McDonald's in Sefton

I made the schoolboy error of coming back here again after previously being given two orders with missing items. But I was hungry so gave it another go. Ordered TWO cheeseburgers and TWO mayo chicken. Got two burgers and ONE mayo chicken. It's simple maths for crying out loud. A toddler can do this. Only noticed after I'd driven off so didn't return but for the love of all that's Holy...up your game so it's at least poor as opposed to abysmal!

Considering it's supposed to be a "fast food" restaurant, the service was the slowest I've experienced for a long time.

God have mercy on them if the health inspector drops by unannounced. The restaurant was a disgusting mess food and garbage everywhere

This McDonald's was good but don't go to McDonald's at Page Moss in huyton because the service is awful, the food is cold or stale and the bins are over flowing with rubbish 😡

Worst McDonalds in the UK I'd say. Staff are incompetent. Doesn't matter what you order its gonna turn up wrong. Get a drink don't expect a straw. Don't bother asking for a dip.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s at Racecourse Retail Park. I ordered breakfast, but when I got it, the food was cold and unappetizing. It’s frustrating when you expect a hot meal, especially first thing in the morning, and instead receive something that feels like it’s been sitting around for a while. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about the quality either. Definitely not the standard I expect from McDonald’s – won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

absolutely appalled is all i can say. I came to this establishment expecting class. but my evening was ruined by the restaurant having no sweet chilly sauce. i am absolutely devastated because this has made my 4 year old son leave the restaurant in tears.

Ridiculously poor effort from the place today. Not only did I wait nearly two hours when the delivery time advertised was 15-30 minutes but some clearly braindead individual had packaged the drink in with the food, which then split in the bag and ruined the whole order. You need to sort out your staff here as this is totally unacceptable.

Food took ages to come despite it being a 2 minute drive away, asked for plain burger and got all salad and sauce on it, chips were cold and as usual they didn’t put a single sauce in the bag. Chicken mayo looked like it got ran over aswell.

This place is a joke. When there at 6pm, drive through, but it had broke and had to wait for 10 minutes for them to tell us our order was cancled. Nearly missed our film my aging father has been dieing to see for 45 years! Then after the film we went to give it another go, clinging on to hope (second mistake of the night). My aging father was asked to park up. EIGHT Elvis Presley tracks later, no sign of our food!! But FIVE cars that had arrived after up had been served. Me and my partner went to the drive through service window for assistance and were promptly SHUNNED therefore we waited agitated, increasingly immaciated. While we waited in desperate hope our food ever seeing the light of day, we witnessed a man bust his nut in the car park after storming into the vicinity after recieving a sub-par meal, shouting profanities I dearest type here. Finally, after my aging father let out a last, desperate cry to the rather strapping male employee, we're we given our food. Three and a half hours after our initial order, we were presented with tepid food, the wrong flavour milkshake, a lack of fries and a lingering taste of grease and disappointment. HOW GARD CAN IT BE?!??!

Very very lovely delivery driver and the order got here within half an hour! Food was still warm and this was by far the best delivery from this McDonald’s I’ve had.

I spent 30 years average twice a week taking kids into teenage years in to Merseyside McDonald's went into Aintree McDonald's tonight and will not ever go to a McDonald's again however your coffee is very good shame about the service and food nowadays if you want food delivery service then open a service for this and don't use the McDonald's restaurant very poor and filthy

Food missing as always. Staff need to double check before sealing bags and check if items are ordered multiple times and not just assume 1. Quite ridiculous that people can’t pack a bag correctly from reading from a receipt

Waited at drive thru for a good 20 - 30 minutes for 2 meals. This was late at night with no queue. Staff need better training in terms of efficiency and customer service. There was no indication that a lengthy wait was to be expected when ordering. A massive letdown overall. I have fond memories of visiting this location in the 90s with my late grandad and can't believe how far the service has declined.

I've been here a few times at night, and i was told I can't be served due to the tills restarting. So why advertise 24 hours if you can't serve?? It's usually around 2am shocking amount of people being turned away.

Place is shocking. Used the drive through for 2 kids meals. Waited over 20 minutes and had to enquire twice. After driving away we realised there was no drinks or ketchups. Kids as disappointed as we were. Staff appeared lazy and unmotivated. The outside was a complete mess with rubbish. Will not be visiting here again

The worst McDonald’s Iv ever been too. Over 30 minutes waiting for food, chips had no salt on (thankfully red hot atleast) , burger was cold and Fanta was flat.
