Order had no taste was bearly warm was told my order was ready to collect to get to the restaraunt an waiting another 45minutes to get it my order was wrong an didn't have what i asked for it was very disappointing will never be ordering from here again

For a place that does just wings the wings are terrible, the chips was the best item food cold and recooked

Said delivery estimate 15 - 30 mins when accepting the order. Popped up saying 50 mins when ordered. Tried to cancel immediately and said I still had to pay in full as they were making the food. Waited an hour only to be told they were making it now and it’ll be out in 10 mins. Still waiting now. Give people the right to cancel in appropriate time!! Used to be alright, now it’s terrible and misinforms - Avoid!!

not worth the "hype". Food arrived freezing, chips solid, wings over cooked, chewy hard, and the brownie?? more like an oxo cube! beat thing about the meal with the frozen onion rings. never again 😊

I didn’t receive some of my order, phoned up and the rest of it was sent out. Super friendly and food is lovely.

Somethings changed, not as good as it used to be. Also the driver was on her phone for 10 mins outside my house. Had to tap on her car window to get my food.

hardly any seasoning on the cajun fries today when there is normally loads, they might as well have been plain fries today

Service shocking if you don’t have something in stock then stop sending the next best thing I have just paid 7 pound for something I didn’t even like and am now am still hungry!!!! Like other restaurants I have ordered from they contact me to let me know it’s not in stock and ask me what I would like instead. I will be requesting a refund and not sure I will be ordering from here anymore really need to change your procedure for when things are no longer in stock

had several different flavours of the boneless wings and they've all been great.

app said food had arrive at my address, this was 30 mins after the expected delivery time, rang the shop had to cancel deliver driver and go collect food as it still hadnt been cooked. we live 20 mins away from takeaway. when back home we realised we were 2 meals missing, had to ring shop again and had to have missing meals delivered. meals arrived 20 minutes after phone call. will never order from here again unfortunately.

Chicken strips are tiny and dry with hardly any flavouring on them and food was cold by the time it got here over an hour after I ordered

The chicken strips were more like nuggets, they've drastically shrunk in size. One was the size of a 50 pence piece. The original buffalo flavour has also changed & not as nice as before. The chips were hard.

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Was cold when it eventually did arrive. Lettuce on burger was brown. Ordered kinder bueno brownie, recieved crème egg brownie with no communication about this. Brownie was tiny!

The driver was amazing, he made it at the expected time which you don’t see much.

Not great, very late delivery. Phoned restaurant guy was apologetic said they were very busy and was polite enough, but food was not worth the wait.

Boneless chicken with Chinese salt and pepper more Chinese salt and pepper with a little bit of chicken - the was far too much salt on them it was absolutely drowned

food arrived half an hour late. and was cold. milkshakes seem to have been made with ice, and not ice-cream, as there were pieces of crushed ice in the bottom of the cup, not what you'd expect for £4.50.

Food was 40 minutes late , despite being told its 5 minutes away. Food turned up ice cold and the person delivering and handling my food had there dog in tow.

staff who I dealt with where really lovely. unfortunately food was cold by the time it arrived but I think it could be down to the distance so take this into consideration when ordering. might go and actually try it in the shop but I wouldn't order again due to this. being cold left the chips hard and the crispy skin on the strips hard too.

Absolutely awful food, chips where hard had far to much red salt on couldn’t eat them, chicken wrap had next to no chicken just mostly lettuce, onion rings where soggy tasting. Wouldn’t waste your money very disappointing.

Delicious food as always. Feel the boneless chicken pieces can be a little small sometimes, but always tasty.

Popped in for lunch and hoped for some spicy chicken, was disappointed. Chips were a bit dry and the chicken felt like it had been warmed up in the microwave. Would go back and try a chicken burger if I'm ever in the area again.

Absolutely love this place, the food is delicious, always delivered on time and hot. The discount when you spend over £15 and the stamp card loyalty discount is brilliant also, great value for money. This is a firm favourite for takeaways in our house.

After a recommendation, decided to drive to Just wing's from other end of Liverpool. We bought about £40 worth of chicken burgers, jalapeño cheese bites, milkshake and we were so disappointed with the food👎burgers hardly had any mayonnaise on so were very very dry and didn't even taste of salt & pepper which we selected upon ordering? Jalapeño cheese bites were a mess all over the box (exploded) think about 3-4 were looking how they should look. Such a shame after a very positive recommendation definitely wont be returning.

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive, it was stone cold on arrival. Requested a refund and for the food to be collected and taken away as we did not want cold food (the food is still bagged by the front door). Only to be offered £10 just eat credit from a £40 order!!! Unbelievable!!

Shame I couldn’t leave less than 1. Rude staff, food non existent. Waited 2 hours for food and it’s a no show leaving me with no dinner. Just wings notorious for late orders which we tolerate but this is next level. Took my money no problem and provided no service or help.

Ordered at 7pm. Arrived after 9pm. Food was cold. How difficult can it be to throw chicken wings, nuggets and chips in a deep fat fryer. Bag it up and send out. We’re literally 10 min drive from the restaurant. Need to get the basics right

Really nice food and good value for money! I had salt and pepper chicken burger with red salt fries and a daim bar milkshake, really generous portion of fries there were loads ! Burger was delicious and the milkshake was nice too. My only complaint is I wish there was an option to add cheese to the chicken burgers :)

Fries were inedible pieces of crispy oil … all the potato had been burned out of them. And no red salt as requested… prawns were burnt black and also inedible… wings ok. Wont be ordering again as it’s been getting steadily worse for a while now. .
