Didn’t get the Minecraft toy with my meal

forgot half the order. beyond a joke. cute everywhere

How is it possible to be so consistent in getting things wrong. The whole process is done for you, all you need to do is follow instructions but apparently no one can do that.

i waited 20 minutes for my food and when i got it, it was cold. we all ordered at the same time. one person got it nothing five minute i got it in 20 but i only got a burger and wrap. bad service. worst mcdonald’s in the uk.

Items missing , chicken mc Sandwich from meal , cheeseburger from happy meal , fruit bag , and two dips … one of bags looks like it been half opened but only drinks in it .. so missing from restaurant not putting them in …

was delivered both drinks were leaking and the delivery driver knew it not very happy with this

Missing items as always and you can’t even get a refund for food you didn’t receive.

Missing so many items as per usual, only try to come to McDonald’s because delivery times are quick but the quality of packing is abysmal. Hiring children may save money for you but it’ll come right back at you when every single order gets refunded

You always forget the straw, how can I drink a milkshake with no straw ? No sauce with the selects either

Ordered food at 8.50 and it said it would be delivered by 9.15, the delivery time kept changing and it eventually arrived at 9.59, the food was cold, i had to put it in the microwave to heat it up, the milkshake and ice-cream were melted

30 minutes late from first time given

food very fresh and order was correct. with sauces and straws and napkins complete.

Took ages to leave the restaurant and when it did it was missing one complete meal. There were only three meals ordered to begin with. One person is now left with nothing to eat. This has happened too many times now. Not impressed at all.

Ordered from McDonald's today, and it was a disaster. My burger? Cold. The mozzarella sticks? Also cold. They gave me the wrong sauces, including one I didn’t even ask for, and somehow forgot napkins entirely. To make it worse, the refund I got didn’

Wrong order received at drive thru.. what made it worse was it was cold too!! Didn't quite like the angry shouting to the staff in the background from the manageress too. The staff was polite at the window.

this is no reflection on faultless delivery. not quite sure how 1 item arrived hot, as thats what you expect, when ordering supposedly hot food, and other 2not even close to warm. burger temp 22c. REALLY????

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla one. and both of the burgers where burnt. the chips where soggy and put straight in the bin

Out of all the McDonald's I've been to, the quality of the food and portion size here surpassed all other McDonald's restaurants. I will now always pop in here when I pass by.

majority of tables filthy, till down for reboot, understandable but poor communication from staff. Would defo avoid!

Cold food Only just made the review because I thought I sent it was awful.

Half the order missing, got taxi to store to ask for missing items, manager came to window, said nothing she could do and slammed the window shut!!!!! Not good for just eat-about to put on social media-disgusted!

The waiting time was almost 20 minutes, the food was served practically cold and "put together" as in the photo. The kitchen staff is amused and the guest is waiting. Oh, the pub is empty... I recommend it, but avoid it very much!!!

it's great that you can now modify how you have items it was late in the evening when we visited so there was no one in service was ok and items were good

Food is always cold, presentation awful, tbh if that was a double big mac it was a disgrace, you never get sauces ordered when requested. Truthfully it's not a cheap takeaway & who does the quality check before the food leaves the premises? the Manager of MCD Aintree Retail needs to get his staff in order or go.

I went for a cuppa whilst my boss was in a meeting. It was a macdonalds, it was clean, it was OK. My cuppa was lovely

Order was wrong,pancakes with syrup missing,ordered a double sausage and egg muffin and got a tortilla wrap which went straight to the bin, paid £17 for 3 dry pancakes and 2 hash browns and a tortilla that nobody wanted

Louie who was on the Drive Thru tonight had excellent customer service. Was extremely polite and had outstanding manners. Give this man a raise!!!!!

Worse McDonald's ever! Horrid rude staff. Don't answer the phone always for get food. Just ordered food and 2x milkshakes and 4x mc flurries missing didn't even get half of my order and still took money off me. Last time they forgot my food I didn't get refunded either. Cheese on the burgers is hard like they have been left there for ages and always forget straws and sauces The next day I ordered the same and added a note to say cancel the order if you don't have what I've asked for and again 4x mc flurry and 4× small milkshakes missing. They don't answer the phone at all This morning I rang up and the girl who answered said she will have a meeting about this. Clearly never done nothing and she also said that they shouldn't be turning the machines off at that time. Over £30 been taking off me. There service is terrible but still get paid for the worse service ever!!

We had been to a panto with the little one a needed a kids meal. Popped into Aintree McDonals on the way home. Fantastic service, wonderful polite staff, food was great. Well done to the team at Aintree on 12th Jan ….5:30 pm.

Am a bit late putting this review from last November we went in at 12 pm and the place was in a terrible dirty state plenty of staff was hardly any customers I had to wipe table and chairs before we sat down and the food was cold when it came .

Good ok. Staff fine. Food ok- standard Busy time - bit scruffy and had to clean our table ourself. The loos- particularly the gents, did however, resemble something of a crime scene (see pics) Perhaps need some TLC and repairs to get it up to standard…

Going through drive through took over 25mins waiting on fried and chicken mayo burger. That's a joke. I could make them from scratch and cook and eat them in that time.
