant the temp of the food

milkshakes where really nice. I got the burger with fries burger was really nice but a fair bit on the cold side of things same with the fries really otherwise would've been a perfect order. but milkshakes where top tear 🙂

Always lovely and hot juicy burgers

we usually order from here. last night our milkshakes were really watery and I wasn't able to drink mine due to this

Made up these deliver to the lake district because that burger was scrambunctious. the chips were fried to go, i ate a whole pineapple before the meal and then couldn't fit much in but i gave it a good go and now im just singing their praises you get

I am severely downhearted about the level of service this establishment has displayed after many weeks of ordering today has been by far the most dissopointing order I have received off this application fist off all the food turned up to my humble abode cold the food was shivering in there boxes suffering from hypothermia. Second one of my orders were absent after nearly having to send a search party to retrieve this food after 2 hours it had also arrived with hypothermia. NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY.

Food was late but it was a busy Saturday and I was hangry however, I order from moonlight because it's just the best around here. They never disappoint, the food is just boss! Will be ordering as again soon. Look forward to the next one.

Order from here often, normally good but the last two times i have orded cheese curly fries and received without cheese. Once is a mistake twice is not acceptable. A shame because the food is nice but i probably won't ordef again now.

Ordered here a few times and has been great every time ! Cheese missing from cheeseburger tonight and no spring onions on loaded fries which was a bit disappointing but mistakes happen and it’s always really tasty

Excellent mixed meat pizza so plentiful & tasty I loved it / Large Classic hotdog was so very yummy / Double burgers with fries and curly fries where Excellent / I Would Recommend 🤞👍👏❤️

Great ice creams and deserts. Hot food is ok, but a little overpriced. The service is hit and miss. Somedays are spot on, and others are not so good. You can be left standing at the counter for a while without being either acknowledged or on occasion seen.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Said collection around 9:35 so we headed off and got there at 9:35, I checked the app and it said ready to collect. Went in shop and there was no staff member in sight so was stood at the front for 10 mins waiting for someone to come out. A rude blonde woman eventually came out asked my order and disappeared again without saying a word. 15 minutes later they bring my order out. No “sorry for the wait”, no “take a seat” nothing. Wont be returning

Perfect food much needed after a festival

Burger no taste. chips tasted like warm ups. Popcorn chicken the chicken must have been on strike. Sorry to be harsh but true 👎

Didn’t receive full order had stuff missing yet again. Seems to be the norm things missing all the time. Asked for a refund got told manager will call me back said this happened last time and no one did, and yet again no one has called back.

Food arrived on time and was hot and yummy

The food is very good however the time it takes for the food to arrive is an absolute joke, over an hour for desert food. Will not order again because of this.

this business shares orders with the shop next door so I don't actually know who cooked it or why it took so long but when our food finally arrived the hotdog meal wad cold. curly fries were cold and the hotdog was barely warm and very chewy. not good for the price of the food from here

My order was over 2 hours late it came freezinf driver didn’t even apologise the drinks was like water the cookie dough was stone cold when I rang up they wouldn’t answer the phone and I asked for my money back which was over a 30 pound order and they try to compensate me with 3 pounds 😂I want my full refund will never order from here again if you want food like a rock n stone cold I’d suggest going here !!

It took 45 minutes to arrive and I was told it would take 15-20 minutes. The burger was nice but chips were quite bland unfortunately, the hot dog was squashed and there was mustard and ketchup all over the bag so I am not happy about that. Probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered my food and the food itself was amazing . the food arrived 30min late but no ice cream on top of one waffle ok its 50p so not worried about that but the driver didn't even apologise for being late he just smiled and said enjoy your food and walked away ok fare enough but give some sort of apology I've not ordered from this place in a while but we wanted a treat lol...

Amazing quality of food.I had the cinnamon rolls with chocolate sauce,they were warm and very tasty.My wife had the profiteroles,she said they were great.Can recommend this establishment.

I recently visited this shop, and I was blown away by the quality of the ice creams! The store itself had positive vibes, making it a delightful place to visit. The staff were both professional and friendly, adding to the great experience. Highly recommend! 👌🏼

My only complaint is that the delivery note I added with instructions for delivery wasn’t followed. I live above a public house & I asked for the delivery to be made to the back of the property. But it was delivered to pub & placed on the bar. There was no delivery code asked for either. Otherwise the food was lovely, thank you.

i waited an hour and a half for my delivery and got a message that it was on its way and it still look 30-45 mins to come it doesn’t even take me that long to go there my self on a bus to get it

Waited 1 hour 45 mins for our order. The waffles and cookie dough were stone cold and the ice cream/milkshake/ice blast were melted. The milkshake tasted like nothing. Very poor for the price we payed

We’re regular to moonlight and over a period of time it’s getting worse. Quality of food is getting worse every time. Moonlight was always quick quality food now everythin seems rushed and thrown together. Quality over quantity

I ordered a chicken burger and fries during the recent euro final. It came on time but the lettuce on the chicken burger was brown, the bun was soggy and fell apart and the fries was cold and soggy. It wasn't nice and ruined the night. It was also overpriced considering it wasn't a proper chicken breast.

Shocking. Can’t even bag up a 3 item order. How backward can you be. Popcorn chicken must of been used on the driving range it was that hard. No drink for my child to down after choking on the golf ball. Waffle was vile!and No ice cream! Wow

the chips are so bad, limp soggy things with an industrial flavour, the burger , which was always good had a very odd flavour this time , a bit like liver. so not recomended other than its cheap.

The food was nice as always. Just disappointed with the nachos. There was not enough cheese in neither of them. Even though I asked for cheese in both instead of salsa, it's like they split the cheese in half Not happy with it

Because of the rating at first I went passed it but ended up back and ordered for the first time and happy I did. The supreme burger was a belta with the curly fries and them Nutella Cinnamon roll things.
