Five guys quality is amazing. The customer service is great too and you feel some peace of mind watching them make your order because you can actually see what goes on in the kitchen. Cleaning is thorough and food is immaculate. Bonus that there are the cool snippets from news articles about five guys

Sandwich looked as good as the ad, was amazing!!

Vegetarian or vegan options are a burger bun with salad in it for £5.25. Their competition in Bath has much better options for people that don’t eat meat. No excuse in this day and age with 15% of the population being non meat eaters.

Great tasting burgers. Don’t bother with the click and collect service as they don’t start cooking the order until you arrive anyway :-(

Popped in for a quick bite before going to the Komedia club and ordered a burger, chips and soft drink. Service was friendly, reasonably quick and there were plenty of tables to sit down. The burger was OK, but the chips were incredibly salty and I had to leave them.

It was an absolutely terrible time, The blond lady kept giving me rude stares, they didn't give me the receipt after ordering food. So I couldn't use the bathroom because, when I'm paying £15 for a burger I still need a code for the bathroom It's absolutely ridiculous. Never going to five guys again it is terrible.

Chips were just chucked loose into the paper bag so were stone cold and wet. The bag had ripped through from the grease so some had fallen out. Burgers cold too.

Burger was good, but the bacon was burnt. Please give me a refund. I paid around £20 per person. 🙏 5 guys, more like the price of five guys. My table was not clean, before and after. I 👍 the mayo. Ketchup tasted straight like sugar. Nuts are very salty, even tho I'm a huge fan of nuts, these were very meh. 🤷‍♂️ potatoes were good, but like every other thing, expensive. The music was so loud, but it's fine because it was playing Metallica. Fuze tea tasted like water. I mean, if I wanted water, I could've just gone down the road to the river and drank that. Overall meh... if you're asking why I went here, it is because the pizza restaurant infront, cough cough ( The Oven) was closed as it is boxing day. But yeah, over all, never again. (Ed Sheeran poster carried the atmosphere)

Absolutely disappointed with a quality of food, rolls squished, sausage as salty as uneatable, arrived with no salad inside, just a bun with a sausage, tiny in size, highly overpriced!!! Will never order again!!!

Order via Uber eats and after 90mins was cancelled. When the £45 order arrived the large chips were a joke and they were cold. I know it’s expensive as we eat it out every now and then but this was a proper rip off. Milkshake was nice. But then it should be for £6.99!

Classic fat American people food🦅🇺🇸🦅🗣️. Solid burger, solid chips, solid milk shake. Would recommend Oreo and lotus mix. Staff were also pretty chill. Probably one of the best most and consistent burgers in Bath. You can also customise every bit of the burger which is a nice touch.

Both chips and burger were delivered freezing cold! And the fries are also overly salty! A complete and utter waste of money!

Food was cold, order delivery time changed multiple times moved 40 minutes behind the original time. Driver minimal conversation, shoved the food in my face and asked for code and walked off.

Nice food but they don’t know how to treat their staff… not telling them their hours, not replying to messages regarding work/hours. Terrible employers

We ordered from Five Guys in Bath via Just-Eat and paid £45 for 3 burgers and 2 fries and it arrived late and stone cold and of very poor quality and included far fewer fries than we used to get when we regularly ordered from them. We stopped regularly ordering because of poor quality and issues with the food and timing alongside very high prices which should be associated with higher quality and service, but this experience confirms our original decision to stop ordering from Five Guys Bath and so we won't anymore, there are lots better burgers and fries in Bath available for far less money.

Had to go and get the order myself in the end as the Just eat driver never showed up. Have submitted a formal complaint and request for a full refund

First time at Five Guys and man the food is disgusting. Small and sloppy. For the same price you could go somewhere like Honest Burger, or you could get way better burger and fries at McDonald's for cheaper. The staff were very nice though.

Ordinarily 5⭐️’s for their milkshakes but one thing you don’t want is to buy a strawberry milkshake on a boiling hot day, sit on a train only to find no strawberry syrup (or whatever they add) - disappointing today when you pay £6 for quality - Which it normally is.

We were given the wrong order, nothing was correct and it was only enough for one person instead of 2. We didn't like anything on the order so had to give it to someone else and then had to go and get food from else where. This was ridiculous.

Code is 1308. Locked bathrooms are annoying for paying customers who prefer to go before they eat. What’s the point in locking them? It does not prevent access, but worsens the paid experience.

food is terrible, buns cold, meat raw…. The place is very dirty, I had a dead fly on the table, I am not sure it came from the rapping paper or first fall of nowhere. On top of that the food is pricey And to also add, the next day i am having food poisoning and vomiting even though i only ate half of the burger.

Visited Five Guy’s a couple of times, never been disappointed. Always greeted and served quickly and friendly. You do wait longer for your food compared to the place with the Golden Arches, however Five Guys is cooked fresh to order to give you the best burger possible. Had bacon cheese burger with several of the many possible toppings they offer. I can highly recommend the grilled cheese, it’s such a simple offering but absolutely fantastic, I added mushrooms to mine also. Always a clean restaurant and great atmosphere.

Slow service, was ignored by one of the staff working next to the milkshake and collection desk, the other staff frying the burgers had to serve me... Smh Why text me my order is ready for me to get there 10 mins later and then being told that my order is still not ready yet? I had to wait there awkwardly for my food to be done cos they were working too slow. It wasn't worth the wait as the food was terribly mid and gave me a mild stomach ache. I'll stick to mcdonalds from now on.

Five Guys burgers is my Go-To whenever I get the yearnings for burgers.

The only thing that’s good about this order was the delivery guy. Both items were very over priced. £4.55 for chips is too expensive, especially when the fries are soggy and are like any other fries. The hot dog is £10.15 which is far too expensive for something that isn’t special at all + it’s overly greasy! Far too expensive for a hotdog and fries!!

We went at 5pm when the place is almost empty which was great, no bustle and no queue. The staff member helped us very efficiently with our dietary requirements and was very patient and pleasant. The food was delicious. I would have liked the option of having my bunless burger on a plate as it was messy to eat but hey, I'm old and awkward and it wasn't a big deal. We all liked the American diner interior, it's clean and fresh and light. The loos were impressively clean and tidy. The music was too loud, it kept feeling intrusive rather than background. Other than that, 5 Guys was a good experience.

The food was delicious and the bottomless cup is worth it when there are 8 people.

Food was cold, my wife's burger bun was soggy, my burger was unwrapped in the bag, and we received cajun fries for both burgers rather than just mine. To pay £40 for two burgers and fries is OK but they should at least be presentable. 5guys was supposed to be a treat, but a McDonald's I ordered last week was presented better . Very poor.

Placed order at 18:00 via just eat for delivery at 19:00. Food kept getting pushed back until gone 20:15.

The food tastes good but was entirely cold after that 2 hour end to end delivery time from order. absolute joke! On top of that; when it finally did arrive, completely cold, it was missing the Sprite we ordered as well. Absolutely abysmal service and poor quality.

It was my first time going to five guys and it was great. The store was a bit dirty but it wasn't that bad. Definitely try the milkshakes!

Great food, but eyewateringly expensive

Decent newish give guys branch, there's plenty of seating inside and outside which is nice as it's on the market square. Service is OK, the staff seem a little inexperienced compared to other branches but the food is excellent as usual. There's toilets on site and it's very conviniently located near the town centre.

Now admittedly I failed to clock the prices when we walked in this essentially fast food burger outlet, so when we ordered one cheese burger, one “veggie sandwich” (more on that one), two fries and two soft drinks, imagine my absolute shock when the young girl serving us announces £35 please! Yes THRITY FIVE POUNDS and yes FAST FOOD BURGER JOINT! It’s got to be amazing then I thought, but no, the drinks for £35 were without ice and at room temperature (not a good look for a coke) and my “veggie sandwich” was in fact a burger without the meet part! For £35 they can’t be bothered to create an actual veggie burger. Honestly I think I was most amazed that they seemed quite busy, that was almost as shocking as the price. My husband’s burger was admittedly he said tasty, mine was a cheese burger without the burger, so you can I’m sure imagine my thoughts! Overall for me best summed up with three words A RIP OFF!

Tasted good, but we waited 30 minutes when it was pretty empty. Only one person waiting before us, who also waited a long while.

Only one of the things I ordered was delivered, the deliverer didn't have the milkshake.

Jack M was very nice also had quick and efficient service. It was very busy but was still kind and polite.

My order was cold and missing 2x milkshakes and a Dr Pepper, the "help" options would not let me report the problem. Very dissatisfied and would like a full refund.

Five Guys Hamburger - I highly recommend it

Its just so slow here. Food was nice but waiting so long for food is a bit off putting. 37 pound for 2 cheese burgers, 2 small fries, a fanta and bottle of water? Insane.

The place was quite busy and had to wait about 20 mins for my burger. Maybe that's why they serve free peanuts. Burger was delicious.

Couldn't eat the fries; far too much salt and overcooked. The burgers didn't come with toppings, just two overcooked patties and soggy bread. Very disappointing. Sadly the feedback to restaurant was also poorly received, the manager did want to accept that their food was badly prepared.

I love 5 guys burgers they are juicy and delicious. If you have a gluten or wheat intorlance you have an option of having a naked burger or having it wrapped in lettuce. There is a good selection of fillings. The only negative about the place is that is not kept cleaned regularly. The tables inside and out were not wiped down often. It felt a bit messy. I'd still go back because the food is tasty.

The veggie sandwich looked sad from the start and tasted worse, much worse. Why isn’t the there a veggie burger option? Chips were ok but in general it’s all rather expensive.

Food is excellent quality, though pricy, the cost is justifiably: nicely cooked and good quantities. Eating in was a bit cold and not particularly comfortable. The American diner style doesn't really work and the ighting is too bright.

What has happened to five guys? Sadly, the chips were absolutely drenched in salt. I couldn't eat them for fear of an instant cardiac. While the burger had next to no flavour. I asked for ketchup and no onions and got the opposite. It was very quiet so not sure what happened. Give people a chance to add their own salt or not. Not in a hurry to try again.

Ordered on deliveroo arrived freezing cold, mine arrived with no burger or cheese so basically a bun with lettuce and tomato. We spoke to deliveroo who were not going to give a refund at first but we persisted and a refund was given. I filled out a form on the five guys review site aired my views and was told they would speak to the restaurant and apologised for no burgers and that was that it’s like they don’t care about customers and speaking to the restaurant clearly doesn’t help as the review below has the same problem as we had. I would clearly avoid this restaurant on any food delivery app as they will never get it right no matter how many people complain. I feel that the company do not care about the customer and it’s all about profit. Five guys customer service is a joke I have not had another response since I complained about the response I received in the first place. If you can’t satisfy the customers needs at the end of the day what is the point in asking me if everything is okay.

We ordered some burgers through Deliveroo. We ordered 2 cheese burgers with bacon but mine arrived without the patty beef and no cheese! We called the restaurant to see if they could send a replacement burger or help. They said no, not replacement as it is a Deliveroo order. The person talking to my partner over the phone was extremely rude, she said that she knows perfectly how to run a business as my partner suggested that they should offer a different solution as I was the only one not getting lunch. The situation was ridiculous, we contacted Deliveroo they provided a refund but no food. I obviously don’t recommend this venue as they are not reliable and rude.

American burger and fries franchise. I was pleasantly surprised since the burgers are made of "real meat" and not plastic like other franchises. In addition, their potatoes are also natural and not frozen. They have a counter with sauces I find it curious that they don't give trays, but rather they put everything in the carry-out bag.

Loved the food! It's always fresh and tasty! Absolutely worth the spend. The staff was friendly and the restaurant clean and accomodating for large groups.

Tasty burgers made to order, efficient and friendly team, awesome selection of drinks with free refills. What more can one ask for... Seating/decor is in the usual Five Guys style i.e. diner, which isn't great for someone with back problems, but it's the standard for the type of establishment, so can't fault these guys specifically. Plus you can always order takeaway and sit somewhere else. Will be back for sure. And for burgers.
