extremely long wait considering the take away is so close, resulting in cold food!

Food was amazing and still really hot when it got to me

Moved the delivery time and the food turned up some cold. £25 wasted

I ordered off the breakfast menu at 12pm and was unable to cancel the order with my guest account and had to wait over 2 hours for it to arrive. I am very unhappy as I order a lot from Mr Ds and have used just eat a lot in the past. I expect this to be made right as it has been 2 days and I have still had no compensation! I will take this further if I must. Regards

I ordered it to arrive at 6.30pm and it didn’t arrive until 6.55pm the chips were cold and we were not impressed.

The best burgers and fries in bath! Cooked fresh to order. Does not disappoint. Small shop but the food is mega.Recommend the cheese and bacon burger.

Generic takeaway ingredients you can get at any kebab shop, but cooked badly and double the price.

Made an order yesterday evening and after our dinner, we have been having a running stomach through the night and the morning. I would like to warn others to be careful. Also there is a constantly full garbage bin outside at the entrance and am sure one way or another there goes the hygiene or how food is handled there. If they can't he bothered to call the council to clear right outside their door, how much more do you think k they care for hygiene where we are not looking. We have eaten out of there before and the burgers seem the quality has dropped as well!

Cheesy chips was definitely not tasty couldn't eat it.

My first time/experience of going here today - Portion size was good but the beef burgers are much better (taste) than the chicken burgers. Isn't as good as Shwartz Burger in Bath at all (7 mins drive from here)

Disappointed. Chicken nuggets are normally our granddaughter’s favourite from here but this time round she didn’t like them at all. Burgers and fries were not enjoyed either.

The most underwhelming, overpriced burger I have ever had. How they can say "only the best beef" is beyond me - the burgers are completely flavourless. Ordered 1 x double cheeseburger and 1 x blue cheese burger, but was given 2 x double cheeseburgers (I was already at home by the time I realised). Totally disappointed with Mr D's and will never return.

Burgers = great! Chips = great! Wings = awful.

Made an order for just under £40. 2 burgers, spring rolls and 2x chips (one of which with cheese) no chips with cheese. Just 2 normal chips. Just finished eating our food and not satisfied at all. Really poor quality, meal was worth £20 at best. Iv had better McDonalds. Will not order again and do not recommend at all. If you want nice food then don't even bother. Terrible.

Love it here usually. Always comes very quick but the quality of our food last night was very off putting and being the only 2 that ate it in the household. We’ve had terrible upset belly. The chicken just didn’t taste right and for it to be so quick. Just a. Bit concerning.

Had a burger with cheese and chips. Was ok at best. Nothing special. And thought for what food i had was a bit pricey. Ok if in rush

Fries really good , unfortunately the burger patties are just your bog standard burgers you can get at a kebab shop - yet at gourmet burger prices - no meat flavour or texture, just cheap & greasy.

Was not expecting much when I stumbled across this place early in the morning but the cheeseburger was actually incredible. Really tasty relish and loved the lettuce red onion combi. Chips were good too.

An excellent establishment with the most succulent of burgers. Went late in the evening with a group of about 9 friends and for such a small place they took it in their stride and delivered in good time with no complaints. Double rodeo burger hit the spot and was sizable enough for the price, mozzarella sticks were about what you would expect but still nice and crispy. Not as cheap as other fast food places but you get what you pay for and I certain got a good feed that I would recommend 🤌

I have eaten at many an eatery in Bath, and I can confidently say this was one of them. Not many people could cater to ten people arriving at their door with wildly different orders - but Mr D welcomed us with open arms and blessed us with a delicious evening meal. Full marks from me!

Barely warm, but once reheated fine.

Amazing, quality burgers quick and honestly for the price you get a fairly big burger. On top of that I think his name was Tito great service and all round friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I e used this takeaway for years, really disappointing to see staff really not interested and really bad lac of communication, a bit like mc Donald’s but worse. Staff not interested food was better than expected so that changes my opinion. Please just engage and you could generate a much higher score

We ordered Piri Piri and American Hot chicken burgers. The burgers were nice but I think the restaurant had forgotten to put the hot sauces on as neither of them had any spicy heat.

Microwaved cheese, barely any . Worst burgers ever, chips were abit soggy. Not only that severely over priced

Regular customers at Mr Ds, always decent nosh, don't normally leave reviews but tonight was exceptional. Just wanted to thank tonight's chef for the excellent, perfectly cooked burgers and thanks to the very polite delivery driver for getting our food here so fast on a Friday night.

Fantastic service and food as always!

All we wanted was two portions of chips. What we didn't expect was to see the 'cook' pick up what can only be described as black DIY plaster bucket from the floor and pour the uncovered chips into the fryer. We were astounded. If you are going to so flagrantly ignore every health and food standards rule at least have the decency to hide it well. As we were not dogs we didn't fancy eating chips that had been kept on the floor in a bucket. Disgusting and would NOT recommend anyone eating here no matter how drunk you are.

The food was great but the Blue Cheese burger as missing the blue cheese. The cheesy spicy potato wedges also were missing the cheese (there was none at all, it had been forgotten)

Good portion. Plenty of food and tasted just okay-ish. Ordered a burger that was supposed to have bbq in it but it was more sweet chilli than anything and too much cold, soggy salad. Also, the bags they came in were stapled shut. Ended up cutting my hand trying to open them, which was annoying
