take forever for any food. and then your food is wrong. avoid this Maccies.

Had to pull up after ordering through the drive through which we didn't mind as we had made modifications to 3 burgers all the same mods only for us to get home and not 1 mod made to the burgers yet the recite on the bag did state the mods we asked for nobody is double checking what is packed its a good job my partner doesn't have any allergies as he just bit into the burger and than spat it straight back out and food went into th bin no point driving back would cost more to do so. I know my review will just be bypassed but it's just feels like nobody gives a bleep any more regardless of fast food or not

Served my friend a vegetarian burger in the correct box, correct toppings, but it was chicken. Went over to complain and workers behind the counter were giggling, assistant manager took his receipt so he couldn’t give it to customer service, and he was offered a voucher for a free meal. Absolutely disgusting and shocking, do not come here if you’re vegetarian, or at all. Bad attitude as well. Didn’t offer a refund or any other form of compensation for my vegetarian friend of 20 years. Disgusting. AVOID.

Standard McDonald’s for delivery, got 6 nuggets side salad and a mini smarties McFlurry, yum

The place is absolutely VILE. 3 lads working, one lads uniform was absolutely disgusting look at the image, one scratching his scalp and went to touch my food, not a chance, the other lad who is not in the image he had long hair, scratching his face and on his phone non stop. had to ask the manager sean for a refund. got a taxi here as i had not eaten in 12 hours, and got a taxi home waste of £15 in taxis. Im actually going to report them to environmental health, the place was also disgusting.

No ice creams available and fizzy drinks machine was also broken restaurant was clean food wasn't fresh and hot but it's a macdonalds

Just got back from an awful visit to Aintree Maccies. We waited 40 minutes for our food and then it was cold when we got it. The place is dirty and that reflected in the smell in there. We will definitely not be going back!

The worst McDonald’s in the city, Avoid this place and save your money, I waited 25 minutes for my food. I decided to use the drive through service, I was asked to park up for 2 burgers and 2 large chips. The service was appalling and ruined my experience for visiting other McDonald’s restaurants after 25 minutes of waiting for my food I was giving cold chips and a cold burger.

Food absolutely freezing and delayed again ! Disgusting even delivering that

Gave me 2 bottles of water instead of a mcflurry and milkshake, refund on the way, if the items ain't avaliable that's fine but there should be a way of letting customers know, before the orders delivered but then Mcdonalds should really be making the items unavailable on their menus

No chips for any of the meals? What’s the point

15 minutes to get food, every table was filthy, nowhere to sit, had to clean the table myself despite asking someone to help and got ignored. Floors covered in rubbish, bins full. Staff are rude.

I paid for a large double quarter pounder meal. I waited about half an hour and got a large fries container with a small fries portion size and a burger that didn't have any of the extras I asked for. Absolutely awful service.

Got my order completely wrong both fries and McFlurrys x2 missing after spending £30 on this I got about £20 worth of my food if that an only one of burgers was actually made right the other had no lettuce and extra slice of cheese as requested.

Full of kids smoking weed toilet door handle had fallen off so couldn't get out of you can't pull a half sticking out screw. Took 15 mins to get served as the kiosk down and they wouldn't approach to tell them. Place was filthy

Milkshake was just milk. Burger was cold and very dry. I’m assuming the machine was broke and they just gave me chocolate milk?

Half of order missing. Drinks upturned in bag and spilt all over, less than half of the drinks left in the cups. Refund refused for spoiled items. The rest was cold.

When first placed my order expected time was 12.05 was pushed back to 12.20 when it arrived food was barely warm. As not able to leave work to get my order, delivery was the only option which was slow . Don’t think I will be ordering from here again but then again should expect nothing less from Mc Donald’s.

McDonald’s outer brown bag had been opened… also the one of the happy meal boxes inside were also open, so wouldn’t chance giving potentially tampered with food to kids!! No straws were included for the drinks to top the order off.

All food arrived freezing cold when tracking the driver from leaving restaurant journey took longer than normal also missing items and the hamburger was burnt

Ice machine still not working. I only ordered an egg mcmuffin I got a sausage and egg mcmuffin. It was 1 item.

They never put all the toppings on the burgers anymore. I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese and extra onion and it came with no lettuce, pickles or onions and sauce only on the bottom. Consistency is terrible here, something is always left out or forgotten

Went there today Monday 15th of July 2024 ordered at the touch screen a triple cheese burger large coke and chips when I received it the burger was a double cheese burger the coke was almost flat and at room temperature with no ice and the chips were cold. not impressed

Every single time i order something is wrong. Today we are missing a latte and sauce. Maybe minor and likely get refunded, but seriously it’s every time we order from either mcdonalds or kfc - can these places just not get it right?! Unhappy with order. Both coke were flat, fruit shoot was missing, all chips were undercooked and both burgers were prepared poorly. This has happened before and I am not happy.

Ordered a 20 nugget share box and a double quarter pounder meal. I didn’t get my Double quarter pounder burger which cost me about £6.80. Terrible service, people work hard to be able to order food some nights.

I think the shop had ran out of bin bags... Every bin was overflowing beyond belief. The floor was so sticky, you had to wipe you feet on the way out.... Staff behind the counter looked over run with, in-store, drive thrus, and online orders. Not enough staff to deal with the walk in customers. Toilets, no toilet roll and disgusting.... Please, give them more money to allow them to employ more staff to make the in-restaurant experience an enjoyable one... Surely McDonalds makes enough profit to help those who are failing!!!!

Food was the best McDonald’s we had for a long time was hot and tasty first time we visited this location. Only small downside was missed off 2 items had to ask for them as we sat inside.
