Just Wings Crosby in Sefton

Ordered at 7pm. Arrived after 9pm. Food was cold. How difficult can it be to throw chicken wings, nuggets and chips in a deep fat fryer. Bag it up and send out. We’re literally 10 min drive from the restaurant. Need to get the basics right

Forgot my dip and food was late and cold

All dips missing from order, when ordered it said upto half an hour delivery. Over 1 hour an half my order took to be delivered

food was missing and cold and took two hours from ordering then missing item took over an hour to be re sent

Took 2 hrs wait , for a wrap and chips! Rang restaurant 12 times no answer! When food arrived it was cold.

chicken wrap and chips where ice cold and not edible. milkshake was watery and not nice only good thing was the brownies

Really nice food and good value for money! I had salt and pepper chicken burger with red salt fries and a daim bar milkshake, really generous portion of fries there were loads ! Burger was delicious and the milkshake was nice too. My only complaint is I wish there was an option to add cheese to the chicken burgers :)

Fries were inedible pieces of crispy oil … all the potato had been burned out of them. And no red salt as requested… prawns were burnt black and also inedible… wings ok. Wont be ordering again as it’s been getting steadily worse for a while now. .

Food hasn’t arrived yet within the estimated time frame but says ‘enjoy your food’ on just eat… Not very happy at all considering the long wait time anyway, appreciate if Just Wings is busy but there’s been no indication to let us know of delays

Burnt dry food, absolutely diabolical won’t be ordering again

Just under 2 hours late. Cold food when it eventually turned up. Awful

I order often from here but last time food only warm but put it down to a one off this time the food was cold in parts and spring rolls also cold shame as food use to be lovely and hot every time

Usually love it here! But it’s gone downhill lately! Missing items in the past 3 orders and last night the wrap was freezing cold and the chips were absolutely rock hard. There was no potatoe in them they were just crisp! Awful! Won’t be ordering again which is a shame because we used to absolutely love it!

I love this place and order quite a bit from here but today it wasn’t the best. Chips were soggy and hardly no seasoning didn’t taste very nice and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting there a while

Wrap was gorgeous as always and the wings were fab. Chips nice and warm and the mozzarella sticks were lush! Will always order here!

Burger and wrap cold, burger bun soggy

Chips where soggy and cold couldn’t eat , chicken in the wrap was cold, bbq chicken was freezing and couldn’t eat, think because I had a discount from previous orders because normally lovely

I’ve ordered from here a few times, always an hour later than what they say, this time it wasn’t starting to prep until 30minutes after order then it said it had arrived 20minutes before they actually arrived for the food to be cold

food came freezing cold and soggy and took 2 hours and 15 minutes to arrive very not happy

Absolute joke ordered food over 2 hours ago I’ve phoned the restaurant they said my food is just sitting there waiting for a driver still haven’t received I want a full refund don’t even want the cold food

Really lovely food, well seasoned, the chicken strips are very tasty and the red salt fries are delicious.

Check the written reviews, not the jarg rating. Anyone that's actually real on here says it's terrible. The only top reviews are bots "Adam k, Robert c, Sarah h" etc etc."It's literally just frozen wings and "hot n spicy" chicken tenders deep fried and sold at 4 times the price. Not fresh at all, not breaded in house, coated in jar sauces.

Wasn't the fastest tonight, took quite a long time for such a small order when we live about 2 minutes away. Food also wasn't the hottest it could be and now they've swapped the pots of dip for pots that are half the size of the old ones but are charging the same amount 🤦 what's going on with this place in recent months everything in here getting smaller and always arrives cold & they hardly put any seasonings or sauce on things nowadays yet the prices have gone way up.

Nice food but consistently late

Waited almost 3 hours for delivery. Had to ring to chase it up 3 times. Was told it had been delivered to the wrong address (so someone got a £33 meal for free). When it eventually arrived food was cold and I had to walk halfway down the road to meet the delivery driver…… are they not using sat nav? Absolute shambles! Have used just wing for 9 years. Never again!

Delivery got pushed back half an hour and was still late. Food was poor, stone cold and just thrown together. Asked for salt and pepper chicken as well as original buffalo, ended up with what I can only describe as flavourless southern fried chicken, cold and dry. Ranch dressing was missing. Blue cheese dip was like jelly assuming because it was so cold. Chips barely seasoned. Cherry coke was the best bit about the order and surprisingly that was also the warmest.

Outstanding. Buffalo wings, jalapeños and dips a highlight. Veggie burger ace too.

Food was potentially really good but was delivered cold,and the fact I live about 5 mins from the takeaway this isn't good! Such a shame as the mozzarella sticks I've had before and were really nice but go horrible when cold.

Not enough sauce on boneless wings, nowhere near enough enough seasoning on fries they might aswell have been plain fries

Ordered a veggie wrap, chips, and mozzarella sticks. All arrived pretty much cold which was a shame. there was no attempt to keep it warm in the delivery as it was just in a paper bag. The chips where soggy, so have been left uneaten. And the mozzarella bites where hard and chewy due to being cold so have also been left. After working all day I'm starving so ate the wrap and Although cold I really liked it, but that could just be because I'm hungry.

Hot food and fast delivery. Noticed recently that the wings and boneless have got smaller however we have been receiving extra to compensate for this, so no complaints! Great service!

Food was ok, but the biggest problem was the size of the boneless strips they are literally more than half the size they used to be absolutely tiny and that alone makes them no where near worth the price you pay for them.

food was stone cold, wings were the size of my 3 year olds index finger(ridiculously small and just about got a nibble of chicken). missing a can of coke, brownie was the size of a jaffa cake. delivery was late. bbq wings had a slight drizzle of sauce on some of them... the rest were plain. vile.

I dont know what they did to the food tonight but it was extra good.

Ate at just wings Southport, that was great. Bizarrely, just Wings in Crosby feels like the chicken used to get a Christmas card from the queen for being over 100 years old every Christmas. Dry, bland and massively over priced.

Ordered at 20:56 and got it at 22:50, nearly two hours later

Never had an issue ordering from here before and have loved it every time but ordered today and took nearly 2 hours to get my food and when it got here half of it was cold. Msot of it still tasted good don't get me wrong but not worth a 2 hour wait.

The two wraps and the fries were excellent and they always are. We order from here all the time. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering their brownies, we ordered two and what came was one full one and one that was equivalent to a third in size of the other one. You can’t be expected to pay £2.00 for one and £2.00 for a small mouthful of cake.

The BBQ sauce I'd ordered was missing as well as 1 of the mozzarella dippers, milkshake was very watery

Bad. Didn't get any of the dips ordered and the red salt on the fries is awfully distributed you get 1 fry covered in red salt and the rest are unseasoned. Also gave the wrong milkshake.

We’ve ordered from here before and it can be a bit hit and miss. Today’s order was luke warm and soggy. As a result we have abandoned the meal part way through and are making ourselves something else, which defeats the point of getting a takeaway! Part of our order was chicken wings which for the price I expected to be at least regular size. They were tiny - I have actually never seen wings as small before - several approx 2 inches long with very little on them. We will not order from here again

What a joke. Tiniest wings I have ever saw in my life and the cheek to charge that much for them. Onion rings and chips were cold and soggy too.

When I was choosing between collection or delivery it was 5 mins quicker to deliver so I chose it. After ordering delivery the time went to 1hr- 1hr20 mins time. I ordered at 18:55 and the food came at 20:35. Just to be given like warm food when it takes 2 mins to get to my house. Not impressed at all.

Used to be spot on here but this last meal was poor. Chicken strips had next to no seasoning - couldn’t distinguish between the different flavours ordered, chips were rock hard, and the delivery time for the distance I live around 2.5miles was completely unreasonable.

Over 1 hour late, happens almost every-time I place and order. When I place the order it always says delivery time 15-30mins, when I rang the restaurant to see where the food was and told them it said 15-30 mins, I was told “The manager always puts that but it’s going to be over an hour”. Very disappointed and unfortunately won’t be using again.
