Very expensive for what it is and the fact we waited nearly 2 hours is really bad.

Ordered at 9.05pm. Received food at 10.55pm. All food cold. Like it had been cooked an hour ago. Shocking.

Not great, very late delivery. Phoned restaurant guy was apologetic said they were very busy and was polite enough, but food was not worth the wait.

My food has not came I have spoken to the restaurant at 10pm who confirmed the food was just sitting there awaiting a courier I ordered this food at 8.50pm I have no received it yet it says delivered ?

Food is lovely, abit pricey but I would order again.

Boneless chicken with Chinese salt and pepper more Chinese salt and pepper with a little bit of chicken - the was far too much salt on them it was absolutely drowned

food arrived half an hour late. and was cold. milkshakes seem to have been made with ice, and not ice-cream, as there were pieces of crushed ice in the bottom of the cup, not what you'd expect for £4.50.

Food was 40 minutes late , despite being told its 5 minutes away. Food turned up ice cold and the person delivering and handling my food had there dog in tow.

Turned up 2 hours late and cold unable to eat requested refund got rejected

came 2 hours late and was cold, also missing a ranch sauce i paid extra for.

staff who I dealt with where really lovely. unfortunately food was cold by the time it arrived but I think it could be down to the distance so take this into consideration when ordering. might go and actually try it in the shop but I wouldn't order again due to this. being cold left the chips hard and the crispy skin on the strips hard too.

Absolutely awful food, chips where hard had far to much red salt on couldn’t eat them, chicken wrap had next to no chicken just mostly lettuce, onion rings where soggy tasting. Wouldn’t waste your money very disappointing.

Delicious food as always. Feel the boneless chicken pieces can be a little small sometimes, but always tasty.

Absolutely love this place, the food is delicious, always delivered on time and hot. The discount when you spend over £15 and the stamp card loyalty discount is brilliant also, great value for money. This is a firm favourite for takeaways in our house.

After a recommendation, decided to drive to Just wing's from other end of Liverpool. We bought about £40 worth of chicken burgers, jalapeño cheese bites, milkshake and we were so disappointed with the food👎burgers hardly had any mayonnaise on so were very very dry and didn't even taste of salt & pepper which we selected upon ordering? Jalapeño cheese bites were a mess all over the box (exploded) think about 3-4 were looking how they should look. Such a shame after a very positive recommendation definitely wont be returning.

Was missing two of the milkshakes would like a refund on these but food was okay its not letting me select missing milkshakes on the get help section as it was part of the meal and i can only select the meal as a whole but the meal came just not the milkshakes

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive, it was stone cold on arrival. Requested a refund and for the food to be collected and taken away as we did not want cold food (the food is still bagged by the front door). Only to be offered £10 just eat credit from a £40 order!!! Unbelievable!!

Shame I couldn’t leave less than 1. Rude staff, food non existent. Waited 2 hours for food and it’s a no show leaving me with no dinner. Just wings notorious for late orders which we tolerate but this is next level. Took my money no problem and provided no service or help.

Ordered at 7pm. Arrived after 9pm. Food was cold. How difficult can it be to throw chicken wings, nuggets and chips in a deep fat fryer. Bag it up and send out. We’re literally 10 min drive from the restaurant. Need to get the basics right

All dips missing from order, when ordered it said upto half an hour delivery. Over 1 hour an half my order took to be delivered

Really nice food and good value for money! I had salt and pepper chicken burger with red salt fries and a daim bar milkshake, really generous portion of fries there were loads ! Burger was delicious and the milkshake was nice too. My only complaint is I wish there was an option to add cheese to the chicken burgers :)

Fries were inedible pieces of crispy oil … all the potato had been burned out of them. And no red salt as requested… prawns were burnt black and also inedible… wings ok. Wont be ordering again as it’s been getting steadily worse for a while now. .

Food hasn’t arrived yet within the estimated time frame but says ‘enjoy your food’ on just eat… Not very happy at all considering the long wait time anyway, appreciate if Just Wings is busy but there’s been no indication to let us know of delays

I order often from here but last time food only warm but put it down to a one off this time the food was cold in parts and spring rolls also cold shame as food use to be lovely and hot every time

Usually love it here! But it’s gone downhill lately! Missing items in the past 3 orders and last night the wrap was freezing cold and the chips were absolutely rock hard. There was no potatoe in them they were just crisp! Awful! Won’t be ordering again which is a shame because we used to absolutely love it!

I love this place and order quite a bit from here but today it wasn’t the best. Chips were soggy and hardly no seasoning didn’t taste very nice and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting there a while

Chips where soggy and cold couldn’t eat , chicken in the wrap was cold, bbq chicken was freezing and couldn’t eat, think because I had a discount from previous orders because normally lovely

I’ve ordered from here a few times, always an hour later than what they say, this time it wasn’t starting to prep until 30minutes after order then it said it had arrived 20minutes before they actually arrived for the food to be cold

Check the written reviews, not the jarg rating. Anyone that's actually real on here says it's terrible. The only top reviews are bots "Adam k, Robert c, Sarah h" etc etc."It's literally just frozen wings and "hot n spicy" chicken tenders deep fried and sold at 4 times the price. Not fresh at all, not breaded in house, coated in jar sauces.

Nice food but consistently late

Waited almost 3 hours for delivery. Had to ring to chase it up 3 times. Was told it had been delivered to the wrong address (so someone got a £33 meal for free). When it eventually arrived food was cold and I had to walk halfway down the road to meet the delivery driver…… are they not using sat nav? Absolute shambles! Have used just wing for 9 years. Never again!

Wasn't the fastest tonight, took quite a long time for such a small order when we live about 2 minutes away. Food also wasn't the hottest it could be and now they've swapped the pots of dip for pots that are half the size of the old ones but are charging the same amount 🤦 what's going on with this place in recent months everything in here getting smaller and always arrives cold & they hardly put any seasonings or sauce on things nowadays yet the prices have gone way up.

Delivery got pushed back half an hour and was still late. Food was poor, stone cold and just thrown together. Asked for salt and pepper chicken as well as original buffalo, ended up with what I can only describe as flavourless southern fried chicken, cold and dry. Ranch dressing was missing. Blue cheese dip was like jelly assuming because it was so cold. Chips barely seasoned. Cherry coke was the best bit about the order and surprisingly that was also the warmest.
