Waited over 20 minutes for food. Was cold when came out. Forgot items. When I went to ask about forgotten items they said wait 10 minutes more. Coffee like drinking lukewarm mud. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

Ordered 2x quarter pounder with cheese meals ended up two double quarter pounder meals. Chips and burgers stone cold and I mean stone cold. Check your food when using the drive through service.. very disappointed could not even eat the food....

They chased me off..... like a pack of ravenous Wolves when I had the temerity of asking them for English Mustard, to employ the British tradiation of masking poorly sourced and prepared meat products with a fire wall of herbs and spices. Why the Hell do you think we enjoy our Curries So Much ? In times when The Working Man endures to eliminate food insecurity by masking the inedible and unacceptable cack that is hewn on the population of this once green and pleasant land, believe me... I was chased to the ends of Capel Curig, before I shook these Hounds of Hell off by traversing that cold but shallow lake, in the Ogwen Valley and blindly scrambling to the peak of the mighty Tryfan. There, in the twilight shadows of Adam and Eve, peering over the imposing ordeal of the Carneddau mountains, I knew that my only prayer of salvation was to arrive, before the winter Sun arose above the towering spoil mounds of my Ancestral Home in Bethesda. They could NEVER find me here.... Ever.

Worst mcdonalds out there. Place is a health hazard. Flies around food. Staff handling cleaning products and then handling food. Food left out on sides. Also the litter that you find in the restaurant is a disgrace. They cant keep up with orders. Staff are super rude too. Often times see them arguing with customers. Disgusting. Close the gaff down.

Went through drive through, had to park up and wait for order to be ready. I waited for 15 mins or so. When I politely complained about the wait, the response was, "same for everyone" and that was it. Won't be going there again 😡

Went in to collect order, we have learned to check the items before we leave but little did we know that still wouldn't be enough. One of the milkshakes was the wrong flavour and the double quarter pounder burger box hid the fact it was a single burger in there .. short or doing the meals yourself it's pot luck.

The Simplest Order. 2 X 9 Chicken Nugget Meals. Managed to only deliver one set of nuggets. Two hungry kids splitting one order of Nuggets. Not happy. Do they even read orders?

Order took ages to get here, nearly an hour, and they forgot the cheese dippers, of which I ordered two lots, which was two of four items. Half of two meals didn’t show up. For an hour wait for only two items is pathetic.

This place was a total letdown. The service was incredibly slow and unfriendly, and we waited forever for our food. After 40 minutes of nothing, we decided to cut our losses and walk out after getting an attitude from staff. Disappointing experience, and I definitely won't be back. Don't waste your time or money here! Although it's like most mcdonalds they don't focus on customers at all.

Again, just genuinely interested, why do you give the option of adding sauces (I.e bbq curry etc) when you literally never send them? Not the brightest bunch in there. Well just got another delivery Sunday 24th of November, and yet again no sauces added when I clearly asked please to not forget them. What a gang of absolute simpletons they've employed in there Jesus christ.

Worst mc Donald's I've been to in my life staff all sit there swearing at each other whilst doing nothing, then get served stone cold burger. I had time to drink a full hot coffee whilst waiting and still took them 5 minuted to give me my cold food after that management a joke and staff a joke lmao got a refund and couldn't wait to leave the dirty restaurant, I would give them a minute 2 starts if I could.

i am fumen with this order i specifically wrote in the notes to leave by back door and DONT KNOCK he didn’t follow them instructions he also forgot the 3 dips for my sharebox that instead off 9 there were actually 8 an not hot by the slightest means i would like a full refund as even the chips were ice cold the big mac burger was fine tho other than that terrible experience an i would like a full refund

Very, very disappointed...freezing cold and all squashed up ..delivery time kept getting put back ..chilli cheese burger looked nothing like its image and had a lump of chilli in one place not spread across the burger..

Opened the order while the driver was at the door and as witness and yet again there was Anitem missing, now have to reorder as have children waiting for their food

shame really. food was cold, tried the new chilli saver menu burger and if it wasn't cold could tell it was a nice burger. Lately standards have dropped. past couple times food has been cold, had to reheat the fries in the airfryer and the sauces requested not given. even last order asked for a milkshake and got no straw!!!

Order came on time but missing one burger again & chips were cold. Tried to get refund from Just Eat but again they refused to refund me. Just to warn other customers that they DONT REFUND for missing items anymore. Won’t be using Just Eat again.

Absolutely shameful! An old man with his granddaughter complained and they pressed an alarm on him!! Everyone was absolutely disgusted with the over reaction. Train your staff to deal with situations better instead of humiliating old men with their grandchildren!!!!!

Just like any other maccies really, its hit and miss whether you get hot food and served quickly or not, but you can't beat a cheeky maccies now and then
