Food was cold and dry. Chips need huge improvement. Won’t order again.

The worst chicken wings I have ever tasted! That dry that there was no meat! Chips where freezing cold and the milkshake was like water AVOID

Never had an issue ordering from here before and have loved it every time but ordered today and took nearly 2 hours to get my food and when it got here half of it was cold. Msot of it still tasted good don't get me wrong but not worth a 2 hour wait.

Ordered at 20:56 and got it at 22:50, nearly two hours later

The two wraps and the fries were excellent and they always are. We order from here all the time. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering their brownies, we ordered two and what came was one full one and one that was equivalent to a third in size of the other one. You can’t be expected to pay £2.00 for one and £2.00 for a small mouthful of cake.

Food was horrible cold took 3 hours to be delivered

ordered at 1:35, didn’t come until after 3:10, order delayed from 2:15 to 3:00 then still wasn’t on time. chicken was cold and chips where hard when they got here

The BBQ sauce I'd ordered was missing as well as 1 of the mozzarella dippers, milkshake was very watery

We’ve ordered from here before and it can be a bit hit and miss. Today’s order was luke warm and soggy. As a result we have abandoned the meal part way through and are making ourselves something else, which defeats the point of getting a takeaway! Part of our order was chicken wings which for the price I expected to be at least regular size. They were tiny - I have actually never seen wings as small before - several approx 2 inches long with very little on them. We will not order from here again

Told me the food on way at 620 but didn’t arrive till 647 and was cold

What a joke. Tiniest wings I have ever saw in my life and the cheek to charge that much for them. Onion rings and chips were cold and soggy too.

When I was choosing between collection or delivery it was 5 mins quicker to deliver so I chose it. After ordering delivery the time went to 1hr- 1hr20 mins time. I ordered at 18:55 and the food came at 20:35. Just to be given like warm food when it takes 2 mins to get to my house. Not impressed at all.

Used to be spot on here but this last meal was poor. Chicken strips had next to no seasoning - couldn’t distinguish between the different flavours ordered, chips were rock hard, and the delivery time for the distance I live around 2.5miles was completely unreasonable.

Over 1 hour late, happens almost every-time I place and order. When I place the order it always says delivery time 15-30mins, when I rang the restaurant to see where the food was and told them it said 15-30 mins, I was told “The manager always puts that but it’s going to be over an hour”. Very disappointed and unfortunately won’t be using again.

didn't send the correct cans, didn't let me know which made an awkward conversation for the delivery driver. he didn't know either. I wasn't fussed on the cans I wouldve liked to of been told they didn't have my cans in stock

Waited 2 and a half hours for food! Girl on the phone said it was because there was traffic at 2.30 then again an hour later the way she spoke to me was disgusting. Obviously new I had already paid them £30. Why say you are available for service if that is the service I could of walked there and back and made my own in the time it took. Chicken is overcooked and the fries are wet and empty waste of our time and money what a disappointment

The chicken burger was inedible it was like rubber either off or overcooked.

This place is fantastic, they couldn't be more helpful and kind. The food is great and the mint aero milkshake is to die for. The mac and cheese bites are yummy, do yourself a favour and stop in there for something to eat

The food always tastes great but the wings are a bit skimpy in size, and the last couple of orders the firecracker prawns have been burned badly.

my grandson love's the chicken strips bbq flavour and red salted 🍟 fries plus the ranch dip comes hot and quick delivery, I had to phone them to say I wanted it delivered not for collection and it wasn't a problem for them use them all the time great food great customer service,

Ordered garlic parmesan wings. And specifically asked for plenty of parmesan on them. I get they can't put loads as it costs them but over a £30 order to be massively dissapointed. I couldn't 3ven taste the garlic parmesan on them so ended up having to use bbq sauce from home. Not cheap neither. Won't be ordering again now

Milkshakes were melted and just water. And the delivery was on the late side of the estimated delivery time. Ordered at 2:45 and arrived at 4:05

Popped in for lunch, the prawns were amazing and the chicken wrap was so good. Honestly such good value for money, wish there was seating indoors but was worth the visit. The service was nice, the guy serving us was polite and prepared the food quickly. Ideal for taking to the beach, would definitely visit again.

Cantonese was dry usually comes with plenty of sauce. Salt and pepper chips amazing as ever and first time trying the chicken burger also amazing

Awful service. Not even a smile, a hello, or a thank you when ordering and giving food out. Not just that the girl behind the counter was swearing and shouting to another member of staff whilst we were sat waiting for food. Felt extremely hostile and zero consideration for any customers in the shop. Cringe !

Waited ages for the food. It had even gone past the delivery time on phone by half hour and wasn't even updated So it said It had been deli red when it hadn't. So rang the shop.

Ordered before 7pm, delivery said 8.15. Had a call at 8.15 to say it was delayed by 45 mins. Arrived at 9.30 pm - over 2.5 hours after ordering

Prawns have not been great recently… very burned. Also the fries are a bit hit and miss… either way too much red salt or none at all.

Fries were absolutely freezing and didn’t appear cooked. Burger was lovely, however bun was wet and soggy. Milkshake looked like it had been sat there for over a day as all froth and chocolate at the top.l and separated. Milkshake was also very watery and not even edible. Used to love it here but never order again.

I collected food minutes after the text to say it was ready, food was like warm and missing items. When I went back in to say it was missing items the girl serving was miserable and rude like it was my fault. The chicken used to be normals size and nice now it’s like warm and doll size

Severely disappointed with this order. Failed to follow prep instructions for no mayo on burger, so couldn't eat that. Mozzarella sticks are undercooked and cold. Milkshake was watery and barely any flavour to it. I used to love ordering from here, but my last few orders have all had problems. Unlikely I'll order from here again.

I never received my order!!!!! Girl on phone said it would be out in the next 5 mins and now no one is answering obviously they have all gone home absolutely disgusting I will be expecting a full refund in the morning!!!!!!!

Had to ring the shop who said would be 15 minutes and still hasn’t arrived 45 minutes later. They changed the order to enjoy your food when it hadn’t been delivered.

Got to say I am fussy over how my wings r cooked I like them literally burnt so they're ROCK HARD slightest bit of soft skin I can't eat it. I state this every time I order some times not as good but these were amazing. Plus they do come all the way to formby.

My food was placed at 7:40, I was told it would arrive by 9:00 which was already a long weight! My food stoves at 10:20! It wasn’t warm and my chips were half full and my wings 1 short! This is completely unacceptable and I was so disappointed and tired I couldn’t even eat my meal!

Food is normally good from here but it was cold and some of the boneless chicken pieces were 3cm long, pretty poor today.

hot and really tasty 😋 bbq boneless chicken 🐔 and the red salted chips 🍟 were hot Crispy and the red salt just tops it all off

The only saving grace of this delivery was the delivery man. He was polite, apologetic and very friendly! However our food arrived 2 hours late and was lukewarm. When we rang the shop, the staff on the phone where unapologetic and quite rude. We understand it is a Saturday night and we don’t like to complain but the delivery times were misleading and overall the service on the phone was unacceptable. As regular customers this will seriously make us reconsider ordering again!
