Ordered food at 5.50pm food arrived freezing at 8.45pm missing some items also

Food turned up 4 hours late I refused to accept delivery as we had already ordered from another restaurant and had ate our food hours ago

every time the drinks are spilled!

Waited over 2 hours for food to be delivered for the app to suddenly say it was delivered over an hour ago. Drove to restaurant to find out what was going on, to be told they can’t do anything and to take it up with JustEat. Food never showed, refund request submitted

Order took ages to get here, nearly an hour, and they forgot the cheese dippers, of which I ordered two lots, which was two of four items. Half of two meals didn’t show up. For an hour wait for only two items is pathetic.

Driver said he waited an hour at the restaurant then EIGHT items were missing. Ridiculous.

Food cold, no bbq sauce yet again, no onions on big tasty or gherkins on double quarter pounder and late yet again.

Friendly and punctual food was still warm even on a cold day.

Again, just genuinely interested, why do you give the option of adding sauces (I.e bbq curry etc) when you literally never send them? Not the brightest bunch in there. Well just got another delivery Sunday 24th of November, and yet again no sauces added when I clearly asked please to not forget them. What a gang of absolute simpletons they've employed in there Jesus christ.

This place was a total letdown. The service was incredibly slow and unfriendly, and we waited forever for our food. After 40 minutes of nothing, we decided to cut our losses and walk out after getting an attitude from staff. Disappointing experience, and I definitely won't be back. Don't waste your time or money here! Although it's like most mcdonalds they don't focus on customers at all.

Didn’t get my terrys chocolate McFlurry, big tasty and chicken lettuce burger both had brown lettuce on with the taste of the lettuce being “off” and my chips wasn’t even warm? Just hard cold chips

Absolutely awful, waited 20mins for a regular sized order ( i would understand if it was a large order ), And then when i actually opened my bag half my food was missing, staff moving half dead apart from a few of them, really just not a great spot

your driver went to wrong house went to number 28 when it clearly says 2b and our large diet coke was half full and it spilt everywhere and food was cold

It said 25-35 minutes when I placed order and then kept changing until it was 1 hour late. I was waiting with 4 year old. Good was and hour late and arrived cold. Not happy. Expect refund

Worst mc Donald's I've been to in my life staff all sit there swearing at each other whilst doing nothing, then get served stone cold burger. I had time to drink a full hot coffee whilst waiting and still took them 5 minuted to give me my cold food after that management a joke and staff a joke lmao got a refund and couldn't wait to leave the dirty restaurant, I would give them a minute 2 starts if I could.

i am fumen with this order i specifically wrote in the notes to leave by back door and DONT KNOCK he didn’t follow them instructions he also forgot the 3 dips for my sharebox that instead off 9 there were actually 8 an not hot by the slightest means i would like a full refund as even the chips were ice cold the big mac burger was fine tho other than that terrible experience an i would like a full refund

Very, very disappointed...freezing cold and all squashed up ..delivery time kept getting put back ..chilli cheese burger looked nothing like its image and had a lump of chilli in one place not spread across the burger..

Opened the order while the driver was at the door and as witness and yet again there was Anitem missing, now have to reorder as have children waiting for their food

shame really. food was cold, tried the new chilli saver menu burger and if it wasn't cold could tell it was a nice burger. Lately standards have dropped. past couple times food has been cold, had to reheat the fries in the airfryer and the sauces requested not given. even last order asked for a milkshake and got no straw!!!

Order came on time but missing one burger again & chips were cold. Tried to get refund from Just Eat but again they refused to refund me. Just to warn other customers that they DONT REFUND for missing items anymore. Won’t be using Just Eat again.

courier arrived at correct time but had been given the wrong order so he went back to get the correct one, when he came back half an hour later, the coffee had spilt so the bag was broken, the food was cold and they didn't send syrup with pancakes, will not be ordering again

Absolutely shameful! An old man with his granddaughter complained and they pressed an alarm on him!! Everyone was absolutely disgusted with the over reaction. Train your staff to deal with situations better instead of humiliating old men with their grandchildren!!!!!

No matter of time or day you get parked up and left sitting and waiting for ever, this isn’t even for a large orde. And when it comes it’s not fresh. This applies to most McDonalds now in the UK

This place is absolutely disgusting! Over 30mins of wait for food and it’s meant to be fast food ?? Staff are impolite and rude when chasing on with the orders and basically don’t feel sorry for the wait coz they are so short staff! If you are so short staff then don’t bother operating !!! Everything is out of order no tissues no straws nothing is on refill at the self service station !! Vile !!!!🤬🤬🤬

Order was cold, thrown in the bag, so fries bags/box content in bag, items missing, ( McFlurry / large vanilla milkshakes large/ medium, half full.that more milk than shake , burgers given to my dogs & chips binned given freezing & hard, waste of £30 , being sat in A&E after car accident & for a quick eat & drink , ended up with toast & £30 lighter !! we did give a tip to driver , not via app, biggest tip to restraint don’t wish to give quality service/food move on, appalling !!
