So RUDE!!!! Everytime me and my friends come in they laugh at us and are super rude!!! Judging us for the food we eat. They are just jealous we can afford to eat in here unlike them who are stuck behind the counters everyday.

Absolutely waste of money ordered mighty box meal for one , I’ve never seen such small chicken on all varieties in box and probably only 10 chips utterly disappointed and robbed , never again

I only go here when I don’t have a choice. Constantly getting your order wrong (and then blaming you for the mistake) and never offering to correct it. I’ve had wrong food, they’ve spilled a full drink in my car when passing it through window, never give you napkins, always rude and don’t care about providing a good service. I’d vote it the worst KFC in bristol for service!

TERRIBLE service! We come here regular, the drive through speaker crackles and don’t work properly so you cant hear what they are saying. To save the hassle I drove to the paying hatch , this is what I normally do as the speaker doesn’t work! But today the lady refused to serve me and told me to go back to the speaker! I said it’s broke and I can’t hear, she said well I can’t take your order then. How bad is that , I will never be returning. So if hard of hearing they have no care and won’t serve you!!!!!!!! Can’t believe a business would want to lose money!

My worst KFC experience ever. This site has a big problem. Drive through service was painfully slow. Food was only mediocre, and chips very cold. Management need to take a close look at their operation and make some much needed improvements. I won't be using again, and suggest you only consider a visit as a last resort.

Wouldn’t recommend or be returning. Ordered and paid only to be told sweets we had ordered were unavailable, offered other sides but as we had already ordered sides we didn’t want more. Manager was called to refund for missing items however manager then said I could not be refunded by Apple Pay? As I didn’t have physical card I would have to have something else, he offered cookies but then was told they didn’t have those either! At this point he was able to refund via Apple Pay, so clearly being dishonest trying to get me to take something else rather than refund. Kicker was he then refunded for cookies which were lesser value to what we had originally ordered! I informed KFC head office and they couldn’t care less about their dishonest Managers.

Didn’t get the food ordered and the manager did nothing to resolve the problem I felt literally ignored after paying £28 for a delivery -Rude no listening skills and no resolution offered just upset and left angry and ignored

I don't understand why this KFC doesn't taste the same as the others but it the chicken pieces were dry and chewy and the gravy was runny and not like usual yummy KFC gravy.

Worst KFC, lazy staff who go out there way to make up excuses to not do there job. Paid the extra for 2 Krushems to then be told the machines broke and they didn’t want to give any money back or any thing of equal value. Been a couple times because it’s closest kfc and thought could be a one off but the one thing you can count on is them constantly being terrible

What a load of sh!t This is the worst KFC I have ever been too. If I could add negative points I would have. I called the manager and complained about missing items, small coffees and fizzy water instead of 7UP. We were given a reference for a free box meal and had the phone slammed down on us. Anyway let’s see if the number works. I’m not holding my breath.

Ordered delivery and it gave me food poisoning - avoid! I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. Would have saved me a whole load of puking.

Today 18:40. 18:45 approx visited Keynsham KFC me and the kids normally use Filton or Cribbs as I have heard bad feedback about Keynsham previously, time was against us so we went there instead as closer to home In drive through ordered trilogy box meal large with sweat corn and cherry pepsi and two large boneless banquets large with gravy and cherry Pepsi When at checkout received two items so challenged it, I checked top one and it was a trilogy meal so I asked where is the third meal being a boneless banquet and the chap said oh sorry that’s what you meant ? So he said you have to go around again and I said no I will wait and he said you pay more to which I just did although seems more than normal although I may be incorrect Turns out we actually had two trilogy meals as I don’t check the second box just assumed they had it right so now one of my kids had to face the trilogy meal with sweat corn and miss out on his normal Friday treat £17.46 and £8.48 transactions on my account Although a receipt number was not provided Needless to say my friends were right about this branch Really disappointed as my kids love kfc and this experience has put a dampener on what in general real terms is a good experience

I don't no where they get there staff from but they must be scraping the bottom of the barrel to get them, I have been there 4 times in the last few years and they get the order badly wrong every time, I wonder if they can even read and write its so bad, the change is always wrong, and they never give you what you ask for, other family members have been there recently and they all say the same things.

Drive through only open, staff unprofessional, would not allow me to add to order at window and informed I would need to drive around again and wait with a rude manner, didn’t bother. Got home to find order short of chicken piece and chips cold. Food was not good, I usually enjoy KFC but this was awful. Avoid until under new management.

Arrived and the cue was over twenty cars long. So parked and went into the restaurant as the cue wasn’t moving and I had my daughter with me. Inside ordered and waited over 45 minutes for my order. The staff are extremely rude. And have zero customer service skills. They prioritise delivery orders over waiting customers. When I finally got my order, my child’s order was wrong. I told the man behind the till who then argued with me. When I told him it was a joke he replied f#@k you. I will never ever venture into that store again.

This has got to be the worst kfc I have ever had the misfortune to visit. The tasteless muck they serve as food is vile. We had two zinger meals. Tough inedible chicken, cold chips and the brown lettuce was well past it’s sell by date. Mine went straight in the bin, and my husband took his back to complain. The ‘manager’ was completely useless and refused any sort of compensation, even though we went a considerable distance to complain. He couldn’t have cared less. He finally begrudgingly gave a refund for one meal, although he stated ‘it looks alright to me’!! Shocking customer service. And judging by the many many bad reviews bad food and incompetence of staff is commonplace. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Came to kfc keynsham still about a year later still no crushum machine like cant you guys get this fixed no spoons or forks for rice told to go home and get my own and always getting food wrong and always rude

My family live local and eat here all the time. KFC always get the order wrong but we do enjoy the food. But why oh why is it closed ? Google and KFC say its open but its not ? Looks like a refurb from outside ?

I've always found it interesting that for a company that's existed far longer than Miss Millies and other locations their product is inferior in both standard and quality. Alongside the great mystery of the missing salt and sugar sachets, that I admit is not only confined to this place, it seems in itself that the whole experience is so far removed here than what you find elsewhere. Not expecting miracles I pulled up at the drive through. Compared to other places the member of staff was hardly friendly.... but then again we're not here in the first place to expect riveting conversation. It would be nice if the said person would actually have some form of acknowledgement of what a customer is. If you go in with a take it or leave kind of attitude with the customer, then agreed there are plenty of options these days and my choice now is to go elsewhere as, unfortunately this place has hit rock bottom.The food was also a lot to be desired and I can best describe it like they were trying to get a size 12 shoe in a size 1 box and as a result open opening said item the gravy was everywhere, literally. It's hardly like it was run through the mill either - literally handed through a checkpoint into the car, drove 20 feet to eat in the car park with no sudden braking etc. Somehow through miracle or gravity it didn't go all over the car although it was still a really messy experience one that I could have quite easily claimed for in dry cleaning costs! It's a great shame and it's quite simply it's in a completely different league to other such fast food chains. The others seem to have the formula and ethic so why doesn't this place? One thing for sure this is definitely not leading by example, especially from a company that has ample years on others of such ilkness and far better quality.

I was half-way through my day out working and was hungry enough, on this occasion, to need something to keep me going until my main meal in the evening. This coupled with being very weary of sandwiches, and just needing something hot on what was a dull day. Passing through Keynsham I considered the couple of takeaways on the western edge of the town, where there is plenty of convenient parking.On arrival I was unsure whether I could enter, there was a drive though service and I though maybe they was what was operating. There was little signage to guide customers. The door however opened when I tried it and I was able, suitably masked-up, to order at the food counter. I studied the menu and decided on the Fillet Box Meal, this comprises of a chicken breast fillet in a bun, a small portion of fries and a single piece (a drumstick) of original recipe chicken, plus a regular side and a drink (I specified water). This was priced at £6.29 which is not exactly cheap.Order placed and paid for the lad serving me muttered a question which I could not understand, his diction was not good. After repeating it twice more I understood that he was asking me what side I wanted. I do not care for the KFC sides as they are frankly awful, the sweetcorn is precooked and then is nuked, has a mushy texture and is impossible to hold and eat without discomfort. IMHO the beans and coleslaw are absolutely disgusting, and the rest I’ve never tried and wouldn’t want to. So, I declined the side which didn’t seem to register with the lad and after a while the front of house manageress stepped-in to translate what was being offered, and that it was paid-for within my meal price. I said I knew what the question and premise was, but I didn’t want a side. It seemed to alarm both of them that I was willing forgo something that I had paid for. I noted the look on the manageress’s face (and it wasn’t a smile) and the way that she turned and walked away.My meal was generally hot and tasty, and sated my hunger. IMHO was improved by not having a side. The fries were too salty for my taste, and otherwise bland (as is ever the case in, this and other, fast food outlets).I am driven to observe that the principle of customer choice in the service industry is of paramount importance, as is the clarity of communications between customers and staff.

Me and the missis go here for a treat for last couple of years but they always got trouble with there coffee machine and today we had to pay extra to have 50p to have crushem instead(got charged£2) I realised after. Coleslaw was a couple of spoon fulls, bread was off, chicken was dry but still nicr. They always forget somthin eg hot sauce, then told they didn't have any, always have to check our food when we dine in. It always seem to me they concentrate on the drive through rather then dining customers and can't understand a word some of them say, so I dont even try to understand now. I don't blame the staff to much as they are on keep the worker poor wages. Sometimes my chips are hot and my wife's cold, work that one out. Looking at the other reviews. I think they should shut down like dominoes do if managers can't make it right, I'm not one for reviews but this seriously needs addressing and my wife will be ringing to make a complaint to

Went for lunch;ordered mini chicken fillet;was half way through eating ,noticed fillet raw in the middle,not going to risk eating here

Every. Single. Time I visit this place it's multiple items not available and you can't return home with the order you set out for so I'd stopped bothering. Not having visited for a while I thought I'd try get myself a wrap on the way home and suprise suprise there was no wraps?! I instead order a chicken fillet burger...it comes out warm chicken fillet, cold firm bun and a slice of completely unmelted cheese. This week I naively assumed they'd have ordered some wraps in by now (full week later)...wrong! "We have no wraps" Avoid

Was looking forward to KFC tonight following a visit to the Cinema. Food was passable but having to use the customer toilet was an appalling experience without exaggerating I came out of there heaving. Filthy smell, disgusting brown stains in bowl and under the rim, filthy seat and no toilet paper at all. There were even loads of flies in there as the floor was wet and dirty. If the food prep people use this toilet I dread to think what the hygiene standards are. I see this is an ongoing problem from other reviews, about time this was sorted. I dont know what council covers this area, but tomorrow will be on to Environmental Health.

This is our local so when we rarely feel like this treat we come here, the service in drive through is always horrendous. They are rude, rushed and have no customer service skills at all. Due to this they often get the food order wrong, today is the last day we will come here after terrible service and getting order wrong, over charging and then do cares given!!Manners are free KFC Keynsham.

How dare you fob us off with food prepared at lunchtime at seven in the evening? My son's burger bun was not just stale but hard as was the mayo inside it. Totally inedible. What a waste of money,

Visited last week and decided to use toilet. Oh my God they are vile, this wasn't dirt caused by a couple of dirty customers, this was filth due to them not being properly cleaned for an extended period of time. Wont be visiting again. Chicken also tasted funny.

Dry chewy chicken. Manager of eight years didn’t understand the KFC club. Missing condiments and no serviettes. I heard somebody else saying there was no coffee or ice cream!

Sounds silly but my friends and I have visited this establishment twice in the past 2 weeks in the hopes of buying krushems, we have been told both times that the machine is broken. However, today straight after we had asked for a krushem and were told the machine was broken, another 2 couples were served krushems.

Ordered food from the drive through, only to reach home to find some of the order missing, went back the following day as we don’t live close. The manager refused to even acknowledge what we said about the order the day before. Now, it wasn’t so much about what was missing more about the way in which they delt with the issue. They refused the replace the missing items, so we will no longer be using this particular restaurant & would advise everyone to be carful as they don’t have any of the basic customer skills needed when dealing with the public.

Short of the portion of fries, tried to phone them and no one picks up....check your order before you leave

Terrible rude staff with bad attitudes, always out of stock of either certain drinks or sauces.. Drive through closed on a regular basis.. Chicken was dried out and not nice, I will be avoiding this kfc until they give the franchise to somebody who actually cares about the food and the service they are providing to people..

I went in with my grandson yesterday, the service was appalling. Four kids trying not to serve! Firstly no hot drinks at all , the coffee machine has apparently been breaking down all the time. This is the second time we have visited and it was the same then! No bacon!! chips overcooked and the chichen dry and tasteless. I will never be going there again. Avoid like the plague!!

Awful. Visited 28th Sept at 8pm both drive through & inside very busy. So went inside for takeaway.waited 10mins to be served to be then told no gravy.

No beans, no corn on cob, no gravy, no ketchup, no tango, no sprite!! All they had to say to me at 6pm was "well you are very late in the day"!!!

They still have ran out of everything. No kids meals, no bottled water and no tomato sauce. Awful franchise and will never go back. Staff don’t seem to care, weird set up...

We visited this horrible place on the way to Avon Valley Country Park. What a mistake. Dry horrible food and not a single sachet of sauce in the whole place (we asked!!) to mask the dryness. I have not given a 1 star review on trip advisor previously. Been to other KFCs that were not this bad!

Thought I’d take the Grandkids for a treat, even they didn’t want to stay. It was so cold people were keeping their coats on. The music was quite loud and as I’m hard of hearing found it difficult to hear the girl behind counter. Even though I asked her to speak up she didn’t, she also could only speak basic English, when I asked her a question she couldn’t understand me. The food was tasteless, chips cold. To top it all no hot drinks available. Won’t go again

A very bad example of a KFC. rude staff in the drive through. no please or thank you from them. Also gave me no serviettes/wipes/salt so I went in and to find out they had run out. no apologies. Zinger burger tasted old. Avoid this franchise.

My partner tasted a slightly strange piece of chicken in the Family feast but didn't think much of it as we were late eating and hungry. I went the next day to tell them how ill he was, a Polish guy took my phone number but I never heard anything.

Went here on way home from work due to not wanting to cook. Closed. Ended up going to the Talbot...

Constantly one of the best KFCs in the Bristol area. Always quick friendly service, restaurant always clean and the food hot and tasty.

I ordered several meals, two were missing from the order, 1 x boxed tower chicken meal and box of chicken strippers. I don’t remember when I had a meal from KFC that didn’t have something missing. Caused big problems! And totally unacceptable!

Very good for the light night or on the run , and if you do no what you won't for tea clean and helpful. And plenty of Choice

Had a lovely lunch before visiting Avon valley park food good staff were lovely and helpful really enjoyed the salad instead of fries with my chicken and of course my absolute favourite the gravy I could go and just have the gravy I love it

I use this restaurant a lot. There are limited parking spaces which it shares with the Pizza restaurant so at busy times you will be pushed to find a parking space but there is a Waitrose across the road with a big car park which you could use. They have recently had a refit and it looks better but it is always so bloody cold in there. The food is always served promptly but don't expect a service with a smile. It is what it is, a KFC.

A pesar de buena comida típica que tener reserva kfc ordenados en drive thru recto alrededor de un punto de recogida de comida estaba esperando, sin embargo era fresco y caliente. Lo mismo tres días después lo más sorprendente.

Aire acondicionado nos hicieron sentir muy fría, así evitamos el helado habría tenido. bastante normal de KFC.

Un grupo de nosotros tenía la costumbre de pollo y hamburguesas. - el viaje modesto el personal era amable, la comida era deliciosa (para mí mejor que de costumbre) y las mesas estaban limpias. El lugar tiene un aspecto más limpio y rediseñar y been tidier. A veces el personal se aburran o grosero, pero hoy el personal era genial. No tengo ninguna queja de mí.

I work not far from this KFC it was an added bonus having KFC so close to work .you don't get a warm welcome there and you are hurried up when ordering so it is best to stand back

On several visits we have had blood in the chicken. When pointing this out to staff they say this is fine but I'm not convinced. Ordered 3 ice creams but staff got two wrong. When they took them back to change them the member of staff started serving drive through customers and cooking chips in between. Had to wait ages. Not the best experience and still unsure about the bloody chicken.

I Slipt on some urine as a homeless person ran in hoping to go to the toilet but the staff didn't let him so he went on the floor near the food! 20 minutes later I forgotten about this incident and orderd a drink. When I walk towards the table with a bottle of coke in one hand I slipt in the puddle which splatterd cola over me! However a young bold man with a hat losely on and you could tell he liked KFC help me up and offered me a free drink of tap water. I said, "yes please". 1 minute later the drink was already made for me and the urine was cleaned up, yay. Best customer service ever + the clean asked me if I could help clean up the coke. Best experience every. Go and eat their and you never no this could happen to you...
