Definitely some of the better burgers you can get around in the city. They also do delivery and prices are overall more affordable than other places that raised their prices more steeply. Would recommend.

we had a delivery, the taste was very good and so was the packaging. onions rings were huge in size, sweet potatoes were fresh, sandwiches were as ordered.

Smashburger offers average burgers at high prices. The burgers are oily, and the Smash Seasoning on the fries leaves a strange aftertaste. While the experience was okay, it's not something l'd go back for.

Never heard of this chain before, but definitely will be back. System to order was easy to use, and I was able to order exactly what I wanted in my burger. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. Recommend the smash fries with the garlic and olive oil if you want something a little different but the standard fries are also top tier. I don't know what atmosphere there should be but when we went was relatively quiet

As a personal opinion, after about 3 years without leaving any feedback for the Smash Burger, I would like to say this shop does some of the best burgers by far in town. Cooked to perfection, salad is always fresh and crunchy, and the Smash fries are absolutely incredible and I would also like to mention their products are on the same standards since they opened as I have never found a lack in quality in the past few years when i ate in here on multiple occasions. Staff always prompt and helpful. Keep up the good work, and thank you!!!

Staff was great and the food is good

Just came here for dinner as my partner and I were curious about the restaurant every time we visit Bath. The burgers are a bit pricey, but 100% worthy as it's part of the menu (Proper big beef burger, drink and big portion of fries), and the milkshakes are amazing. Food was served quick with the restaurant full. Will come back deffo.

Was in shock when my "food" was delivered today. Cold food and missing items and this is how it turned up. No meat in the bun, forgotten fries. Disgusting. Wish I could post a picture

The chicken burger was delicious. A bit of a Shake&Shack feel. The chicken was crispy, I loved it!! The choice of accompaniments is varied and this is clearly a positive point. I am removing one star for the price which is in my humble opinion excessive. I paid almost £18 for 1 burger + sweet potato fries + a coke....

Would've been much cooler if this had people serve you dressed as smash bros characters, I wanna be served a burger by King DeDeDe whilst I can see Ike working the fryers and Samus cleaning the tables.

Take away. Lots of people ordering but I was the only take away. Ordered at the kiosk. Jalapeño burger and buffalo burger. Waited a while. You get an order number and you put in your name. There’s no screen to show you when’re your order is in the queue or when order is ready. I couldn’t see any take away condiments. Received order and left. No condiments in bag. When we did get to eat our food, mine had no jalapeños in! It was a little tasteless and I bit into 2 bits of Grissel! Yuck! My husband liked his. I’m so disappointed! Definitely would not return

Smashburger is a must to visit if in bath. Incredibly friendly and efficient service. I was greeted by Quelly who is an asset to your company. she recommended the truffle burger and it was great. There milkshakes are a go too I would recommend the lotus biscuit one.

Some poor fellow has spent a great amount of money on this place, but left themselves downwith a dreadful front on house team..we were intrigued..to try something different...the staff whose English is poor, don't understand the menu...it clearly states a meal deal is 14.95...however the staff say is 17.95...doubtless it will close...stupid staff will lose their jobs...and the investment lost..come on ...this is basic stuff...you advertise and the staff should be trained to understand the menu..dreadful waste

I went to this Smashburger with a school group of almost 60 people and they couldn’t have been more accommodating towards us. Food came out quickly for the kids and was all to a brilliant standard. The staff were friendly and the location was not only central in the town but easily accessible by coach/ bus. The upstairs area is perfect for hosting a big group also. Many thanks!!!

Food is great and staff are good. Massive issue with the computer system it can't understand a group of friends paying separately yet stitting on the same table. Should be an order number not table number. Had 2 groups of people in today and all of the orders were either wrong or food took ages to come out while they figured out that there was different orders on the same table.

Seriously overpriced bad food that took forever! Staff seemed to pfaff about and there were no customers except one occupied table….. Not going back!!!!

We were served by Amiel and we were very happy with the service. Ordered gluten free burgers and the smashfries and both were delicious, as we ordered the large fries the portion size was amazing too for the price!

We arrive on a Saturday at 12. In 11 minutes we get our burgers and are sat the food is delicious and not to expensive the service is marvellous great experience I recommend greatly

The food was stone cold after spending £46 we wasn’t impressed

Ordered thia in Uber eats, cost us 26 quid for about 5 quid max of food in terms of quality(would have been nearly 40 of we didn't get the Uber eats discount) I ordered the most expensive burger they had and all I could taste was some beef patty and mediocre cheese. Wife had the vegan burger and was equally underwhelmed. They also didn't supply the dip we ordered so overall a bit of a shocker really! All in all crazy money for tiny portions of badly made food....

Ordered for delivery. One of the smallest portions I've ever had from a burger bar, the most expensive burger they had was barely more than a badly wrapped but of fried beef with some dodgy cheese slice and no sauce or anything else in it. Astonished I've just spent 40 quid for two people to eat a shoddy empty burger and a tiny portion of soggy chips. Currently pursuing some kind of refund

It was raining and we were hungry, so we gave the place a try. They had a nice person help with everything, and the food was surprisingly good. The price was reasonable.

Both me and my mum had bad stomach reactions after having the milkshakes, I'm gluten free and she's lactose intolerant so my best guess is they're not cleaning something properly as I haven't had a reaction to the one near Birmingham. It tasted delicious, just wouldn't recommend it for people with allergies/ intolerances

they messed up my order and when I wanted my money back they said I needed to give my gmail? like did no one have cash money on them because like that beef was not halal and if you want your money back they make it so difficult with their system. The man who took my order first gave me the regular order for eating in while i wanted takeaway. He kept asking me if i was happy, no tf i wasnt.

Cris was my server, and she has a natural customer service excellence ✨, I gave a tricky order because of dietary requirements, and she was handling brand new software. Cris's manor was lovely and she was very helpful. I was instantly impressed but character! I've worked in retail for 16+ years and she is naturally gifted in a wholesome way! Keep her - she's a star ⭐ My only negative feedback is the gluten free roll was terrible, and while I really appreciate that there was the option I wouldn't order again (ever 😬). The atmosphere was compromised but the dark lighting, other spot on. Thank you

Food was pretty good for Gluten-free… That they even offer GF was really appreciated. Drink machine wasn’t working, but they got on to it asap. Couldn’t get it working, so the kindly offered me the same in a bottle. Excellent service from Lauren and the other staff. Big thanks!!

Came in with a group of friends on a quiet Tuesday night, best service I've ever had! Our host, Junaid, was very cheery and attentive and made sure our every need was met. The food was at a reasonable price (for Bath) and very tasty. A pigeon came in at one point, but it added some entertainment and was quickly chased out. Would come again!
